在领会大纲精神吃透教材的情况下，分析所教班学生(1班和2班)的实际情况，由于初高中衔接问题，加上学生基础不扎实，就出现了部分原本初中的尖子生在第一次月考就不及格的现象，严峻的形势使他们受到了很大的冲击，部分学生开始放弃。这学期的重点是帮助他们认识到高中英语的重要性和与初中英语学习的区别，帮助他们养成良好的学习习惯。

因此，了解了学生的情况，就应该从实际出发，我结合大纲要求，做出切实可行的教学设计。学生基础差，于是在传授新课的同时，结合初中知识，不断夯实基础，发展能力;在45分钟的课堂里，提高效率，让学生真正吸收每节所学知识。

精心利用材料。这学期我们选用英语周报作为教辅材料，充分发挥了它的作用。每周进行一到两次听力训练，选用部分随堂练习作为课堂巩固练习。周报上的单选题、完形填空及阅读理解，要求学生认真完成并及时讲评(偶尔进行限时训练)。讲评结束时，通过听写等注意督促学生巩固练习中的知识点。

2、努力活跃课堂气氛。

我也更爱看课外书了，买了五本课外阅读的书，自觉的看，认真的看，反复的看，这对开阔他的眼界，提高他的语文水平，提高孩子的情操是肯定有好处的。

这个暑假，我主动要求出去旅游，去了新疆天山野生动物园。我提出买扭曲滑板，学的很快，玩的很开心，过了一个快乐的暑假。

这个暑假，我们家楼上的邻居外出旅游一个多月，我主动地承担了给花浇水的任务，隔三差五的自己拿着钥匙去邻居家给花浇水，做的很积极，也很仔细，获得了邻居阿姨的一个小礼物，一个很大的变形金刚。

暑假期间，我做了一些力所能及的家务事，比如自己主动要求做饭，独立地做了一顿饭，煮米饭，西红柿炒鸡蛋，还真是有模有样，味道也不错，这是了不起的进步。

当然我还有一些不足的地方，比如很固执，不会妥协，在第一范文网里和小朋友玩耍时，对于调皮孩子的挑衅束手无策，需要坚强些，也需要学会自己处理一些自己遇到的事情。
