摘要：本文主要论述当代大学生在求学阶段所遇到的一些心理问题以及提出一些比较粗略见解和建议。在本文中，本人主要针对当代大学生的心理健康状况作出来自己的评价和探讨了时下一些大学生爱情价值观。

21世纪是一个 崭新的世纪，也是一个全面革新的时代。它给我们大学生提供了前所未有的机遇，同时随着社会的高速发展也给了他们前所未有的压力。当代的大学生是肩负社会的重任、受家长高期望值的群体。自我定位高，成长、成才意愿强烈是这个群体的时代特点，但心里发展尚未完全成熟。现在心理承受能力和适应能力较弱的他们却不断地面对着自我的冲突与社会的变幻莫测，让他们在不断的学习与摸索中，成长、成熟和进步。

在现今当代的社会中，加强大学生心理健康教育，解决大学生心理健康问题是十分必要的。这有利于促进学生个性健全、人格和谐的全面发展，以及能够充分挖掘大学生的心理潜能，培养良好的心理素质。从而让他们最大程度地实现其人生价值，创造出属于自己的璀璨未来。

以下是我一些个人意见和建议，同时也参考了部分著作:

一、大学生心理健康状况的探析

在这个时代里，人类已经取得了无可比拟的发展与进步。如：农业、工业、医学、交通、军事等。然而在这些巨大的进步中，相应的一些问题也随之而来，并逐渐影响我们的日常生活。譬如：生活节奏加快，是人们处于高度紧张中;多变的文化环境，让人们无所适从;无处不在的竞争，让人们力不从心，丧失安全感。这些问题不断的冲击每一个人包括大学生在内的心理，产生了各种各样的心理问题，他们需要得到帮助和引导，以便从新适应社会，重塑心理健康。

1、大学生心理健康的含义是指：人的心理基本心理活动的过程内容完整、协调一致，即知、情、意、行、人格完整协调，能适应社会。

2、如何界定一个人心理是否健康呢?由文献可知一个人心理健康必须遵守3个基本的原则：

(1)、心理活动与外部环境是否具有同一性。也就是说，一个人的所思所想、所作所为是否能够正确的反映外部世界，有无明显差异。

(2)、个性心理特征是否具有相对稳定性。即：在没有重大的外部环境改变的前提下，人的气质、性格、能力等个性特征是否相对稳定，行为是否表现出一贯性。就如：亲人偶然离世，对其在世亲人打击很大，有的人表现出冷静自若，有 1

的人有酗酒的行为等的表现都是显现其个性心理不稳定。

(3)、心理过程是否具有完整性和协调性。就是个人的认知过程、情绪情感过程、意志过程内容是否完整协调等。

3、心理健康对当代大学生来说意义非常重要。它关乎一个社会的未来走向，关系到社会道德的衡量标准。根据我国大学生徐和谊特殊群体的年龄特征、心理特征以及社会角色特征，可以归纳出几个用来评判心理健康的标准：(1)、智力正常;(2)、接纳他人，适应环境;(3)、认识自我，悦纳自己;(4)、具有健全的人格;(5)、心理行为符合大学生的年龄特征;(6)、有和谐的人际关系;(7)、行为与社会角色相一致;(8)、有较强的情绪调节能力

有研究发现，近年来，有严重心理疾病的大学生呈上升趋势发展。常见的主要有强迫症状，抑郁，人际关系敏感、敌对和焦虑。而在北京地区调查显示，大学生抑郁症患病率已达到了23.66%，并且在北京的16所大学的调查中，因精神疾病休学，退学的人数分别占因病休学退学的37.9%和64.4%，由此可见，精神疾病在不少高校中已成为大学生休学的主要原因，所以，大学生的心理健康问题应该引起我们的高度重视和警惕。

4、当代大学生处于青年期阶段，在心理发展上正处于多事之秋，在这个期间，难免会发生许多尴尬、困惑、烦恼和苦闷，而造成这些表现的因素通常是：

(1)、个体内在原因。如对自我认识和对自我评价时缺乏客观性和正确性，人格缺陷和缺乏正确的人际交往认知等。

(2)、家庭环境影响。家庭是每个人成长的第一环境，父母是孩子成长的第一任老师，他们的性格特征、价值观、人生观及教育方式都会影响孩子的人格特点和心理素质。所以，父母和家庭环境的好与坏，都会直接影响子女的心理建康。

(3)、学校环境影响。由于我国的教育体制长期以应试教育为主，虽然目前大力倡导素质教育，但教育部对学校教学质量的评估，选拔任用人才、升学等仍以考试成绩的高低为主要标准。因而学生仍在为求高分而忙于奔命。这些生活使他们感到无形的压力，极度容易让他们产生这样或那样的心理矛盾和心理冲突。

5、在我们发现心理出现亚健康的时候，应及时找到找到问题的根源及解决办法。以为是我个人的心得经验：

(1)、对于心理障碍，我们应该做到早预防，早发现，早治疗，我们要培养良好的人格品质，敢于直面挫折，坚强面对，以及培养科学的生活方式。

(2)、多做有益的活动自我调节。多做运动能更好的激发我们的学习兴趣和求知欲望，并能使我们保持乐观的情绪和良好的心理环境。

(3)、可以主动寻求专业心理人员的意见，进行心理咨询，自己正确的认识自身的心理问题，并建立新型的人际关系，最终恢复健康的心理。

(4)、积极参加社会活动，发展更多的社会交往。丰富的课余活动不仅能丰富大学的生活，并能够为大学生的建康发展提供良好的契机。

如以上的种种讨论中可以知道，造成大学生心理不健康的因素有很多，我们不能以单一的方面去看待大学生的心理健康问题，在遇到重大的心理健康问题与障碍时，应用于面对并寻求帮助，让自己尽早脱离这个心理问题的苦海之中。

二、大学生恋爱问题的探讨

在电影《大话西游》里面曾经出现过这样一句台词“爱一个人需要理由吗?”虽然只是简简单单的一句话，可却蕴含着爱情最基本可也最必要的一个元素。爱情是美好的也是最纯洁的。它不以金钱、名利为目的，他只是以对对方心中最真

挚的的倾慕和最强力的感情为基础。为共同的理想拼搏和奋斗。

莎士比亚曾说过“爱，和炭相同，烧起来，得想办法叫它冷却。让它任意着，那就要把一颗心烧焦。”爱情是是人类永恒的图腾，是人类精神世界不竭的动力之一。

正值花样年华的大学生，心中那爱情的种子正在悄悄地发芽和繁茂。他们的爱情就像天气一样变幻莫测。时而晴空万里或烈焰当头，时而乌云密布或雷电交加，美丽而带点伤感······

1、当代的大学生是否存在恋爱观不正确的问题呢?1.1、有调查显示，6.7%的大学生因为内心空虚而选择谈恋爱。大学生经过三年紧张的高中生活，进入了自己梦寐以求的大学之后，在大学表现出混日子、得过且过。缺乏学习动力和目标的大学生于是将心理转到谈情说爱上，以消磨时间并寻求快乐。1.2、在分析中，有2%的大学生恋爱的动机不纯。当代大学生在选择对象时多会考虑能不能在学习、生活或将来事业中得到帮助。1.3、心理机能趋于成熟。精力充沛，渴望与异性交往，在恋爱观上表现出不负责任的态度，仅停留在好奇和渴望阶段，没想过后果和将来的发展。1.4、对性的好奇。进入青年期后，随着性生理的发育成熟和个人阅历的增多，青年们对异性的朦胧感进一步增强。他们渴望了解异性与接近异性，而且会对异性进行一些性的白日梦，或者会有春梦的出现。

2、然而，成熟、理智的爱情让人可以陶醉沉迷，让人更好地学习、生活，但不成熟的爱情会给恋爱带来负面影响。所以，我们应该树立正确的恋爱观，我们可以从以下几方面着手：

(1)、提倡“门当户对”的爱情。选择恋人时应选择和自己志同道合、意识形态、事业理想和生活方式大体一致的人。这样在双方享受爱情时就会少好多不必要的争执和不满。

(2)、摆正爱情和学业的关系。大学生应该把学业放在第一位，分清楚爱情与学业哪个更重要，不要因为爱情而放弃了学业。因为没有物质基础，爱从何而来，这样的爱情是十分脆弱的。

(3)、懂得爱情是一种相互理解，是一份责任与奉献。没有人追求爱情是为了被束缚。相互信任是一种自信的表现，自己都不相信自己是值得被爱的人，别人又怎么会全心全意的爱你呢?责任和奉献则是意味着个人道德的修养，是获得崇高爱情的基础。

(4)、要真诚、幽默和互相尊重。恋爱时要对对方真诚、坦白，让对方感受到你的真心实意。用欺瞒的手段得来的爱情终究是要失败的。一旦建立了恋爱关系，就不要三心二意，要尊重对方的人格和感情。

20xx年12月13日下午，昆明一大四女生高琪(化名)遭“男友”两次后导致怀孕，从宿舍楼一跃而下。

20xx年10月04日下午，苏州大学独墅湖校区，一男一女大学生相继从公寓区内的304号楼8楼跳下，当场死亡。在校生称，两人事发前曾发生过争吵，以为殉情自杀。

3、 这一个个活生生的事例摆在我们的面前，我们不能无视它们的存在，应该引起我们高度的重视。大学生的恋爱观已经严重扭曲，我们应该积极主动的寻找为问题的根源和解决的方法。有一句话是这样说的“爱的反面就是恨。”当自己所期待的爱情破灭了，人的心就会在很短的时间里扭曲变形，当然这只是说一部分的人而已。难道当爱没有了，就真的这剩下很了吗?我就觉得不然，我总是认为爱情没了，只是两人在某些方面不和而已，就如：生活、学习、理想等，况且

我们生命中不止只有爱情，我们还有亲情、友情。何况前人也说过“合则来，不合则散，”我们没有必要去计较一段爱情的得失，因为失恋在一生中总会经历那么几次，我们不应该让自己持续沉溺在失恋的泥潭起不来，勇于面对和适应是解决失恋的最好方法。我们也应该正确的对待失恋这个问题。

(1)、失恋是一种选择的结果。一个人不选择自己不等于自己的全面失败。而只是因为别人的价值观和审美观不同，欣赏的角度也就不同。

(2)、把失恋当成人生中的一种财富。失恋可能会给人带来强力的冲击和痛苦。但这个过程中会体会到的情感和痛苦的挣扎却是一笔人生中难能可贵的财富，而且人会在失恋中会变得更加成熟和有魅力。

(3)、失恋是给人再恋爱的机会。人的一生中不止一次的恋爱机会，人还会再次的恋爱，再度体验爱情的天明与美好，只需我们用心去体会、去学习、去感受。

4、恋爱给我们当代的大学生成长带来了不一样的意义。它让我们学会了很多，如：

(1)、学习了如何建立亲密关系。他让我们学习如何去爱另一个人;如何去和另一个人长期相处;学会包容、体贴、关心、尊重，或是接纳失望、痛苦和不满等。

(2)、培养发展爱情关系。恋爱会给人很多不同的感受。被爱是一种幸福，爱别人也是一种幸福。爱情的巩固和发展是需要不断的培养的。由于爱情中含有激情的成分，当激情退去时，我们要学会如何让这段爱情走下去······

(3)、恋爱是自我认识和成长的一个过程。通过恋爱我们可以认识自己，恋人是一个很重要的人物，他(她)对自己的看法无疑是了解自己的一个重要途径，他(她)就像一面镜子一样照出许多东西，从中发现自己。

所以说，爱就像仙人掌的花朵一样转瞬即逝。爱情它可以不朝朝暮暮，可以不卿卿我我，但却要铁杵磨成针。恒远久长。让我们去珍惜爱情、理解爱情、感受爱情吧。
