本学期我担任高一段三个班级的英语教学工作，教学任务也比较重，相较上学期，这一学期我更加了解学生，能够深入分析学情，以调整自己的教学工作。我认真体会学生，关注学生，并且研究课标，梳理知识结构，有计划地开展必修2和必修3的相关新知识的教学任务，以及复习任务，顺利完成本学期的教学任务。现将本学期教学工作总结如下：

一、分析学情

经过上学期和本学期以来的教学工作，我全面地掌握学生的学习基础情况，更好地“因材施教”，针对不同的学生，实施不同程度的指导，对其设定的相应目标和要求也不同。高一(2)班和高一(3)班为普通班，学生英语基础不是很好，但总体来说，相较上学期有所提高。2班的*英语基础和成绩明显胜过男生，英语高分成绩也常出现在这个班级，但部分学生消极对待英语这门学科，上课不认真听讲，自我放纵。我对提高他们的学习兴趣和积极性也苦思无果，十分苦恼。而3班虽相对均衡一些，*基础相对较好。但总体而言，3班的学生学习更加认真和自觉，对英语学科的学习热情也比较高，课堂氛围也比较好，在本学期取得了很大的进步。而高一(1)班为美术班，对语数外三门主科相对更为重视，但学生的英语基础并不好，在这学期一些原来有相对基础的学生进步很快，勤能补拙，但也有一部分学生呈现出上课散漫，作业不认真对待的现象。为此，我多次调整教学进度，细致分析练习和基础知识，好让相对落后的学生能够重拾信心，学得知识。

二、大量练习促进学生对基础知识的巩固和能力的提高

1、课本复习是学生能力提高的关键。

从开学之初我就对学生强调课本的重要性，对课本知识点认真归纳和反复梳理，通过练习的形式进行学习反馈。

2、作好听力训练是为学期考试和高考打好基础。

学生在每一单元必定会有一次或多次的听力训练。听力教学往往容易受忽视，但我认为，听力和口语教学是相互促进的，也是培养学生语感和基础技能的一种手段。

3、扩大阅读，培养英语阅读能力。

要想英语取得好成绩，课外阅读必不可少。为此，我搜集了一些完型填空和阅读理解题来让学生训练，以提高学生的阅读能力。

4、认真批阅学生英语作文，推荐学生优秀作品。

本学期我一共让学生进行了3次英语写作，其中有2次进行了写作后课堂分析及优秀范文学习。我悉心整理各类好词好句，以及优秀的学生作文，以供学生学习和模仿。同时，对每一位学生英语作文进行面批和指导，提高他们的书面表达能力，一定程度上有效促进了学生英语学习的积极性。

三、师徒结对，听课评课讨论学习

本学期借着“师徒结对”这一难得的机会，我向师傅陈献娥老师学习，收获不少。我们高一段备课组开展了多次集体备课活动，并不断地进行课堂互听互评，以便提高教学质量。听课后的讨论环节，是最让我受益，也是最令我喜爱的。我们对教学设计的想法汇聚在一起，互相分享成果，达到了教学优化的效果。

四、加强学习，提升自身素质

积极到外校听课、评课，听讲座，虚心向同行和前辈学习;与教研组的老师讨论教育教学方法，集思广益，提高教学水平。多看课外书籍，培养多种兴趣爱好，不断拓宽知识面，使教学内容和形式丰富多样化。

这一学期即将结束，我相信自己在这学期的教学工作中有所进步，取得了一定成效，但教学无止境，在今后的教育教学工作中，我将更严格要求自己，努力工作，改善和提高自我，提升自身修养和教学水平。

我还看见人群中的一幕幕：有的买了荧光棒或者荧光球，到处玩耍呢;有的在长椅上休息，一边赏灯，一边吃东西、玩乐;有的在大型的花灯前拍照，我想是要留个纪念吧!

一路观赏完，我和妈妈到海景好又多买东西。出来时，好又多办了一个猜灯谜活动。我上前看了一张，上面写着：土，打一数学用词。我想了一会儿，是……加减法(十加一等于土);又看了一张，“黄绒毛，包似弓，打一食物。”我略加思索，我想到了，你猜猜?是饺子!找服务员一查对了，可惜没买够68元，没能领到奖品。但我的心比吃了蜜还甜!

正月十五闹元宵，在元宵节这一天，春节就算是真正地过完了。在这一天，人们要观灯，放烟花，吃元宵或汤圆。我，最喜欢在元宵节看花灯，赏灯了。

来到大街上，只见大街路灯上都挂满了灯笼，16个路灯为一组，一边8个。我们走走走，走到桥上，桥上也支起了灯笼“门”。“门”的第一排有4个大灯笼，上面写着“恭贺新春”;第2排10个灯笼;下面就16个一排;直到倒数第2排，又是10个;最后排也是4个，上面也有4个大字，为“新春快乐”。

再看桥中心的小广场的休息长廊，一共有10个大理石座椅，大理石座椅上方有4个大灯笼，大灯笼也是10组。平均每个小格格，也是每个大理石座椅上都有4个大灯笼，呈弧形，最侧边还挂着一个大灯笼.
