英文补充协议变更的起草

一般来说对于合同的小修改，没有必要重新签订合同，重新签订都是费时费力，也没有必要，所以都用补充协议对原合同进行修改。如果对合同改变重大的话，比如对方想换个姊妹公司来签合同，或者合同条款有多处重大变更，可以说从根本上改变了合同的内容，都可以重新签订合同的。重新签订合同有两种方式。一种是交出所有原合同的原件，然后废除，撕毁都可以，然后再签订新合同；如果对合同原件到底有多少份不清楚的话，保险起见可以先起草一个对原合同的终止协议，然后再签新合同。当然如果为了做到天衣无缝，两个合同之间权责无缝转移的话，我自己使用过这种模式，不用撕毁原合同或者起草终止协议，先在新合同中写终止原合同，一般写新合同生效后原合同立即终止，在新合同未生效前原合同保持有效。然后在新合同上盖上三种章，第一种是原合同的对方的章，第二种是新合同的对方的章，第三种是我方的章，这样操作有个缺点是财务看见合同上有三个章，如果她们不看合同内容的话，有时候容易混淆合同内容。

这次实习增进了同学之间的感情，虽然旅程很长、而且景点对我们来说也没有新鲜感，但是我们依旧一路欢声笑语。同时，这次实习也加深了我们对学校的了解。

其实最重要的还是英语，马上就大三了，可是我们还存在着语音语调的问题。导师还当众说我的发音很土，好丢人啊。虽然说内容为王，但是作为英语专业的学生，口语是个门面，口语之于英文就像书写之于作文。我真的好惭愧，学了那么多年英语，连简单的good morning发音也发不标准。我的口语问题早在大一时就被发现了，不过一直没有采取拯救行动，现在真要高度重视了，否则大学四年毕业了，还是一口土土的英文。很多东西，用中文表达出来毫无压力，可是用到英文就发愁了，词汇不足、表达不清晰、反应不够迅速。

导师说这次实习是他们共同精心策划的，并且和很多企业一起商讨他们到底需要什么的人才。学习不能只停留在书面上，要运用。企业希望我们一毕业就能为他们所用，他们不愿意多花精力和时间来锻炼我们。天下老板一般黑呀!不过这也是我们必须具备的技能，有压力才有动力。希望我们在剩下的两年时间里，不浪费光阴，努力提高自身各方面的技能，做一个合格的大学生，将来更好的服务社会，实现自身的人生价值。

每个大学生都在学英语，作为英语专业的我该如何立足?我正在寻找答案……“众里寻他千百度，蓦然回首，那人却在灯火阑珊”，只要专业技能够硬够强，一定会有自己的舞台。我现在所要做的就是努力学习，只有足够的input，才能output。

我叫李__，是中国矿业大学(北京)测控技术与仪器专业的一名20__届本科毕业生今从网上搜到贵公司招聘信息，故冒昧投函自荐。

我于20__年11月初面对钢铁企业钢渣显热的巨大浪费以及造成的严重环境污染产生了钢渣显热回收利用发电的想法，并向电厂工作的亲戚发出技术咨询得到认可，并设想出了研发出这套设备卖向世界的远大计划。由于所在公司机制影响不能上报公司。

20__年11月26日在《中国冶金报》上看到莱钢与青岛工业大学合作开始“钢渣显热回收利用发电设备”的研究，深以为憾!

站在今天的角度上，我依然敢预测如果莱钢要在以前水冷钢渣蒸汽利用方面有所突破(节约用水)，就应该用干熄焦的原理来进行钢渣热吸收。

虽然我大学所学为测控专业，但在走入钢厂后在不到半年时间里拥有了这样的思想，我认为已经可以充分的体现我的学习能力和我在科研技术以及市场意识方面的敏锐触觉。

而对于我在20__年十一期间想到的“汽车车前防撞系统”，虽然当时已有一家北京私营公司做出了这样的系统并在做私家车改造，可惜他们不知道这套系统如果出现在一个有远见的人手里会有多大的市场。我甚至可以说这套系统应该列入世界所有国家的“交通法规”要求上路的所有汽车必须装上这套系统，您也许认为我这是一个疯狂而可笑的想法，但是我们的老师做到了在“煤矿生产安全法”中规定自己发明的“断带检测仪”必须装在每一个矿上的每一条煤块输送带上。而“汽车车前防撞系统”，虽然不见得能完全阻止交通事故，但就其可以减轻交通事故灾难性程度的意义上来说，它已经远远超过了我们老师的发明的意义，并将在世界上产生巨大的影响。

我在上面说这么多，想说的就是或许我不是第一个看到螃蟹并给螃蟹起名的人，但我一定会是第一个吃螃蟹并让大家都能吃螃蟹的人，我现在需要的就是一个向大家展示螃蟹可以吃的舞台，希望贵公司可以为我提供这个舞台，当然我想英明的贵公司领导一定可以想到，最后受益最多的一定会是这个舞台的所属公司。
