今天是军训的第二天。早晨，我们还在睡梦中，被突如其来的哨声惊醒。刹那间，宿舍的宁静被打破，我们迅速地起床，穿上衣服和鞋子，系上腰带，一溜烟地跑到操场上排队，开始紧张地晨练。威风凛凛地总教官表情严肃地给我们提了几点军训要求。他的声音如雷贯耳、震耳欲聋，我们铭记在心、条条记清，然后在教官的带领下，开始了严格的晨练。

午餐后，我们继续军训。首先复习了昨天的军训科目，如跨立、提转、看齐、稍息、立正等。接着，我们跟着教官又一句一句地学了一首军歌，并连贯起来大声地唱了几遍。练着练着，天渐渐地暗下来了，突然哨声响了，训练结束了，我们排着整齐的队伍，迈着骄健的步伐，唱着高亢的歌曲，一个接一个地进入食堂就餐。

晚饭后，我们迅速地回到宿舍取沐浴用品和换洗衣服，准备洗澡。万事俱备，只欠东风，大家耐心地等着哨声。等了不久，哨声终于响起来了，宿舍内的同学沐浴心切，蜂涌着向楼下奔去。可是，由于队伍不整齐和大声喧哗，我们被教官又叫回头。后来我们鸦雀无声地依次走下楼梯，到浴室洗去全身的污垢。

今天，我既学习了整理内务，又学习了新的军训科目，在我的脑海中留下了深刻的印象。

本学期本人任九年级思想品德教学工作，回顾一年的工作，本人认真学习新的教育理论，严格要求学生，尊重学生，发扬教学民主，使学生学有所得，不断提高，从而不断提高自己的教学水平和思想觉悟，为了更好地做好今后的工作，总结经验、吸取教训：

首先，本人积极参加各种教研教改活动。

第三，尊重学生。

重视与学生之间的情感交流和培养，在严格管理的同时能尊重学生的学习热情和认知能力，提出与学生自身水平相当的问题，鼓励他们大胆探索，共同提高。

在遵守纪律方面，本人严格遵守学校的各项规章制度，不迟到、不早退、有事主动请假。在工作中，尊敬领导、团结同事，能正确处理好与领导同事之间的关系。平时，勤俭节约、任劳任怨、对人真诚、热爱学生、人际关系和谐融洽，从不闹无原则的纠纷，处处以一名人民教师的要求来规范自己的言行，毫不松懈地培养自己的综合素质和能力。

第四、辅导——面向全体，关注个别。

在课后，我根据不同层次的学生的情况进行相应的辅导，以满足不同层次的学生的不同需求，免了只重视优生忽视后进生的思想和做法。在课后的辅导中我加大了对后进生的辅导力度。我对后进生的辅导，要是学习思想的辅导，解决学生的疑难问题的同时，不断的给予鼓励和支持，让他们认识到学习的重要性和必要性，逐渐培养他们学习的兴趣，事实证明，我的这一做法收到了很好的效果。

总之，教育工作是一项常做常新、永无止境的工作。社会在发展，时代在前进，学生的特点和问题也随着社会的不断发展发生着不断的变化。作为有责任感的教育工作者，必须以高度的敏感性和自觉性，及时发现、研究和解决教育教学工作中的新情况、新问题，掌握其特点、发现其规律，尽职尽责地做好工作，以完成我们肩负的神圣思想品德使命。“学高为师身正为范”、
