翻译实践的过程中，我总结了4种必备的翻译工具：一是灵格斯翻译工具，里面可安装简明俄汉词典、新俄汉词典、大俄汉词典、俄汉实用工业技术词典;二是百度搜索工具;三是Google搜索工具;四是яндех搜索工具——专业的俄文搜索工具。翻译的具体步骤可如下：首先可以现在灵格斯里查询不懂的单词或词组，寻找最符合原文的解释。当然这只是最基本的做法，但是由于缺少专业的科技词典，在灵格斯往往是查询不出所需的单词或语义。于是，求助于Google和яндех则是很有必要的。按照我自己的经验来说，我采取同时在Google和яндех搜索的做法，并对同种搜索工具搜索结果进行比较。它们有着各自的优缺点。Google的优点是打开俄文页面的同时可以同时打开另外一个翻译页面，即Google可以自动把页面从来源语俄语翻译成汉语，而缺点是经常发生翻译错误，翻译的可信度是50%。яндех的优点是用俄语词组和句子解释俄语词汇，意义更准确，更贴近原文，而缺点就是有时用于释义的词汇过于深奥，过于专业，相当于用更专业的词汇解释专业词汇，即难上加难。所以我认为最后就需要用到百度工具了。结合Google和яндех的参考翻译，用百度搜索翻译过的专业词汇，查看是否有相同或相近的专业用语，之后才确定出最准确的译法。

自己校对，虚心地向本专业的老师和材料学院的老师请教。首先进行的自己去校对。原以为会限于“当局者迷”之说而不懂查看、修改自己的译文。但认真看完一遍译文之后才知道自己的眼睛还算是锐利的，检查出不少错误。比如最明显的一处是有一个句子翻译得不通顺，如果是一个没看过原文的人肯定是看不懂得。还有专业术语的译错。但错的最离谱的是编辑排版上的错误。于是我反复对照原文和译文之后，及时把发现的错误都改了过来。之后我找到了材料学院的一个同学，她的专业能力一直都是优异，她无疑是能够帮我校对的好帮手。我让她帮我看我的译文，查找出不符合材料专业方面的词汇或句子，并提出相关问题和相应地译法建议，之后我根据她的意见参照原文，采用了其中可取的建议。最后我就需要找本专业老师的对我进行针对性的指导了。我把之前摘录在本子上的疑点。难点句一一请教老师，比如应该怎样正确分析句子的结构，何种情况下采用拆分语义翻译，何时应该直译。老师讲得很详细很耐心，似乎想把自身积累下来的翻译经验全部都传授给我了。此行确实受益匪浅，越来越明白到做一个合格的翻译工作者不容易，要想做一个优秀的翻译工作者则是更难了，必须同时具有高水平的语言能力和某一领域的专业知识。

经过几天的翻译工作，心里感触良多，收获也颇多，细细梳理了第一次真正的翻译生涯，总结出了几点体会。

1、翻译的工作性质需要我们仔细、认真并且耐心。翻译是一项慢中出细活的工作，要坐得住，稳得住，要一丝不苟地对待，字字斟酌，句句思量，严格遵守“信、雅、达”的翻译标准，力求把译文翻译得通顺准确，忠实原文。

2、俄语和其他学科知识的积累。毫无疑问，要想成为一个出色的翻译工作者，就必须同时具有高水平的语言能力和某一领域的专业知识。这一次的翻译实践大大拓宽了我的视野，积累了不少专业的俄语词汇，也逐渐认清科技俄语文章的翻译特点。

3、计算机操作能力提高，尤其是俄语打字的水平。现在翻译文章无不需要借助于电脑，翻译的过程中直接考验了一个人的打字水平，现在我的俄文打字速度已经相当快了，即使没有俄文键盘照样能熟练打字。

4、增加了做一个合格翻译工作者的信心。第一次真正的翻译实践就得到了褒奖，大大增加了我的信心。我相信自己的能力，对自己的翻译生涯充满了热切的期待。也许我不是天才，不能一下子就成为优秀的翻译者，但我愿意先从一个合格的翻译者做起，从合格到优秀，一直努力，一直在进步，这才是我一生所应该追求的梦想。

总而言之，实习是我通向职业之路的踏脚板，翻译助我通往人生的成功之路。

国际专利许可合同(附英文)

9.3.如果乙方提供的技术资料不符合第六条规定，乙方必须在收到甲方书面通知后30天内免费将所缺的技术资料，或清晰、正确的资料寄给甲方。

9.4.如乙方的技术资料不能按本合同附件二规定的时间交付，乙方则须按下列比例支付罚款给甲方:

(1)迟交1至4周，罚款为合同总价的x%;

(2)迟交5至8周，罚款为合同总价的x％；

(3)迟交超过8周，罚款为合同总价的x%;

9.5.乙方按本条规定被罚款时，并不解除其继续交付技术资料的义务。

9.6.如果动方迟交技术资料6个月以上，甲方有权终止合同。乙方须将甲方已给交付的全部金额，并加年利x％的利息，一并退还甲方。

9.7.由于乙方责任，验收不合格，造成甲方有能正常投产而终止合同时，乙方应退还甲方已经支付给乙方的全部金额，并加年利x％的利息。

9.8.如因乙原因，产品部分性能指标没能达到合同产品的规定时，机具体情况，乙方须按合同总价x％予以赔偿，但是，若因甲方原因产品没能达到性能指标时，甲方应按合同规定支付金部金额。

第十条 保密

10.1.乙方根据本协议所提供的一切图纸、设计、说明书及其他技术资料，甲方均须严格保密;未得到乙方的书面同意，不得以任何方式出售、转让或泄露给任何人，但不包括甲方为生产合同而使用技术资料的雇员。但是，甲方可以向分包合同人提供生产合同产品部件所必须的技术资料，分包人须书面保证对其所得到产技术资料承担严格的保密义务。

10.2.若上述技术资料由乙方或任何第三方部分或全部公开，则甲方对已公开的技术不再承担保密义务。

10.3.本合同终止后，甲方有权使用乙方所提供的专利，即甲方可以继续设计、制造、使用、销售和出口合同产品。

第十一条 侵权

11.1.乙方保证，它是依本合同条款转让给甲方的专利权的合法所有人，在法律上享有向甲方转让专利权的权利。若发生侵犯任何第三者权利的事件，则乙方应对侵权事件负责，并承担由此而产生的全部法律和经济责任。

11.2.本合同附件一列明乙方关于合同产品的专利和专利申清。合同生效后一个月内，乙方将向甲方提供2份专利证书和专利申请的影印本。

第十二条 税费

12.1.凡因履行本合同而发生在甲方国家以外的一切税费，均由乙方负担。

12.2.乙方因履行本合同而在中国境内获得的收入，必须按中国税法纳税。

第十三条 不可抗力

13.1.签约的任何一方，由于战争、严重水灾、火灾、台风、地震以及双方同意的其他不可抗力事故而无法按期执行合同时，则可延长合同的期限，延长期相当于事故所影响的时间。

13.2.受影响的一方应尽快将发生不可抗力事故的情况以电传或电报通知对方，并于此天内以航空挂号邮件将有关当局出具的证明文件提交另一方确认。

13.3如不可抗力事故延续到120天以上，双方应通过友好协商尽快解决合同继续执行的问题。

第十四条 仲裁

14.1.因执行本合同所发生的或与本合同有的一切争议，双方应通过友好协商解决。如经协商仍达不成协议时，则应提交仲裁解决。

14.2.仲裁将在瑞典斯德哥尔摩进行，由斯德哥尔摩商会仲裁院根据该院的章程进行仲裁。

在1_年5月-10月这段时间里，我在__公司进行了为期5个月的实习工作。

经过对乙方测试稿件的审核、评定，甲方决定聘用乙方提供兼职翻译服务。经双方友好协商，兹达成以下协议事项。

1. 甲方提供给乙方的稿件(以下称"翻译件")仅供乙方进行文字翻译或必要的编辑处理。乙方应对甲方提供的原稿严守秘密，未经甲方事先书面同意，乙方不得将翻译件透露给任何第三方，或转给任何第三方代为翻译。

2. 乙方保证完成后的翻译件(以下称"译稿")至少应体现与甲方审订认可的测试稿相同的翻译水平。

3. 乙方应事先认真阅读、理解翻译件。如果翻译件内容有明显的打字错误、逻辑错误、编排错误等，乙方应用彩色字体标明，并按乙方的正常理解对翻译件进行适当的文字处理。乙方对把握不准的译法也应用彩色字体标明。

4. 乙方每天正常的翻译速度为(以汉字统计)：______字。如乙方无法承接，应及时告知甲方。
