高一上学期是高中教育的起始阶段，教育就显得尤为重要，为了使学生圆满完成新课标要求的各项学习任务，尽快适应新的环境，在各方面能够健康发展，把英语教学搞的有声有色。特制定本学期英语教学计划如下：

一、教材分析

教材是“课标”的具体表现，是学生学习的“蓝本”。现在使用的人教版英语教材的每一个单元都围绕一个主要话题来开展听说读写活动，共九个部分，即热身(warming up)，听力(listening)，说话(Speaking)预读(pre-reading)，阅读理解Reading)，课后阅读(Post-reading)，语言学习和语言运用language stuty)，小结，学习建议和趣味阅读。语言知识和技能的呈现与训练，以及语法和句型等重点循序渐进，循环反复，符合学生的认知规律，有利于学生构建知识系统。新教材打破了传统的体系，用新的理念、新的方式、新的体系呈现出来。我们应当以积极的态度去学习新教材，研究新教材，理解新教材各个栏目的编写意图，最大限度地发挥各个栏目的作用。一方面我们要努力去理解新教材、适应新教材、用好新教材，一方面我们又要努力站在新教材之上使用新教材，要根据教学目标和学生实际对其进行大胆的取舍和重组，是教材为我所用，而不是被教材牵着鼻子走。

二、教学目标

1、使学生明确学习英语的目的性， 发展学生自主学习的能力和合作精神；

2、做好初、高中的教学衔接工作，让学生了解和适应高中的英语学习；

三、学生现状分析

本学期本人担任高一(3)班的英语课。(3)班是本校的普通班，学生素质普遍较差、大部分学生英语底子差，基础薄，英语水平参差不齐，部分学生英语基础等于零。例如，本人在开学初去上第一节英语课的主要内容为：英语26个字母的测试，结果班里66个学生却没有一个学生能默写全26个英文字母，其中有20个学生叫空白卷。根据这个实际情况，本人打算在高一起始阶段的英语教学中，本着低起点，爬坡走，抓习惯的原则，长期不懈地抓好学生的学习英语的兴趣和习惯养成。指导思想是坚持“狠抓双基，改进学法，激发兴趣，提高学习英语的能力”。

四、 工作措施

1、继军训后结合学生初中英语实际状况，用两个星期从字母音标学起切实做好初中教材复习的工作，为平稳地向高中教材过度奠定基础，梳理初中知识，配发相应练习，通过习题讲练，激发学生对新知识的求知欲，顺利进入新教材的学习。

2、 为了使学生打牢基础不至于出现知识断层，本学期要有计划有步骤地把学生初中学过的但掌握不好的英语语音基础知识、英语时态、句式、定语从句、状语从句、动词不定式以及部分掌握不好的词汇、短语、句型分插于新课教学中。

3、认真研究新课程标准，尤其与旧大纲不同的地方，清楚哪些内容是新增加的，哪些内容是已经删掉的，哪些内容初中已经学的。认真研究新教材，认真备课、上课，认真进行自习辅导和批改作业。

4、为了减轻高三听力训练的压力，提高学生的听力水平，从高一就开始注意对学生进行听力训练。除了利用课堂上的时间外，还坚持每周三次利用课余时间给学生集体放听力。

5、单词一直是学生的难点、薄弱点，直接影响学生综合能力的提高，在教学中要重视词汇教学，狠抓单词的记忆与巩固以及对词汇的意义与用法的掌握。使学生掌握科学的单词记忆方法和养成勤查词典的习惯。

6、坚持每周一次作文训练，训练题材、方法力求多样化，并能及时进行讲评。坚持每天课前做值日报告和每周一篇的短文背诵检查。鼓励学生写英文日记，对个别英语特差的学生尽量多批改、多指导。

7、阅读理解能力的培养是高中教学的重中之重点，也是高考的重头戏。在单元教学中配发适当的阅读练习，在平时考测试卷中阅读篇幅占一定比例，突出重点。有计划地指导学生掌握科学的阅读方法。

作为区英语骨干教师，首先是在区级范围起到应有的辐射作用，然后在学校做到承上启下的骨干作用。对照当初制定的20PC年区骨干教师计划，我完成了既定目标、学到了很多东西。

一、读“精彩”

我们都知道读书的力量是无穷的，我们区英语骨干教师初中学科段在组长周玉萍校长的带领下，始终坚持读书，并进行区级范围内的交流。

本年度周校长发了两本英语教学的书籍，其中我虽然在毕红秋英语名师基地学习过了，但是我作为骨干教师，我通过组织学校全体英语教师学习《高中阅读设计》来帮助教师们一起学习、一起研讨、一起成长。

通过我的组织我们学校的英语老师深深感觉到读书的力量。通过学习和实际尝试我们体会到：

二、学“内涵”

我们初中英语学段组活动多样，尤其是专家的讲座，如此多专家的精彩而又内涵和深度的专题讲座让我们感悟到专家的力量。

我们学习了英语特级教师张英老师的专题讲座《英语教案中目标的设定与表达》和《英语阅读课的设计》、《虹口区特级教师专场》(我们尤其对英语特级教师祈承辉老师的印象很深，大有余音绕梁之感)、《特级教师应晓求的专题讲座》、《特级教师毕红秋老师的专题讲座》、《华师大安桂清教授的讲座》等等。

学习诸多、体会之深的我写了如下几篇感悟性文章：《追求富有设计感和体验感的教学设计》、《智慧教师给予我们的灵感》、《习惯、经验、成长》等。

三、讲“辐射”

只有不断学习、积极反思，那么我们的课堂教学实践才会卓有成效。20PC年，我带领全体英语教师学习了《洋思中学老师的一天》，组织老师收看后老师们都觉得学到了很多。

除此之外，我又邀请了静安区英语专家郁耀昌老师来校为我们英语教师作了《基于质量分析的教学改进》的专题报告。经过半个学期的报告后的体会后，我们继光初级英语教研组于20PC学年度第一学期期末考试开始进行尝试性实践，针对20PC学年度第一学期期末考试我们一共写了4篇基于质量分析的教学改进的行动报告并于20PC学年度第二学期的第三周进行研讨，并邀请静安区英语专家郁耀昌老师来校作指导。

我们深信基于数据分析的有技术和策略的教学改进一定能给我们的英语教学注入活力与潜力。

四、重“实践”

作为骨干教师，除了做好学校内工作之外，我还经常参与青年教师的带教工作。本年度除了不间断地联系丰镇中学的沈亮之外，我在本校由带教了陆羽婷老师。

本校的陆羽婷老师在我的指导下从“理论学习”、“课堂实践”和“项目课题”三个方面进行了实践。在我的指导下陆羽婷在20PC年12月13日开了名为《ABirthdayParty》的校级公开课，取得了预期的效果。

另外，我自己也开了一节校级公开课《月考试卷分析之作文教学》，同时在全校范围内作了《课程标准修订后的四大变化》、《“教什么”与“怎么教”》的专题发言。同时，在20PC年7月暑假为全区初二和初三英语教师作了《20PC年中考之我见》的专题发言。

五、轻“荣誉”

在这一年里，在校领导的帮助和关心下，在学段组长以及学段组成员的支持和关心下，我也取得了一定的成绩。

2、20PC年9月《对初中英语讲学稿中如何设计同步作业的研究》获虹口区首届“七色彩虹”征文二等奖;

高一下学期我担任了高一两个班的英语教学工作，并担任高一英语备课组长的工作，任务艰巨，但在同备课组老师的协同合作下，我认真履行职责，始终坚持高标准、严要求地开展各项教学教研活动，圆满地完成了学校安排的各项工作，自身的教学素养、业务水平和综合能力等都有了很大提高。学期即将结束，回顾这一学期，有辛勤的耕耘，有收获的喜悦，也有不少遗憾和困惑。现将一学期来的工作情况以及今后的努力方向总结如下：

一、认真做好常规的教学工作，努力提高教育教学质量

开学初，根据学校要求，我认真写好教学计划，在教学计划的指导下，备好课，写好每一节课的教案。备课时认真钻研教材，虚心向同备课组的老师学习、请教，力求吃透教材，找准重点、难点。为了上好每一节课，我上网查资料，集中别人的优点来确定自己的教学思路。为了使学生能更直观地感受所学的知识内容，我积极制作课件，利用网络、书籍以及各种信息渠道拓展教学资源。上课时认真讲课，力求突破重难点，做到精讲精练。同时运用多种教学方法，从学生的实际出发，注意调动学生学习的积极性和自主性。有成效地开展了培优扶差工作，尤其对学困生更注意思想工作的开展及课余的的辅导。课后及时做好课后反思，注意总结经验寻求差距，提高了教学质量，圆满完成了学校交给的教学任务。

二、重视初、高中英语教学衔接工作的开展，帮助学生尽快顺利适应高中英语的学习

高一是高中的起始年段，是中学生英语学习的转折点，是一个承上启下关系到学生在高中阶段能否学好并取得更大进步的关键的一学年。在学生中，对初中英语知识的掌握存在着缺陷与断层的现象普遍存在，这给我的教学工作增加了不少难度。同时，学生在两个月的暑假期间，由于没有继续学习巩固而造成的知识遗忘、回生，也使刚开始的教学步履维艰。针对这种现象，为了使高一的新生在较短的时间内适应高中的英语教学，我认真分析研究初高中的学生、初高中的教材、教学目的要求、教学方法的异同点，积极地寻求良好衔接的途径和方法。

1、根据学生掌握英语知识和技能的实际，做好教材、教学目的和要求的衔接

北师大版教材典型的特点是语言输入量大，设计的教学环节活动多。如果我按照教材一步一步地走，势必课时不足，而且有些活动并不适合自己的学生。因而我在了解初中英语教材、初中英语语言知识体系和教学班学生的知识和技能实际的基础上灵活地把教材中的内容作弹性处理，或增加，或删改，或浓缩，或简化，突出重点，巧破难点，做到化繁为简，化难为易。同时，在每一模块教学的开始上好“learningtolearn”这一课，让学生清楚地了解本模块的教学要求和课堂教学活动的各项任务，使每节课的教学目的和要求更符合学生的实际，更能有效地指导教学。

2、搞好初、高中英语语言知识的教学衔接工作

在新课的教学时注重初、高中英语语言知识的相互联系和相互渗透，使学生的由基础知识向语言能力迁移的能力得到提高。如结合新词汇的教学加强对学生的语音训练，使那些还不能正确运用读音规则独立拼读单词和流利地朗读课文的学生摆脱处处依赖教师的被动局面，为培养学生自学能力打下基础，同时也培养了学生学习词汇和记忆词汇的能力。

3、注意初、高中学生的心理转变，做好英语教学形式的衔接

高中的学生心理发育已接近成熟，思维具有较高概括性和抽象性，更渴望通过积极主动的思考来获取知识，通过自己的创造性思维来获得学习上的成功感和满足感。所以在课堂上我尽可能多地设计一些交际性和创造性都比较强的教学活动，活跃学生的思维，锻炼学生的能力。

4、重视学生非智力因素的培养和衔接

上高中后，学生普遍感到课业负担加重，难度加大，英语往往会成为一些学生放弃或懈怠的首选科目，我特别注意学生这方面的苗头，重视学生学习习惯的养成、学习意志力和自信心的培养。同时，重视情感教育，主动与学生建立平等亲切的师生关系，用爱心去对待每一位学生，使学生能愉快地融入我的课堂，积极参与学习活动。

三、积极参加教研活动，努力提高自身的教学教研水平

我积极参加教研组、备课组的教研活动，认真学习新课标、把握新教材，使自己的教学更快更好地适应新课改的要求。作为备课组组长，我及时制定了详细的备课组活动计划，在同组老师的倾心配合下，任务得以顺利落实。备课组认真研讨备课新模式，积累搜集了大量的可共享交流的课程资源，此外，高一英语备课组还在材料搜寻、课件制作、练习编写等方面分工合作，共享资源，发挥了个人的优势和特色，整体提高了备课效率。通过举办组内备课活动，老师之间的交流、研讨、相互借鉴的机会增多，对更好的把握、驾驭新教材起到了较大的促进作用。通过几次集体备课活动，我不仅积累了宝贵的经验，研究视野也开阔了，把握新课程的能力增强了。

四、存在的教学困惑

经过认真分析总结，本学期主要在以下几个方面存在困惑：

1、学生个体的英语知识基础和技能差异很大，在教学的整个过程中，每一节课的教学中如何同时兼顾到各个层次的学生，尤其是优生和学困生

2、教材内容多，课时紧张，教学任务繁重，如何在有限的时间内去完成繁重的教学任务。

3、学生知识和能力的缺陷大，教材全部采用英文编写，需要的词汇量太大，很多学生，特别是基础较差的学生学起来很吃力，如何在传授新知识和“查缺补漏”上协调。

4.教参简单，课文和对话涉及的背景多，制作课件及备课时查找图文和音频、视频资料费时多，教学上需要自主发挥的创新空间大，如何应对这种压力。

5、在语言学习材料多而广和学生活动大大增加的情况下，如何讲求效率，充分利用有限的学时。

五、今后的努力方向

教育工作，是一项常做常新、永无止境的工作。社会在发展，时代在前进，学生的特点和问题也在发生着不断的变化。面临教书育人的巨大压力、理论与实践之间的冲突，我将坚持在思想上、工作上、学习上不断地探索学习，正确引领并促进自己教育教学技能的专业成长，不断突破旧的思维方式和个人时间管理方式，逐步树立正确的教学观、质量观等素质教育新观念，加强日常工作的归纳、总结与反思，加强自身基本功的训练，以便今后更好地进行教育教学实践。

刚刚带完20__ 和20__ 届两届高三，再回到高一，蓦然回首，感悟颇深。首先，高中英语教学要有三年整体规划;其次，要注重与学生的交流与合作。下面我就高中三年英语教学中不可忽视的几项工作进行简要梳理：

一、注意高中与初中的衔接工作

高一新学期伊始，我们通过入学考试了解学生大致水平，及时给学生弥补初中的缺漏知识。同时把语言、词汇、语法、句型等方面的衔接融入并贯穿到高一整个学期的日常英语教学中，帮助学生系统学习和复习英语语言知识，尽快使学生适应了高中英语教学，自然完成初中到高中的过渡。具体做法是：培养学生课前预习、课后复习的良好学习习惯;坚持尽量用英语授课，要求并鼓励学生用英语思考问题、回答问题;根据高考要求，从高一年级开始就培养学生的阅读能力，教会学生一些阅读技巧，养成良好的阅读习惯;另外，课后还加强了与学生接触，尽快和学生熟悉起来;灌输自主学习的意识，尽量向学生提供一些与课文同步的阅读材料，让学生自主阅读;根据学生实际水平，对课文内容进行合理删减和整合。使课堂教学更有成效。

二、教学常规中求创新，强化学生主体意识

针对高中阶段词汇教学词量大，任务重，难度大的实际情况，我们在教学中利用形象、直观、生动、恰当的语言情景，引导学生在情

景中体验和感悟词汇，充分激活他们的思维，发挥其主观能动性，在用中学，学中用，为用而学并学以致用，提高词汇教学的有效性。语法的习得也是如此。在各种各样的任务中，学生感悟、理解，边理解，边模仿运用语法，从而达到我们的教学目的。这种“用语言做事”(doing things with the language)的教学理论和实践使得学生获得积极的情感体验。例如，利用各单元中“warming up”、“prediction or pre-reading”、“post-reading”、“discussion”和“listening，speaking and writing ”等环节，就各单元话题开展活动，给学生创造条件和机会，表达自己的意愿，交流自己的情感，促使学生有效地输出语言，从而生成更有效地课堂资源。同时我们还合理应用多媒体的教学手段，从听、说、读、写不同的角度展开语言知识和技能的训练，使学生的各种感官始终处于兴奋的状态中，使课堂教学充满生机和活力。各种语言活动任务的有效进行，不仅使学生有效地掌握了基本的语言知识和技能，还有助于激发学生的学习兴趣;有利于发挥学生的主体性作用。

三、培养学生的自学能力

只有通过辅导学生掌握一套科学的学习方法，并培养学生的自学能力，才能使学生的学习积极性和主动性得以发挥。我的具体做法是：培养学生的预习和复习能力、听说读写等各种方法掌握英语基本知识和技能的能力、学会自己整理所学知识的积累能力。另外，自学能力的提高还得益于学生课外大量的独立的阅读，于是我们要求学生从高

一就开始用英语词典和阅读训练书籍，让他们勤，多阅读，扩大语言积累，提高自学能力。

四、激发学生学习英语的兴趣

在教学中培养学生的学习兴趣，增强教学效果，才能避免在以后的学习中产生两极分化。作为英语教师我们除了深入挖掘教材自身的素材外，我们还可开发教材以外的课程资源，使英语教学生活化，学生能学以致用，易于将自己在课堂学到的英语知识运用到自己身边的生活中去，自然会提高学习兴趣和效果。比如：在我们生活中，许多广告、标示语、流行歌曲、电影电视、报刊杂志等都拥有广泛的英语资源，我们可以选取其中有关时事、体育、时尚和娱乐等话题，吸引学生的注意力，引起他们的共鸣，拉近英语和学生生活的距离，让英语融入学生的生活。只要我们留心身边的事物，我们会发现在日常生活中我们会学到很多与生活息息相关的英语。此外，我们课后要和学生多交流接触，了解学生的需要，适当和学生一起参加活动。如：各班主题班会，学生科技节，文体竞赛，圣诞晚会，新年联欢会等等，从中去了解和关注他们，拉近师生之间的距离。

五、开设英语校本课程，拓展学生英语学习空间

英语校本课程的开设能开阔学生的视野，激发学生英语学习兴趣;培养学生利用英语资源的能力，提高学生英语学习策略。在高一年级，我开设了《诵读英文经典》之“诵读英语诗歌，学习英语表达”的校本课，学生在诗歌里感悟语言的魅力;了解诗歌的表现形式和意义;领悟、归纳英语的词法和句法;朗读、背诵、仿写和创作，不断

提高语言运用能力。学生在50余篇的习作中，用英语表达了自己的思想和感情，逐渐形成用英语思维的能力。

六、高三复习要有计划性和针对性

高三教学要有切实可行的复习计划，并注意复习内容的系统性、针对性，把已学的知识系统进行归类，把复习重点放在学生的难点、弱点上以及常易出错或失误的内容方面上，努力做到有的放矢。

1.第一轮复习，以教材和考纲为依据，重视大纲和考纲所列词汇的掌握落实，同时在日常阅读中加强对热点词汇的理解和掌握。基础语法复习要理清线索，突出动词、时态、语态、非谓语形式以及从句等重要内容。

2.第二轮复习，加强高考题型和重点内容和重点考点的强化训练和方法指导，使得学生逐渐地在训练中提高解题能力和速度。同时要强调语言积累的重要性，至少每天坚持几分钟的英语听力练习，十几分钟的英语阅读或动笔写作的练习，或者每天能够坚持重点英语词、句、文的理解掌握，完成量的积累必定会有“质”的回报。一模后，重点放在查漏补缺上，我们要把易错题进行改编对其进行强化记忆和练习，要求学生记住老师在课堂上对这些题的分析过程，以备考前再回顾、反思、比较、消化，以期达到今后遇到同类试题不再出错的目的。

3.第三轮复习，必须回归基础，使学生在考前找到良好的语感觉。第一，整理词汇表。我们把词汇分为高考必背动词、新增词汇、写作常用词、认读词汇、听说词汇及高频率使用词汇等类别，使其在

不同的层面上去理解掌握词汇，而不是千篇一律地去背默。第二，选做近三年的高考(北京卷)真题，让学生学会找出每道题的切入点，从中总结命题立意及命题手法，强化其分析问题和解决问题的能力。再有，第三，坚持听、读、写的限时训练，熟悉不同体裁、题材文章特点，提高阅读速度，熟练答题技巧。通过夯实双基，巩固能力，使其满怀信心地去参加高考。

七、发挥备课组的积极作用

在个人钻研教材的基础上，我们要加强集体备课，发挥群体优势，进一步明确教学目标，重点解决怎样学生才能学会，突出教法。每堂研讨课我们要突出一个主题。如：解决学生的记单词的问题;语法教学的有效性的问题;学生怎样才能提高阅读能力?学生怎样才能做好完形填空?学生怎样才能写好作文?......虽然我们的尝试一直还不太完善，但我们会不断激发学生的学习兴趣，使每一位学生参与课堂教学。课后我们认真反思，不断探讨得失。为了进一步提高教学实效，我们会再接再厉，创造更辉煌的成绩。
