从以开始到维修车间，跟我本家的师傅的微笑就给了我实习的以个良好的开始，在整个实习过程中我除了几次特殊情况外，每天都按时上班、下班，经常参加早会，跟大多师傅相处比较融洽，

这次生产实习给了我个宝贵的人生经历，我对自己的专业有了更为详尽而深刻的了解，也是对这几年大学里所学知识的巩固与运用。在实习中我的理论同实践进行真实地接触，思维和现实有了结合点。这些都对我的观念起着或潜移默化或震撼的作用。从这次实习中，我体会到了实际的工作与书本上的知识是有一定距离的，并且需要进一步的再学习。但这短短的3周实习时间远远不能够对一个行业做深入地了解，对专业技能有较大的提高，所学所见都是肤浅的、粗略的。

20xx年3月1日我们xx级汽车运用工程二班的同学在沈老师的带领下来到陕西旅游汽车公司修理厂进行为期三周的实习。我们这次实习的主要任务是参观实习，将理论与实践相结合，使我们对课本所学知识有更加深刻的理解。实习的目的是通过实习加深学生对汽车专业在国民经济中所处地位和作用的认识，巩固专业思想，激发学习热情;熟悉汽车修理环境、修理工具，为将来工作打下基础;通过现场维修实习和企业员工的交流指导，理论联系实际，把所学的理论知识加以印证、深化、巩固和充实，培养分析、解决工程实际问题的能力，为后继专业知识的学习、课程设计和毕业设计打下坚实的基础;维修实习是对学生的一次综合能力的培养和训练，在整个实习过程中充分调动学生的主观能动性，深入细致地认真观察、实践，使自己的动手能力得到提高。

一进修理厂我们就感到了一种我们在学校学习过程中所体会不到的气氛,它充满了那种专业与实践很强的感觉。第一天在厂长的引导下我们自行参观了维修工作人员的检测、拆装、维修等工作过程。之后我们就提前准备好第二天要解决的问题，然后去了维修厂集中解决我们的疑问，又不明白或搞不懂的地方就主动向工作人员请教，他们会耐心地给我们讲解，还实际操作以便我们能够更好地理解。这样每天去解决几个问题，三周实习下来，我取得了不小的收获，以前在课堂上不能理解的知识也在实践中得以解决，同时理论与实践相结合使我们对所学知识的理解更加深刻。

(一)、汽车保养

汽车保养是很重要的，买的一辆新车，首先要懂得如何保养。汽车保养需要做的几项工作：

清洁汽车外表，检查门窗玻璃、刮水器、室内镜、后视镜、门锁与升降器手摇柄是否齐全有效。检查散热器的水量、曲轴箱内的机油量、油箱内的燃油储量、蓄电池内的电解液液面高度是否符合要求。检查喇叭、灯光是否齐全、有效，安装是否牢固。检查转向机构各连接部位是否松旷，安装是否牢固。检查轮胎气压是否充足，并清除胎间及胎纹间杂物。检查转向盘的游动间隙是否符合标准;轮毂轴承、转向节主销是否松动。检查离合器和制动踏板的自由行程是否符合规定。

检查轮胎螺母、半轴螺栓、钢板弹簧骑马螺栓和U形螺栓是否牢固可靠。起动发动机后，察看仪表工作是否正常，倾听发动机有无异响。检查车辆有无漏水、漏油、漏气、漏电等“四漏”现象。检查拖挂装置工作是否可靠。

机油的作用主要是对发动机进行润滑、冷却、密封、清洁、防锈、防腐。若没有机油，汽车的心脏就不能正常运转。使用矿物油，一般5000公里换一次机油。正确的换油标准是以“引擎运转时间”来计算的。(自估平均时速：公里/小时)X(100小时/矿物油-200小时/合成油)=换油公里数。

汽车换机油的五个步骤：

(1).正确选用润滑油的质量级别和粘度级别。

(2).选用正规厂家生产的高质量机油滤芯，防止因滤芯质量问题造成的油路阻塞、压力不足或过滤效果差而影响润滑效果。

(3).换油时要在发动机出于正常工作温度时关闭发动机，拧开加油口盖，拆下放油螺丝放出旧油，用专用工具拧下旧滤清器。有条件时应对发动机进行清洗以便彻底清洗掉发动机内的油泥和胶质。

(4).更换新滤芯时要检查滤芯密封圈是否完好，如发现有变形、破损等要及时更换。装配滤芯时应将滤芯内灌满干净润滑油，并将密封圈上涂抹润滑油，以防止在安装时造成损坏。

(5)、机油滤芯装好后，拧紧放油螺丝，按要求往发动机曲轴箱内加注一定量的新润滑油，油尺、油面应在上下刻线之间，装好油尺、拧紧加油口盖，启动发动机快速转动几分钟，检查油压是否正常、有无漏油现象，如有异常应及时停机检查排除。机油切不可加得过多或过少，过多会造成润滑油消耗过快，发动机运转阻力增加，燃油消耗增加。过少会造成油压太低、润滑不良等后果。

汽车保养除了换机油外，还要用电脑检测仪检查车各个电控部件是否正常。查看发动机机油液位，发动机冷冻液液位，自动变速器润滑油液位，(手动变速器润滑油，由于结构不同不需查看)刹车油油位，动力转向润滑油油位和轮胎气压。谈到轮胎气压，很多车主看到车轮很扁，以为气压不足，而给汽车车胎打气，直至不扁。实际上这是错的。太高的轮胎气压，造成轮胎过早磨损，在高速公路行驶时，容易发生爆胎，十分危险。轮胎气压太低也不好，最好按各车的标准，可查随车手册或驾驶员车门侧边的说明标签。

汽车制动液检查与更换：汽车行驶一定的时间就要检查制动液，必要时需更换。制动液在使用一定时间后，会出现沸点降低、污染及不同程度的氧化变质，所以应根据气候、环境条件、季节变化及工况等及时检查其质量性能，做到及时更换。普通工况下，制动液在使用2年或5万公里后就应更换。原则上，不同型号的制动液不能混用，以免相互间产生化学反应，影响制动效果。不同车型，使用的制动液也往往不同。制动液有矿物油型制动液、合成型制动液等类型。

此外，在更换制动液时应使用专业更换设备，这样更换制动液更彻底，不残留杂质，避免出现气阻，并能有效避免人工更换制动液常出现的问题。如制动发软、放液(气)阀的损坏。

(二)汽车维修技术

汽车电子点火系统的故障检查及排除方法：

汽车电子点火系统的故障检查，与传统触点式点火系统有许多相同之处。除了对点火线圈、火花塞、高压线、点火正时等进行检查外，还应检查点火器、点火传感器(信号发生器)以及连接导线等。但是，在故障检查时还应注意以下几点：

(1)、在发动机启动和工作时，不要用手触摸点火线圈高压线和分电器等，以免受电击。

(2)、在检查点火系统电路故障时，不要用刮火的方式来检查电路的通断，这种做法容易损坏电子元器件，电路通断与否应该用万用表电阻挡来进行检查判断。

(3)、进行高压试火时，最好用绝缘的橡胶夹子夹任高压线来进行试验，直接用手接触高压线容易造成电击。另一避免电击的方法是：将高压导线插入一只备用火花塞，然后将火花塞外壳搭铁。从火花塞电极间隙观察是否跳火。

(4)、在点火开关接通的情况下，不要做连接或切断线路的操作，以免烧坏控制器中的电子器件。

(5)、在拆卸蓄电池时，必须确认点火开关和其他所有的用电设备及其开关都已关闭，才能进行拆卸。

(6)、安装蓄电池时，一定要辨清正负极，负极搭铁。千万不能接错，蓄电池极性与线夹的连接一定要牢固，否则容易损坏电子设备。

通过这次实习，我总结了以下几点：

① 最好每天都能做实习日记，早上去实习前写好自己在这一天的实习目标，实习中应该注意的重点问题，有哪些事情是要问清楚的等。然后在每天实习结束前再看一下自己在当天做了哪些工作，哪些实习目标没有完成，为什么没有完成，自己在以后的工作中应该注意哪些问题等等，这样将是很重要的，经常看看会有很大进步的。

② 在工作时，如果遇到一些不是很清楚的地方，一定要向上级或师傅问清楚，不能乱凭空想象，乱做，这样做出来的东西很有可能会返工。

③ 工作中要踏踏实实，认认真真，要多总结，多交流。
