本学期我担任高一xx班的英语教学工作，通过一个学期的教学，我有了新的体会。特做高一英语教学总结如下：

教学就是教与学，两者是相互联系，不可分割的，有教者就必然有学者。学生是被教的主体。因此，了解和分析学生情况很重要。上了几节课后，听学生们反应，才知道我讲的口语大部分学生听不懂，而教学的部分内容学生们以前从来未接触过。

一方面，学生英语听、说的能力相对较弱，授课采用较深的全英教学，学生们还不能适应。另一方面，班上的学生比较沉静，学习欠积极性，中下层面而广，我备课时也没有注意到这点，因此教学效果不如理想。从此可以看出，了解及分析学生实际情况，实事求是，具体问题具体分析，做到因材施教，对授课效果有直接影响。这就是教育学中提到的“备教法的同时要备学生”。

教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性，我明白备课的重要，备课充分，能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好。但同时又要有驾驭课堂的能力，因为学生在课堂上的一举一动都会直接影响课堂教学。因此上课一定要设法令学生投入，不让其分心，上课内容丰富。教态自然，讲课生动，难易适中，照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。所以，老师每天都要有充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。这样，授课就事半功倍。

英语是一门外语，对学生而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿学，也无法学下去。事实证明是值得的。建立“课前五分钟会话”，培养课堂交际氛围。如，一进课堂老师说：“Itsnicetoseeyouagain./Itsfinetoday，isnt?/Howareyoutoday?”星期一上课问：“Didyouhaveagoodtimeintheweekend?”学生会作出不同的回答，引出更多的对话，从而达到交际的目的，适当让学生表演对话或课文内容。针对近期所学内容，布置学生课后进行讨论排练，然后在课堂表演。多鼓励，少批评。为了使学生更爱开口，在练习中，要重视运用鼓励性语言，不断强化学生参加交际的信心。

另外，自学能力的提高还得益于大量的独立的阅读，于是新学期开始就要要求学生人人必备一本英汉词典作为工具书，让学生勤。激发学生学习英语的兴趣。在教学中培养学生的学习兴趣，增强教学效果，才能避免在以后的学习中产生两极分化。老师课后应当多和学生交流接触，了解学生的需要。

巩固教学效果。教学的一个根本目的，是要求学生学会独立思考、独立自学，最终成为一个能独立工作的合格人才。所以，课外作业便是学生个体完成作业的独立活动的基本形式。学生在完成作业过程中，需要独立思考、独立钻研，这对学生有充分的实际锻炼机会。因此，教师要在作业特别的留心，不仅要重视答案的公平性、客观性和性，还要重视学生的选择性和创造性以及答案的开放性和多样性。

这一学期来，阅读在英语特别是考试中占的比例很大。而本人所教的2个班的学生阅读能力都不是特别好。在今后阅读理解的复习是一个重点，复习时我注意到了以下几点：

1、提高学生的阅读量大。

2、让其训练的题材应多样化。包括日常生活、风俗习惯、人物传记、文化教育、社会、史地、科技、政治、经济等内容。不能只局限于某种题材。

3、体裁多样化。包括说明文、记叙文、议论文、应用文等

4、让其了解阅读理解的主要题型

5、掌握必要的阅读理解解题技巧

一般来说，对记叙文注意5W和1H;对描述文注意主要情节，对说明文或论证文要注意主旨句。另外，做阅读理解还要善于抓关键词语，如承接词and、besides、but、never、etc。

经过一个学期的努力，期末考就是一种考验。无论成绩高低，都体现了我在这学期的教学成果。我明白到这并不是最重要的，重要的是在本学期后如何自我提高，如何共同提高本班的英语水平。

一提起龙，大家肯定不陌生吧!因为龙就是中华民族的象征，在春节期间，永康还有一个习俗：“迎龙灯”。

今天，正是溪边村迎龙灯，闹元宵。阿姨早上就邀请我们晚上去看龙灯。到了晚上，我们兴致勃勃地去阿姨家，我们先在阿姨家吃晚饭，吃完了可口香甜的饭菜，我们迈着大步来到离龙头不远的地方，“哇!”我不由失声一惊。在我面前的人群已经挤成了人海，密密麻麻的人群已经把龙头围得水泄不通。正在我眺望龙头的时候，远处传来了轰隆的烟花爆炸的声音，开始是东边一阵西边一阵，可不一会儿十几支烟花桶一齐向天空鸣叫，各展各的雄姿。那场面怎不叫人驻足欣赏呢?

龙头开始活动了，它抬起45度的头，向烟花呼啸声靠近，还向迎接他的主人人点头致谢。这大伙一起放的烟花足足放了一个半小时，好似举行烟花晚会。等烟花放完了，龙头开始要接龙身了，整条龙长达350余米，如此长的龙一圈接一圈地在空地上转圈，真让人大饱眼福。

火龙开迎了。庞大的龙身慢慢地挪动着。当龙头“疏忽大意”的时候，龙尾把龙头团团围住，成了名副其实的盘龙了，可这一点难度算不了什么，龙儿把头扭到另一边，就急忙飞跑起来，不一会儿龙头就翻出了身。龙头上数万盏小灯笼忽闪忽闪的，仿佛天上的星星，还眨呀眨的。

本学期，高一年进行了文理分科，我担任的是高一(9)(10)两个文科班的教学工作，由于文科班较理科班的基础稍微好一点，且多数是女生，比较好学，因此根据这一情况，本学期的教学工作较之前有了稍微的变化。现总结如下：

一、 根据教材，改变教学侧重点

本学期课文已经进入模块3、4的学习，课文变得越来越长，句子也越来越复杂。所幸，课文阅读的话题还是学生比较熟悉的话题，与生活比较贴近。因此在讲解课文时，我侧重让学生进行课堂阅读训练，同时加强口语训练。比如，模块3里第二单元的话题是交通工具，有关于自行车、汽车。生活在农村，大多数学生都会骑自行车，而随着生活水平的提高，汽车在我们生活中也是越来越普遍，因此这两个话题不管是要进行阅读导入，还是让学生做口语训练，学生都感觉比较有话可说，也可比较容易借助背景知识进行阅读训练。

此外，本学期的教学过程中，我还切实落实新课标，紧密结合新课标里要求的文化意识目标，侧重于帮助学生积累文化背景知识，提高文化意识。同时，学英语时多了解一些英语国家的文化，也有助于语言的学习。比如在讲授模块4最后一课《TheNewAustralians》时，课文阅读主要是讲解澳大利亚各方面文化，因此课文导入时，我通过一系列图片简单介绍了澳大利亚的食物、动物、建筑物、自然景观、生活方式等一系列文化，既可以引起学生兴趣，又为阅读做了铺垫。

二、 联系时事，训练提高学生的写作水平。

本学期写作方面，除了按照课标要求进行写作训练外，我还积极联系实际，及时让学生对一些时事进行写作训练。在5.12四川地震发生之后，举国上下都在关心帮助着四川灾民。利用这一时机，我及时跟学生讨论了这一话题，并就这一话题，紧密结合书信格式，布置学生就此话题写一封信给晋江经济报，呼吁大家捐款帮助灾区人民。既训练了写作水平，又对学生进行意识升华。此外，前不久我们学校附近的凤竹企业发生了火灾，导致附近的居民，包括我校师生都要撤离。学生亲身经历，毕竟有感受。因此第二天上课时，我马上利用这一课题与学生组织出一篇小作文出来。这样的作文更具有实际性，有创新性。

三、根据实际情况，统筹安排

本学期由于五一、会考、高考等原因，使授课时间比较紧张，因此我灵活统筹安排将部分较难的内容删去不讲，对重点和基础知识进行精讲精炼，让成绩好的学生能更加巩固所学知识，也让差生能够有所收获。

同时，由于课文的听力部分对我校学生来讲，难度比较大。因此，我只挑选出了比较简单的部分进行训练，其他仍以英语周报听力为主。并且由于时间紧凑，有时还利用课余时间进行不断训练。同时，本学期学习仍以侧重巩固学生的基础知识做起，从单词，句型出发。

四、 发挥学生的主动性作用，以少带多

这次，我所教授的两个文科班里，均有个别女生学习比较拔尖，并且有胆量，可以像小老师一样在班级里进行简单的教授。因此，利用这个优势，我经常让这几个同学在早读时，起来带动大家读单词，读课文。既给大家指定了任务，使有的同学不会无所事事，同时锻炼了学生能力，也提高了学习效率。

五、激励优生，鼓励后进生，进行培优扶差工作

本学期，我仍坚持培优扶差策略。对优生我对他们提出更高的要求，充分发挥他们的潜力，提高他们的积极性，并在平时给他们另外布置一些相对有难度的任务，让他们不断接受挑战，拓宽领域，同时也不断肯定他们的成果。而对班级里的差生，我尽可能给予更多的关心、帮助和鼓励，同时，利用早晚自习和课余时间等可利用的时间专门开展补差活动。

六、在努力上好课之余，为了不断提高自身水平及业务能力。

我参加了本学期学校组织的青年教师职业技能比赛并获得了一等奖，另外，我积极参加各种讲座，本学期参加了在毓英中学举办的新课程背景下的高考命题调研会及通过网络学习了新课改教材专业发展思考，还报名参加了08年度中小学教师全员远程继续教育培训。不断给自己“充电”，以适应时代发展对于教师职业技能的要求。

总结这一年来，我觉得自己在不断的进步。在接下来一年里，学生也将进入另一更高层次。因此在今后的教育教学工作中，我将更严格要求自己，努力工作，发扬优点，改正缺点，多向前辈学习，争创新局面。

20xx年下半年起，我担任了高一两个教学班的英语教学工作。一年来，对教学工作又有了新的体会。现将本学年的英语教学工作做如下总结：

一、注意高一与初中的衔接过渡

高一新学期伊始，通过找学生问话了解情况，测单词量小测验等等方式，我了解得到学生在单词量和语法上面存在困难。因此在努力完成教学目标的同时，在课堂上从语言、词汇、语法、句型等方面系统复习，以使学生尽快适应高中英语教学。

二、注意营造英语氛围，注意学习方法的辅导

在上课过程中，我坚持用英语授课，要求并鼓励学生用英语思考问题、回答问题;同时根据我校“抓住阅读、抓住高考”的成功经验，大力培养学生的阅读能力。我们集中时间做完了英语同步阅读。同时利用周三晚自习7：20前的时间以及上午第三节课课间分别对全体和部分学生进行英语训练。取得了良好的效果。另外，加强作文训练，下学期我们先后共进行了8次作文训练，每次都努力做到作业面批面改，力争使学生直观深入地熟悉自己的学习漏洞，从而快速提高成绩。

三、大胆扩展，大胆训练

四、培养学生的自学能力

只有通过辅导学生掌握一套科学的学习方法，并培养学生的自学能力，才能使学生的学习积极性和主动性得以发挥。具体包括：培养学生的预习能力、各种方法掌握英语基本知识的能力、学生自己整理所学知识的能力。另外，自学能力的提高还得益于大量的独立的阅读，上学期要求学生人人必备一本英汉词典作为工具书，让学生勤。但是效果不是太理想。本学期我提出了“你买词典我补贴”的办法，两个班新增词典60余本，进一步扩大了词典的覆盖面。

五、激发学生学习英语的兴趣

在教学中培养学生的学习兴趣，增强教学效果，才能避免在以后的学习中产生两极分化。具体做法是把语言教学与日常生活联系起来，上课可以结合时事、热点，给学生讲有关政治、历史、社会等各方面的新闻、幽默等。以前的教学工作，我在这方面做得还是比较到位的。但是，因为比较严肃，学生参与不足，无意间形成了“自己的”课堂，本学期后半期，我在此方面下了很大努力，也收获甚大。

经过一个学期的努力，期末考就是一种考验。无论成绩高低，都体现了我在这学期的教学成果。我明白到这并不是最重要的，重要的是在本学期后如何自我提高，如何共同提高两个班的英语水平。因此，无论怎样辛苦，我都会继续努力，多问，多想，多向前辈学习，争取进步。

以上就是我在本学年的教学工作总结。由于经验颇浅，许多地方存在不足，希望在未来的日子里，能在各位领导、老师、前辈的指导下，取得更好成绩。

时间过得好快!幸福成长中，不知不觉间一个学期过去了。本学期我担任高一12班和15班的英语教学工作，我一直不懈地努力着，不断地进步着，取得了一定的成绩，也意识到了自身的不足之处。下面我对自己本学期的教学工作总结如下：

一、注意高一与初中的衔接过渡。

高一新学期开始，通过问卷调查，单词测验等方式，我了解得到学生很大困难。因此我课堂上从词汇、语法、句型等方面进行了一周左右的系统复习，使学生更好地适应高中英语教学。

1、注意营造英语氛围，注重学习方法的指导，授课过程中渗透中西方文化，本学期我们历经了一些节日，比如中秋节、万圣节、感恩节、圣诞节、元旦等。为了让学生更好地了解中西文化的差异，加拿大研修时的体验与拍摄的图片，和学生分享了节日的起源，饮食、节日的庆祝活动等，让学生对比我们的节日，以此培养学生的跨文化交际能力和批判性思维能力，让学生学会简要口头介绍这些节日。

2、精心备课，认真听课，不断反思，本学期我一如既往地认真备课，不但备学生而且备教材备教法，根据教材内容及学生的实际，认真写好教案。每堂课都本校听课外，还参加了全市的观摩课，全县的优质课评选听课活动，班内举行了学生自我介绍和课文朗读比赛，活跃了气氛。

3、培养学生的自学能力，只有通过培养学生掌握科学的学习方法，并培养他们的自学能力，才能使学生的学习积极性和主动性得以发挥。本学期我主要做的事情是：培养学生的预习能力、掌握英语基本知识的能力、整理所学知识的能力，并指导学生用好听写本、自主学习记录本和错题本。另外，自学能力的提高还得益于大量的阅读，让学生勤，每天进行一定量的短文阅读，并填写阅读卡，给每个学生都认真写好评语以便激励学生自主学习的信心。

4、个人成长方面，本学期我辅导的学生参与全市中学生英语模仿秀比赛，获三等奖，为了提高理论水平，我结合自己的教学实践，写了两篇论文，其中一篇获省二等奖，一篇被公开发表。全市高一英语研讨会上，做了立足课堂教学，发展学生的情商的报告，得到了与会领导与教师的一致好评。应邀去岚山一中做了携手研修，与学生一起幸福成长的报告，回顾了自己的三年团队成长路，以及加拿大海外研修的收获，得到了大家的好评。

总之，这个学期已经结束，我提高学生英语语言运用能力方面还有很长的路要走。这个班级，但部分学生消极对待英语这门学科，上课不认真听讲，自我放纵。我对提高他们的学习兴趣和积极性也苦思无果，十分苦恼。而3班虽相对均衡一些，基础相对较好。但总体而言，3班的学生学习更加认真和自觉，对英语学科的学习热情也比较高，课堂氛围也比较好，这学期一些原来有相对基础的学生进步很快，勤能补拙，但也有一部分学生呈现出上课散漫，作业不认真对待的现象。为此，我多次调整教学进度，细致分析练习和基础知识，好让相对落后的学生能够重拾信心，学得知识。

二、大量练习促进学生对基础知识的巩固和能力的提高

1、课本复习是学生能力提高的关键。

从开学之初我就对学生强调课本的重要性，对课本知识点认真归纳和反复梳理，通过练习的形式进行学习反馈。

2、作好听力训练是为学期考试和高考打好基础。

学生一起，互相分享成果，达到了教学优化的效果。

3、加强学习，提升自身素质，积极到外校听课、评课，听讲座，虚心向同行和前辈学习;与教研组的老师讨论教学方法，集思广益，提高教学水平。多看课外书籍，培养多种兴趣爱好，不断拓宽知识面，使教学内容和形式丰富多样化。

这一学期即将结束，我相信自己今后的教学工作中，我将更严格要求自己，努力工作，改善和提高自我，提升自身修养和教学水平。

For example, during the past four years, I have accomplished two websites: one is the website of our school, and the other is the website of the doctor forum of china 20xx. Furthermore, I am interested in C plus plus programming language and have written some application programs.

In July in the last year,I finished my graduate project with flying colors,which was a software application about Image Process . In addition, I have also finished some projects about embedded system by using MCU when I was a junior.
