Hi, my name is Somin and I am originally from China, but I went to college at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. In college, I studied accounting and the reason I wanted to go into accounting was because I wanted to get a good background of the businesses. 二、实习内容

该公司不但拥有一批高素质、高技能的汽车维修技工，而且从国内外购进一批先进的汽车维修检测设备。例如：各种电脑检测仪、油道清洗仪器、四轮定位仪等。

该汽车4s店拥有完善的维修服务流程，流程如下：

(一)汽车保养

汽车保养是十分重要的，该服务站的维修人员对客户的车辆认真负责。

汽车换机油的五个步骤：

1、正确选用润滑油的质量级别和粘度级别，捷达和宝莱所用的机油是四季机油，该机油级别为5w/40。

红旗488发动机所用的机油也是四季机油，机油级别为10 w/30。

红旗世纪星所用的机油也是四季机油，机油级别为10 w/30。

2、选用正规厂家生产的高质量机油滤芯，防止滤芯质量问题造成的油路阻塞、压力不足或过滤效果差而影响润滑效果。

3、换油时要在发动机出于正常工作温度时关闭发动机，拧开加油口盖，拧下放油螺丝放出旧油，然后用专用工具拧下旧的滤清器。

注意：拧下旧的滤芯时，一定不能把旧的滤芯上的密封圈落在机油座上，否则在下次换滤时很难拧下。

4、装配滤芯时，要在密封圈上涂抹上一些润滑油，以防止在安装时造成损坏。

5、机油滤芯装好后，拧紧放油螺丝。注意：拧宝莱、捷达车柴油的油底螺丝时，一定要用力矩公斤搬手。拧紧力矩为30n.m。然后按要求向发动机曲轴箱内加注一定量的新润滑油。宝莱、捷达车所加注的机油为原装的桶装机油。红旗488发动机原装机油为5.8l，但只能加入5l。红旗世纪星发动机原装机油为4.3l，加油时只能为3.5l为标准。机油且不可加得过多或过少。过多会造成润滑油消耗过快，发动机运转阻力增加，行驶无力，燃油消耗增加;过少会造成油压太低润滑不良等后果。

给汽车保养除了换机油外，还要检查发动机冷却液液面、刹车油液面、转向助力油液面是否标准，之外还要检查喇叭、灯光是否齐全，检查转向机构各连接部位是否松旷，检查轮胎气压。大众系列的车型轮胎气压一般都在0.2—0.25mpa。检查车辆有无漏水、漏油现象。

1、汽车机油的更换里程一般在5000—7500公里。因为机油发动机起到润滑、冷却、密封、清洁、防锈、防腐的作用，若没有机油或机油失效，汽车的心脏就不能很好的运转。

2、转向液和刹车液的更换为2年。因为制动具有吸湿性，使用过程中不断吸收周围空气中的水分，若制动液含水量过多，则会腐蚀制动系统，再则制动液本身的沸点也将显著降低，严重影响制动效果的安全性。所以制动液必须每两年更换一次。更换制动液使用的专业设备叫充排机，用这样的仪器更换制动液更彻底，不残留杂质，避免出现气阻。排放顺序为：右后轮→左后轮→右前轮→左前轮。

3、防冻液更换周期为2年。

4、汽油捷达、宝莱、红旗正时皮带更换的里程是6万公里，柴油捷达正时皮带的更换里程是9万公里。正时皮带对于发动机的运转是非常重要的，正时皮带要是断了，就可能把气门顶了，损失非常的严重。

两阀捷达、宝莱更换正时皮带时，必须把水泵张紧轮同时更换。

五阀捷达、宝莱把水泵张紧器、张紧轮同时更换，这些元件很容易抱死，抱死之后极易导致正时皮带串牙，也可能导致顶气门。

红旗车只需更换正时皮带、张紧轮。

5、火花塞的更换里程：

捷达、宝莱1.6、宝莱1.8、红旗为每3万公里换一次火花塞。

宝莱1.8t为10万公里换一次火花塞。因为这种火花塞是白金的。

火花塞不正常更换很容易产生漏电现象，这样可能会发生耸车现象。

6、变速器油分手动变速器油、自动变速器油，每6万公里必须更换一次。

自动变速器油简称atf油。atf油对自动变速器的工作、使用性能以及使用寿命都有非常大的影响。汽车自动变速器的保养主要就是对atf的检查和更换。由于atf工作特点的不同，在性能上有别于其它油液，主要有较高的粘温性。粘度过大过小都会使变速器传动效率下降，而粘度又随温度而变化。因此，要求atf低温时粘度不要太大，高温时粘度不能太小。

自动变速器具有以下特性：

(1)较高的氧化安定性：自动变速器在工作中其离合器等零件温度高达300摄氏度，在高温下油液与空气作用生成一种胶质粘附在阀体及各运动零件上，影响系统的正常工作。

(2)防腐防锈性：零件腐蚀或锈蚀会造成系统工作失灵以至损坏。

(3)良好的抗泡沫性：油液的泡沫影响传动油的正常循环，并有可能使离合器在各档一直处于不能彻底分离或不能接合的状态，使自动变速器无法正常工作。

(4)抗磨性：要求atf能良好的润滑各运动副，但摩擦系数又不能太小，否则离合器难以接合。

(5)剪切稳定性：液力变矩器中，传动油受到强大的剪切力，如油的剪切稳定性差，变矩器则会出现打滑，不仅降低了变矩器的传递效率，而且会出现换档不平衡，脱档等现象。用于自动变速器的油液应通过严格的台架试验和道路试验。

atf的功用在自动变速器中，atf有下列功用：

(1)通过液力变矩器将发动机动力传递给变速器，通过电控，液控系统传递压力和运动，完成对各换档元件的操纵;

(2)冷却：将变速器中的热量带出传递冷却介质;

(3)润滑：对行星齿轮机构和摩擦副强制润滑;

(4)清洁运动零件并起密封作用。

在更换自动变速器时，一定要检查油质、颜色、气味和杂质。加变速器油时不能加的过多或过少，因为油面的高低对变速器性能影响很大。若油面过高，旋转机件时剧烈搅动油液并产生气泡，气泡混入atf内，会降低回路的油压，影响控制阀的正常工作。同时，还会引起离合器、制动器打滑，加剧磨损。若油面过低，油泵吸入空气或油液中渗入空气，同样导致产生前述类似的问题。另外，油面过低还会使润滑冷却条件变差，加速atf的氧化变质。一般加入自动变速器中的油液数量，应保证在液力变矩器及操纵油缸充满以后，变速器中油面高度低于行星齿轮等旋转件的最低点，高出阀体与变速器壳体的接合面。

捷达、红旗、宝莱都用专用的原装变速器油。捷达手动变速箱换油量为1.8l。宝莱手动变速箱必须使用专用的自动变速箱差速器油，换油量为1.8l。宝莱自动变速箱换油量为3l。红旗手动变速箱换油量为2.5l。

宝莱自动变速器每换一次atf油时，都要换一次滤芯。

(二)汽车四轮定位

汽车一般在发生碰撞后都应及时做四轮定位。车轮正确的定位可能保证转向灵活、乘坐舒适、维持直线行车、延长轮胎寿命，减少路面引起的震动等。四轮定位不在标准范围内会导致轮胎不正常、磨损方面不稳、发抖、跑偏。影响四轮定变化的主要因素有：在不平路面上高速行驶;前轮受外力冲击，如过凹坑、上人行道台阶等;经常在原地打死方向;轮胎气压超出标准范围。

要进行四轮定位，就需要用到四轮定位仪，它主要由两大部分组成，一部分是计算机软硬件，计算机是我们常的pc机，这部分的关键是车规数据库，另一部分就是传感器插头。

做四轮定位的步骤：

1、让汽车行驶到四轮定位机上。

2、开启定位机。

3、挂上机头，

插上传感器插头。

4、校正机头之后，用方向盘夹子固定方向盘。

5、首先调主销内外倾角，其次调前束。

捷达、宝莱、红旗调主销外倾角的部位都不一样，

总的来说这次实习给了我两个方面的收获：工作环境的适应与社交;理论与实践的结合。

从以开始到维修车间，跟我本家的师傅的微笑就给了我实习的以个良好的开始，在整个实习过程中我除了几次特殊情况外，每天都按时上班、下班，经常参加早会，跟大多师傅相处比较融洽，

这次生产实习给了我个宝贵的人生经历，我对自己的专业有了更为详尽而深刻的了解，也是对这几年大学里所学知识的巩固与运用。在实习中我的理论同实践进行真实地接触，思维和现实有了结合点。这些都对我的观念起着或潜移默化或震撼的作用。从这次实习中，我体会到了实际的工作与书本上的知识是有一定距离的，并且需要进一步的再学习。但这短短的3周实习时间远远不能够对一个行业做深入地了解，对专业技能有较大的提高，所学所见都是肤浅的、粗略的。

实习中也让我对自己的众多不足有了一个清洗的认识：做事不够踏实沉稳，社交能力有较大的提升空间，专业英语不够扎实
