我觉得这节课很成功，它较好地体现了课程的三维目标，具体我将从以下四个方面进行点评：

第一大点：教学目的。这堂课的教学目的明确，教学效果好。

1.学生在课堂上用英语表达旅游景点和名胜古迹，培养了用英语思维的能力;

2.课文阅读教学目标如scanning、skimming都能很好地完成;

3激发了学生对祖国美好河山的热爱。

第二大点：教学过程和方法。

1.整堂课的教学设计符合高中学生的实际和教学内容的需要，教学各环节过渡自然，从开头freetalk导入课文，通过图片启发提问到quiz测试，再到词汇paraphrase和reading阅读、dialogue对话、discussion讨论，完全符合学生认知水平;

2.设计有层次、有深度，特别是反馈形式多样，可见该教师花费了不少心思，如小测试、词汇解释、提问、填空、对话、预测等设计有坡度，并且都是为了一个共同的教学目标。

第四大点：教师素养方面。

1.教师口语流利，发音标准，语言基本功扎实，可见教师对教材吃的很透彻，备课充分;

2.教师教态自然，有时配合手势，有亲和力，教师指令明确、到位，善于启发学生，因人而异，因材施教;

在之后的教学中，将会穿插学习高考试题中每个题型的解题技巧。

2.为了使学生打牢基础不至于出现知识断层，本学期要有计划的把学生初中学过的但掌握不好的时态、句式、定语从句、状语从句、动词不定式以及部分掌握不好的词汇、短语、句型分插于新课教学中。

3、认真研究新课程标准，尤其与旧大纲不同的地方，清楚哪些内容是新增加的，哪些内容是已经删掉的，哪些内容初中已经学的。

认真研究新教材，在集体备课的基础上认真备课、上课，认真进行自习辅导和批改作业。

4、为了减轻高三听力训练的压力，提高学生的听力水平，从高一就开始就对学生进行听力训练。

5、单词一直是学生的难点、薄弱点，直接影响学生综合能力的提高，在教学中要重视词汇教学，狠抓单词的记忆与巩固以及对词汇的意义与用法的掌握。

首先，我分析了我校学生实际状况。高一学生普遍英语底子差，基础薄，所以针对这个实际状况，决定采取坚持“夯实基础，狠抓双基，改善学法，激发兴趣，提高潜力”的指导思想。以此提高学生的学习兴趣，不断提高学习成绩。

再次，我做到认真备课。作为一名新教师，我的体会是：上好一堂课很难，但是要备好一堂课更难。在备课之前，务必对所有资料进行熟悉，参考超多相关资料，认真钻研教材，确定重难点，同时，备课不仅仅要备教材，而且还要备教法，备教学手段;除此之外，更要备学生，根据学生的实际状况(即学情)采用适合易于他们理解的教学手段，不断培养学生的学习英语的兴趣。认真写好教案，对每一节课都做到“有备而来”，课后及时对授课做出反思，总结其中不足。并按照单元资料整理重点短语，归纳分发给学生，以便记忆。多鼓励，少批评。为了使学生更爱开口，在练习中，要重视运用鼓励性语言，不断强化学生参加交际的信心

授课之后，做到精讲精练。在每单元结束时，会针对该单元教学重点难点，精简一些习题供学生练习巩固所学知识。习题或是从调研题选取，抑或是从其它套题或网络上选取具有针对性的习题，复印后供学生演练。

认真批改作业。坚持布置适量的作业，使学生所学知识得到巩固和提高。布置作业时，坚持做到有针对性，有层次性，形式多样化。。每个学生对课堂上的知识掌握程度，都会在作业中得以直接体现出来。对于难度较大的题目，学生出现错误较多的作业，课上利用时间统一详细讲评每个错误;对于学生不该出现的问题，指导学生及时纠正。每隔两天布置听写任务，对所学新单词、新短语、好句子进行听写。认真及时地批改听写。并针对学生的听写状况，认真透彻地进行讲评，根据其状况不断改善教法。从而做到因材施教，教学相长。

单词一向是学生的难点、薄弱点，直接影响学生综合潜力的提高，在教学中重视词汇教学，狠抓单词的记忆与巩固、以及对词汇的好处与用法的掌握。使学生掌握科学的单词记忆方法和养成勤查词典的习惯。并且搜集了超多的单词拼写的习题供学生练习，直接把单词放到具体的语境中去。鉴于学生的基础薄弱，或是没有理解语境，无法补充所缺信息;或是明白是哪个词，不是拼写有误，就是该词的词形不对。所以单词还有待于加强巩固练习。

以上就是本人这学期的工作总结，期望能发扬优点，克服其中的不足之处，总结经验教训，以便在下个学年提高自我，共同提高所教年级的英语水平。因此，无论怎样辛苦，我都会一如既往，多学习，勤反思，多向前辈学习，以促进教学工作更上一层楼。
