respected professors,good afternoon! im great honored to meet you here.now allow me to give a brief self-introduction.

im ，26 years old , born in city , province.in the year of ,i entered university, majoring in machincal designing and producing. during those 4 yearsstudy,i worked hard and i was always active in various activities. i gained the first scholarship for four times and i joined the communist party at the college.

after my graduation in june ,i worked in company. i got a position inthe technology department the first year and i was involved in several internet projects, such as the one for college student recruitment in henan province andthe one for computer center in mathmatics department in zhengzhou university. owning to my hard work ,i was awarded the best newcomer prize in the year . the next year, i was transferred into the principal customer department, responsible for developing and strengthening a good relationship between the principal customers and my company. two major customers, henan provincipal department of transportation and henan provincial department of personnel, are under my work.

however,with time going on ,the more i experienced, the clearer i realized that im really interested in the enterprise management .i find many enterprises have the problem of an unmatched management to its developing speed . im eager to learn more about management and i hope i can study further in this university.

so i resigned in august , and started the way to pursuing my studies. after about half years hard work, im finally standing before your honorable professors now. im really excited. though ive sacrificed much on my way to pusuing studies, i believe its worthwhile. i believe working hard will finally be prepared. thank you !

本学期，我担任高一年级(1)、(3)班的英语教学工作。在工作中，本人遵守学校各项制度，按时出勤、上课、组织学生晨读，积极参加市里及学校组织的各种教学活动，严格要求自己，虚心学习新课改理念，结合本校的实际条件和学生的实际情况，认真备课、听课、及时反思，使教学工作得以有计划，有组织，有步骤地开展。为了使今后的工作取得更大的进步，现对本学年教学工作总结如下：

一、注意衔接过渡

高一新学期伊始，可以通过摸底了解学生大致水平，及时给学生弥补初中的缺漏知识。利用早晚自习的时间从语言、词汇、语法、句型等方面系统复习。尽快使学生适应高中英语教学，具体做法是：培养学生课前预习、课后复习的良好学习习惯;坚持用英语授课，要求并鼓励学生用英语思考问题、回答问题;根据高考要求，从高一年开始就需要培养学生的阅读能力，教会学生一些阅读技巧，养成良好的阅读习惯，要求学生每周做2篇阅读理解、2篇完形填空，并做好检查工作;另外，课后要多与学生接触，尽快和学生熟悉。

二、确立与新课程相适应的教育观念

在新课改理念下，学生是学习的主体,老师不能代替学生读书,代替学生感知,代替学生观察、分析、思考,代替学生明白任何一个道理和掌握任何一条规律。因此，在课堂教学中我尽量让学生自己读书,自己感受事物,自己观察、分析、思考,从而明白任何一个道理和掌握任何一条规律，改变“一言堂”,把课堂还给学生,形成师生交往、积极互动、共同发展的教学过程。

1.建立“课前五分钟会话”，培养课堂交际氛围。每天安排一个学生做值日报告，自己学则一个话题，加强学生口语能力，激发学生学习兴趣，从而达到交际的目的。

2.适当让学生表演对话或课文内容。针对近期所学内容，布置学生课后进行讨论排练，然后在课堂表演。

3.实行英语课堂评价，更注重学生形成性评价，关注学生的学习过程，取得较好的教学效果和学习效果，大大激发学生学习的动力。

4.每天早上听写单词，每个模块要求学生背课文，并做好批改和督导工作。

5.课堂上以学生提问、教师答疑解惑为主线，真正把课堂还给学生，加强学生学习的主动性。

6.多鼓励，少批评。为了使学生更爱开口，在教学中，重视运用鼓励性语言，不断强化学生参加活动的信心。

三、激发学生学习英语的兴趣

在教学中培养学生的学习兴趣，增强教学效果，才能避免在以后的学习中产生两极分化。具体做法是把语言教学与日常生活联系起来，上课可以结合时事、热点，给学生讲有关政治、历史、社会等各方面的新闻、幽默等。还可以通过开辟第二课堂，如举办讲故事、各类竞赛等。老师课后应当多和学生交流接触，了解学生的需要，适当和学生一起参加活动、体育运动。课后还可以布置学生听英语广播、看英语新闻，然后再到学校进行交流。本学期在我所教的两个班中举办了一个英语书法比赛，取得较好效果，既培养了学习的兴趣，又规范学生的英语书写，为今后的学习打下一个基础。

四、努力建立融洽的师生关系

相对来说,高一的学生独立性强,自尊心也逐渐增强,渴望得到尊重。师生之间只有互相尊重,互相信任,才能建立起友好关系,从而促进学生学习的兴趣。所以我必须树立正确的学生观,正确认识学生的主体地位。我用自己满腔的爱去关心、尊重学生,耐心细致地指导学生,沟通和学生的思想感情,使自己成为学生欢迎和爱戴的人。上课时我是学生的老师,循循善诱和激发学生学习的积极性,大胆求异创新;课后我却成为他们的好朋友,无话不谈,亮起心灵之光;生活上,我是他们的父母,关怀备至。

五、严谨治学,保持良好的教态

教师的教风直接影响学生的学风。驾驶的一言一行,无时无刻不在影响着学生。所以我提高自己的思想认识,做到爱岗敬业,学而不厌,诲人不倦,为人师表,治学严谨,还要保持良好的教态。老师的教学语言和教态对学生的学习有直接的影响。老师的教态好,学生就喜欢,他们听课的兴趣就高,接受知识也快。反之,学生就不喜欢,甚至讨厌。特别是正处于青春期的初中生,看问题开始有可独立的见解,对他们更要注意教态和教学语言的使用。如我介绍新句型时,我利用语言的轻重,语调的高低,和一定的动作表情,尽量引起学生的注意和兴趣。当学生回答问题时,我的表情变得自然亲切,使促使感到老师对他们的信任,这样学生就增添了勇气,就能大胆地回答问题。

六、使学生明白学习目的

要学好英语,首先要使学生认识到学这一语言的目的和意义。只有学生自觉地把自己的理想与祖国的前途和命运联系起来,才会对英语学习真正感兴趣,这种兴趣也有可能转为学习英语的动力。因此我结合本地区学生的实际情况,通读和节选教材,围绕着最简单、最基本、最常用的英语词汇、句型、交际会话等进行教学,使学生对英语产生兴趣,形成学习动机。

经过一个学期的努力,学生在英语学习兴趣、学习习惯、英语素养等各方面都有提高，在新课改方面自己也积累了一些经验。但是，工作中还存在很多不足之处，在以后还需要多学习和积累。

进入高中学习一年来，我踏踏实实，一步一个脚印，向知识的殿堂稳步迈进。在学习上我一丝不苟，认认真真，爱好看书，总能从所做的事情中总结出经验教训。在生活中，乐于助人，与同学、室友关系十分融洽。性格活泼开朗，简洁大方，深得老师同学们的认可。爱好体育运动，积极参加运动会，并能为班级争光。

不怕苦不怕累，学习上敢拼搏，打扫卫生时，也总是能努力去做好。是老师的好帮手，能为老师排忧解难，善于处理同学之间的纠纷。在高中的一年时间里，在老师与同学们的帮助下，既教育了我，又锻炼了我，培养了我，使我成为了一名合格的高中生。我会继续发展自己的优点，改正自己的缺点，做一个更加优秀的人。

在智育方面。明确学习目的、端正学习态度。在学习过程中，勤奋刻苦、自强进取，努力学好各门功课，掌握科学的学习方法，合理安排时间，有惜时的良好的学习习惯。我全面地学习了本学年各学科的理论基础知识，同时把所学的理论知识应用于实践活动中，把所学知识转化为动手能力、应用能力和创造能力。还努力拓宽自己的知识面，培养自己其他方面的能力;积极参加学校及各学科所举办的各项科研活动。因此，各学科的成绩有了一定的进步，去年第一学期期末统考中，我获得了整体综合分第二名;本学期中段考整体成绩一等奖。

但我也有一些不足的地方。在一年的学习生活中，同学们有时向我提出一些疑难的问题时，我觉得还不够耐心地向他们讲解，态度也不够热情。有时看到某些同学做坏事、结群斗殴也不敢大胆揭发等。这些都是我在过去的一年里表现不够的地方。以后我决心把这些不足的缺点纠正过来，把自己优秀的地方发扬光大，做一名品学兼优的中学生。
