一.教学工作总结

本学期我担任高一15和16班的英语教学工作，转瞬一学期的教学工作即将结束，以下是对本期教学情况的概括总结：

1. 本学年顺利完成了高中英语必修一和必修二两本书的课程。

2. 按照学校安排，参加了学校青年教师汇报课。

3.组织学生参加“高中英语技能比赛”

4.组织学生进行了“单词大比拼”

5.每隔一周播放英文电影教学片，培养学生英语学习的兴趣。

具体情况：

1.教学就是教与学，两者是相互联系，不可分割的，有教者就必然有学者。学生是被教的主体。因此，了解和分析学生情况，有针对性地教对教学成功与否至关重要。最初上课的时候，我一点都不了解他们，只是研究书本，教材（高中英语必修一和必修二），想方设法令课堂生动，一厢情愿的认为学生这样就易接受。但一开始我就碰了钉子。在讲授第一课的时候，我按照自己的教学设计，上了一堂自认为明白易懂而又不死板的课，认为教学效果如期理想，结果后来下课一调查，一听同学们反应，才知道我讲的口语大部分同学反应跟不上，而教学的部分内容同学们有的以前从来未学过。于是，我在课后主动走近学生，与他们聊天谈心，增进彼此的了解，从而更进一步了解了学生的状况。实践证明，只有学生从心里接受了老师，才会跟着老师学习，并逐渐做到主动学习

一方面，学生英语听，说的能力相对较弱，授课采用全英教学，同学们不能适应。另一方面，班里的“潜能生”占较大多数，尖子生较少。因此，讲得太深，没有照顾到整体。由此可以看出，了解及分析学生实际情况，实事求是，具体问题具体分析，做到因材施教，对授课效果有直接影响。这就是教育学中提到的“备教法的同时要备学生，也要备自己”。这一理论在我的教学实践中得到了验证。

2教学中，备课是一个十分重要的环节，备学生，又要备教法。备课不充分或者备得不好，会严重影响课堂气氛和积极性。对于刚刚走上工作岗位的我来说，要同时做到这两点，确实很费劲。因此，每天我都花费大量的时间在备课上。学校硬件设施齐全，为了响应学校政策，用多媒体上课，提高教学效率和质量，所以除了认真钻研教材和教法外，也花了大量时间做课件。虽然辛苦，但事实证明是值得的。

一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益不浅。例如我在教授必修二module4的时候，这课的主题是“fine arts”，教学难度比较大。如果照本宣科地讲授，学生会感到困难和沉闷。为了上好这堂课，我上网搜集材料，收集有关画家的信息和作品，使学生更好的了解了背景信息，并认真研究了课文,找出了重点,难点,进行了针对性地讲解。当讲到 “painting”和“drawing”时的时候，我利用了教室里面的装饰画和学生的素描作品进行了比较，这样学生就形象地明白了这两个单词的区别；在讲解 stand这个词时，我针对个别学生上课睡觉造了个句子“i can’t stand students sleeping in class”, 很形象地让学生记住了can’t stand （sb.）doing sth. 这个句型。同时我也鼓励学生用学习数学等的思维学习英语。把英语句型，看作是数学公式，公式记住了，学会套用。英语学起来也就没那么难了。学生听懂了，也就显得颇有积极性。因此在练习时，学生特别用功，教学效果也比较理想。可见，认真备课对教学十分重要。特别是对英语这门学生不甚熟悉并感到困难的外语来说至关重要。

3听课也是提高自身教学能力的一个好方法，作为新老师只有多听课才能够逐渐积累经验。所以对每一次听课的机会我都十分珍惜。听课的主要对象是我们组的英语教师老师的课，同时也听其他科目老师的课。本学期，我听了二十多节课，每听一节课都有不同的收获，并逐步掌握了一些驾驭课堂的技巧。听完课之后，把教师们上课时讲到的记在听课记录上，然后对我自己的备课教案进行修改，将他们很多优点和长处应用到我的课堂教学当中去，取得了较好的效果。

4但是学生在不断学习中，出现了优差分化现象，而且差生面较大，有一段时间严重影响了班内的学习风气。为此，我制定了具体的计划和目标，对同学进行有计划的辅导。比如，安排背诵内容。从最开始的背文章，到后来的背句子。一次就背五个句子，其中包含着所学单元的重点词组。使学生能够熟练掌握重点词组的情况下，同时提升学生的语感。

5 英语是语言。困此，除了课堂效果之外，还需要让学生多读，多讲，多练。为此，在早读时，我鼓励学生大声读书。下午晚读时，教授新单词，首先教学生学会读，再要求学生去记。有时遇到某个单元的单词都比较简单时，就让学生试着即时记忆，效果还不错。比如，必修二module6，我就是这么教的，学生掌握的不错，学习兴趣也很浓。晚读时，也复习学过的单词。课后发现学生作业问题也能够及时解决，及时讲清楚，让学生即时消化。另外，对部分不自觉的同学还采取领读等方式，提高他们的能力。

6精讲多练是我采取的另一个巩固学生所学知识的方法。在课堂上，我少讲精讲，让每位同学做好笔记，掌握知识重点难点，然后给予他们的时间练习加以巩固，课后留有适当的练习，这样通过精讲，多练，让学生在听的过程中掌握知识，在练的过程中巩固知识。同时，我又让每位同学准备一个周记本，每周交一次，并做了批阅。对于基础不好的学生，只要求他们用本单元所学重点词组写句子。但效果不是很好，我随即改变了方案，每天或是隔天让学生用所学重点单词，词组或句型造句，及时批阅并作讲解。事实证明，这一方法切实可行，也行之有效。

7. 为了提高学生学习英语的积极性，我每隔一周播放一部英文电影教学片，并要求学生每次记一句台词。看过的电影“kung fu panda”“harry potter”“crouching tiger，hidden dragon” avatar

英语对于学生们来说是比较难得一门课。但我个人认为，再难的学科也需要学生主动去学，才会有所成效。我时常告诉学生，课后我们是朋友，但课堂上必须认真听讲，学生得有个学生样，我也得有老师样。而且在学习上，我对学生要求比较严。无论学生是否理解，我觉得这是作为一名老师最应该做的。

总之，经过一个学期与学生的共同努力，希望我们可经得住期末市统考的考验。无论成绩高低，都在一定程度上体现了我在这学期的教学效果，也是我和学生共同努力的见证，更会促使我继续努力，多问，多想，多向优秀教师学习，争取更大进步。

二.教研工作总结

1、备自己。

（1），拓宽学习渠道，做到三结合。加强教后反思，做到学教结合。学习中，我注意把自主学习和集中学习相结合，理论学习和实践探究相结合，与同志间彼此交流探讨和网上资源阅览相结合。尤其是学校为我们提供了网的学习资源，使我们增添了更多的学习机会。

每次教后反思，都是对次节课的教学有所帮助。同时学习了《张思中与十六字外语教学法》。张思中外语教学法的理论精髓是“适当集中，反复循环，阅读原著，因材施教”。因为班里潜能生占大多数，阅读原著也一点还很难达到。但其他方面的实际应用还需加强。

（2）主动走近学生，与他们聊天谈心，增进彼此的了解，从而更进一步了解学生的学习状况。实践证明，只有学生从心里接受了老师，才会跟着老师学习，并逐渐做到主动学习

2. 备课

集体备课，做到：备教材、备学情、备重难点、突破重难点的方法、疑点、考点。因为是第一次带着套教材，所以集体备课对我的帮助很大，对教学效果也有着很大影响。

3上课

激发和保持兴趣，注重互动，突出能力培养。少讲多练，“以学生为主，以教师为辅”。但针对潜能生，这一点实施起来还需要长期的练习。

4、作业

作业包括：课后作业（创新方案）、单词听写、句子翻译、句子背诵，写作，短语收集。作业要求学生做，教师检查批改，然后给出正确答案，并要求学生及时订证错误，单词听写要求学生每日识记一定数量的单词,养成每日识记的好习惯,教师要加强督促并要及时批改，并要求学生对其中的单词、短语必须记忆，句子翻译做到，及时批阅与讲解。句子背诵，亲自检查背诵情况，并做了背诵记录。

5、辅导

每周早读辅导必须到位，并且要注意组织，注重效果。下午自习和晚自习也要及时去辅导，督促学生在英语学习上适当多投入时间和精力。

6、检测

单词，每模块测试一次。套题，三模块测试一次。复习时，单词没三模块测试一次。

一、指导思想

在本学期的英语教学中,坚持以下面的教学理念为指导:第一,在切实了解学生的真实水平和结合学生历次考试成绩的的基础上,适当改变教学方法，加强学法指导;第二,教学要面向全体学生,关注学生的情感,激发他们学习英语的兴趣;第三,以学生为主体,尊重个体差异,因材施教;第四,在新课标的指导下,倡导学生体验参与学习,完成设计目标;第五,注重过程性评价, 建立能鼓励学生自主学习能力发展提高的综合评价体系。

二、学生情况分析

a）高一15和16班学生在英语基础方面很薄弱。尽管经过一学期的学习，但是在词汇，语法规则等方面存在很多缺漏。所以，在听、说、读、写这四项技能上，学生水平存在很大差异。

b）学生在学习策略和情感态度方面也存在需要进一步解决的问题。例如：学习缺乏主动性、自觉性；大多数同学没有养成良好的学习习惯，不能主动做好课前预习和课后复习工作，学习没有计划性和策略性，也不注意知识的积累和巩固。

c）在课堂上，习惯于以往被动地接受所传授的知识，不善于发现和总结语言规律，学习的主体性不突出。

三、教材与教辅的分析

本学期采用的仍然是外研社的英语教材。每一单元除了关注阅读、写作、听力、视听说等语言实践活动，还关注语言知识、情感态度、文化意识和学习策略等。其中，通过并利用教材培养和坚强学生的阅读理解能力和以前的必修教材有很大的不同。所以重点在于培养学生用英语获取信息、处理信息的能力；用英语分析问题、解决问题的能力；用英语进行思维和表达的能力。难点在于学生在情感态度和学习策略上的改变，达到用英语思维和表达的目标。

四、教学目标

通过学习，让学生有丰富的生活常识、多文化背景的积累，并形成正确人生观、价值观，有积极的情感态度和跨文化的交际能力。同时培养自主学习能力，积累学习方法。更重要的是培养学会僧的阅读理解能力，提高学生的应试水平。

五、教学措施

a）让学生每天积累几个单词，利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

b）认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

c组织建立‘英语角‘。鼓励并组织学生开口说英语。让学生学有所用

d）实行过程性评价，调动学生积极性，通过不同方式的检测，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

e）关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

f）在教学中根据目标并结合教学内容，创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动，吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学习和使用英语，完成学习任务。

g）经常进行教学反思，适时调整教学方法，符合学生的真实情况，利于学生的有效性学习。

h）加强集体备课，充分发挥老教师的经验和新教师的激情，达到最佳的教学效果。
