7月25日---8月3日，xx中学组织XX级高一新生80人在工商职业技术学院内开展为期10天的夏令营活动，根据活动安排，我负责对学生进行英语学法指导，根据新生特点，我提前制定了教学计划、教学目标。本次参加夏令营的学生为高一年级排名靠前的新生，为培养他们良好的学习习惯，坚强的学习意志，迅速适应高中学习，将来把他们打造成为品学兼优的尖子生。学生们的中考成绩虽然较好，但是英语综合运用语言的能力还很差，一到高一就会迅速滑坡，因此上好初高中的衔接课至关重要。为使学生了解高中英语学习特点，在四节指导课中我以写作指导贯穿始终，通过听说读写训练，开阔视野，激发英语学习兴趣。通过语言实践，培养学生运用语言的能力，并运用已知的语法知识发现错误，纠正错误。帮助他们树立信心，从容应对新学期，新学习，新挑战。引导学生运用英语进行交流，写作，并且有意识的进行自我修正，培养发现问题，分析问题，解决问题以及自主学习的能力。

4节课内容初步安排如下：

第一节课

听说训练:以新学期，新环境为主题，师生互动，相互了解，鼓励学生大胆开口用英语进行交流，教师适时提供句型表达使交流内容丰满。

第二节课

四节课的指导收到了较好的效果，学生从不愿意开口讲英语到能够比较积极的参与课堂活动，能够比较认真的完成布置的任务，大部分学生英语写作能力较好。

但是，在教学中也暴露出了他们的一些不足：

1. 学习的主动性和积极性还有待大大提高，良好的学习习惯还有待养成。比如在课堂上教师所讲的内容大部份学生还没有形成及时记笔记的习惯，老师提醒记下来才动笔，没有记完全的内容课后也不会找其他同学的笔记补充完整；老师要求上交的学习任务只有一半的学生能够按照规定时间上交，其余的是拖延一天才完成，学习上的紧迫感和竞争意识不强。

2.自主学习能力和合作学习需要花很大功夫培养。可能因为初中的学习多数时间都是在完成老师的任务，按照老师的要求做，很少有自己的“主见”，所以遇到放手自己安排学习和同伴合作时就无所适从，做得很不好。而到了高中学习阶段，这两方面的能力不能大幅度提高的话，学习的效果不会太好。

3.课外知识严重匮乏。主要体现在老师问到很多常识绝大多数学生都不知道。以往的学习还是只停留在书本知识上，可见有用的课外书的阅读量太少，知识面太窄。

这些不足将会严重影响他们今后学习迅速的提高，在今后的教学当中要针对性的，有目的的进行训练，要想又快又好的出成绩，老师的任务任重道远。

学生的英语听、说能力较为较弱，授课采用全英教学，同学们还不能适应。但是，对于已处于高一的学生，应该要有意识、有目的地引导他们学会用英语思维，用英语交流。因此，在课上会有意识地引导学生开口说英语，虽然成效并不是特别明显。两个班学生的情况也存在着差距。十班相对于九班来讲虽然比较活跃，上课气氛积极，但中差生占较大多数，尖子生相对较少，如果讲得太深，就会没有顾到整体，整堂课的效果也会比较不好。十班相对好生、中偏上学生较多，如果只是一味的讲解较为简单的知识点，便会使他们得不满足。所以，了解及分析学生实际情况，实事求是，具体问题具体分析，做到因材施教，对授课效果有直接影响。备课不仅是要备教材，更重要的还要备学生。

如何备好一堂课是上好一堂课的关键。备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，既要备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性。因此，平时认真研究教材，多方参阅各种资料，力求深入理解教材，准确把握难重点。在制定教学目的时，非常注意学生的实际情况。教案编写认真，并不断归纳总结经验教训并作好课后反思，积极向前辈们请教，及时了解自己的不足之处。

一、指导思想：

根据新课标的要求，坚持理论联系实践，体现以学生个性发展为主体的原则。针对我校高一学生普遍英语底子差，基础薄的实际，坚持“夯实基础，狠抓双基，改进学法，激发兴趣，提高能力”的指导思想。

二、学情分析：

本学期我担任C355和C361的教学工作，这两个班的学生整体水平较差，且英语水平参差不齐，英语底子差，基础薄。 经过一个学期的努力虽然有所好转 ，但学生中也存在着这样一种思想，即"高一离高考还早着呢，混到高三再说"。这些学生上课效率低，作业马虎、不交，课外时间全部放在休闲娱乐上，课堂上打瞌睡的现象时有发生。

还有一些学生则是由于缺乏坚持不懈的顽强毅力，害怕背诵、记忆，只满足于课堂上听听课，课后没有复习、预习等学习环节，导致英语成绩提高缓慢。

因此如何改进我们目前的英语课堂教学，提高课堂教学质量，需要我们高一英语教师的认真研究。语言学习的关键在于语言知识的积累，只有通过学习者亲身的体验和摸索，才能学会并掌握语言知识，从而达到在交际中灵活使用语言的目的。

三、 教材分析

高一(下)模块三、四共6个单元。具体安排：

1、对于高一(下)内容中的6个单元，每一单元用12课时，新授10课时，练习1课时，复习1课时共用4个月的时间。

2、为了使学生打牢基础不至于出现知识断层，本学期要有计划的把学生初中学过的但掌握不好的时态、句式、定语从句、状语从句、动词不定式以及部分掌握不好的词汇、短语、句型分插于10单元的新课教学中。

3、为了减轻高三听力训练的压力，提高学生的听力水平，从高一就开始就对学生进行听力训练。除了利用课堂上的时间外，还坚持每天利用听力时间给学生放听力。

4、单词一直是学生的难点、薄弱点，直接影响学生综合能力的提高，在教学中要重视词汇教学，狠抓单词的记忆与巩固以及对词汇的意义与用法的掌握。使学生掌握科学的单词记忆方法和养成勤查词典的习惯。

5、坚持每周一次作文训练，训练题材、方法力求多样化，并能及时进行讲评。鼓励学生写英文日记，对个别英语特差的学生尽量多批改、多指导。

2、狠抓教师教学常规，提高教学有效性。规范教学教学常规：教师要落实备课、上课、课后辅导、作业批改等教学环节的工作。做到“四精四点”(“四精”：精心备课、精讲精练、精选试题、精心辅导。“四点”：突出重点，抓住难点，落实知识点，留有旁通点)。

3、规范学生的学习习惯：教师落实学生的各种英语学习习惯的养成，提高学生的自主自学能力。

1)单词分段记忆和定期复习的习惯：要求学生养成每天记忆的习惯和定期复习的习惯，有助于语言学科的学习。

2)大声朗读的习惯：大声朗读是语言学习培养语感重要的途径，学生在每周的英语早读课上大声朗读可以有助于克服胆怯的心理和培养语感，更好地学习英语。

3)使用工具书的习惯：字典和工具书是最好的老师，学生会使用工具书是具备自主学习能力的重要标志。

4)书写的习惯：英语作文占重要的比例，书写的质量好坏决定英语分数的高低，所以要求英语书写不好的同学从高一起就开始练字。计划本学期进行一次书写比赛，鼓励学生练好书写。、

5)规范学生课堂记笔记的习惯，定期检查学生的笔记。

4、落实听、说、读、写各项技能的训练，提高学生的英语能力。利用教材，在课堂的主战场进行听、说、读、写各项技能的策略教授，结合课后的练习进行巩固和提高。如：除了利用课堂上的时间外，还坚持每周利用课余时间给学生集体放听力。坚持每周一次作文训练，训练题材、方法力求多样化，并能及时进行讲评。鼓励学生写英文日记，对个别英语特差的学生尽量多批改、多指导。在单元教学中专门抽出一节课作为阅读课，材料为课外五篇课外阅读理解，并且有计划的指导学生掌握科学的阅读方法。

5、积极开展第二课堂活动。第二课堂活动由专门的老师负责安排活动内容和活动形式，由组内其他老师协助，目的是提高学生学习英语的积极性和兴趣，拓宽学生的知识面，从另一个途径提高英语能力。

六、 教学进度安排：

本学期要完成模块三，四共6个单元的教学任务，每个单元初定12个课时。

1. 第一阶段 第1 — 7周 Module 3

2. 第8 周期中复习(统练)

3.第二阶段 第9--15周 Module 4

4.第16周期末复习(检测)

今天早上我早早的就起床了，洗脸刷牙，因为今天是一年一度的元宵节，我很喜欢过元宵节，因为过元宵节可以看烟花、吃元宵、点灯笼，真是太高兴了。

到了下午，爸爸妈妈带着我去了爷爷奶奶家，爸爸说：“过元宵节是一家人团圆的日子，所以咱们和爷爷奶奶一起过”。爸爸开车去奶奶家的路上，我就看见很多人在放鞭炮，叮叮当当的好热闹，到了奶奶家，爷爷奶奶准备了一桌好菜。晚饭后爸爸妈妈带我去看烟花、走百步，奶奶和我说：“走百步祛百病，希望我每一年都能健康快乐的成长”。

到了楼上我眼前一亮，看着满天五彩缤纷的烟花真是美极了，遗憾的是我忘了拿相机把这美丽的瞬间给留住，今年的元宵节我也希望爷爷奶奶，爸爸妈妈身体都健健康康，开心快乐每一天。

这个元宵节过的太开心了，明年的元宵节我还要到爷爷奶奶家过!
