一、教材分析

教材是“课标”的具体表现，是学生学习的“蓝本”。现在使用的人教版英语教材每一个模块都围绕一个主要话题开展听说读写活动，循序渐进，循环反复，符合学生的认知规律，有利于学生构建知识系统。一方面我们要努力去理解教材、适应教材、用好教材，一方面我们又要努力站在教材之上使用教材，要根据教学目标和学生实际对其进行大胆的取舍和重组，是教材为我所用，而不是被教材牵着鼻子走。

二、 教学任务

1、使学生明确学习英语的重要性性， 发展自主学习的能力和合作精神;

2、做好初高中的教学衔接工作，让学生了解和适应高中的英语学习;

3、在培养学生的语言知识、语言技能、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识等素养的基础上发展学生综合运用语言的能力，培养学生在获取信息，处理信息，分析问题解决问题的能力，以及运用英语进行思维和表达的能力。

4、优化学生的英语学习方法，使他们能通过观察、体验、探究等主动学习的方法，充分发挥自己的学习潜能，形成有效的学习策略，提高自主学习的能力。

三、学生现状分析

我校学生构成复杂，既有创新班，又有重点班，还有普通班。打算在高一起始阶段的英语教学中，本着低起点，爬坡走，抓习惯，培尖子的原则，选练习，重学案的方法，进行分层次梯度教学。普通班注重基础教学，主要抓词汇量和句子结构分析能力，培养良好的学习习惯，提高学习英语的兴趣;而创新班既要抓词汇教学，还要注重阅读能力和写作能力的培养，让学生“吃好、吃饱”。指导思想是坚持“狠抓双基，改进学法，激发兴趣，提高学习英语的能力，培养高分学生”。

四、教学内容与进度

本学期将完成人教新课标版必修一五个单元和必修二四个单元的教学任务。配合使用练习和教学辅助材料为《同步作业本》《高中教学英语阶梯听力》《优化学案》，创新班加做《阅读理解天天练》以及教师自编导学案。

五、工作措施

1.坚持集体备课活动，发挥集体的聪明才智

本学期，我们将坚持两周的定时定点的备课活动，在每次集体备课中，确定中心发言人，每次主要由中心发言人主讲，然后再相互研讨，确定每单元，甚至是每份练的重点、难点及其突破的方法，统一教案、统一练习和作业，做到教学案一体化。教学过程中遇到不清楚、难以把握的内容共同研究。坚持先集体讨论、研究教材、确立重点和难点，以及上课的一些思路，然后再由老师各自组织课件，分工合作，收集备课资料，做到精选精练，突出应用与能力。做到统一备课，统一进度，统一练习，共同探讨教学过程中所碰到的问题。在资源共享的同时，鼓励创新班加大强度和个性化练习。

2. 加强单词默写，提高词汇量

单词一直是学生的难点、薄弱点，直接影响学生综合能力的提高，在教学中要重视词汇教学，狠抓单词的记忆与巩固以及对词汇的意义与用法的掌握。使学生掌握科学的单词记忆方法和养成勤查词典的习惯。学好英语的关键是提高词汇量，而我校学生普遍词汇量匮乏，因此备课组进行每周两次的单词默写，全级段统一在同一天进行，每次50个单词或短语，满分100分，全批改登分上传备课组，创新班95分以上为合格，重点班90分以上合格，普班80以上合格，不合格学生统一安排补考，一直到合格为止。

3.抓常规听力训练，注重听力效果

高考英语听力占总分的30分，比重较大，也容易得分。所以这部分是我们不可放松的。同时为了减轻高三听力训练的压力，提高学生的听力水平，从高一就开始就对学生进行听力训练。每周一、三晚上18：00到18：20的限时训练时间作为级段的统一听力测试时间，为了切实落实听力的实际效果，备课组采用即时测试的方式，课前下发听力检测卷，课后统一收齐送交阅卷机房改出，公布成绩。

4.集体备课，资源共享

集体备课是提高教学质量和整体教学水平的有力保证，有利于经验丰富的教师与年轻教师互为补充、共同提高。坚持每周一次的集体备课，集中带课教师的智慧和经验，化解模块教学中的难点，减少教学中的授课弯路，突出重点。

认真研究新课程标准，尤其与旧大纲不同的地方，清楚哪些内容是新增加的，哪些内容是已经删掉的，哪些内容初中已经学的。认真研究新教材，在集体备课的基础上认真备课、上课，认真进行自习辅导和批改作业。

教案要求：三年以内教龄教师(含三年)必须手写详案，一课一背，章节清楚，标明日期，如果是连堂备课，必须注明。备课要环节清楚，有教学要点、目标、难点、方式、过程、教具、板书、作业等。每个单元要含有写作、语法、练习、阅读、综合技能等不同课型详案。老教师每个单元至少四个教案。要求有导学案进行教学，不直接下载使用，学案的编制个性与共性共享，技能满足普通学生的基本需要，又能对尖子学生进行拔高。

5. 写作早下手，题材多样化

坚持每两周一次作文训练，训练题材、方法力求多样化，并能及时进行讲评。鼓励学生写英文日记，对个别英语特差的学生尽量多批改、多指导。作文应用文的模板要求记忆背诵，杜绝零分作文。

6、坚持听课，全员赛课

坚持教学研究和相互听课，互相学习，积极开展组内相互听课活动，做到取长补短，每位教师每学期开一次组内公开课。听课后及时评课，不说空话套话，实事求是，以求共同提高，三年以内教龄老师开两节课。时间统一安排在周五教研活动时间，开课教师自行调课。

7.开展”师徒结对’活动

两千多年前，荀子《劝学》中提到：青取之于蓝，而青于蓝。青出于蓝而胜于蓝，因此师徒结对又叫“青蓝工程”，师徒结对是我校培养新教师的一种重要途径，对学校的教育教学有着积极的意义。做好“师徒结对”活动，互相促进，抓好老带新工作，通过对新教师的课前指导、课内跟踪、课后总结，帮助新教师迅速提高业务水平，青年教师在较短的时间熟悉教育教学业务，学到关于课堂调控、应急事件处理、教师语言、教态、板书等教学常规。

本学期我担任高一xx班的英语教学工作，通过一个学期的教学，我有了新的体会。特做高一英语教学总结如下：

教学就是教与学，两者是相互联系，不可分割的，有教者就必然有学者。学生是被教的主体。因此，了解和分析学生情况很重要。上了几节课后，听学生们反应，才知道我讲的口语大部分学生听不懂，而教学的部分内容学生们以前从来未接触过。

一方面，学生英语听、说的能力相对较弱，授课采用较深的全英教学，学生们还不能适应。另一方面，班上的学生比较沉静，学习欠积极性，中下层面而广，我备课时也没有注意到这点，因此教学效果不如理想。从此可以看出，了解及分析学生实际情况，实事求是，具体问题具体分析，做到因材施教，对授课效果有直接影响。这就是教育学中提到的“备教法的同时要备学生”。

教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性，我明白备课的重要，备课充分，能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好。但同时又要有驾驭课堂的能力，因为学生在课堂上的一举一动都会直接影响课堂教学。因此上课一定要设法令学生投入，不让其分心，上课内容丰富。教态自然，讲课生动，难易适中，照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。所以，老师每天都要有充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。这样，授课就事半功倍。

英语是一门外语，对学生而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿学，也无法学下去。事实证明是值得的。建立“课前五分钟会话”，培养课堂交际氛围。如，一进课堂老师说：“Itsnicetoseeyouagain./Itsfinetoday，isnt?/Howareyoutoday?”星期一上课问：“Didyouhaveagoodtimeintheweekend?”学生会作出不同的回答，引出更多的对话，从而达到交际的目的，适当让学生表演对话或课文内容。针对近期所学内容，布置学生课后进行讨论排练，然后在课堂表演。多鼓励，少批评。为了使学生更爱开口，在练习中，要重视运用鼓励性语言，不断强化学生参加交际的信心。

另外，自学能力的提高还得益于大量的独立的阅读，于是新学期开始就要要求学生人人必备一本英汉词典作为工具书，让学生勤。激发学生学习英语的兴趣。在教学中培养学生的学习兴趣，增强教学效果，才能避免在以后的学习中产生两极分化。老师课后应当多和学生交流接触，了解学生的需要。

巩固教学效果。教学的一个根本目的，是要求学生学会独立思考、独立自学，最终成为一个能独立工作的合格人才。所以，课外作业便是学生个体完成作业的独立活动的基本形式。学生在完成作业过程中，需要独立思考、独立钻研，这对学生有充分的实际锻炼机会。因此，教师要在作业特别的留心，不仅要重视答案的公平性、客观性和性，还要重视学生的选择性和创造性以及答案的开放性和多样性。

这一学期来，阅读在英语特别是考试中占的比例很大。而本人所教的2个班的学生阅读能力都不是特别好。在今后阅读理解的复习是一个重点，复习时我注意到了以下几点：

1、提高学生的阅读量大。

2、让其训练的题材应多样化。包括日常生活、风俗习惯、人物传记、文化教育、社会、史地、科技、政治、经济等内容。不能只局限于某种题材。

3、体裁多样化。包括说明文、记叙文、议论文、应用文等

4、让其了解阅读理解的主要题型

5、掌握必要的阅读理解解题技巧

一般来说，对记叙文注意5W和1H;对描述文注意主要情节，对说明文或论证文要注意主旨句。另外，做阅读理解还要善于抓关键词语，如承接词and、besides、but、never、etc。

经过一个学期的努力，期末考就是一种考验。无论成绩高低，都体现了我在这学期的教学成果。我明白到这并不是最重要的，重要的是在本学期后如何自我提高，如何共同提高本班的英语水平。

id like to summarize myself from 3 aspects:

first, im an e_cellent learner. in my sophomore year, i passed theentrance e_amination to the e_cellent student program in tianjin university andwas recommended as the postgraduate student with special courses, and then ijoined the ibm center in tianjin university. after finishing my undergraduatecourses, my gpa was 3.8 out of 4.5.

second, im an e_cellent problem-solver. during the last 4 years, i havefinished 5 projects, including the hydraulic engineering project managementsystem, and so on. and i took part in the mathematical contest in modeling in __and won the second prize in tianjin region.

last, im an e_cellent team player. ive been serving as the monitor for 6years and team leader for 2 years. and besides taking more responsibilities, ialso placed great emphasis on teamwork, in order to meet the teams goal.

I am able to operate the computer well.I am skillful in searching for information in Internet.I am a football fan for years.Italian team is my favorite.Anyway,I feel great pity for our countrys team. I always believe that one will easily lag behind unless he keeps on learning .Of course, if I am given a chance to study in this famous University,I will spare no effort to master a good command of advance .

元宵节有一个独特的习俗,它就是元宵节里的亮点：赏灯。这不，今天是元宵节的晚上，我们来到了铁西公园。从上往下看去，就像一座海上的城堡，闪着耀眼的光芒，又像夜晚的星空，各色各样的灯像一颗一颗闪闪发光的星星，点缀得夜晚更加绚丽美好。直直地走下去，第一个就是十二生肖的彩灯，有活泼可爱的老鼠，有强壮矫健的牛，有勇猛无敌的虎，敏捷机灵的兔……各个都活灵活现。接着往下走，就仿佛换了一个场景，一个梦幻的世界，两个孩子坐在一个热气球上，向下面招手;旁边的环境就如仙境一般，弯曲得有些夸张的草，还有形状独特的花，还有……

既然是鼠年，那么马的形状的灯自然是必不可少的。走了不久，就看到了一个万马奔腾形状的灯，领头马抬起前蹄，嘴微微张开，仿佛在嘶鸣着;剩下的马则紧随其后，迈起前蹄勇敢的向前冲去。最令我们眼前一亮的，就是东胜区各个小学制作的特色灯笼，都是用一些生活中人们用过之后就用不着的废料制作的，有用废光盘制作的，不仅外观好看，还起到一个意想不到的作用，就是把里面的灯光反射出来;还有用纸杯做的灯笼，只是把纸杯涂上各种各样的颜色，然后再把这些纸杯粘成一个球形，每个纸杯里都装上一个灯，点亮之后五彩缤纷，美丽极了;还有一个热气球形状的灯笼，上面写了很多愿望，还画了很多房子，花草树木等等;还有用废玻璃碎片粘成的，晶莹剔透……

这次灯展真是创新啊，竟然还有自己做灯笼的活动，还能展出，没白来啊，希望以后的灯展能越办越好，中国的传统节日习俗能保留下来。

本学期是学生逐渐认识和适应高中英语学习的关键时期，计划在上学期的基础上，继续培养学生能力，特别是理解、分析和阅读、应用能力。

一、教学指导思想

夯实基础，改进教法、学法，激发兴趣，提高应试能力。

二、教学内容

本学期必修3、必修4两个模块，每一模块5个单元，共10个单元的教学内容。按3周2个单元的进度完成10个单元的教学内容。本期教学课时仍然紧,教材内容多，知识覆盖面大，在上好教本的同时，继续把学生学过但掌握不好的时态、语态、句式、定语从句、状语从句、动词不定式以及部分词汇、短语、句型在本学期10单元的教学中得以重现和巩固。

三、教学措施

1、除了参加集备，还要认真进行个人备课。个人备课除常规要求外，还需留意以下几点:

2、确定好教学目标。教学目标应当根据“课标”的要求写，要注意体现当前教学内容的特点和本质，并且要有可操作性。

3、注重备方法。将备课引向深入，由重备内容到重备方法，要重点研究突出重点、突破难点的方法，同时利用单元话题，联系实际生活，让课堂也有趣味性。每一个环节都要精打细算，力争用最短的时间教会学生最多的内容。

4、研究教学内容的取舍。在备课过程中，认真研究新课程标准，钻研教材，并对教材进行整合和适当的删减，认真编写和挑选课辅资料，有的可以让学生自学，有的干脆舍弃：如workbook上的作业，难度很大，而且与高考题型不符。

5、认真听课评课。听课、评课，取长补短。教师教学各有风格，互相听课，取人之长，补己之短，共同提高。

6、谨慎选择教辅资料。市面教辅资料众多，而且鱼龙混杂，所以要认真筛选。目前用的《世纪金榜》，内容比较成熟，难度与高考接近。

7、作业布置得当。

针对艺术生，作业量不宜过多，量要适中;既要有层次性，又要有选择性;针对性要强，难度要适中。
