四、主要措施

1、认真备好每一次培优补差教案，努力做好学习过程的知识性和实效性相结合。

2、制定切实可行的培优补差计划，严格按计划实施，注重过程，注重效率，注重效果。进行集体培优。把优生集中在一起定时定点进行。让优生有动力同时也有竞争的感觉。争取把优生比例扩大。挖掘潜力，查找弱项，有针对性的进行补差工作。
