一、几个阶段性的工作

我市汽修市场整顿工作共分五个阶段，各阶段工作各有侧重点。

第一阶段：动员阶段

主要是成立组织机构和做好宣传发动工作。成立了以市交通局副局长为组长的领导小组和以副处长为办公室主任的整顿工作机构。利用报纸，广播电视等新闻媒体向社会各界宣传18次，组织骨干企业在相关地段集中宣传，悬挂横幅150条，发放宣传资料1100套，并设立了咨询台，现场接受投诉和咨询。在处内部资料《运政管理信息》上刊登治理整顿信息7条，对整顿活动各方面的工作进行了全面、及时、有针对性的报道。除按省局要求向一、二类企业发放《 致全省汽车维修业户的一封信》外，还向全市486户汽修专项业户发放《致全市汽车摩托车专项业户的一封信》，为整顿工作造就了强大的舆论氛围和宣传攻势。

全面健全各类台帐，重新修订各项工作程序，日常管理工作做到了规范化、程序化、标准化;全面启用了“运证在线”行政管理系统，信息资料全部上网、资源共享、阳光操作;对全市(含六县)运政执法人员进行了汽车维修行业行政执法专题培训，提高了服务意识和行政执法水平。

第四阶段：一、二类汽车维修企业资质审验阶段

对全市汽修企业进行资质认定，要求41家企业进行限期整改,8家不达标企业予以注销。结合省计分考核办法，对汽修企业的维修资质及经营情况进行了专项检查，对 44家企业的不规范经营行为进行了计分处理。

第五阶段：巩固治理成果，全面总结阶段

针对前一阶段整顿期暴露问题比较多的路段、业户进行了复查。巩固治理战果，防止回潮。同时健全业户档案，实行跟踪服务，实施动态管理。

二、几个特点

1、把整顿维修市场同汽修企业年审结合起来，把国家有关维修市场整顿的要求，贯彻到年审指标之中，以年审促整顿、以整顿促规范、以规范促提高。

2、把整顿维修市场同全市轰轰烈烈开展的“万人评运管”活动紧密的结合起来。先规范执法行为，再规范汽修市场经营行为，争取社会各界对这项活动的支持、理解、创造良好的执法环境。

3、突出人员持证上岗工作。我们认为人力资源是第一资源，人员管理是第一任务。行业管理工作必须紧紧抓住人这一最活跃的因素。通过提升人的素质和水平，提高行业整体技术水平。通过持证上岗强化对人员的管理，规范行业的经营行为，树立行业良好形象。我们以这次集中整顿为契机，在近几年工作的基础上进一步强化从业人员持证上岗工作，目前全行业质量检验员、价格结算员持证率达98%以上，近80%维修技术人员持有交通运管部门核发的上岗资质证。近

50%的人员持有行业管理部门考核、劳动部门核发的技术等级证书。全行业人人学技术、个个讲诚信的热潮正在兴起。

4、以促进行业健康发展为目的，以规范经营行为为手段，始终把引发企业自律和全面落实行业法规有机结合起来，把行业管理从被动的要他做尽力转化为他要做的自主行为上来。这次活动中我们集中抓好打击乱起名称、乱标名称、重新公告特约维修企业。维修质量、维修收费专项检查和严查倒卖维修竣工出厂合格证、使用假冒伪劣配件等违规行为，都得到大部分企业理解和支持，对不规范的企业震慑作用也相当大。

三、几点启示

1、今后汽修行业管理从根本上讲是依法管理，加强法规建设将是我们一项极其重要的工作。否则我们汽修管理以后的生存空间将越来越小。省汽修市场管理条例(讨论稿)，很大程度上解决了困扰我们多年的问题，操作性较强，建议集中人员、精力、修改、完善，力争尽早出台。

2、必须重新认识路边店的现状，作用及发展趋势。要克服那种把路边店消极作用夸大的意识和倾向，要理解一、二类在满足市场需求方面的不完整性和不完善性及三类业户的广阔空间，仅靠打压解决不了问题，必须充分运用经济手段，扶优限劣，以提高档次、规范行为为出发点和落脚点，

构筑一、二、三类协调发展、互为补充、共同发展的格局。

3、严把开业条件是提高行业档次和水平的关键环节。有恒产者有恒心，只有严格按照开业条件把好准入关，才能提升企业档次，企业才能有长远打算。从根本上维护行业利益，促进行业发展。

四、实习过程及内容

(一)离合器的常见故障.

1. 故障现象

1)发动机怠速运转，踩下离合器踏板，原地挂档有齿轮撞击声，且难以挂入;情况严重时，原地挂档后发动机熄火。

2)离合过高，检查分泵导杆间隙，总泵导杆间隙，离合片是否烧毁。总泵型号是否与原车一致。

3)离合过低或分离不清，检查总泵与分泵的导杆间隙是否过大(分泵一般为3～5毫米，总泵1～2毫米)，油路是否有空气，拨叉是否变形或拨叉轴变形、脱焊。分离杠杆与调整螺丝是否变形或断裂。总泵型号是否与原车一致。(一般总泵踩到底，分泵的行程达到12～15毫米就基本可以排除总泵与分泵的间隙及油路问题了)

4)时高时低，这种毛病比较特殊，我也就说说常见的，离合长时间不踩第一脚离合很低，检查离合分泵间隙是否过大，回位弹簧是否完好，回位正常; 再有种排查时分泵间隙正常，总泵无间隙，那么就要检查油路是否有空气或总泵是否已损坏。离合踩下去会自己慢慢和上，表现为在档上踩下离合一段时间的情况下没抬离合车子自行行走，离合器总泵损毁。

还有种离合器在正常使用中会慢慢的变得很高，过段时间不踩离合它又恢复正常，严重时车辆离合打滑无法行走，松开排气螺丝有大量液压油排出后又正常了，检查总泵导杆间隙是否没有间隙了，检查总泵内部是否有污物，清洗总泵。

2. 故障诊断

1)离合器踏板自由行程过大。

2)分离杠杆内端高度太低或内端不在同一平面上。

3)从动片钢片翘曲变形或摩擦片破裂。

4)双片离合器中间压板调整不当、中间压板个别支撑弹簧折断或疲劳、中间压板在传动销上或在离合器驱动窗孔内轴向移动不灵活。

3. 故障排除

更新离合器总成，调整离合器自由行程。

(二)汽车典型维修实例

1. 故障现象

一辆福田远景1.8型轿车，搭载A340E自动变速箱，行驶里程26万公里，该车冷车时动力尚可，热车时行驶无力，一个小台阶都要加很大的油门才能爬上。在起步时，也要加大油门，才可慢慢起步。

发动机怠速运转时，离合器踏板虽已踩到底，但挂挡困难，变速齿轮有撞击声。勉强挂上挡后，尚未放松离合器踏板，汽车已行驶或熄火。

2. 故障诊断

从故障现象上分析，故障应由液压油泄漏引起。为进一步判定故障，可通过对自动变速箱做失速、液压等试验来确定具体的故障部位，具体操纵如下：

起动发动机，让车辆上路运行，待发动机达到正常工作温度，自动变速箱油温达到70～80℃后，检查自动变速箱油面正常，调整发动机怠速转速约为800r/min;拉紧手制动器，并用垫木垫住4个车轮。

(1)失速试验：左脚踩住制动踏板，起动发动机，将自动变速箱操纵杆挂进D挡，然后用右脚将油门快速踏到底(不能超过5秒)，读取发动机转速。标准值为2350±150r/min，而该车却达到2800r/min;同样，试验R挡的失速转速也为2800r/min。D、R挡的失速转速均比标准值高的原因可判定为自动变速箱管路压力过低，或O/D单向离合器故障。

(2)液压试验：将油压表接到自动变速箱主油道测试孔上，起动发动机，分别记录下D、R挡在怠速和失速时的油压值如下表：

从以上液压试验丈量值可知，该车实测油压均比标准油压低。根据失速试验和液压试验的结果，结合车辆道路试验的实际情况，可初步判定该车变速箱油泵存在泄压故障。将变速箱抬下，首先丈量检查油泵的各个间隙，发现油泵的体隙和齿隙均较大，但未超出使用极限，但油泵齿的端隙达到了0.40mm，而标准值为0.05～0.20mm，极限间隙为0.30mm，因此端隙已超过了其使用极限，这样就可确定故障是由油泵磨损引起的。当车辆在冷车时，由于自动变速箱油的粘度大、泄漏少，油泵产生的工作油压尚能满足要求，但热车后自动变速箱油的粘度变小、泄漏增加，油泵产生的工作油压降低，因而出现行驶无力现象。

3. 故障排除

1、在车下拨动分离拨叉，使分离轴承前端轻轻地靠在分离杠杆内端面上，转动离合器一周进行查看。如果分离杠杆的内端不能同时和分离轴承接触上，说明分离杠杆的高度不一致，应进行调整。如果分离杠杆高度一致，仍然分离不彻底，就要检查杠杆高度，将各分离杠杆调到同样高度。如果能彻底分离，说明原来调整不当或是磨损过甚。分离杠杆调整后须重新调整踏板的自由行程。阀门 进口泵

2、如上述调整正常后，仍然分离不彻底，就要拆下离合器，检查从动盘是否装反、轴向移动是否困难、主从动盘有无翘曲、分离杠杆螺钉是否松动、浮动销是否脱落。

3、对于新铆摩擦片的离合器，要检查从动盘和摩擦片是否过厚;如果过厚，可在离合器盖和飞轮之间加垫片。

4、对于液压传动的离合器，除上述检查外，还应检查制动液是否缺少，管道是否渗漏并排出液压系统内的空气。

在清理完导管及轴承座上的油污后装车，再试车，无明显故障，使用后发现故障全部排除。

四、实习心得体会

通过这段时间的实习，使得我的理论知识得以升华。体会到现在汽车维修企业中的管理模式，以及汽车相关知识，特别是对于发动机点火系统有了更深一层的认识。

汽车日车保养是很重要的，买的一辆新车，首先要懂得如何保养。

汽车保养需要做的几项工作：

清洁汽车外表，检查门窗玻璃、刮水器、室内镜、后视镜、门锁与升降器手摇柄是否齐全有效。检查散热器的水量、曲轴箱内的机油量、油箱内的燃油储量、蓄电池内的电解液液面高度是否符合要求。检查喇叭、灯光是否齐全、有效，安装是否牢固。检查转向机构各连接部位是否松旷，安装是否牢固。检查轮胎气压是否充足，并清除胎间及胎纹间杂物。 检查轮胎螺母、半轴螺栓、钢板弹簧骑马螺栓和形螺栓是否牢固可靠。起动发动机后，察看仪表工作是否正常，倾听发动机有无异响。检查车辆有无漏水、漏油、漏气、漏电等“四漏”现象。检查拖挂装置工作是否可靠。

汽车换机油的五个步骤：

机油的作用主要是对发动机进行润滑、冷却、密封、清洁、防锈、防腐若没有机油，汽车的心脏就不能正常运转。使用矿物油，一般公里换一次机油。正确的换油标准是以“引擎运转时间”来计算的。

一.正确选用润滑油的质量级别和粘度级别。

二.选用正规厂家生产的高质量机油滤芯，防止因滤芯质量问题造成的油路阻塞、压力不足或过滤效果差而影响润滑效果。

三.换油时要在发动机出于正常工作温度时关闭发动机，拧开加油口盖，拆下放油螺丝放出旧油，用专用工具拧下旧滤清器。有条件时应对发动机进行清洗以便彻底清洗掉发动机内的油泥和胶质。

四.更换新滤芯时要检查滤芯密封圈是否完好，如发现有变形、破

损等要及时更换。装配滤芯时应将滤芯内灌满干净润滑油，并将密封圈上涂抹润滑油，以防止在安装时造成损坏。

五、机油滤芯装好后，拧紧放油螺丝，按要求往发动机曲轴箱内加注一定量的新润滑油，油尺、油面应在上下刻线之间，装好油尺、拧紧加油口盖，启动发动机快速转动几分钟，检查油压是否正常、有无漏油现象，如有异常应及时停机检查排除。机油切不可加得过多或过少，过多会造成润滑油消耗过快，发动机运转阻力增加，燃油消耗增加。过少会造成油压太低、润滑不良等后果。

(二)汽车日常保养

1.气压检查

轮胎的气压应按照车厂的规定进行加气，平时应经常检查轮胎的气压，气压过高或过低，都会造成轮胎的不正常磨损。气压过高，会造成轮胎中间过度磨损;气过低，则会造成轮胎两侧过度磨损。另外，轮胎的气压不正确，还会造成乘坐舒适性降低，转向沉重，刹车跑偏等故障。

2.裂纹及花纹检查

定时检查轮胎表面有无裂纹、变形等缺陷，如有，则应及时更换轮胎。检查轮胎的花纹深度，如花纹磨损达到磨损极限(轿车和挂车的花纹深度不得小于1.6毫米;其他车辆转向轮的花纹深度不得小于3.2毫米，其余轮胎花纹深度不得小于1.6毫米)时，则必须更换。

3.期限检查

当轮胎使用超过6年时，不管轮胎是否完好，也需更换。进行二级维

护或行驶距离达到10000km时，应按规定进行轮胎交叉换位，以使所有轮胎磨损均匀，尽可能延长轮胎使用寿命。

4.轮胎更换

安装轮胎时，同一轴上应装配同一规格、尺寸、花纹、帘线层数的轮胎。更换轮胎时，最好所有轮胎同时更换，至少应成对更换。转向轮(前轮)更换必须采用新轮胎，绝不允许更换已磨损的旧胎。

5.车辆的停放

车辆在停放时，同样要注意保护好轮胎，避免将轮胎停放在有粗大、尖锐或锋利障碍物的路面上。此外应尽量避免与在石油产品、酸类物质及其他影响橡胶变质的物料停放一起。

6.发热时的处理

轮胎在夏季行驶或高速行驶时容易过热、同时气压增高，此时应停车散热，严禁放气降压或泼水降温。

7.检查轮胎胎面

经常性检查轮胎胎面有无扎坏，两轮间有无石块卡住。剔除嵌入轮胎的石子，发现胎面上有小洞，就用生胶填补，防止沙泥侵入帘线层，造成脱空

总的来说，我成功的完成了这次实习，为我以后的工作道路起着很重要的作用。

八 实习结论

为期一个月的实习很快结束，但是在这短短的一个月里，我学到了在校中未曾学的东西，大学生的实习活动是一个大学生活到

社会工作的一个过渡阶段，学校和社会的差别很大，因此，实习就显得尤为重要，在榆林宝马的实习，我每天按时到班，按时下班，吃饭在员工食堂，尽管很少做事情，但我还是感觉到了工作的氛围，实习的时间就应该找好方向，这样以后才不会走弯路，毕竟在学校里接触社会的机会比较少，对社会很不了解，而且专业实际操作和运用能力与实际工作要求还是有很大的差距。

通过这段时间的实习，我感受颇深，在榆林宝马的实习中，大多是做回访，在其中遇到的问题，都通过向师傅的学习得到解决。 本次实习培养了我们的动手能力，对以后本专业工作可能涉及的内容有宏观的把握，是我对汽车行业有了进一步的了解，同时也知道自己的知识远远不够，还需要学习。为了以后能更好的胜任工作，了解汽车工业在我国以致世界发展的概况，并且我们还趁这次实习，让我们能更好的交流，学会与人相处，达到专业的空前团结和统一。 所以，这次实习意义非常重大，而我们的任务和责任也非同小可从我们的实习结果来看，我们也确实达到了一定的目的，基本圆满完成任务。
