利用本校与进修校隔壁这个有利优势，学期开始学校领导就向进修校的语数教研组长请才教商讨本期的教研思路。郑德忠主任指出：教研就如同船的舵，好比老人手中的拐杖，它是教师前进中的助进剂，一定要让教研先行，要放开手脚大胆实践，力求闯出一条既省力又有效的路子。正因为有了这样的认识，有了这样的魄力，才有了本期教研的大跨步前进。同时，我校语数教研组组长都尽心尽职，勇于开拓，不计报酬，忘我工作。全体教师都为学校的教育教学竭尽自己最大的努力，积极投身于教研教改。因为有了这些，教研才能真正落实到教学之中，为教学服务，为提高我校的教育教学质量服务。

二、抓教学常规管理，积极开展形式多样的教研活动

加强常规管理，是落实教育计划的根本保证。本学期初，我们认真制定教学教研工作计划，并召开了全体教师教研工作安排会议，按照学校的各项规定组织教学教研工作。

1、坚持业务学习制度。业务学习由读书笔记和撰写心得体会相结合，一学期来对各教师的业务学习进行检查，教师们的学习笔记均达到学期初规定的学习数量。

2、坚持领导听课、评课制度。实行领导推门听课制度，学校领导学期听课均达到了要求的节数，张文棣校长尤为突出，听课达20几节。

3、坚持成绩抽查与检查制度。为了提高教学进度和教学质量的监控力度，我们严密组织了三次统一测评考试(10月上旬以校为单位的平时单元测试;11月份以校为单位的期中测试和1月份的期末统一测试)，并组织教师认真评卷，按序号上报成绩，进行卷面分析，写出书面材料，这样有效的促进了我们本校教师们的教学工作，为以后教学成绩的提高起到了积极的推动作用。一学期中，认真检查教师备课、作业等情况，并记入考核。

4、本学期，我们仍然积极组织教师参加各级教育部门和中心小学组织的教研活动。

三、抓课堂教学，促进课堂教学改革

素质教育的主渠道是课堂教学，教师认识的提高，观念的转变，最终要通过课堂来实践。因此，加强教师对课堂教学研究，就显得尤为重要。我们通过以下几种措施来促进课堂教学的改革：

1、开展集体备课活动。结合我校六年级五个班级特点，把集体备课分语数两组为单位，以提高课堂教学的实效性为主题，进行"同课异构"的集体备课活动。语数均采用了单周集体备课、磨课，内容为下一周的教学内容，之后大家共同讨论定出教学思路，探讨教学方法，并由执教者整理出最佳教学设计方案;双周进行上课、听课、说课反思和评课的活动方式。

2、开展课堂教学研讨活动。

本学期12月份，我校黄丽全和王长顺两位老师的《统计》与《鸡兔同笼》这两节课，为中心小学的所有五、六年级数学教师提供了教学示范的平台，也为这两位老师提供了一个展示教学技能的舞台。实践证明，每一为教师的每一堂课都是总结经验和自身提高的过程，这对所有的教师无疑是一个极大的挑战。

3、强调写教学反思。写教学反思是教师认识自己、总结教学经验、提高教学能力的有效途径，它是实在的教研行为，能提高教师自身的教学水平，不断丰富自己的教学经验。每一位教师都认真地反思了教学过程和自己的教学行为,都及时地把教学中点点滴滴的感受写下来。每位教师并在期末都总结出自己的一份"反思伴我成长"的学习心得。

四、提高教师队伍素质

1、加强教师学习，提高教育教学理论水平

随着教育理念的不断更新和发展，教师如果不学习，教研活动就会成为"无本之木，无源之水"。因此，本学期我们根据中心小学的文件要求和本校的实际情况，立足校本，有计划、有步骤进行校本培训，措施得力，目标明确，形式多样。组织教师深入学习《课程标准》，要求每位教师订阅一本有关教育杂志和一本其它杂志刊物，让每位教师平时能给自己充电，从中学习有关教育教学的理念，提高了教师自身素质和教学水平，从而使教师更新教学观念，认识教学新策略，让教师从经验型向专业型、科研型转变。

2、组织教师参加各种培训活动

本学期我校积极组织教师参加了少先队辅导员培训和中小学班主任的培训活动，并从中学习了相关的理论知识，为教师今后更好地抓好班级工作奠定了基础。

五、教研工作存在的问题

本学期的教研工作虽然取得了一些成绩，但也存在着一些问题，教师对学习的关注度不够。虽然我们的教师都在参与学习，但少部分教师的学习还只是放在表面的学习上，并未对学习进行深入的反思和应用，未能真正达到学习的目的。在今后的学习方面还需从认识上提高，让教师真正把学习落到实处。

诗歌教研活动总结(三)

幼儿部全体幼儿入学后的两项大型活动——“故事大王”比赛和“童心畅想”诗歌朗诵比赛昨天落下帷幕，老师和孩子们依然沉浸在一幕幕精彩生动的表演情景之中。11月18日下午放学后，幼儿部全体教师在幼儿部主管领导陈丽娜主任组织下，认真进行了两项活动的总结。

陈主任在总结中表扬所有教师在活动中互相配合，共同确定活动内容，认真组织排练，保证了每一项活动的完美效果。

在“故事大王”比赛中，每班的班主任都能严格按照活动要求在班级进行“海选”，为每个孩子提供了展示的机会，选拔出优秀的参赛选手后，还能利用课余时间认真指导孩子进行赛前准备。从故事内容的选择，语气和语调的把握，到上下场的姿态和语言，老师们都进行了细致的指导，使得参赛的每个小朋友都呈现了自己最精彩的表演，得到四位评委老师的高度评价。

诗歌教研活动总结(四)

第九周我们教研组承接了学校的教研活动,按进度，我们应该上到第五单元的19课或第六单元的20课，由于19课是略读课文，所以我们选择了20课《古诗两首》。

首先，我们认真分析了教材，确定了教学重难点。这两首诗都是千古传颂、脍炙人口的送别诗，都描写了送别好友时的依依惜别之情。《黄鹤楼送孟浩然之广陵》是唐代大诗人李白所写。孟浩然也是唐代著名诗人，和李白是好朋友，彼此之间情谊深厚。这首诗表达了诗人送别好友时无限依恋的感情，也写出了祖国河山的壮丽美好。《送元二使安西》的作者是唐代著名诗人王维。安西是指安西都护府，在今天的新疆库车附近。友人元二将要远赴西北边疆，诗人特意从长安赶到渭城来为朋友送行，其深厚的情谊，不言可知。这两首诗在以前的古诗文背诵中，学生都背过，因此我们确定教学的重难点是感悟诗歌的内容，想象诗歌所描绘的情景，体会朋友之间的深厚情谊;激起对祖国诗歌的热爱之情，培养课外主动积累诗歌的良好习惯。

其次，结合语文大阅读的要求，确定了本次教研活动的主题：“有效整和，充实文本，情景交融，体会情感”上课前，用《赠汪沦》导入新课，学《黄鹤楼送孟浩然之广陵》时，加入《 赠孟浩然》帮助学生理解李白对孟浩然的感情;学完《送元二使安西》后，再学一首《别董大》，体会送别的诗的不同风格。学完后再让学生补充几首关于送别的诗，达到有效整和，充实文本的作用。

在第一次试讲时，学生对诗人离别的情感体会的不深，不能达到情景交融，体会情感，我们组又对教案进行了修改。让学生查阅资料，看地图，了解从渭城去安西的路途有多远，安西的情景是什么样的，这样为进一步理解王维送元二时“劝君更尽一杯酒”酒中所蕴含的惜别、祝福、不舍、友谊……做好了铺垫。

为创设情境，我们准备了《送别》《阳关三叠》《渭城曲》，在试讲中，我们确定了《阳关三叠》《渭城曲》两首乐曲，在实际教学中，起到可很好的渲染作用。

集体的智慧是伟大的，在这次教研活动中，我们集思广益，李金峰老师还上网搜集了关于古诗诵读的方法，较圆满的完成了教学、教研任务，在这次活动中，我们组的每位老师在古诗阅读教学方面也都有了新的认识，提高了自己的教学水平。

诗词中蕴含深厚的文化、做人的道理、高尚的情操、审美的趣味,应有尽有。我们教学生学习古诗词,是在用中华优秀文化、用精练、精湛的母语哺育我们的后代,在他们心田播撒文化的种子,撒播做人的良种。自参加“诗歌韵”活动以来，我有以下几点思考：

一、多诵读，感受诗歌的意境

古人对“读”，有经典概括和诠释——“兵不厌频读，诗须放淡吟”，“读书破万卷，下笔如有神”，“读书百遍，其义自见”，“文章不厌百回读，熟读精思子自知”，“熟读唐诗三百首，不会作诗也会吟”等等，可见“读”是诗歌教学的灵魂。读一首好诗，相当于聆听一首美妙的旋律;读一首好诗，相当于欣赏一幅悦耳的图画;读一首好诗，相当于与一位艺术家促膝谈心。《语文新课程标准》指出：“诵读古代诗词，有意识地在积累、感悟和运用中，提高自己的欣赏品位和审美情趣。”如此，处理好一个“读”字，可以让学生领悟诗歌美的旋律，融入美的情感，感受美的意境，达到审美愉悦的良好境界。
