二.教学目标

1、使学生明确学习英语的目的性, 发展学生自主学习的能力和合作精神;

2、做好初、高中的教学衔接工作，让学生了解和适应高中的英语学习;

3、在培养学生的语言知识、语言技能、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识等素养的基础上发展学生综合运用语言的能力，培养学生在获取信息、处理信息、分析问题、解决问题的能力以及运用英语进行思维和表达的能力。

4、优化学生的英语学习方法，使他们能通过观察、体验、探究等主动学习的方法，充分发挥自己的学习潜能，形成有效的学习策略，提高自主学习的能力。

三.学生现状分析

本学期本人担任高一(3)班的英语课。(3)班是本校的普通班，学生素质普遍较差、大部分学生英语底子差，基础薄，英语水平参差不齐，部分学生英语基础等于零。例如，本人在开学初去上第一节英语课的主要内容为：英语26个字母的测试，结果班里66个学生却没有一个学生能默写全26个英文字母，其中有20个学生叫空白卷。根据这个实际情况，本人打算在高一起始阶段的英语教学中，本着低起点，爬坡走，抓习惯的原则，长期不懈地抓好学生的学习英语的兴趣和习惯养成。指导思想是坚持“狠抓双基，改进学法，激发兴趣，提高学习英语的能力”。

四. 工作措施

1、继军训后结合学生初中英语实际状况，用两个星期从字母音标学起切实做好初中教材复习的工作，为平稳地向高中教材过度奠定基础，梳理初中知识，配发相应练习，通过习题讲练，激发学生对新知识的求知欲，顺利进入新教材的学习。

2. 为了使学生打牢基础不至于出现知识断层，本学期要有计划有步骤地把学生初中学过的但掌握不好的英语语音基础知识、英语时态、句式、定语从句、状语从句、动词不定式以及部分掌握不好的词汇、短语、句型分插于新课教学中。

3、认真研究新课程标准，尤其与旧大纲不同的地方，清楚哪些内容是新增加的，哪些内容是已经删掉的，哪些内容初中已经学的。认真研究新教材，认真备课、上课，认真进行自习辅导和批改作业。

4、为了减轻高三听力训练的压力，提高学生的听力水平，从高一就开始注意对学生进行听力训练。除了利用课堂上的时间外，还坚持每周三次利用课余时间给学生集体放听力。

5、单词一直是学生的难点、薄弱点，直接影响学生综合能力的提高，在教学中要重视词汇教学，狠抓单词的记忆与巩固以及对词汇的意义与用法的掌握。使学生掌握科学的单词记忆方法和养成勤查词典的习惯。

学生应有较明确的英语学习动机和积极主动的学习态度。能听懂教师对有关熟悉话题的陈述并能参与讨论。能读懂简单英语文章，克服生词障碍，理解大意。能根据阅读目的运用适当的阅读策略。能与他人合作，解决问题并报告结果，共同完成学习任务。能在学习中互相帮助，克服困难。能合理计划和安排学习任务，积极探索适合自己的学习方法。在学习和日常交际中能注意到中外文化的差异。

三、学情简要分析

今年我校高一年级共有六个班，两个国兴班，四个普通班。学生整体英语水平较低，普遍英语底子差，基础薄。我担任6班和4班的英语老师，这两个班分别是文科的普通班和理科的普通班，基础相对较差，并且学生的成绩参差不齐。

四、教材简要分析

本学期完成英语模块必修（3）和必修（4）两个模块。共10个单元内容。

具体安排： 对于10个单元，每一单元用10课时，课本的学习可以这样进行

1. warming up 和vocabulary一个课时；

2.reading和 language points 四课时；

3.discovering useful words and expressions 一课时；

3.discovering useful structures二课时；

4. using language一课时；

5.writing一课时；

五. 具体措施和工作要点

1、做好初高中英语知识点的衔接工作

为了高中阶段的英语教学可以比较顺利的展开,使学生打牢英语学习基础不至于出现知识断层，本学期要有计划的把学生初中学过的但掌握不好的词汇、短语、句型、 语法分插于10个单元的新课教学中。

2.英语学习方法的指导和学习习惯的培养

学习习惯是学生学业成败的关键。英语教师要指导学生掌握正确的学习方法，通过严格持久的训练，养成良好的英语学习习惯，发挥他们的潜能，提高学习效率，培养自学英语的能力.

各科通用的学习习惯

a: 课前预习和自学的习惯. 这是学生学好新课，取得高效率的学习成果的基础；

b: 始终保持高度集中的注意力听课,勤记笔记的习惯；

c: 课后及时复习的习惯 . 及时复习能加深和巩固对新学知识的理解和记忆；

d: 良好的完成作业习惯

1按时完成作业，书写规范、不潦草；

2及时改正作业中的错误，找出错误原因, 并建立“错题集”的习惯。 英语科特色的学习习惯

a: 养成大声朗读和背诵英语单词、句子和文章的习惯

b: 养成反复练习的习惯， 语言不是教会的，而是在使用中学会的

3、阅读训练

阅读理解能力的培养是高中英语教学的重点，也是高考的重头戏。在单元教学中专门抽出一两节课作为阅读课,并且有计划的指导学生掌握科学的阅读方法。每周一次的课外阅读材料为中考题的阅读文章。

4、早晚读的单词记忆与巩固

单词的记忆与巩固一直是学生的难点、薄弱点，直接影响学生综合能力的提高，在教学中要重视词汇教学，狠抓单词的记忆与巩固以及对词汇的意义与用法的掌握。使学生掌握科学的单词记忆方法和养成勤查词典的习惯。

5、备课组成员之间互相听课

备课组成员之间互相听课, 不一定是整个备课组统一进行, 而是自行看着课程表安排, 有空堂就可以商量互相听课 , 并且在互相听课之后互相评课. 对照发下去的课堂教学评估标准, 帮助对方检查是否都达到了要求,把评课重点放在学生在这节课是否学有所得, 学生是否动起来了。

搓好元宵，开煮了。小元宵们，像调皮的乒乓球一样“跑进”煮沸的水里，等它们浮上来后，外婆就快速的拿勺子一撩，一个个玲珑可爱的小元宵，在水中游来游去，让我垂涎三尺。舀起一个，迫不及待的咬了一口，里面浓香的芝麻盐顺着嘴角流了下来，“好烫啊!”我不禁大声喊道，嘴巴和舌头被烫得麻酥酥的，似乎没有了知觉和味觉。“慢慢吃，没人和你抢。”外婆仍然慈祥的看着我，我舀起元宵，使劲吹了半天，再次送进“身负重伤”的嘴中，甜甜的芝麻和糯糯的米粉非常好的融合在一起，即使咽了下去，但嘴里依然留着芝麻的喷香，让人有想吃第二口的冲动，正当我使劲的嚼着时，突然觉得牙齿碰到一个很硬的东西，我吐了出来，是一个5毛钱硬币!外婆说“琦琦吃到幸福元宵了，就会年年幸福。”听说，这是外婆那里的习俗，吃到钱，就意味着来年会快快乐乐，幸福安康。

亲人做的食物，一向是最美味的，因为里面包含着他们对我的爱与关心。每当我看到元宵，就会想起我的外婆，这时，我就会不自觉的拿起电话，问候一下我的外婆：“阿婆，今天你开心吗?”

20xx年即将过去，这一年中，我担任过高一段三个班级的英语教学工作，教学任务也比较重，相较上学期，这一学期我更加了解学生，能够深入分析学情，以调整自己的教学工作。我认真体会学生，关注学生，并且研究课标，梳理知识结构，有计划地开展必修2和必修3的相关新知识的教学任务，以及复习任务，顺利完成本学期的教学任务。现将本学期教学工作总结如下：

一、分析学情

经过上学期和本学期以来的教学工作，我全面地掌握学生的学习基础情况，更好地“因材施教”，针对不同的学生，实施不同程度的指导，对其设定的相应目标和要求也不同。高一(2)班和高一(3)班为普通班，学生英语基础不是很好，但总体来说，相较上学期有所提高。

2班的女生英语基础和成绩明显胜过男生，英语高分成绩也常出现在这个班级，但部分学生消极对待英语这门学科，上课不认真听讲，自我放纵。

我对提高他们的学习兴趣和积极性也苦思无果，十分苦恼。而3班虽相对均衡一些，女生基础相对较好。但总体而言，3班的学生学习更加认真和自觉，对英语学科的学习热情也比较高，课堂氛围也比较好，在本学期取得了很大的进步。而高一(1)班为美术班，对语数外三门主科相对更为重视，但学生的英语基础并不好，在这学期一些原来有相对基础的学生进步很快，勤能补拙，但也有一部分学生呈现出上课散漫，作业不认真对待的现象，

为此，我多次调整教学进度，细致分析练习和基础知识，好让相对落后的学生能够重拾信心，学得知识。

二、大量练习促进学生对基础知识的巩固和能力的提高

1、课本复习是学生能力提高的关键。

从开学之初我就对学生强调课本的重要性，对课本知识点认真归纳和反复梳理，通过练习的形式进行学习反馈。

2、作好听力训练是为学期考试和高考打好基础。

学生在每一单元必定会有一次或多次的听力训练。听力教学往往容易受忽视，但我认为，听力和口语教学是相互促进的，也是培养学生语感和基础技能的一种手段。

3、扩大阅读，培养英语阅读能力。

要想英语取得好成绩，课外阅读必不可少。为此，我搜集了一些完型填空和阅读理解题来让学生训练，以提高学生的阅读能力。

4、认真批阅学生英语作文，推荐学生优秀作品。

本学期我一共让学生进行了3次英语写作，其中有2次进行了写作后课堂分析及优秀范文学习。我悉心整理各类好词好句，以及优秀的学生作文，以供学生学习和模仿。同时，对每一位学生英语作文进行面批和指导，提高他们的书面表达能力，一定程度上有效促进了学生英语学习的积极性。

三、师徒结对，听课评课讨论学习

本学期借着“师徒结对”这一难得的机会，我向师傅陈献娥老师学习，收获不少。我们高一段备课组开展了多次集体备课活动，并不断地进行课堂互听互评，以便提高教学质量。听课后的讨论环节，是最让我受益，也是最令我喜爱的。我们对教学设计的想法汇聚在一起，互相分享成果，达到了教学优化的效果。

四、加强学习，提升自身素质

积极到外校听课、评课，听讲座，虚心向同行和前辈学习;与教研组的老师讨论教育教学方法，集思广益，提高教学水平。多看课外书籍，培养多种兴趣爱好，不断拓宽知识面，使教学内容和形式丰富多样化。

这一学期即将结束，我相信自己在这学期的教学工作中有所进步，取得了一定成效，但教学无止境，在今后的教育教学工作中，我将更严格要求自己，努力工作，改善和提高自我，提升自身修养和教学水平。
