三、教材分析

按照新课程改革,本学期开设普通高中课程标准实验教科书英语模块必修(3)和必修(4)。(人教版)共10个单元内容。共十二个模块。其中有两个模块为复习模块。

具体安排: 对于10个模块,每一模块用10课时,课本的学习可以这样进行:上新课8个课时,单元复习检测2个课时。

四、教学内容

本学期主要学习必修三和必修四。要求学生重点掌握每个单元中的黑体词语以及出现的重要句型;语法主要为:情态动词的用法;名词性从句包括宾语从句、表语从句、同位语从句等;主谓一致;动词Ving的功能用法。其中名词性从句和动词Ving的功能用法是本学期教学的重点也是学生学习的难点。

五、主要措施

(一)教学方面:

1、为了使学生打牢基础不至于出现知识断层,本学期要有计划的把学生初中学过的但掌握不好的时态、句式、定语从句、状语从句、动词不定式以及部分掌握不好的词汇、短语、句型分插于单元的新课教学中。

2、在听力方面,进一步提高学生的听力水平,从高一就开始就对学生进行听力训练。除了利用课堂上的时间外,还坚持利用课余时间给学生放一些英语小片段,有趣的视频和带中英文字幕的经典电影,让学生融入一个说英语的英语环境。

3、在口语表达方面,本学期要狠抓学生的口语表达,在教学过程中努力设计教学,把提高学生的口语安排在每节课的教学中。具体措施,每周二四六三次英语课,抽出5-10分钟的时间,安排一到两名学生到讲台前进行英语口语表达练习,形式多样,可以是即兴演讲impromptu speech,天气预报weather forecast ,时政要闻political news,幽默humor,笑话jokes or funny story,戏剧drama,诗歌朗诵reading poems,美文欣赏等。

4、在词汇方面,单词一直是学记忆生的难点、薄弱点,直接影响学生综合能力的提高,在教学中要重视词汇教学,狠抓单词的记忆与巩固以及对词汇的意义与用法的掌握。使学生掌握科学的单词记忆方法和养成勤查词典的习惯。为打牢学生的单词基础,在每周单元学习结束前对学生进行单词默写检查两次,一次让学生互评,一次由老师亲自评阅。

5、在阅读方面,阅读理解能力的培养是高中教学的重点,也是高考的重头戏。在单元教学中精心设计一节课阅读课,充分培养锻炼学生的阅读能力,阅读技巧,阅读速度和阅读效率,并且有计划的指导学生掌握科学的阅读方法。

6、在写作方面,坚持每两周一次作文训练,训练题材、方法力求多样化,并能及时进行讲评。并针对高一新生的写作基础,给予英文写作的指导和误区分析,可适当让学生多背诵一些常用的句型,句式,词汇和短语,或是很有代表性的范文。鼓励学生写英文日记,对个别英语特差的学生尽量多批改、多指导。

(二)在教研方面:

本学期要完成必修一和二两个模块的教学任务。必修一中以第一、二和四单元为重点，其中涉及到friendship、internationalrelationship、natural disaster等。必修二以一、二、三和四单元为重点，其中涉及到International sportsevents，Historical events、wildlife protection等。

四、主要工作及措施

(一)在教育教学方面

教材是“课标”的具体表现，是学生学习的“蓝本”。一方面我们要努力去理解新教材、适应新教材、用好新教材，另一方面我们又要努力站在新教材之上使用新教材，要根据教学目标和学生实际对其进行大胆的取舍和重组，让教材为我所用，而不是被教材牵着鼻子走。

3、优化教学过程，向过程教学要效益。

1)新授课要抓好单元教学，突出单元教学重点。

新授课要注重两个过程：一是知识的发展过程(逻辑的)，二是学生认识知识的思维过程(思维的)。要以这两个过程设计教学过程，把学科的“学术形态”转化为“教育形态”，使教学过程符合学生的认知规律。单元教学要把握好各个环节如：warmingup，speaking，reading and comprehending，explanation of language points，unitexercises，listening。

2)设计好课堂任务。

以任务型教学为核心，利用现代化教学媒体创设语言环境，让学生在课堂上能够真正的独立思考、合作交流。“好任务”有两个标准：第一，任务要反映当前学习内容的本质——有意义;第二，任务设置的关键是要把握好“度”，使学生处于“跳一跳摘果子”的状态。

3)注重课内课外阅读

a.教师指导阅读

教师除了课文中阅读材料，还要指导学生的课外阅读，备课时要对其内容,重难点,方式方法等都要作通盘考虑。另外还要注意“教本”和“课外阅读”的相关延伸,即“课外阅读”和“教本”具体课文的相关衔接。同时，教师还要对学生进行阅读策略方面的指导。

b.课堂交流

课堂内除了这些活动，还有课外的team work，daily report，这些材料都以书面形式和口头形式呈现，最后由教师收集作资料保存。

c.英语学习小组活动

每个小组每学期都有机会在课堂展示对一篇文章或一个专题的理解，质疑,评析,欣赏.这是学生自主学习和“研究性阅读”的尝试。

加强业务学习和教学研究，促进自身的专业成长。只有认真学习和研究《英语课程标准》，提高自身的语言素养，深入钻研教材，精心设计教学全过程，才能得心应手地去解决教学中的每个问题。

高一英语老师实习报告

一、实习目的

为了加强锻炼自己的社会实践能力，我于xx年12月12日至12月28日在安徽省萧城中学实习。

实习是大学学习阶段极为重要的时间环节。通过实习，是我们能在社会实践中接触和了解与本专业有关的实际工作，培养和锻炼我们运用所学知识的基础理论、基础技能的能力。在实习过程中，通过理论与实践结合，在提高动手能力同时，为以后参加工作积累了一定的经验，做了必要的准备。 这应该算是我人生中的第一次实习，使我深受启发。在实习期间，经过自己的亲身体验和观察，我深切地感觉到，做一个高中老师真的很不容易，但我下定决心，不管如何辛苦，我也要在实习期间将做好一名的普通而又平凡的英语老师的工作。

为期两周多的教育实习，不但使我在英语教学上学到了很多，也增进了我对自己的认识。我实习的班级是高一年级(8)班。同学们聪颖、独立、有创新精神。开始与他们接触我还有些紧张，常被他们的提问难住，无所适从。但他们却反过来安慰我，鼓励我慢慢来。在他们的宽容与鼓励下，我进步了不少。尽量作到每次答疑都有备而来，每次批改作业前都把作业自己先做一遍。对所有可能出现的问题提前准备。几周下来，我回答不上来的问题就越来越少了。在他们中间，我才深刻的体会到大学老师常常提醒我们的一句话："教师，就是为学生服务的。在学生眼里找自己的问题，才能获得长足的进步。"

我的指导教师和班主任老师给了我很大的帮助。作为教师，他们永远都是我的榜样，也是我想要超越的目标。在我讲第一堂课之前，指导教师把他自己的教案拿给我看。我虽然写了教案但是并没有准备讲稿。这样，给老师试讲的时候，由于准备的不详细，将整堂课的结构都破坏了。该讲清楚的东西一点也没交代清楚。他听完之后毫不客气的一一指出所有的错误和缺点，告诉我应该怎么讲。那时，我真的觉得讲课好难。自己的心态也摆的特别不好——因为我太想把课讲好了，压力特别大。当天晚上，我准备到2点多，第二天终于把课顺利的讲完了。从那堂课以后，我才真正理解“教师”与“好教师”的差距。对我来说，他的课就是标准：如果课讲不到他那么清楚，根本不能算是好课。在实习期间我的教学工作每走一步都是脚踏实地的，从没有丝毫的放松过。除了备课，上课以外，我还坚持每天帮助老师批改学生的家庭作业，做到批改后让学生及时改错误。我在教学设计上更多地趋向趣味性，加入了很多猜字谜，玩游戏等等，更注重运用他们喜欢的教学方式。在课堂上进行趣味教学，尽量吸引学生的注意力，组织好学生的纪律。渐渐地，在我的课堂上，学生的发言总是络绎不决，争先恐后，连一些差生的表现也积极了很多。

在实习期间，我们地开展了“安全牢记心中”主题班会，通过小品表演、知识竞赛，认识交通安全标志等多种形式， 并要求他们到课外去读有关的安全知识，要求学生小组合作，共同完成任务。在这次主题班会中，让学生初步掌握了一定的自救自护的知识，增强安全意识。让学生在遇到紧急情况时，学会从容对待，不急噪，不慌张。用知识竞赛、小品表演等形式来巩固并拓展学生对安全知识的理解和运用，树立学生自我保护的意识。在活动中，同学们充分发挥主人翁的精神，自己回家收集材料，分组研究，汇总资料，合作排练，自己制作道具，干得不亦乐乎。这次我班别开生面的“安全牢记心中”的主题班会，取得了圆满的成功。通过这次主题班会活动，学生的合作能力得到了提高，增进了同学之间的友谊，学生对这类活动乐此不彼，兴趣盎然，积极地投入到班级活动中去。长此以往，就会不自觉地喜欢上这个集体。只要班主任和全体同学同心协力，把握好道德行为习惯的航向，我相信我们这个班级会建设得越来越好。

经历了两周多的实习生活，让我初尝了身为一名教师的酸甜苦辣。回顾和学生们一起走过的日子，不禁想起自己的中学时代，也深感如今的学生比我们过去多了一份顽皮，一份灵活，一份大胆。学生的能力一代比一代强，要求也越来越高。因此，要想在学生中树立起好老师的形象，还需要走一段不寻常的摸索之路。

元宵节有一个独特的习俗,它就是元宵节里的亮点：赏灯。这不，今天是元宵节的晚上，我们来到了铁西公园。从上往下看去，就像一座海上的城堡，闪着耀眼的光芒，又像夜晚的星空，各色各样的灯像一颗一颗闪闪发光的星星，点缀得夜晚更加绚丽美好。直直地走下去，第一个就是十二生肖的彩灯，有活泼可爱的老鼠，有强壮矫健的牛，有勇猛无敌的虎，敏捷机灵的兔……各个都活灵活现。接着往下走，就仿佛换了一个场景，一个梦幻的世界，两个孩子坐在一个热气球上，向下面招手;旁边的环境就如仙境一般，弯曲得有些夸张的草，还有形状独特的花，还有……

既然是鼠年，那么马的形状的灯自然是必不可少的。走了不久，就看到了一个万马奔腾形状的灯，领头马抬起前蹄，嘴微微张开，仿佛在嘶鸣着;剩下的马则紧随其后，迈起前蹄勇敢的向前冲去。最令我们眼前一亮的，就是东胜区各个小学制作的特色灯笼，都是用一些生活中人们用过之后就用不着的废料制作的，有用废光盘制作的，不仅外观好看，还起到一个意想不到的作用，就是把里面的灯光反射出来;还有用纸杯做的灯笼，只是把纸杯涂上各种各样的颜色，然后再把这些纸杯粘成一个球形，每个纸杯里都装上一个灯，点亮之后五彩缤纷，美丽极了;还有一个热气球形状的灯笼，上面写了很多愿望，还画了很多房子，花草树木等等;还有用废玻璃碎片粘成的，晶莹剔透……

这次灯展真是创新啊，竟然还有自己做灯笼的活动，还能展出，没白来啊，希望以后的灯展能越办越好，中国的传统节日习俗能保留下来。
