五、实习内容在公司实习期间，我的主要工作是整理词条，同时也做过排版。

整理词条就是将翻译老师做好的翻译文本与原文一一对应起来，然后做成表格，做好之后就将其导入公司的翻译库中，为翻译老师以后的工作提供便利，提高工作效率。这是一件细小而又马虎不得的工作，在整理的过程中，必须认真仔细，同时还要记得检查。因为就算你再仔细也不可能完全保证不会出错。

再说一下我的另一项工作排版。其实在我刚接触这项任务时我就清楚它的意义在哪里。所以我知道应该怎么去做最好。在经过同事的一番指导之后我开始自己完成这项工作，这对我来说是一个非常大的挑战，因为你需要将新的文件与以前的文件一句一句的对应，少的要添上，多的要减去。包括图片、格式、版面、页码，都需要整理的一点不差。在刚开始的时候我做得很慢，因为有很多不清楚的技巧方法，但是，在渐渐地整理当中，我越来越熟练，也掌握了很多的工作技巧。最后结束时，我又从头到尾检查了一遍，将文件做到最完美，当看到自己的劳动成果，感觉自己又学到了很多。细节决定成败，也许你所做的工作并不是很复杂很难做的事情，但是却能显现一个人的工作素质和责任心，也能体现一个人的综合素质，如果连一点小事都做不好，如何有资本去干大事。

六、实习心得

转眼之间，为期一个月的实习已经结束了，虽然工作的时间很短暂，但对于我来说，在天和的每一天都是非常有意义的，在这里我学到了很多在学校里学不到的东西，也认识到了自己还有很多的不足，受益匪浅。感觉这一个月让自己成长了许多。

学院为毕业生建立就业电子信箱，为毕业生提供有关政策和信息咨询;对就业信息员进行培训，使其明确就业方针政策，增强服务学生的意识与技能;积极组织毕业生供需见面会，向各方人才市场推荐我院毕业生;指导毕业生填写毕业生推荐书和就业协议书;做好毕业生户口迁移、档案管理及投递等具体工作。

3、努力争取各方支持，尽力为毕业生就业提供有利条件。
