高一下期是学生逐渐认识和适应高中外语学习的关键时期，我们计划在上期的基础上，继续拓宽学生的知识面，全面培养听、说、读、写四会能力，特别是理解、分析和阅读的能力，让学生尽快适应高中学习。

一、教育教学指导思想

树立新观念,钻研新大纲,探索新教法。

二、教学工作

1、必修课。本期教学课时仍然紧,教材内容多，知识覆盖面大，在上好教本的同时，要特别考虑拓展学上的课外知识，人文知识，加强课外阅读的补充和指导，具体方法如下：

a) 狠抓单元教学,突出单元教学重点。把握好各个环节如：warming up-speaking; reading; explanation of language points, unit exercises，listening. 让学生不仅学习知识，而且得到能力的培养。

b) 增强教改意识。要整体提高学生的思想认识和文化品味。要将“教法指导”转为“学法指导”,重视指导学生思维方法的学习,要引导并鼓励学生的创新意识。相对淡化知识系统,强调运用语言的能力和语感能力的培养,重视积累,感悟和熏陶。新教材中的“口语交际”要让学生充分活动,还要采用多种形式拓展学生的英语实践活动,努力提高学生学习英语的兴趣。

2、课内课外阅读。

a) 教师指导阅读,教师除了课文中阅读材料，还要指导学生的课外阅读，备课时要对其内容,重难点,方式方法等都要作通盘考虑。另外还要注意“教本”和“课外阅读”的相关延伸,即“课外阅读”和“教本”具体课文的相关衔接。同时，教师还要对学生进行阅读策略方面的指导。

b) 学生单元小结 1.积累词语，对课文涉及的重要词语，要抄写、查字典解释重点记忆。2. 阅读报刊文章写点评；3.每单元写一百字左右与课文内容相关的作文。

c) 课堂交流,课堂内除了individual activity, pair work, group work, discussion, debate这些活动，还有课外的 team work ，duty report，这些材料都以书面形式和口头形式呈现，最后由教师收集作资料保存。

d) 英语学习小组活动,每个小组每学期都有机会在课堂展示对一篇文章或一个专题的理解，质疑,评析,欣赏.这是学生自主学习和“研究性阅读”的尝试。

3、写作

a) 根据教材的编写体例,把教本上的"写作"内容与学生练笔结合。

b) 本期拟作作文每单元1次。

c) 作文批改要讲实效,要调动学生参与,可先由学生自评或互评,再由老师点评,对其得失进行分析总结,并提倡学生写后记或重作,以期不断提高写作能力。

d) 对优秀的作文可进行交流。

4、充分利用电脑,投影仪,磁带,录像,影碟机等电教手段,适当的时候使用多媒体教室,使英语课堂更加形象,生动活泼。搞好我校的网校工作,制作各单元的电子文本。

三.具体安排

课时进度――全期新课授课22周,每周5课时计,共110课时。每单元授课7---8课时，本期共12单元（包括上学期的11-12单元）预计需85-90课时。测验和考试四次。订正试卷4-5课时。机动15课时。

这一学年来，本人担任高一(5-6)两班的英语教师，在相互认识了之后，积极地去了解学生，去摸清学生的学习基础，以便“因材施教”。本人在教学中认真备课、上课、听课，及时批改作业、讲评作业，做好课后辅导工作，广泛涉猎各种知识，形成比较完整的知识结构，严格要求学生，尊重学生，发扬教学民主，使学生学有所得，从而不断提高自己的教学水平和思想觉悟，并顺利完成教育教学任务。下面是本人对一学年教学工作的一个计划:

要提高教学质量，关键是上好课。为了上好课，我做了下面的工作:课前准备，备好课。

①认真钻研教材，对教材的基本思想、基本概念，每句话、每个字都弄清楚，了解教材的结构，重点与难点，掌握知识的逻辑，能运用自如，知道应补充哪些资料，怎样才能教好。

②了解学生原有的知识技能的质量，他们的兴趣、需要、方法、习惯，学习新知识可能会有哪些困难，采取相应的预防措施。

③考虑教法，解决如何把已掌握的教材传授给学生，包括如何组织教材、如何安排每节课的活动。高二的学生基础还是比较差，所以在课堂上我尽量用最简易的语言授课，争取让学生能在一定的时间内掌握得.在复习过程中是非常枯燥的，所以课堂上激发学生学习英语的兴趣尤为重要.兴趣是的老师，有了兴趣，学生就会产生求知欲，视学习为乐趣，而不是负担。只有在教学中培养学生的学习兴趣，增强教学效果，才能避免在以后的学习中产生两极分化。英语课堂既是吸取知识的主战场，又是内化技能的练兵所，但有限的时间无法使学生们充分把这些技能和知识据为己有并消化吸收。利用一定的时间复习巩固已学知识，训练相应技能是提高学习效率不可或缺的重要组成部分。我的具体做法是把语言教学与练习联系起来，上课时尽量结合时事、热点，给学生讲有关政治、历史、社会等各方面的新闻、幽默等。课后做到多和学生交流接触，了解学生的需要，以及他们对课堂上知识的掌握程度.并且在课后还布置学生专门做一些综合能力的作业.比如说一天两篇阅读理解和一篇完型填空.而且我在教学中会认真设计相应的课后练习，让学生达到学以致用;如果课堂所学的是一些基本的语言点，我就会给学生一些相应的训练，让学生巩固课堂所学知识，并懂得如何在实际中应用;如果课堂教学的是阅读课，我会给出一些关键词，让学生复述课文。没有课后练习的复习巩固，学习效果会大打折扣，效率就提不高。讲课生动有趣我在讲课时，尽量讲得生动有趣，在完成教学任务的同时，经常给学生穿插一些英文歌曲、电影片段，来激发学生的学习兴趣。

课后我积极参与听课，虚心向同行学习教学方法，博采众长，提高教学水平。培养多种兴趣爱好，到图书馆博览群书，不断扩宽知识面，为教学内容注入新鲜血液。

这一学期来，阅读在英语特别是考试中占的比例很大。而本人所教的两个班的学生阅读能力都不是特别好。在今后阅读理解的复习是一个重点，复习时我应注意到了以下几点:

1.提高学生的阅读量大。

阅读速度要求每分钟48.5个词以上。

2让其训练的题材应多样化。包括日常生活、风俗习惯、人物传记、文化教育、社会、史地、科技、政治、经济等内容。不能只局限于某种题材。

3体裁多样化。包括说明文、记叙文、议论文、应用文等。

4.让其了解阅读理解的主要题型。

5.掌握必要的阅读理解解题技巧。

一般来说，对记叙文注意5w和1h;对描述文注意主要情节，对说明文或论证文要注意主旨句。

另外，做阅读理解还要善于抓关键词语，如承接词and，besides，but，never，etc。走进21世纪，社会对教师的素质要求更高，在今后的教育教学工作中，我将更严格要求自己，努力工作，发扬优点，改正缺点，开拓前进，为美好的明天贡献自己的力量。

为了顺利完成本学期的教学任务，提高本学期的教育教学质量，根据我带班级学生的实际情况，围绕教学目标，除了认真备课、上课、批改作业、定期评定学生成绩、优质完成每一节课的教学外，还应采取课内外培优辅差措施，制定培优辅差计划，力争取得好成绩。

一、思想方面的培优辅差

1、做好学生的思想工作，经常和学生谈心，关心他们，关爱他们，让学生觉得老师是重视他们的，激发他们学习的积极性。了解学生们的学习态度、学习习惯、学习方法等。从而根据学生的思想心态进行相应的辅导。

2、定期与学生家长、班主任联系，进一步了解学生的家庭、生活、思想、课堂等各方面的情况。

二、培优辅差措施

根据我所带班级的实际情况，我总结出“培优辅差三部曲”，即预习—听课—复习三步。英语知识的积累与使用只能在不断的反复中进行。所以在英语学习中教师必须重视学生的预习、听课、和复习。

(一）预习：教师可以给学生列出每个单元的预习提纲，让学生根据自己的实际情况进行预习。根据预习提纲，转差生可以提前借助于工具书了解课文内容，培优生可以进行超前学习，教师只为为他们提供方法指导。大多数差生往往是“笨鸟不飞”。教师就只好常带着他们先飞，和差生一起预习实际上是教给他们学英语的正确方法，“教是为了不教”。培养学生的自学能力，应该是我们教学的真正目的。教师可以借助于预习这一环节，激发培优生的主观能动性，鼓励他们自学，超前学，往深里学。

（二）听课:听课对于一个学习者而言是最重要的一个环节，在英语课堂中，差生上课时注意力往往不够集中，为了检测转差生的听课效果，教师可以采用突击性的发问。转差生由于羞怯心理往往怕开口，教师可以尽量选择难易适度的问题去问他们；叫他们到黑板上写有把握的句子；朗读事先已读过多遍的课文等等。从而使转差生克服自卑，战胜困难，取得成功。在课堂上教师也要积极为培优生提供锻炼和提高的机会，引导“培优”的学生认识自己的长处，为他们提供尽可能多的展示自己的机会，使他们的自我表现力、创造力得到充分的发挥。

（三）复习:英语知识的应用以及知识的巩固反复只能在复习中进行，教师可以要求每一位学生准备一个复习本，就当天的学习内容作以总结归纳或以记的形式进行回顾性复习。培优生的复习主要以总结归纳整理，搜集经典试题为主。而差生主要以抄写记忆已讲内容为主。对复习要安排了专门的课代表进行检查。而大多数差生学习不主动，怕吃苦。随着教学内容的增多和难度的加深。他们会由于偷懒而掉队，教师亲自的督促检查就得紧跟其后。

此外，我们还应利用课余时间“因材施教、对症下药”，根据学生的素质采取相应的方法辅导。具体方法如下：

1、课上差生板演，中等生订正，优等生解决难题。

2、安排座位时坚持“好差同桌”结为学习对子。即“兵教兵”。

3、课堂练习分成三个层次：第一层“必做题”—基础题，第二层：“选做题”—中等题，第三层“思考题”--拓广题。满足不同层次学生的需要。

4、培优辅差过程必须优化备课，功在课前，效在课上，成果巩固在课后培优辅差。

5、每周进行简单测评，了解学生学习掌握情况。

三、在培优辅差中应注意以下几点：

1、不歧视学习有困难的学生，不纵容优秀的学生，一视同仁。

2、根据优差生的实际情况制定学习方案，比如优秀生可以给他们一定难度的题目让他们进行练习，学困生则根据他们的程度给与相应的题目进行练习和讲解，已达到循序渐进的目的。

3、对于学生的作业完成情况要及时地检查，并做出评价。

4、要讲究教法。做到师生互动，生生互动，极大的调动学生学习积极性，提高优生率。

本学期我担任高一(15)高一(16)班的英语教学，这个两个班都是平行班，经过本学期的教学，学生已基本适应了上课的流程和掌握一定的学习方法，但是学生的语法基础普遍薄弱，单词记忆不是很理想，听说读写的英语能力也需要进一步提高。

二、教学指导思想

认真钻研新课标，树立新观念，探索新教法，在学校教学计划指导下进行工作。特别注意根据我校高一学生实际，努力发展学生自主学习和合作学习的能力;形成有效的英语学习策略;培养学生的综合运用语言的能力;特别注重提高学生用英语进行思维和表达的能力。继续拓宽学生的知识面，全面培养听、说、读、写四会能力，理解、分析和阅读的能力，让学生尽快适应高中学习。

三、教材分析

按照新课程改革，本学期开设普通高中课程标准实验教科书英语模块必修(2)两个模块剩余和必修(3)和必修(4)。(人教版)共10个单元内容。共十二个模块。其中有两个模块为复习模块。

具体安排： 对于10个模块，每一模块用10课时，课本的学习可以这样进行：上新课8个课时，单元复习检测2个课时。

四、教学内容

本学期主要学习必修三和必修四。要求学生重点掌握每个单元中的黑体词语以及出现的重要句型;语法主要为：情态动词的用法;名词性从句包括宾语从句、表语从句、同位语从句等;主谓一致;动词Ving的功能用法。其中名词性从句和动词Ving的功能用法是本学期教学的重点也是学生学习的难点。

五、主要措施

(一)教学方面：

1、为了使学生打牢基础不至于出现知识断层，本学期要有计划的把学生初中学过的但掌握不好的时态、句式、定语从句、状语从句、动词不定式以及部分掌握不好的词汇、短语、句型分插于单元的新课教学中。

2、在听力方面，进一步提高学生的听力水平，从高一就开始就对学生进行听力训练。除了利用课堂上的时间外，还坚持利用课余时间给学生放一些英语小片段，有趣的视频和带中英文字幕的经典电影，让学生融入一个说英语的英语环境。

3、在口语表达方面，本学期要狠抓学生的口语表达，在教学过程中努力设计教学，把提高学生的口语安排在每节课的教学中。具体措施，每周二四六三次英语课，抽出5-10分钟的时间，安排一到两名学生到讲台前进行英语口语表达练习，形式多样，可以是即兴演讲impromptu speech，天气预报weather forecast ，时政要闻political news，幽默humor，笑话jokes or funny story，戏剧drama，诗歌朗诵reading poems，美文欣赏等。

4、在词汇方面，单词一直是学记忆生的难点、薄弱点，直接影响学生综合能力的提高，在教学中要重视词汇教学，狠抓单词的记忆与巩固以及对词汇的意义与用法的掌握。使学生掌握科学的单词记忆方法和养成勤查词典的习惯。为打牢学生的单词基础，在每周单元学习结束前对学生进行单词默写检查两次，一次让学生互评，一次由老师亲自评阅。

5、在阅读方面，阅读理解能力的培养是高中教学的重点，也是高考的重头戏。在单元教学中精心设计一节课阅读课，充分培养锻炼学生的阅读能力，阅读技巧，阅读速度和阅读效率，并且有计划的指导学生掌握科学的阅读方法。

6、在写作方面，坚持每两周一次作文训练，训练题材、方法力求多样化，并能及时进行讲评。并针对高一新生的写作基础，给予英文写作的指导和误区分析，可适当让学生多背诵一些常用的句型，句式，词汇和短语，或是很有代表性的范文。鼓励学生写英文日记，对个别英语特差的学生尽量多批改、多指导。

(二)在教研方面：

1、认真研究新课程标准，尤其与旧大纲不同的地方，清楚哪些内容是新增加的，哪些内容是已经删掉的，哪些内容初中已经学的。认真研究新教材，在集体备课的基础上认真备课、上课，认真进行自习辅导和批改作业。

2、坚持每周互相听评课活动，相互取长补短，提高自己的教学能力 。

3、集体备课是提高教学质量和整体教学水平的有力保证，有利于经验丰富的教师与年轻教师互为补充、共同提高。作为新教师，坚持积极多参加集体备课，集体备课前先了解所教单元的重点、难点及在高考中的比重及为完成教学内容所用的教法，然后与全组人员共同探讨，最后确定下来。总之，要做到因材施教。
