教学就是教与学，两者是相互联系，不可分割的，有教者就必然有学者。学生是被教的主体。因此，了解和分析学生情况很重要。上了几节课后，听学生们反应，才知道我讲的口语大部分学生听不懂，而教学的部分内容学生们以前从来未接触过。

一方面，学生英语听、说的能力相对较弱，授课采用较深的全英教学，学生们还不能适应。另一方面，班上的学生比较沉静，学习欠积极性，中下层面而广，我备课时也没有注意到这点，因此教学效果不如理想。从此可以看出，了解及分析学生实际情况，实事求是，具体问题具体分析，做到因材施教，对授课效果有直接影响。这就是教育学中提到的“备教法的同时要备学生”。

教学中，备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性，我明白备课的重要，备课充分，能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好。但同时又要有驾驭课堂的能力，因为学生在课堂上的一举一动都会直接影响课堂教学。因此上课一定要设法令学生投入，不让其分心，上课内容丰富。教态自然，讲课生动，难易适中，照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。所以，老师每天都要有充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。这样，授课就事半功倍。

高中英语教学反思。这种现象十分普遍。一方面，讲得太多，学生无法全部记住。有时语言点多达几十个，而且好多语言点都是来自字典、资料，甚至连我们老师也无法记住，怎样可能要求学生记住呢?毕竟学生要学的不只是英语一门功课。另一方面，学了之后不用或者不明白怎样用。时间长了自然就忘了。课堂是英语教学的主战场，不透过听、说、读、译来巩固效果，是不能掌握所学知识的。下面是我自己针对这个问题在英语教学方面的一些反思。

一、用心参与课堂活动

我们此刻使用的高中英语教材主题贴近现实生活，重点强调学生动口动手，而不是死记单词和语法规则。课堂上要求学生要听从老师的指挥，用心参与对话、讨论，发言，要敢于开口，不怕出错，珍惜课堂上的每一分钟，不放弃每一次用英语交流的机会。英语是一门实践性很强的学科，只有大胆实践，才能提高交流潜力。我们要在听、说、读、写四项技能上全面发展，听说领先。主要以训练听与说的潜力为主，以后逐步加大阅读和书面表达训练。

二、英语学习要重视句子和文章的朗读背诵，以培养语感

学英语记单词很重要，但机械记忆的单词量再大，也不会真正提高英语水平。要做到词不离句，句不离文，句子比单词重要，记句子比记单词划算，要养成背句子的好习惯，因为句子中既包含了发音规则，又有语法资料，还有词的具体用法。学过的课文要高声朗读，精彩段落和文章要读透背熟。朗读也是提高口语的办法。学英语语感很重要，而朗读、背诵，多听多说有助于培养语感。透过超多的朗读背诵，我们的语感构成了，这时候我们的语音语调就更标准，常用句子就能脱口而出，说英语就更自信;在阅读文章时就能轻易地找到上下文关联的感觉，体会到英语文字的美。

三、英语学习要重视复习

英语知识点多，需要超多记忆。很多同学抱怨，说自己的记性差，记了又忘了。最好的办法是反复地听，反复地读，课文中的语言点、词汇在录音带中不断被重复。这跟我们提倡朗读是一个道理，声音对大脑的刺激有助于记忆。英语首先是一门声音，我们要多运用耳朵和嘴巴，要超多进行声音的输入与输出。其次要经常复习，要合理地安排复习时间。首先要及时复习。遗忘的规律是:前快后慢，先多后少，记忆后最初遗忘得较快，以后逐渐减慢。针对这一规律，学习新知识后应及早加以复习。其次在复习中要多尝试回忆，背诵。尝试着回忆与识记交替进行，印象会更深刻一些，同时也明白了教材的重点和难点在哪里，复习更有目的性和针对性。

四、英语学习，跟任何知识的学习一样，以自学为主

要让学生养成自觉学习的习惯。语言学习不是老师讲会的，而是自己练会的。我们的英语教学是精讲多练，讲练结合，以练为主。有些同学听力不好，只有一个办法:坚持听，每一天5-10分钟，而且长期听，必须会有效果的;阅读潜力要靠超多的阅读来提高，词汇量的积累和文化背景知识的丰富也是在阅读中完成的。

高一年的新生在进入新的环境中学习，有很多的不适应，而且初高中的学习也出现了不衔接等问题。因此，利用自身优势，深入到学生中去，了解学生的内心，引导和帮助学生树立适应高中学习生活的自信心。通过与学生一学期来相处，对于学生的英语水平有了较深的了解，尤其是对于学生在英语听、说、读、写四项技能的基本情况有了全面性的了解，这对我在平常的教学备课，上课，课后反思中有极大的帮助。

三个班学生的情况也存在着差距。(8)班和(13)班相对于(19)班来讲，上课气氛积极，优生和中等生偏多，如果只是一味的讲解较为简单的知识点，便会使他们得不满足;而(19)班相对中偏上学生较多，如果讲得太深，就会没有顾到整体，整堂课的效果也会比较不好。所以，了解及分析学生实际情况，实事求是，具体问题具体分析，做到因材施教，对授课效果有直接影响。备课不仅是要备教材，更重要的还要备学生。

2、精心利用材料和时间。

这学期我们选用《学英语》报作为教辅材料，充分发挥了它的作用。每周进行一到两次听力训练，选用部分随堂练习作为课堂巩固练习。周报上的单选题、完形填空及阅读理解，要求学生认真完成并及时讲评。讲评结束时，通过听写等注意督促学生巩固练习中的知识点。另外，我坚持不浪费早读，坚持每个早读都会布置一定的背诵任务，要求学生张口讲英语。我坚持了解早读情况，发现问题及时纠正。并鼓励学生多去背诵课文中较好的句子，让学生在背诵中不断提高他们自己的语言的语感。并把学生分为六人一组，选出组长，负责监督其他同学的背诵情况，并在学习中形成互助。

3、整合材料，注重课堂效率。

对每课的教材处理，都会与备课组其他同事先进行认真的讨论，认真钻研教材，了解教材的结构，重点与难点，掌握教材的知识的体系，认真研究考试说明与教学大纲，了解学生原有的知识技能的水平，他们的兴趣、需要、方法、习惯以及可能遇到的学习障碍，仔细思考相应的教学方法和手段;组织好课堂教学，关注全体学生，善于根据从作业和考试反馈出来的信息，调整教学环节;注重调动学生学习的主动性，并使其保持相对的稳定性;注重学生英语基础知识的教学及听、说、读、写等基本技能的培养，努力使教学目标落到“实处”;课前精心地备课并认真写好教案，课后能及时进行反思小结，不断提高自己的业务水平。

二、在教研方面

认真学习理论知识，积极听课

在新教师培训活动中，认真听取了张邦群老师等多位有经验老师的开会培训心得，并进行了详细记载，认真思考这些前辈们提出的问题，如：什么是有效教学?怎样才能提高课堂效率?怎样的课才算是一堂好课?

本学期，认真听了校内7位老师的课及校外1位特级教师的课。听了这些老师的课，对我自己的教学有很大的益处。另处，我还希望，机会的话，学校也可以多给我们这些年轻的老师多去外面学习和听课的机会。

三、不断提高自身素质，努力为自己“充电”

为了不断提高自身的业务能力和水平，积极参加各级各类教育行政主管部门组织的业务学习和培训，参加组内听课、教研活动。虚心向同行学习，汲取有用的教学方法来充实自己、提高自己。

认真撰写教学案例反思，及时总结自己在英语教学上的心得体会;努力提高自己多媒体课件制作的水平，努力开拓自己的知识视野，增加自己的知识储备，不断地给自己“充电”。

以上是我本学期的教学工作总结，自感进步是有的，但是还有许许多多的不足之处，我会在以后的教学中更加努力，希望能在各位领导同事的帮助和指导下，迅速成长。
