三、学情简要分析新课标第一网

今年我校高一级共有十六个平行教学班，学生整体英语水平较差，英语科入学级平均65分(百分制), 并且分数层次多，学生生源构成复杂，大部分来自农村，城区学生少，普遍英语底子差，基础薄。

四、教材简要分析

本学期完成英语模块必修(1)和必修(2)两个模块。共10个单元内容。

具体安排： 对于10个单元，每一单元用8课时，课本的学习可以这样进行：

1. warming up 和vocabulary一个课时;

2.reading和 language points 三课时

3.grammar二课时;

1、做好初高中英语知识点的衔接工作

为了高中阶段的英语教学可以比较顺利的展开,使学生打牢英语学习基础不至于出现知识断层，本学期要有计划的把学生初中学过的但掌握不好的词汇、短语、句型, 语法分插于10个单元的新课教学中。

2.英语学习方法的指导和学习习惯的培养

学习习惯是学生学业成败的关键。英语教师要指导学生掌握正确的学习方法，通过严格持久的训练，养成良好的英语学习习惯，发挥他们的潜能，提高学习效率，培养自学英语的能力.

各科通用的学习习惯

A: 课前预习和自学的习惯. 这是学生学好新课，取得高效率的学习成果的基础。

B: 始终保持高度集中的注意力听课,勤记笔记的习惯

备课组成员之间互相听课, 不一定是整个备课组统一进行, 而是自行看着课程表安排, 有空堂就可以商量互相听课 , 建议坐办公桌对面一对互相听课. 并且在互相听课之后互相评课. 对照发下去的课堂教学评估标准, 帮助对方检查是否都达到了要求,把评课重点放在学生在这节课是否学有所得, 学生是否动起来了.

7、开展英语课外活动，创设语言学习环境

一、注意高一与初中的衔接过渡

高一新学期伊始，可以通过摸底了解学生大致水平，及时给学生弥补初中的缺漏知识。可利用上半学期的时间从语言、词汇、语法、句型等方面系统复习。要尽快使学生适应高中英语教学，具体做法是：培养学生课前预习、课后复习的良好学习习惯;坚持用英语授课，要求并鼓励学生用英语思考问题、回答问题;根据高考要求，从高一年开始就需要培养学生的阅读能力，教会学生一些阅读技巧，养成良好的阅读习惯;另外，课后要多与学生接触，尽快和学生熟悉。

二、高中英语教学要始终贯彻交际性原则，强化学生主体意识 “让游泳者到水中去。”这是交际语言教学理论的思想核心。贯彻交际性原则亦就是要把教学活化为实际:

1.建立“课前五分钟会话”，培养课堂交际氛围。如一进课堂老师说：“It’s nice to see you again./It’s fine today, isn’t?/How are you today?”星期一上课问：“Did you have a good time in the weekend?”学生会作

出不同的回答，引出更多的对话，从而达到交际的目的。

2.适当让学生表演对话或课文内容。针对近期所学内容，布置学生课后进行讨论排练，然后在课堂表演。

3.多鼓励，少批评。为了使学生更爱开口，在练习中，要重视运用鼓励性语言，不断强化学生参加交际的信心。

三、培养学生的自学能力

只有通过辅导学生掌握一套科学的学习方法，并培养学生的自学能力，才能使学生的学习积极性和主动性得以发挥。具体包括：培养学生的预习能力、各种方法掌握英语基本知识的能力、学生自己整理所学知识的能力。另外，自学能力的提高还得益于大量的独立的阅读，于是新学期开始就要要求学生人人必备一本英汉词典作为工具书，让学生勤。

四、激发学生学习英语的兴趣

在教学中培养学生的学习兴趣，增强教学效果，才能避免在以后的学习中产生两极分化。具体做法是把语言教学与日常生活联系起来，上课可以结合时事、热点，给学生讲有关政治、历史、社会等各方面的新闻、幽默等。还可以通过开辟第二课堂，如举办讲故事、各类竞赛等。老师课后应当多和学生交流接触，了解学生的需要，适当和学生一起参加活动、体育运动。课后还可以布置学生听英语广播、看英语新闻，然后再到学校进行交流。

五、 巩固教学效果 发展学生智能

教学的一个根本目的，是要求学生学会独立思考、独立自学，最终成

为一个能独立工作的合格人才。课内教学的双边活动是至关重要的，但由于学生多，时间少，而学生主动活动机会则不多。所以，课外作业便是学生个体完成作业的独立活动的基本形式。学生在完成作业过程中，需要独立思考、独立钻研，这对学生有充分的实际锻炼机会。课外作业，有助于学生发展智能和创造性才能，有助于培养学生灵活地应用知识解决问题，有助于培养学生的能力，并能培养学生按时完成任务的习惯和责任心，以及克服困难的精神。因此，教师要在作业的布置和批改上下工夫，不仅要重视答案的公平性、客观性和唯一性，还要重视学生的选择性和创造性以及答案的开放性和多样性。

六、备课，既备学生，又要备教法

备课是一个必不可少，十分重要的环节，。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性。我明白到备课的重要性，因此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课之上，认认真真钻研教材和教法，不满意就不收工。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。备课充分，能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好。但同时又要有驾驭课堂的能力，因为学生在课堂上的一举一动都会直接影响课堂教学。因此上课一定要设法令学生投入，不让其分心，这就很讲究方法了。上课内容丰富，现实。教态自然，讲课生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。

所以，老师每天都要有充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。这样，授课就事半功倍。回看自己的授课，我感到有点愧疚，因为有时我并不能很好地做到这点。当学生在课堂上无心向学，违反纪律时，我的情绪就受到影响，并且把这带到教学中，让原本正常的讲课受到冲击，发挥不到应有的水平，以致影响教学效果。我以后必须努力克服，研究方法，采取有利方法解决当中困难。

经过一个学期的努力，期末考就是一种考验。无论成绩高低，都体现了我在这学期的教学成果。我明白到这并不是最重要的，重要的是在本学期后如何自我提高，如何共同提高三个班的英语水平。因此，无论怎样辛苦，我都会继续努力，多问，多想，多向前辈学习，争取进步。

一、本学期的指导思想：

二、所教班级学生基本情况分析：

这学期执教的5﹑9班均为普通班。通过近一周来的摸底，已基本知道了学生的大致情况：

在英语基础方面很薄弱，他们在写的技能方面基本上没有得到过训练，连音标和字母的拼读都没有掌握好。经过上学期我们几位英语老师的不懈努力，年段学生的基础知识得到了加强，学习态度也有所好转。但是学生整体的惰性还是很强，自觉性很差。另外，学生在情感态度,学习策略方面还存在诸多需要进一步解决的问题。例如：很多学生不能明确学习英语的目的，没有真正认识到学习英语的目的在于交流;有些同学在学习中缺乏小组合作意识;大多数同学没有养成良好的学习习惯，不能做好课前预习课后复习，学习没有计划性和策略性;不善于发现和总结语言规律，不注意知识的巩固和积累。

三、奋斗目标：

钻研新课标，提高教学水平，真正做到教学相长，努力达到学校规定的教学指标。

四、教学方法

1、为了提高学生听力水平，利用每周四连堂课进行听力半小时训练，给学生集体放听力。

2、单词一直是学生的难点、薄弱点，直接影响学生综合能力的提高，在教学中要狠抓单词的记忆与巩固，特别是动词以及同义词的区别，每周五晚半小时进行单词抽查，使学生养成记单词的好习惯。

3、本学期要有计划地把学生初中学过的但掌握不好的时态、句式、从句、不定式，分别穿插于各单元新课的教学中。

4、坚持每周一次作文训练，训练题材、方法，力求多样化，并能及时进行讲评，鼓励学生写英文日记。

5、拓宽教材，努力补充学生的词汇，补充阅读材料，培养阅读能力。

五、考核与评价

继续完善每月一次的月考机制，结合期中和期末考试，以及课堂上的表现，从听说读写各方面多层次立体评价学习成果，帮助其树立信心。

六、训练原则

习题的训练在于精而不在于多，按高考的知识体系有针对性地，选择典型性题型，针对共性问题进行精讲，让学生在书本中找到解决问题的源泉，学会思考、整理和归纳。

七、具体措施：

1、每天背诵课文中好句。目的：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

2、每天记20个生词，10个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

5、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

6、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

7、实施"任务型"的教学途径，培养学生综合语言运用能力。

8、在教学中根据目标并结合教学内容，创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动，吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学习和使用英语，完成学习任务。

9、加强对学生学习策略的指导，为他们终身学习奠定基础。

10、要充分利用现代教育技术，利用计算机和多媒体教学软件，探索新的教学模式，开发英语教学资源，拓宽学生学习渠道，改进学生学习方式，提高教学效果。

I have spent fifteen years in my life. So, this is my ninth year to study. By the way, my name is WengJingru. My father thought hard about my name. He consulted the dictionary two times to find how to name me. Of course, this name is very good and I like it very much.

Sometimes I think I am a little strange. Because I often think the world isn’t full of happiness. And I want to be different from others. I hate superficial people. But always I am very out-going and kind to others. I can’t say ‘no’ to others. So I don’t know how to refuse.

I can’t see I am a pretty girl, but I am not an ugly person, either. I am very general. I can’t say too much about my appearance.

In this term, I make a little progress in my study. In my life, I have my parents’ love, and many, many people’s love. I am happy. I achieved so much, and I also lost so much.

本学期我担任高二x、x班的英语教学工作。学期开始，我制定以下计划：

一、在处理教材方面，敢于取舍。

确定精讲、略讲、和自读单元。在认真备课和深入了解学生的基础上，合理处理教材，做出取舍使时间的安排和教学进度相符。同时，可以抽出相应时间来处理专项练习，以及进行其它活跃教学气氛和提高学生学习兴趣的教学活动。

二、狠抓书面表达、听力和阅读等项练习。

学生的英语基础不好，2班的基础更差，尤其是书面表达、听力和阅读等项。我将利用早自习时间进行听力专项练习。同时要求同学们多动口。每周抽出一定时间来训练书面表达和阅读，主要是限时训练。另外，以板报形式给同学们出一些进行短文改错练习。

三、利用灵活多样的形式来活跃课堂气氛和提高同学们的学习兴趣。

利用好多媒体等现代化教学手段，充分利用网络资源。制作生动形象的课件，调动学生的兴趣。还可以观看英文小电影，排演英文小短剧。我们还将进行单词比赛等活动。

四、根据班级情况，合理进行教学里。

在一班，适应大纲要求和发展的需要，坚持全英语教学，多进行讨论和对话等形式的练习，培养同学们的口头表达能力和实际应用能力，促进其全面发展。对于二班学生，采取英汉结合，以汉语为主的教学方式。同时加强教学管理，作到管教结合。在教学过程中，加强对学生的管理，尤其是二班学生，避免只教学不管理的弊端。

总之，我会不断的努力来提高自己的教学水平和能力，使学生在英语方面有一定提高。
