我认为大堂经理的职责主要是导储，分流客户，识别客户，接受咨询，有时还要把银行的产品推荐给客户。做大堂经理的最需要的是记住要微笑，你是主管大堂的官，维护次序很重要，分流客户后可以让你更方便识别大客户，多与客户沟通，这样才能更好履行职责。再加上之前某的工作使我有了丰富的银行临柜能力。我认为我可以很好的胜认贵行的大堂经理一职。
