本学期本人担任高一(3)班的英语课。(3)班是本校的普通班，学生素质普遍较差、大部分学生英语底子差，基础薄，英语水平参差不齐，部分学生英语基础等于零。例如，本人在开学初去上第一节英语课的主要内容为：英语26个字母的测试，结果班里66个学生却没有一个学生能默写全26个英文字母，其中有20个学生叫空白卷。根据这个实际情况，本人打算在高一起始阶段的英语教学中，本着低起点，爬坡走，抓习惯的原则，长期不懈地抓好学生的学习英语的兴趣和习惯养成。指导思想是坚持“狠抓双基，改进学法，激发兴趣，提高学习英语的能力”。

四、 工作措施

1、继军训后结合学生初中英语实际状况，用两个星期从字母音标学起切实做好初中教材复习的工作，为平稳地向高中教材过度奠定基础，梳理初中知识，配发相应练习，通过习题讲练，激发学生对新知识的求知欲，顺利进入新教材的学习。

2、 为了使学生打牢基础不至于出现知识断层，本学期要有计划有步骤地把学生初中学过的但掌握不好的英语语音基础知识、英语时态、句式、定语从句、状语从句、动词不定式以及部分掌握不好的词汇、短语、句型分插于新课教学中。

3、认真研究新课程标准，尤其与旧大纲不同的地方，清楚哪些内容是新增加的，哪些内容是已经删掉的，哪些内容初中已经学的。认真研究新教材，认真备课、上课，认真进行自习辅导和批改作业。

4、为了减轻高三听力训练的压力，提高学生的听力水平，从高一就开始注意对学生进行听力训练。除了利用课堂上的时间外，还坚持每周三次利用课余时间给学生集体放听力。

5、单词一直是学生的难点、薄弱点，直接影响学生综合能力的提高，在教学中要重视词汇教学，狠抓单词的记忆与巩固以及对词汇的意义与用法的掌握。使学生掌握科学的单词记忆方法和养成勤查词典的习惯。

6、坚持每周一次作文训练，训练题材、方法力求多样化，并能及时进行讲评。坚持每天课前做值日报告和每周一篇的短文背诵检查。鼓励学生写英文日记，对个别英语特差的学生尽量多批改、多指导。

本学期我们历经了一些节日，比如中秋节、万圣节、感恩节、圣诞节、元旦等。为了让学生更好地了解中西文化的差异，在节日的当天，我制作了精美的PPT，结合自己在加拿大研修时的体验与拍摄的图片，和学生分享了节日的起源，饮食、节日的庆祝活动等，让学生对比我们的节日，以此培养学生的跨文化交际能力和批判性思维能力，让学生学会简要口头介绍这些节日。

四、精心备课，认真听课，不断反思

本学期我一如既往地认真备课，不但备学生而且备教材备教法，根据教材内容及学生的实际，认真写好教案。每堂课都在课前做好充分的准备，课后及时对该课作出总结，写教学反思，并整理了每节课的知识点，修改完善了备课组老师们出的学案。英语是一门较为特殊的课程，缺乏语言环境，为了令教学生动，不沉闷，我制作了许多形象生动的PPT，注重声音与画面的结合，给学生创设各种情境，激发学生学习兴趣。本学期我听了60多节课，除了在本校听课外，还参加了全市的观摩课，全县的优质课评选听课活动，在听课过程中，我思考了很多，也学到了很多。

五、学生展示活动丰富多彩

为了发挥学生的学习自主性与主动性，我让学生进行了各种课堂展示活动，分角色朗读课文，小组讨论展示，利用教室里的展台进行优秀作文展示等，同时，为了配合全市“听说杯”中学生英语模仿秀比赛，在班内举行了学生自我介绍和课文朗读比赛，活跃了气氛。

六、培养学生的自学能力

只有通过培养学生掌握科学的学习方法，并培养他们的自学能力，才能使学生的学习积极性和主动性得以发挥。本学期我主要做的事情是：培养学生的预习能力、掌握英语基本知识的能力、整理所学知识的能力，并指导学生用好听写本、自主学习记录本和错题本。另外，自学能力的提高还得益于大量的阅读，让学生勤，每天进行一定量的短文阅读，并填写阅读卡，给每个学生都认真写好评语以便激励学生自主学习的信心。

七、个人成长方面

本学期我辅导的学生参与全市中学生英语模仿秀比赛，获三等奖，为了提高理论水平，我结合自己的教学实践，写了两篇论文，其中一篇获省二等奖，一篇被公开发表。在20xx年的高考中，因学科成绩突出，所带的文科备课组和理科备课组分别被评为市先进集体，自己也被评为市先进个人。在全市高一英语研讨会上，做了“立足课堂教学，发展学生的情商”的报告，得到了与会领导与教师的一致好评。应邀去岚山一中做了“携手研修，与学生一起幸福成长”的报告，回顾了自己的三年团队成长路，以及加拿大海外研修的收获，得到了大家的好评。

总之，这个学期已经结束，我在忙碌中收获着，和学生一起幸福成长着。但由于自身的不足，还没形成具有鲜明个性特点的课堂，在提高学生英语语言运用能力方面还有很长的路要走。在新的学期里，我会更加努力，多学习，多读书，多研究，更快更好地成长!

My name is Wang Weiyi. I am 10 years old. I am studying in class five (2) of Taohuawu primary school in Zhenjiang. In the class, I served as the monitor, and I also served as a representative of the English class.

My popularity is very good, the class of male and female students are willing to get along with me, because in my opinion, every student regardless of good grades, side has a flash, all have their own advantages and disadvantages, so I dont favour one more than another. My biggest feature is perseverance, as long as it is what I have identified, I must not be afraid to stick to it. In summer vacation, I want to learn how to swim. I follow the coachs guidance posture and swim in a single way. Partners are playing, playing and playing. I practiced back and forth by myself, and finally learned swimming in a short time.
