在上课过程中，我坚持用英语授课，要求并鼓励学生用英语思考问题、回答问题;同时根据我校“抓住阅读、抓住高考”的成功经验，大力培养学生的阅读能力。我们集中时间做完了英语同步阅读。同时利用周三晚自习7：20前的时间以及上午第三节课课间分别对全体和部分学生进行英语训练。取得了良好的效果。另外，加强作文训练，下学期我们先后共进行了8次作文训练，每次都努力做到作业面批面改，力争使学生直观深入地熟悉自己的学习漏洞，从而快速提高成绩。

三、大胆扩展，大胆训练

四、培养学生的自学能力

只有通过辅导学生掌握一套科学的学习方法，并培养学生的自学能力，才能使学生的学习积极性和主动性得以发挥。具体包括：培养学生的预习能力、各种方法掌握英语基本知识的能力、学生自己整理所学知识的能力。另外，自学能力的提高还得益于大量的独立的阅读，上学期要求学生人人必备一本英汉词典作为工具书，让学生勤。但是效果不是太理想。本学期我提出了“你买词典我补贴”的办法，两个班新增词典60余本，进一步扩大了词典的覆盖面。

五、激发学生学习英语的兴趣

在教学中培养学生的学习兴趣，增强教学效果，才能避免在以后的学习中产生两极分化。具体做法是把语言教学与日常生活联系起来，上课可以结合时事、热点，给学生讲有关政治、历史、社会等各方面的新闻、幽默等。以前的教学工作，我在这方面做得还是比较到位的。但是，因为比较严肃，学生参与不足，无意间形成了“自己的”课堂，本学期后半期，我在此方面下了很大努力，也收获甚大。

所以，老师每天都要有充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。这样，授课就事半功倍。回看自己的授课，我感到有点愧疚，因为有时我并不能很好地做到这点。当学生在课堂上无心向学，违反纪律时，我的情绪就受到影响，并且把这带到教学中，让原本正常的讲课受到冲击，发挥不到应有的水平，以致影响教学效果。我以后必须努力克服，研究方法，采取有利方法解决当中困难。

经过一个学期的努力，期末考就是一种考验。无论成绩高低，都体现了我在这学期的教学成果。我明白到这并不是最重要的，重要的是在本学期后如何自我提高，如何共同提高三个班的英语水平。因此，无论怎样辛苦，我都会继续努力，多问，多想，多向前辈学习，争取进步。

以上就是我在本学期的教学工作总结。由于经验颇浅，许多地方存在不足，希望在未来的日子里，能在各位领导老师，前辈的指导下，取得更好成绩。

一、指导思想：

本学期是高中阶段的第一个学期，学生的英语底子较差，基础薄，根据实际情况，我坚持“夯实基础，狠抓双基，改进学法，激发兴趣，提高能力”的指导思想。

在本学期的英语教学中，我主要坚持以下理念的应用：

1、坚定不移的实行循环大课堂，突出学生主体，让学生成为学习的主人。

2、面向全体学生，关注每个学生的情感，激发他们学习英语的兴趣，帮助他们建立学习的成就感和自信心。

3、尊重个体差异，让学生在老师的指导下构建知识，提高技能，磨练意志，活跃思维，展现个性，发展心智和拓展视野;

4、让学生在使用英语中学习英语，让学生成为Good User而不仅仅是Learner。让他们在使用和学习英语的过程中，体味到轻松和成功的快乐。

二、本学期的重点工作

(一)、全面做好初高中衔接工作

初中和高中在教学对象、教学内容、教学要求、教学方式和学习方式方面均存在着一定的差异，因此，帮助新生了解这些差异，引导他们尽快适应高中的学习与生活，是摆在我面前的迫在眉睫的任务。具体来说我要做好以下工作：

(一)作好知识的衔接(词汇补充、语法回顾)。在开新课之前，拿出一周左右的时间搞好高初中之间的词汇衔接和语法衔接，为开新课做好准备。

课时安排：

第一、二课时：音标(安排在第一单元教学之前)。目的是培养学生的拼读单词和自学单词的习惯和能力。

第三课时：词类与句子成分。例句必须经典、简练、上口，以学生易于熟悉记忆与再现为准。

第四课时：语法线索：在整体梳理初中所学语法现象的基础上，以一段“自我介绍”涵盖初中主要的语法内容。

第五、六课时：教材编排特点分析、学习要求和学习方法指导。

另外，在其中可以穿插一些小型测试(如词汇测试等)、写作或阅读等内容。了解学生掌握英语知识情况。

(二)、优化使用教材，精编学案

对教材的利用无法做到面面俱到，但要抓住重点，大胆取舍。

一方面学习教材，研究教材，理解教材各个栏目的编写意图，最大限度地发挥各个栏目的作用。另一方面要要根据教学目标和课时及学生实际对其进行大胆的取舍和重组，是教材为我所用，而不是被教材牵着鼻子走。变“教教材”为“用教材教”。

要按照外语学习规律来编制学案：首先列出本节课的知识点，挖掘各知识点的联系，设计突破每一个知识点的方案，最后按照难度，重点来排序，确定四讲四不讲，防止以做题代替学案。在教学时应根据本班学生的实际情况，运用可行的教学策略，引导学生参与讨论解题的过程、思路和方法，培养和训练学生对问题的思辩能力。每个模块设计词汇学案，阅读学案，语法学案，复习学案和周测共五个学案。
