多么不幸的故事呀!25个月的悲惨生活，忍受饥饿、担心、害怕……在困难中成长，在害怕 中成熟。在躲避的日子里，安妮从一个懵懵懂懂的小女孩长成了一个花季少女，在这花一般 的年龄，只能躲避在那矮小的秘密小屋。

一本日记，让我们体会到战争的残酷与无情，体会到了犹太人的悲惨命运!让我们认识到了 纳粹恶魔给人类整体以及每个个体带来的伤害以及无可弥补的伤痛!

第三，尊重学生。

重视与学生之间的情感交流和培养，在严格管理的同时能尊重学生的学习热情和认知能力，提出与学生自身水平相当的问题，鼓励他们大胆探索，共同提高。

在遵守纪律方面，本人严格遵守学校的各项规章制度，不迟到、不早退、有事主动请假。在工作中，尊敬领导、团结同事，能正确处理好与领导同事之间的关系。平时，勤俭节约、任劳任怨、对人真诚、热爱学生、人际关系和谐融洽，从不闹无原则的纠纷，处处以一名人民教师的要求来规范自己的言行，毫不松懈地培养自己的综合素质和能力。

第四、辅导——面向全体，关注个别。

在课后，我根据不同层次的学生的情况进行相应的辅导，以满足不同层次的学生的不同需求，免了只重视优生忽视后进生的思想和做法。在课后的辅导中我加大了对后进生的辅导力度。我对后进生的辅导，要是学习思想的辅导，解决学生的疑难问题的同时，不断的给予鼓励和支持，让他们认识到学习的重要性和必要性，逐渐培养他们学习的兴趣，事实证明，我的这一做法收到了很好的效果。

有一个小女孩，小小的嘴巴，樱桃般的眼睛，细又长的眉毛，猜猜那是谁?没错，就是我---吴文若，一个优秀的小女孩。

我在班级也是一个有地位的人——大队长。我是专门管上课做小动作的人，一有人做小动作，我便会上去管住那几只“小老鼠”。

有一次在上课的时候，有几只“小老鼠”被我看见了在做小动作，我便先咳嗽一声，可那几只‘小老鼠’没听见，我也没办法。

一会儿，丁零零下课声响了，那几只淘气的小老鼠立马跑出了教室，我便跟了上去。

老师是不允许在学校玩玩具的，我看见那“小老鼠”在玩迷你小赛车，我走了上去收了他的小赛车，给了老师。真高兴啊!帮老师摆脱了一是“小老鼠”。
