通用机床厂

X月3日，我们来到实习的第一站，隶属杭州机床集团的杭州通用机床厂。该厂主要以生产m-级磨床7130h，7132h，是目前国内比较大型的机床制 造厂之一。在实习中我们首先听取了一系列关于实习过程中的安全事项和需注意的项目，在机械工程类实习中，安全问题始终是摆在第一位的。然后通过该厂总设计 师的总体介绍。粗略了解了该厂的产品类型和工厂概况。也使我们明白了在该厂的实习目的和实习重点。

在接下来的一端时间，我们分三组陆续在通机车间，专机车间和加工车间进行生产实习。在通机车间，该车间负责人带我们参观了他们的生产装配流水线，并为 我们详细讲解了平面磨床个主要零部件的加工装配工艺和整机的动力驱动问题以及内部液压系统的一系列构造。我最感兴趣的应该是该平面磨床的液压系统，共分为 供油机构，执行机构，辅助机构和控制机构。从不同的角度出发，可以把液压系统分成不同的形式。按油液的循环方式，液压系统可分为开式系统和闭式系统。

开式系统是指液压泵从油箱吸油，油经各种控制阀后，驱动液压执行元件，回油再经过换向阀回油箱。这种系统结构较为简单，可以发挥油箱的散热、沉淀杂质作用， 但因油液常与空气接触，使空气易于渗入系统，导致机构运动不平稳等后果。开式系统油箱大，油泵自吸性能好。闭式系统中，液压泵的进油管直接与执行元件的回 油管相连，工作液体在系统的管路中进行封闭循环。其结构紧凑，与空气接触机会少，空气不易渗入系统，故传动较平稳，但闭式系统较开式系统复杂，因无油箱， 油液的散热和过滤条件较差。为补偿系统中的泄漏，通常需要一个小流量的补油泵和油箱。由于闭式系统在技术要求和成本上比较高，考虑到经济性的问题，所以该 平面磨床采取开始系统，外加一个吸震器来平衡系统。

现代工程机械几乎都采用了液压系统，并且与电子系统、计算机控制技术结合，成为现代工程机械的重要组成 部分，怎样设计好液压系统，是提高我国机械制造业水平的一项关键技术。在专机车间，对专用磨床的三组导轨，两个拖板等特殊结构和送料机构及其加工范围有了 进一步的加深学习，比向老师傅讨教了动力驱动的原理问题，获益非浅。在加工车间，对龙门刨床，牛头刨床等有了更多的确切的感性认知，听老师傅们把机床的五 大部件:床身，立柱，磨头，拖板，工作台细细道来，如孢丁解牛般地，它们的加工工艺，加工特点在不知不觉间嵌们我们的脑袋。

在通机工厂的实习，了解了目前制造业的基本情况，只是由于机械行业特有的技术操作熟练性和其具有的较大风险性，很遗憾地，不能多做一些具体实践的操 作，但是观察了一台机床的各个零件的生产加工过程及其装配过程，使许多自己从书本上学的知识鲜活了起来，明白了本专业在一些技术制造上的具体应用。

机械工程专业实习报告结尾

实践目的：理论联系实际，在特定机械领域(风机)内了解理论知识在实际生产中的应用

实践时间：xx学年暑假 为期20天

实践地点：吉林省四平市中成风机工程有限公司(7月20日迁至辽宁 现辽宁金丰风机工程有限公司)

实践内容：风机相关的简单内容

与以往的师兄师姐们相比，我的这次暑期社会实践可以说幸运得多。在风机厂里我受到了不少照顾而不是像许多师兄师姐所说的那样到工厂里只是搬了一个月的砖头或者其他各样的体力活却没有学到什么更实际的东西。说起来，我想我的实践与其说起来是“实习”，更不如说是“学习”，因为我在学校所学到的知识无论是纯理论还是金工实习的操作在这里都几乎没有用处。前五天我的实践内容大多都是坐在工厂里的办公室里进行的，我相信，不会有哪个同学通过实践学到的东西会比我的更理论。

当然，这样的实践也并不轻松，经过了一个月不洗澡不理发每天在自习室里学习14个小时以上的期末复习的煎熬之后在暑假实践，也同样相信，所有人都宁愿去底下搬砖头。而之后的内容则是到车间里练习装配和平衡调试等工作，虽然都只是拧螺丝之类的打下手的工作(技术工作我也根本作不了)，但凡是其所遇到的相关问题几位师傅都会详细地给我讲解，理论在实际中的应用得到了更透彻的理解，之前在办公室里学到的东西也都起到了很大作用。而且和工人师傅们在一起很开心。

通过这次实践，我所认识到的最重要的是：我在学校里学到的东西在工厂里究竟有什么样的用处。在实践刚刚开始的时候，机械原理和材料力学考试才刚刚结束。本来以为这些东西都会给我的实习带来很多帮助，但实际上，它们几乎一点用处都没有(只有机械原理关于动静平衡的知识点在给叶轮做平衡时有助于我的理解和操作)。在工厂里，我们不需要通过复杂的计算去选择用料，起码在我参加实践的工厂里，常用的材料只有q235,16mn,ht250,zg45等几种，钢材常用的也只有槽钢角钢和带钢，带钢在学校的相关课程里还没有学习过。工字钢和t型钢在建筑中可能用的会多一些但是风机这里基本不用，而且槽钢的用处大多是用作支架，不用像材料力学中计算扭转时那样麻烦。而对于钢的热处理，也不会要求到组织转换那么细致，只需要知道通过怎样的工艺多长的时间能得到要求的强度刚度就可以了。

对每个部件都进行强度和刚度的校核然后对应地选取最好的用料，这是没有效率的也是没有必要的。很多部件的铸造已经有了对应的标准或者手册里有对应的经验公式，而设计中对相应的工件也都保守地达到了安全。以前不理解为什么工程力学毕业的学生不好找工作，现在明白了，没人会花钱去雇用一个掌握着自己跟本用不到的本领的大学生。虽然这样说，我并不是说在学校里学习没有必要，相反，在我发现学校里学到的东西没有太多用处的同时我竟矛盾地感觉学习这样的东西都有着十分重要的意义，学校里的学习提高的不是我们的技术，而是我们的能力，而如果没有这样的能力，到了工厂里我们将一无是处。

开始的几天通过看y4-73-11no20f的图纸(锅炉用离心引风机，压力系数乘以5后取整为4比转速73设计序号11机号20即叶轮直径mm联轴器传动叶轮安装在两轴承之间，好不容易学的东西实践报告里拿出来得瑟得瑟)，对风机的一般工作原理有了一个大概的了解。当然，更细节的东西不是通过几天就可以学会的，我也就放弃了更细致的研究，而之后在车间实习的时候这些细节竟也都弄懂了。在工厂里学习的好处得到了现：在看图无法理解的时候可以到楼下车间里找到对应的零件观察，比如说叶轮和调节门等相对比较复杂的零件，依然有疑问的话可以询问身边的设计者，比如说止推轴承和支撑轴承的区别。

这个型号的风机进口用的是马蹄性状的特殊式样，设计和制作都十分困难，很少应用，在车间里我没有找到对应的部件，只能想象它的样子。工程力学系的工程图学和机械原理学的都是b(似乎08的课程是a)，所以对这样的方面我感觉自己没能更深入的了解更多的只是停留在表层上。当然，拿过一套风机图纸，我已经能完全看懂了。至于实际加工，没学过也没有充足的时间去学，毕竟我读的是吉大而不是“技大”，想学到工人的手艺，师傅们告诉我：“没两年时间下不来。”

时间总是在我们不经意间已流过指尖，随着XX年夏季的到来，我的大学二年时间即将结束，同时将近半年的实习也临近尾声了。时间过得很快，相比起别人四年甚至更久的大学生活，我的三年略显匆匆了，不过正是这三年，我所得到的成长却是长足的，我从当初一个刚高考结束迷失在不知未来的孩子，已经成长为一个对生活有了明确目标的人。顶岗实习是教学与生产实际相结合的重要实践性教学环节。时间飞逝，转眼间离开学校顶岗实习已有半年了。

这半年来的实习，让我真真正感受到了理论和实践之间的距离，体会到了理论联系实践的真谛。实习中的所见所闻让我倍感自己的知识面还很窄很有限，需要更多的实践锻炼。通过实习，培养了我观察问题和解决实际问题的能力;培养了团结合作精神，提高了组织观念。

如果说，大学二年是心理成熟的发芽，开花期，那么这多个月来的实习便是定性成熟的结果期。

这几个月来的实习，虽然一直在数控操作岗位上，但收获却不少。作为一个操作者，时刻得为产品的质量负责，因此每天上班都会比较紧张，而下班后却是少许的放松，产品的质量是企业的生存的灵魂，因此质检的工作是重中之重，任何疏忽都会造成严重的质量后果，要想做一个合格的产品必须有一颗负责人的心，更需要一套熟练地加工技术和对加工工序的合理规划、安排。一套熟练地加工技术包括对各种加工刀具了解使用。作为一个合格的操作工需要一个良好的心态，工作不能受情绪影响，否则将会严重影响工作质量，从而发生质量事故。

几个月来的实习，自己所接触的是真正的工作坏境，与在学校上课在电视里所见到的截然不同，这里有的更为丰富，所以这里也是人际关系的学堂，人际关系的复杂远不是以前所能比拟的。当然，对于人际交往始终是要接触学习的，只有接触了才能真正的成长，善于交际也是我们每个即将毕业的学生所要奋斗的目标之一。

再长的路，一步步也能走完，再短的路，不迈开双脚也无法到达。相信自己以后一定能走好每步。

How to communicate with people. Middle school I learned a lot, for their own lives, their careers, their ideals have been further defined. 家庭经济并不富裕我从小就养成了节俭的习惯，因为体验了贫困所带来的不便，所以我一直渴望富裕的生活。但是我知道要想走出贫困靠天靠地都只是徒劳，只有靠自己的努力才能创造出属于自己的一片天空，所以我坚信天道酬勤。

记得小时候老师问我们将来想做什么，有人回答说当老师，有人说当科学家，也有人说要当大老板，而我却说：我要考大学!也就是在那个时候我为自己确定了一个初级目标，正是这个大学梦一直激励我一步一步的向前走。伴随着童年幼稚的结束我以一个较好的成绩步入中学的殿堂，在那里我认识了很多和我一样有着远大理想的同学，我们一起学习，一起成长，一起克服遇到的种种困难，不知不觉中我体会到了如何去正确的融入到团队中，如何与人交往。中学时代让我学到了很多，对于自己的人生，自己的事业，自己的理想有了进一步的明确。也许 时间并不像你所期待的那样，转眼即逝，带着中学的懵懂我们来到了大学。

进入大学，我发现现实中的大学与自己想象中是那么的不一样。当你融入到一新的环境中的时候，你不可能去改变它，唯有适应它，你才能更好的学习和生活。大学中的挑战和机遇无处不在，班级内的竞争，社团之间的竞争都会锻炼一个人，这些能够激励你去勇敢的挑战自己。只有武装自己，才能跟得上这个快速发展的社会。

大学让我学会了如何去面对，遇事的时候再也不会像中学那样盲目和冲动，我学会了如何去一分为二的看问题，每件事情的发生都会有利和弊，只有洞察才能会正确的解决。大学教育了我，也锻炼了我，它让我变得成熟，变的理智，教会了我如何去运筹帷幄。毕业在即，我也开始寻找适合自己的工作，在我看来工作不是为别人，而是为了自己，只有兢兢业业 踏踏实实的干才能充分显示出自己的价值，才能回报社会。出自农村的我不怕吃苦不怕累，因为我相信付出终会有回报。

在以后的人生道路上我会一如既往的坚定自己的信念，不会放弃，做一个真真正正自己。相信自己就是成功的开始，我想我一定会成为一个全新的我，也继续认真、踏实的走我自己的人生之路。
