暑期三下乡社会实践活动总结（英语专业）

在经过在校期间的团队组建，计划筹备的各项过程后，XX年7月19日，英语乐园的队员们终于登上了开往火车。到，再到xx小学，辗转300多公里，近10小时才到达，虽然一路舟车劳顿，但我们无怨无悔，希望通过这次的公益之旅，开启我们社团的公益之路！让更多人加入公益！

英语乐园社会实践的基地就是位于位于xx省xx县xx小学。关于实践地的选择，主要出于团队成员的感恩情怀，团队成员中有两名来自，他们希望我们大家可以一起为家乡做公益，因为，只有感恩，才可以得到别人尊重与支持。所以，在活动初期和当地领导联系的时候，得到当地有关部门领导的很大赞许，工作上给予了很大支持！

我们承认，这是我们第一次做公益活动，我们没有任何经验，但我们可以准备好他！为了把这次活动办好，活动初期准备在六月份就开始了，关于团队组建，在这里要特别说明一下，我们的成员选择都为社团精英成员，因为，只有我们实力更强，才可以保证我们这次活动顺利完成！

我们活动的主题是“送英语，送关爱，触动内心梦”，我们希望可以发挥我们社团的优势，为这些贫困地区的孩子送去纯正的英语教学与体验，引导她们如何去学习，我们在有限的时间里或许教不了太多的东西，但我们可以用我们的言传身教，让孩子们理解一些深层次的东西，去触动他们内心的梦想，引导她们，树立正确的学习态度，这也是我们活动的初衷。做公益，不是作秀！我们坚持实干精神，为了这次活动开展的更有特色，让孩子们体验到学习英语的快乐，为此，我们专门开设了一系列以英语为主题的课程，例如，英语基础，英语音乐，英语话剧，中外文化，数学课，在学习之余，注重体育锻炼而开设的体育课，让孩子们更加懂得，理解英语的学习，不再对学习英语而感到反感！

在本次活动中，我们很感谢学校对我们的支持，因为只有学校的支持，才可以给我们充足的动力，去坚持，去拼搏，去做我们想做的，所以，我们为孩子们购买了一些基本的学习用品，虽然这些东西不是太多，对他们的学习产生不了太大的影响，但这，就是我们的一份心意，因为爱，很简单！这份爱让彼此更加了解对方。理解对方，所以，我们希望把这份爱传递给他们，同时，我们也做到了！

本次公益活动历时10天，在这短短的十天里，我们做了很多，一方面，在继续着我们的教学活动，另一方面，我们团队的外联组曾先后两次到双泉乡上。拜访了双泉乡第一位民请教师陈老先生，一起聆听xx村教育的发展史，同时，也采访了很多村民，了解了这个村里的村民的教育观念的变化，同时，也特别感动，因为，一些感动，就在瞬间，这个瞬间，通过我们的录音笔也记录了下来，我们希望把这份感动传递出去，一起分享这份感动！

最后，我想说，公益不是作秀，只有脚踏实地，方能理解其中的含义，才能感受得到感动的力量！

通过良师的教导和自身的刻苦学习，我已初步掌握如何运用英语知识进行一般商务活动，也养成了认真对待学习和工作的好习惯!在大学四年里我积累了充分的文化知识，社会实践能力有了提高，也让我在心理上有了质的飞跃。在大学期间，我认真学习，发挥自己的特长，挖掘自身的潜力，从而提高了自己的学习能力和分析处理问题的能力，也获得大家的认同。另外，我也积极参加各种社会实践活动。工欲善其事，必先利其器。

在求学期间，学而知不足是我学习、工作取得进步的动力。除了必修课程外我还自学photoshop、flash、dreamweaver等软件，并制作了自己的个人站点。努力积累文化知识，为实践做最充分的准备。每一门课程我都认真对待。因为学的是商务英语专业，所以在注重英语的听，说，读，写，译能力提高的同时学习商务贸易的原理和模拟操作。

(1)了解数控机床及机电设备的结构、组成及工作原理。

大学生机械专业实习总结

时间过得真快，一转眼间三四天的实习时间就过了。在这段时间里，我学到了很多在学校了学不到的东西，也认识到了自己很多的不足，感觉收益非浅，以下是我在实习期间对工作的总结以及一些自己的心得体会。

作为一名刚刚接触专业知识的大学生来说，如果在学习专业课之前直接就接触深奥的专业知识是不科学的，为此，学校带领我们进行了这次实习活动，让我们从实践中对这门自己即将从事的专业获得一个感性认识，为今后专业课的学习打下坚实的基础。实践是大学生活的第二课堂,是知识常新和发展的源泉,是检验真理的试金石,也是大学生锻炼成长的有效途径。一个人的知识和能力只有在实践中才能发挥作用,才能得到丰富、完善和发展。大学生成长,就要勤于实践,将所学的理论知识与实践相结合一起,在实践中继续学习,不断总结,逐步完善,有所创新,并在实践中提高自己由知识、能力、智慧等因素融合成的综合素质和能力,为自己事业的成功打下良好的基础。

首先，我想谈一下实习的意义。实习是一种对用人单位和实习生都有益的人力资源制度安排。对接受实习生的单位而言，是发展储备人力资源的措施，可以让其低成本、大范围的选择人才，培养和发现真正符合用人单位要求的人才，亦可以作为用人单位的公关手段，让更多的社会成员 (如实习生)了解用人单位的文化和理念，从而增强社会对该组织的认同感并赢得声誉。

对学生而言，实习可以使每一个学生有更多的机会尝试不同的工作，扮演不同的社会角色，逐步完成职业化角色的转化，发现自己真实的潜力和兴趣，以奠定良好的事业基础，也为自我成长丰富了阅历，促进整个社会人才资源的优化配置。作为一名学生，我想学习的目的不在于通过结业考试，而是为了获取知识，获取工作技能，换句话说，在学校学习是为了能够适应社会的需要，通过学习保证能够完成将来的工作，为社会作出贡献。然而步出象牙塔步入社会是有很大落差的，能够以进入公司实习来作为缓冲，对我而言是一件幸事，通过实习工作了解到工作的实际需要，使得学习的目的性更明确，得到的效果也相应的更好。

再次，我要总结一下自己在实习期间的体会。一是自主学习——工作后不再象在学校里学习那样，有课堂，有作业，有考试，而是一切要自己主动去学去做。只要你想学习，学习的机会还是很多的，老员工们从不吝惜自己的经验来指导你工作，让你少走弯路;集团公司、公司内部有各种各样的培训来提高自己，你所要作的只是甄别哪些是你需要了解的，哪些是你感兴趣的。在我们实习的单位里，我就遇见了几个非常和善的老员工，只要问他们的是技术上的问题，他们都会一一作答，使我了解到，原来理论跟实际是有很大的差距的。二是积极进取的工作态度——在工作中，你不只为公司创造了效益，同时也提高了自己，象我这样没有工作经验的新人，更需要通过多做多问来积累经验。特别是我们的工作并不象正式员工那样有明确的工作范围，只是自由观摩，如果态度不够积极就可能没有事情做，所以平时就更需要主动争取多做事，这样才能多积累多提高。三是基本礼仪—— 步入社会就需要了解基本礼仪，而这往往是原来作为学生不大重视的，无论是着装还是待人接物，都应该合乎礼仪，才不会影响工作的正常进行。这就需要平时多学习，比如注意其他人的做法或向专家请教。四是为人处事——作为学生面对的无非是同学、老师、家长，而工作后就要面对更为复杂的关系。无论是和领导、同事还是客户接触，都要做到妥善处理，要多沟通，并要设身处地从对方角度换位思考，而不是只是考虑自己的事。

我想，通过这次实习让我认清了自己的很多不足和缺点。第一个就是缺乏工作经验。因为自己缺乏经验，很多问题而不能分清主次，还有些培训或是学习不能找到重点，随着实习工作的进行，我想我会逐渐积累经验的。第二是工作态度仍不够积极。在工作中仅仅能够完成布置的工作，在没有工作任务时不能主动要求布置工作，若没有工作做时就会松懈，不能做到主动学习，这主要还是因为懒惰在作怪，在今后我要努力克服惰性，没有工作任务时主动要求布置工作，没有布置工作时作到自主学习。第三是工作时仍需追求完美，在工作中，不允许丝毫的马虎，严谨认真是时刻要牢记的。第四是学术上不够钻研。这是由工作性质决定的，也是我自己选择的，因为在我看来，只有被市场认可的技术才有价值，同时我也认为自己更适合做与人沟通的工作。但我毕竟是一名专科生，需要作一些基本的实际工作，这就需要我个人多关注科研的最新进展，同时，这也对我的工作有促进作用。

扎实的专业知识是提高工作水平的坚实基础.在学校学习专业知识时,可能感觉枯燥无味,但当工作以后,才会发现专业知识是多么的重要.如我学的电控技术.机械原理,液压与制动,汽车构造这些是必须知道的,因为在日常工作中要处处用到.但我要想提高我的工作效率,工作质量,这些知识只是知道是远远不行的,而是要精通.做为生产技术,在汽车公司来说就是设备方面的权威,若没有扎实的机械知识,在这方面你怎能服人那?遇到设备问题怎能快速有效的解决呢?工作中不但要有良好的工作态度,而且要有很好的表现力.中国有句俗语:"踏踏实实做人,老老实实做事."在今天,只是老老实实,勤勤恳恳做事是不够的,你还要学会适时地,恰当地表现自己.让老板知道你做了什么,让老板知道你的存在是必要的!这样你才有发展的的可能,别人才会认可你,承认你!团结协作,善于沟通.团结协作指的是部门内部.你这个部门肯定不止你一个人,作为部门担当,你若想把本部门的事做的出色,那你必须把部门成员团结起来,发挥集体的力量,那样才能事半功倍!虽然我们这次的实习没有考虑这些，但我想这些都是在今后的工作学习中都非常必要的。善于沟通是指部门之间.任何一个公司都是由众多部门组成的.部门之间的沟通是必要的也是必须的.总之，用知识武装起自己来，学会做人，学会做事。你才能成功!

英语专业实习周记范文

九月份学校开始安排实习。虽然下学校之前就经过了专业培训和指导，我们到了真正去的这天一大早，还是兴奋不已。因为这是我们开始走向教师岗位的特别日子。由于高中开学已有一段时间，各项工作渐渐已经走向稳定，我就在所在的高二七班协助老师处理一些事情。第一周真是让我印象深刻。

我们先跟指导老师和班主任交流，了解了学生的基本情况，学习和性格特点，然后把班级名册带去班上，大概认识了班上学生。这周到了周三后都是下雨的天气，而我必须很早就起床然后从家里骑电动车赶到学校，大概七点二十分就到校，协助班主任监督早自习。我记得第一天有个学生(名字保密)迟到了，我教育了几句，他不服，我就跟他说，我能保证我不迟到，但是你能做到吗?他沉默了，但是那天以后，那个学生都没有迟到。周四那天早上当我不畏风雨的站在班级门口，我看到那个学生对我微笑，心中真的挺欣慰的。所幸有我们的坚持，做好这些简单的事情。我深深感受到，事情虽小，要真正做好却不容易!尤其是老师，要以身作则才能让学生信。

与实习辅导教师的相处

这周才开始与实习辅导老师接触，**老师她很棒，不会认为我必须要义务替她上课或做其它杂事，几乎所有的是她都自行处理，不大会请我帮忙，而她也跟我说我需要什么尽管跟她说，她不会丢很多事给我的，因为她说班主任宁老师(副校长)那边一定会有很多事要我去做。

不过在相处两天后，我开始认为我必须主动向老师提出我要帮忙或协助她，不能再被动的等待老师请我帮忙，所以我有主动跟老师说，快到月考，还有学习运动会，有很多杂事，其实我可以帮忙，如此我也可以对于班上学生更加熟悉。我相信我跟我的实习辅导老师会越来越融洽的!

这个班学生虽然是高二的，但是他们英语基础很差，需要我们多花些心思，方法和鼓励都很重要。我们这周听了晏老师四节课，我认为**老师教学生特别有一套，主要是有方法的讲解和不断引导学生主动思考和学习。具体的诸多优点我在听课笔记中有详细记录。

反省

这周虽然做的事情很小很杂，但是值得我们学习的地方还有很多，希望好好听课，多学习老师们的优秀教学实践。帮助老师批改作业、整理级务等。因此我做了一些思考，我想是否先以教学为重，多协助老师们工作，慢慢的等老师的教学较为熟悉时，我再去看看其它班级的课，不过，要如何与处室老师们沟通、协调，需要学习和改进的地方还有很多，希望争取不断进步!

8月13日，我们来到实习的第一站，上海机床厂是目前国内比较大型的机床制造厂之一。在实习中我们首先听取了一系列关于实习过程中的安全事项和需注意的项目，在机械工程类实习中，安全问题始终是摆在第一位的。然后通过该厂总设计师的总体介绍。粗略了解了该厂的产品类型和工厂概况。也使我们明白了在该厂的实习目的和实习重点。

在接下来的一端时间，我们分三组陆续在通机车间，专机车间和加工车间进行生产实习。在通机车间，该车间负责人带我们参观了他们的生产装配流水线，并为我们详细讲解了平面磨床个主要零部件的加工装配工艺和整机的动力驱动问题以及内部液压系统的一系列构造。我最感兴趣的应该是该平面磨床的液压系统，共分为供油机构，执行机构，辅助机构和控制机构。从不同的角度出发，可以把液压系统分成不同的形式。按油液的循环方式，液压系统可分为开式系统和闭式系统。开式系统是指液压泵从油箱吸油，油经各种控制阀后，驱动液压执行元件，回油再经过换向阀回油箱。这种系统结构较为简单，可以发挥油箱的散热、沉淀杂质作用，但因油液常与空气接触，使空气易于渗入系统，导致机构运动不平稳等后果。开式系统油箱大，油泵自吸性能好。闭式系统中，液压泵的进油管直接与执行元件的回油管相连，工作液体在系统的管路中进行封闭循环。其结构紧凑，与空气接触机会少，空气不易渗入系统，故传动较平稳，但闭式系统较开式系统复杂，因无油箱，油液的散热和过滤条件较差。为补偿系统中的泄漏，通常需要一个小流量的补油泵和油箱。由于闭式系统在技术要求和成本上比较高，考虑到经济性的问题，所以该平面磨床采取开始系统，外加一个吸震器来平衡系统。 现代工程机械几乎都采用了液压系统，并且与电子系统、计算机控制技术结合，成为现代工程机械的重要组成部分，怎样设计好液压系统，是提高我国机械制造业水平的一项关键技术。在专机车间，对专用磨床的三组导轨，两个拖板等特殊结构和送料机构及其加工范围有了进一步的加深学习，比向老师傅讨教了动力驱动的原理问题，获益非浅。在加工车间，对龙门刨床，牛头刨床等有了更多的确切的感性认知，听老师傅们把机床的五大部件：床身，立柱，磨头，拖板，工作台细细道来，如孢丁解牛般地，它们的加工工艺，加工特点在不知不觉间嵌们我们的脑袋。

在机工厂的实习，了解了目前制造业的基本情况，只是由于机械行业特有的技术操作熟练性和其具有的较大风险性，很遗憾地，不能多做一些具体实践的操作，但是观察了一台机床的各个零件的生产加工过程及其装配过程，使许多自己从书本上学的知识鲜活了起来，明白了本专业在一些技术制造上的具体应用。

杭州精密机床厂

7月8日我们到了同属杭州机床集团的杭州精密机床厂，顾名思义，杭州精密机床厂是生产一些加工精度较高，技术要求高的机床设备的大型工厂，主要加工的是机床内部的一些精度等级较高的小部件或者一些高精度的机床，由于加工要求较高，所以机器也比较精密，所以有些也要在恒温这个环境下伺候它们呢。这样才能保证机床的工作性能，进而保证加工零件的加工精度要求。

在听了工人师傅的讲解后，明白了一般零件的加工过程如下：   胚料———划线———刨床（工艺上留加工余量）——粗车——热处理，调质——车床半精加工——磨——齿轮加工——淬火（齿面）——磨面  齿轮零件加工工艺：   粗车——热处理——精车——磨内孔——磨芯，轴端面——磨另一端面——滚齿——钳齿——剃齿——铡键槽——钳工——完工  精机公司有三个用于加工磨头体的加工中心和几台数控机床，数控机床的体积小，价格相对比较便宜，加工比较方便，加工中心有一个刀床和多个工作台同时对多个工作面进行加工，不仅避免了由于基准不重合产生的误差，提高了加工精度，而且也大大提高了加工效率，但是加工中心体积大，价格昂贵，而且对环境要求较高，这就提高了产品的成本，一般选择加工经济性较高的零件或者精度要求高的关键零件。

在精机公司的实习中，极大地丰富了自己关于零件加工工艺的知识，拓展了自己的知识面。在这次实习中，感触最深的是了解了数控机床在机械制造业中的重要性，它是电子信息技术和传统机械加工技术结合的产物，它集现代精密机械、计算机、通信、液压气动、光电等多学科技术为一体，具有高效率、高精度、高自动化和高柔性等特点，是尖端工业所不可缺少的生产设备。目前我国绝大部分数控机床都是出自国外先进制造商，无论在数量上，精度，性能指标上，中国制造业都远远落后于发达国家，需要我们奋起直追上海阀门厂&上海大众汽车生产有限公司，因为时间比较紧迫，所以这次之行应该以参观为主，在阀门厂的时间比较短，也很难获得比较理想的实习效果，多少令我们了解了机械制造业的发展方向，我想，这也是本次上海之行最大的收获。

就目前来言，汽车等一系列高新技术的运用开看，如何将电子技术与机械技术更好的结合，实现机电一体化，将是日后一端时间机械发展的重中之重

我们此次实习的最后一站是广州发电厂有限公司，公司技术力量较为雄厚，以各类大、中专毕业生为主的专业技术人员约占员工总数的1/3，具有中、高级职称的达100多人。自20世纪80年代起实施热电联产，推广集中供热，积极建设新管线，拓展新用户，目前已建成西村、员村两大供热管网，拥有热用户40多家。近年来，公司在热电并供的基础上，又提出并实施了热、电、冷三联供的尝试，实行集中供热和蒸汽制冷，既节能又环保，取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益，近年来，公司先后跻身广州工业企业综合实力50强、中国前1000家大中型工业企业，多次被评为广东省地方税诚信纳税人、广州市第二批纳税信誉a级企业、广州地区花园式单位等。

历时将近一个月的实习结束，该次实习，真正到达机械制造业的第一前线，了解了我国目前制造业的发展状况也粗步了解了机械制造也的发展趋势。在新的世纪里，科学技术必将以更快的速度发展，更快更紧密得融合到各个领域中，而这一切都将大大拓宽机械制造业的发展方向。

它的发展趋势可以归结为“四个化”：柔性化、灵捷化、智能化、信息化。即使工艺装备与工艺路线能适用于生产各种产品的需要，能适用于迅速更换工艺、更换产品的需要，使其与环境协调的柔性，使生产推向市场的时间最短且使得企业生产制造灵活多变的灵捷化，还有使制造过程物耗，人耗大大降低，高自动化生产，追求人的智能于机器只能高度结合的智能化以及主要使信息借助于物质和能量的力量生产出价值的信息化。

当然机械制造业的四个发展趋势不是单独的，它们是有机的结合在一起的，是相互依赖，相互促进的。同时由于科学技术的不断进步，也将会使它出现新的发展方向。前面我们看到的是机械制造行业其自身线上的发展。然而，作为社会发展的一个部分，它也将和其它的行业更广泛的结合。21世纪机械制造业的重要性表现在它的全球化、网络化、虚拟化、智能化以及环保协调的绿色制造等。它将使人类不仅要摆脱繁重的体力劳动，而且要从繁琐的计算、分析等脑力劳动中解放出来，以便有更多的精力从事高层次的创造性劳动，智能化促进柔性化，它使生产系统具有更完善的判断与适应能力。当然这一切还需要我们大家进一步的努力。
