接着我想做个面试自我介绍。我个性随和，平易近人。而且向来坚持“多动脑，少废事”的个人处事原则。所以大学期间我研究过如何思考，如何学习，如何创新，如何思维，如何记忆等。所以大学期间，我不仅是为了学习知识而学习，更是为了学习而学习。所以我的学习能力比较强，学习效率高。我学的是应用化学，但是我并不怎么喜欢它。但既然选了就要学好，所以我只要求学好学懂，但并不要一定学到很优秀。按我的个个处事原则，所以我选择在学习能力提高方面下功夫，所以研究了上面所说方面的书籍。而且本人最大的特点就是创新能力比较强，我想给大家说几个小事“第一，我们宿舍台灯电路板坏了，其他人都说废了，而我用一个打火机熔化一条报废的圆珠笔恐芯就搞定。第二，我参加过一次记忆培训，当时老师教我们用一个图像当一个密码代替两个数字，而后再结合一些特定的地点就可以记住无规律的一串数字。当时的一个图像只可以记住两个数字，而我经过总结，就可以一个密码记住四个数字，效率提高了一倍。第三，同样在记忆培训中，当老师告诉我们用图像代替数字，再叫我们找一组地点时，我就意识到一定是叫我们把故事同地点联系起来达到记住的目的。

1 实践的目的

社会实践让大学生从课堂走向社会，从理论走向实践。当前，我们缺少的主要不是知识，而是缺少将知识与实际相结合的能力。我们在课堂上所学的与在实际当中遇到的是不尽相同的。其往往具有不具有明显的特征，这需要我们进行抽象概括才能解决各种问题。

将所学的理论知识与实践结合起来，培养勇于探索的创新精神、提高动手能力，加强社会活动能力，严肃认真的学习态度，为以后专业实习和走上工作岗位打下坚实的基础。

2实践历程

以下是实习期间的一些总结以及心得体会。在以后开展自身的工作，以及在对客户的沟通应对上，希望能有所借鉴。

2.1 总体规模水平

成都市亚创机械制造有限公司，是一家集熔模精密铸造和数控机械加工为一体的股份制企业。公司创建于1988年，位于成都市双流蛟龙港工业区，占地面积15000平方米，建筑面积8500平方米，固定资产5000余万元，拥有各种中高级技术、管理人员260余人。目前，公司已具备模具设计制造、熔模精密铸造、产品高精加工等生产能力。

公司始终贯彻“科技创新，诚信为本，顾客至尊，追求卓越”的管理理念，建立起了完善、科学的管理体系。质量管理方面，公司严格贯彻执行ISO9001：体系;生产管理方面，公司全面推行Lean的管理思想并坚定不移的有效落实6S管理要求;信息管理方面，公司全面、有效运用金蝶公司的ERP系统;基础管理方面，公司贯彻“日事日毕，日清日高”的管理理念。

公司拥有精铸厂、机械厂两个实体生产单位。精铸厂建设有两条设备先进的精铸生产线，拥有完备检测设备，具备年产1000吨精密铸件的生产能力;机械厂拥有各种普通及高精、 大型机加设备80余台，具备来图设计制造、来料机械加工、大件综合生产的能力。 精益求精，追求卓越是我们不变得追求;诚信经营，与客户共赢是我们的经营理念;实业报国，造福地方是我们的理想;百年发展，立足世界是我们的目标。

2.2、学习过程

1)安全第一。对于任何机械厂，安全始终是重中之重，所以在实习老师的带领下，首先对我们进行了一些安全教育和以及在实习过程中的安全事项和需注意的项目。比如在进加工车间时了，不允许穿凉鞋进厂;进厂必须穿长裤;禁止在厂里吸烟，进厂后衣服不准敞开，外套不准乱挂在身上，不得背背包进厂;人在厂里不要成堆，不要站在生产主干道上;在没有实习老师的允许情况下，不准乱按按扭、开关;

2)毛坯选择。首先我们来到了零件的原始毛坯加工车间，在老师的指导作用下，我们了解到了下面知识，零件一般是由毛胚加工而成。而在现有的生产条件下，毛胚主要有铸件，锻件和冲压件等几个种类。铸件是把熔化的金属液浇注到预先制作的铸型腔中，待其冷却凝固后获得的零件毛胚。在一般机械中，铸件的重量大都占总机重量的50%以上，它是零件毛胚的最主要来源。铸件的突出优点是它可以是各种形状复杂的零件毛胚，特别是具有复杂内腔的零件毛胚，此外，铸件成本低廉。据指导我们实习的师傅说，我们厂主要就是靠这种方式制作毛坯。但其缺点是在其生产过程中，工序多，铸件质量难以控制，铸件机械性能较差，而锻件是利用冲击力或压力使用，加热后的金属胚料产生塑性变形，从而获得的零件毛胚。锻件的结构复杂程度往往不及铸件。但是，锻件具有良好的内部组织，从而具有良好的机械性能。所以用于做承受重载和冲击载荷的重要机器零件和工具的毛胚，冲压件是利用冲床和专用模具，使金属板料产生塑性变形或分离，从而获得的制体。冲压通常是在常温下进行，冲压件具有重量轻，刚性好，尺寸精度高等优点，在很多情况下冲压件可直接作为零件使用。

3)加工车间。来到加工车间，这里给我的第一感觉就是太大了车间共分为五部分，分别为车削加工，铣削及其他加工，钳工，数控加工，焊接，几乎是涵盖机械加工的各个方面，大概有五六百人同时在里面进行各种零件加工，虽然我们在学校的时候也进行过金工实习，做过一些零件，对机床也有一定认识，但是真的处于那种加工零件的气氛下，有很大的不同，一是我们学校的机床都是有一定年代的，很少近年出来的新型加工机床二是在速度上，我们的加工速度也太慢了，加工同一个零件，我们需要的时间大概是这些加工师傅的五六倍，根本不能进行工业化的生产。在此次对加工车间的认识过程中，我更加明白了机械加工一些流程;胚料---划线---刨床(工艺上留加工余量)--粗车--热处理，调质--车床半精加工--磨--齿轮加工--淬火(齿面)--磨面;齿轮零件加工工艺:粗车--热处理--精车--磨内孔--磨芯，轴端面--磨另一端面--滚齿--钳齿--剃齿--铡键槽--钳工--完工。

4)装配车间。任何机器都是有一个又一个零件装配而来，在装配车间，这里大概有接近一百多人在进行零件的收集和装配，以及包装，再发送至储货厂，在这个车间，工人师傅首先将起所收集的零件进行飞类，一便于进行组装，确定装配方法，装配顺序，所需工具;

再进行清洗零件，去除油污，锈蚀，涂油，确保机器组装以后，表面整洁美观。在产品装配完成以后，还要对零件各方面进行调试，检查运动件的灵活性，密封性等性能，再转箱入库。

5)质保，销售和售后处理

最后，我们来到质检部门，他们主要是对所生产出来的产品进行随机性的抽查，记录其数据，并返回到加工车间，对产品进行修正和修改，更好的生产储合格产品。至于销售部分，据销售相关部门介绍，由于该企业采取的订单式生产，所以销路一路看好。

对机械制造的体会

历时将近一周的实习结束，该次实习，真正到达机械制造业的第一前线，了解了我国目前制造业的发展状况也粗步了解了机械制造也的发展趋势.在新的世纪里，科学技术必将以更快的速度发展，更快更紧密得融合到各个领域中，而这一切都将大大拓宽机械制造业的发展方向.

在将来机械制造将会向“四个化”发展，即柔性化、灵捷化、智能化、信息化.即使工艺装备与工艺路线能适用于生产各种产品的需要，能适用于迅速更换工艺、更换产品的需要，使其与环境协调的柔性，使生产推向市场的时间最短且使得企业生产制造灵活多变的灵捷化， 还有使制造过程物耗，人耗大大降低，高自动化生产，追求人的智能于机器只能高度结合的智能化以及主要使信息借助于物质和能量的力量生产出价值的信息化

当然机械制造业的四个发展趋势不是单独的，它们是有机的结合在一起的，是相互依赖，相互促进的。同时由于科学技术的不断进步，也将会使它出现新的发展方向。前面我们看到的是机械制造行业其自身线上的发展。然而，作为社会发展的一个部分，它也将和其它的行业更广泛的结合。21世纪机械制造业的重要性表现在它的全球化、网络化、虚拟化、智能化以及环保协调的绿色制造等。它将使人类不仅要摆脱繁重的体力劳动，而且要从繁琐的计算、分析等脑力劳动中解放出来，以便有更多的精力从事高层次的创造性劳动，智能化促进柔性化，它使生产系统具有更完善。

2.3心得体会

纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行。”在短暂的实习过程中，实习中，我采用了看、问，亲自动手等方式，对在工作中人与人的关系做了进一步的了解，分析了人与人之间特点，方式.我深深地感觉到自己所学知识的肤浅和在实际运用中的专业知识的匮乏.一旦接触到实际，才发现自己知道的是多么少，这时才真正领悟到“学无止境”的含义。

我们的教育应该社会实践更多得结合起来，采用理论和实践的办学模式，做到课堂教育与社会实践的关系，暑期实践与平时实践的关系，社会实践广度与深度的关系，分别同过课堂，暑期和实践把我们所学的和运用想结合起来，才能更完全的掌握.

这次的实习，让我了解到了工厂的规模水平、生产流程以及一些常规产品的制作，在以后的业务操作中相信会有较大的帮助。

3 实践的意义

“千里之行，始于足下”，这近一个周短暂而又充实的实践，我认为对我走向社会起到了一个非常重要作用，对将来走上工作岗位也有着很大帮助。更重要的是要向他人虚心求教，遵守组织纪律和单位规章制度，与人文明交往等一些做人处世的基本原则都要在实际生活中认真的贯彻，好的习惯也要在实际生活中不断培养。领导和同事们的经验，好的习惯和他们的知识也会是我们人生中的一大宝贵的财富.这次实践更让我肯定了做事先做人的道理，要明白做人的道理，如何与人相处是现代社会的做人的一个最基本的问题。对于自己这样一个即将步入社会的人来说，需要学习的东西很多，他们就是最好的老师，正所谓“三人行，必有我师”，我们可以向他们学习很多知识、道理

大学生是党和国家培养的社会主义事业的建设者和接班人，也是忠实实践“三个代表”的生力军。实践“三个代表”既是党的教育方针的要求，更是大学生自身成长的需要。实践出真知，社会实践活动是大学生活的重要组成部份，培养当代大学生的历史使命感、社会责任感和积极向上的精神风貌，充分发挥实践育人的作用。提高了大学生的综合素质，同事也检验了所学的理论知识。社会实践不但为大学生提供一个发挥自我才能，展现自我风采的舞台，也为培养和锻炼同学们的综合能力一个阶梯，更是一个大学生进入社会，走上工作岗位前的演练场地。

有利于大学生正确认识自己，对自身成长产生紧迫感。通过广泛的社会实践活动，能让学生看到自己和社会需要之间的差距，看到自身知识和能力上存在的不足，比较客观地去重新认识、评价自我，逐渐摆正个人与社会、个人与人民群众的位置。同时会产生一种紧迫感和危机感，使他们能够潜心思考自身的发展问题，不断地去提高自身素质和能力，以适应社会发展的需要。

有利于大学生对理论知识的转化和拓展，增强运用知识解决实际问题的能力。大学生以课堂学习为主要接受方式，而课堂学习所获得的知识基本上都是间接的、系统的理论知识。这些知识对大学生来说非常重要，但这些理论知识并不代表大学生的实际技能，往往难以直接运用于现实生活之中。而且，在实际的生产生活中，许多问题单靠某一方面的知识是难以解决的，需要考虑诸多因素，运用多方面的知识的技能才能解决得了。社会实践使大学生接近社会和自然，获得大量的感性认识和许多有价值的新知识，同时使他们能够把自己所学的理论知识与接触的实际现象进行对照、比较，把抽象的理论知识逐渐转化为认识和解决实际问题的能力。

有利于增强大学生适应社会、服务社会的能力。随着社会的不断发展，对各种人才的要求也随之不断变化，竞争已成为社会的基本特征。因此，专业面窄，社会适应性差，综合能力不强的人才在市场竞争中必然处于劣势，社会实践使大学生广泛地接触社会，了解社会，不断地参与社会生活，在实践中不断动手、动脑、动嘴，直接和社会各阶层、各部门的人员打交道，培养和锻炼实际的工作能力，并且在工作中发现不足，及时改进和提高，使之更新知识结构，获取新的知识信息，以适应社会的需要。

有利于发展大学生的组织协调能力和创新意识。社会实践活动没有固定的模式，也没有固定的场地和对象，一般是在一个比较开放的环境下，面对着不断变化的对象，学生也成为一个主动的参与者。大多数情况下，他们要自行组织活动，要独立面对和解决各种问题。在这种情况下，没有了课堂教学的太多束缚和校园生活的限制，学生们的积极性被充分调动起来，兴趣高涨，思维也空前的活跃起来，往往会产生一些创造性火花，在实践中敢于开拓、敢于创新。

有利于提高大学生个人素养，完善个性品质。在社会实践中，大学生要同各种各样的不同身份的人打交道。这些人中既有活动伙伴，又有社会群众和指导老师，在这种情况下，学会如何与同学分工合作，与老师、群众配合学习;如何恰当地处理人际关系，融洽的与他人相处就显得尤为重要，而实践活动现场正好成为考验大学生修养品性的好环境。在那些平凡而伟大的人民群众面前，大学生养成的“娇、骄”二气会得到克服;在实践的困难和危险面前，要求大学生们要有一定的牺牲精神和坚强的品质。

这种实践活动多了，并且能深入下去，大学生在积极参与的过程中，就会逐渐养成坚韧、顽强的优良品性，养成务实的学习态度和生活作风，不断提高自己，完善。实践让我从中学到了经验，学到了知识，我实践我快乐。

研究对象、目的与意义：

1. purpose and significance of the research

it is not a piece of news to implement the role-playing games into college students’ classroom any more, however, both chinese and foreign

researchers have studied this application for a long time via the perspective of culture or

the types and topics of tasks. all of them want to explore the important role of role-playing games in college students’ classroom. in this thesis, the author does not tend to

build up a new model of class interaction but aims to give abundant evidences to prove that

using role-playing games can change college students’ reticence indeed by promoting and enhancing

college english teaching and learning ,and adjusting ways of students’ and teacher’s

strategies. moreover, the author aims to present some implications along with tactics for

teachers to enhance classroom interaction, which makes for having a better understanding

of each other and making their teaching and learning more effective.

role-playing games, as it is, encourage students increasing their language store by listening to

real authentic linguistic material and the output of their partners in discussion, communicati

on or dialogue journals. in role-playing games, there is an interaction between student and student, student and teacher, which

forms a triangle in learning and teaching. the ability to speak english frequently and

y is now becoming a pursuing goal in english teaching, however, seen from the unfavorable

current situation of students’ reticence on english teaching and learning, we can not wait to

change students’ reticence in classroom which comes to the premise problem and come up with

an idea to solve this kind of dilemma.

3. literature review:

up to now, many researchers and teachers from home and abroad have been attached importance to

the effects of role-playing games on changing college student’s reticence. many studies have been done in this

respect.

1. unfavorable effects of reticence on students’ english proficiency

the seminal study in this area is by wang xuehua (), who points out that many college

students of english regarding english as a second or foreign language have been diagnosed as

reticent learners in the recent esl/efl literature. they are unwilling to participate in

classroom activities and reluctant to give responses, even do not want to ask questions, which

pushes the atmosphere of class dead as a doornail. it is so universal to find that there are

so many reluctant speakers, and it is acceptable if active participation were not important in

language learning, however, it is in mainland china where english can not be used daily so that

language practice is the basic guarantee for the improvement of language competence. moreover,

either for personal needs or for environmental requirement the ability to communicate frequently in english comes to be the premise now.

drawing upon wang xuehua, luo yongqin()

takes the argument a step further and observes that the dominant role in class is mixed in the

traditional teaching of english. that is, excessive teacher domination and language structural

knowledge privileged leads to students’ lack of practicability. it is a limitation for

students to learn english feasibility, practicability and effectiveness. in luo’s opinion,

role-play activities, as an effective solution, along with much material in the textbook is

available to carry out the interaction, which makes for cultivating students’ interest in

learning and encouraging them to use english socially. however, there are also many limitations

and difficulties in putting role-

play teaching into classes, for example, the contradiction between linguistic competence and

communicative competence, misunderstanding of the dominant role between teacher and students

in class, the difficulty of implementing role-playing games with over 30 students in a class and so on. (zou yan, )they are remained to be solved.

somewhat in contrast to wang and luo, wu bian () agreed with the opinion that traditional

teaching method has some negative effects in english language teaching and learning, while he

emphasis to create a positive classroom atmosphere. it is vital to create an open and

democratic atmosphere where students are easy to express their thoughts and opinions during

discussion. as senior (1997) points out ‘an atmosphere of classroom cohesion was a necessary

precondition for the development of linguistic proficiency’. a comfortable atmosphere brings

out a familiarity for students to achieve affective objective of language learning. in addition,

it is a feasible way to minimize classroom anxiety. role-playing games combined with listening, speaking and body language encourage two or more partners

to perform humorously, freely and pleasurably.(van ments, 1983) it is stressed that efficient learning takes place in an atmosphere where

subjects have no ware of the threat to the self-image and external criticism is maintained to a minimum and self-evaluation is encouraged.

taking the argument in a new direction, yu jiaona proposed that role-playing teaching play an important role in students’ productive vocabulary

learning, referring

to swain’s output hypothesis and cooperative learning theory. as merrill swain proposed,

output activity promotes students internalizing what they say, and making themselves as a

main part of it. by developing their own independent cognitive thinking competence through

output activities can improve the effect of target output in english learning. (harmer, j,

)it is an invention to turn invisible knowledge into vivid act by changing the teaching method

from teacher-centered instruction to student-centered approach in a limited time. with a large body of statistics of experiment, it is

accurate point out that role-

play teaching is a more effective teaching approach for students’ productive vocabulary

learning than traditional teaching approach.

2. role-playing games

one important research study that demonstrates this is conducted by ma jie (), who

discovers that role-playing teaching makes for expanding the possibility of training students’ communicative

ability greatly. ‘interaction is the collaborative exchange of thoughts, feelings, or ideas

between two or more people resulting in a reciprocal effect on each others’ (brown, ).

role-play is designed according to students’ knowledge structure, for examining their relevant

knowledge reserve. to choose the topic which students are interest in and is divergent is

better for the curriculum activities and knowledge absorbing. while in the role-play games, the effect of teachers can not be neglected, they can encourage students to carry

on with other styles in english when students are trapped. but it is not wisdom to give

answers to students directly. (song xuejun, )

in a much different study that yields similar results, ji yan () put forward that there is

a discrepancy on english teachers’ roles between students’ expectations and teachers’

class-room behaviors. (zhou xing, zhou yun, )her research indicates that the new teaching model should be cultivated by transforming from

a teacher-centered pattern to a student-centered pattern, in which students are encouraged to build up the ability to use language and

to learn independently in addition to language knowledge and skills. (he cuiyu, )despite, the role of teacher can not be ignored as well, as they play more important roles in

fostering autonomic learning, which is the key to develop a comprehensive ability and quality

of learners. seeing from her research findings, we can obtain these information, 1) teachers

should have a better understanding of autonomous learning and lead students to form a correct

concept of autonomous learning; 2) teachers should pay more attention to self-

improvement so that transform the roles from teachers to students; 3) teachers should provide

abundant chances for students to have a better learning methods and strategies which fits

themselves.

from a similar perspective, johnson, k () argues that as suggested by the name, role-playing games are played face to face, asking members involved in the acting role. players are

asked to choose a character to put up and storytelling with rules, furthermore, students

should have a clear understanding to determine the objectives, define the contents and

progressions, and select the methods and techniques to be used and so on. he emphasis the

ability with ‘ a potential capacity to act in a given situation but not the actual behavior

of an individual is the essential factor concluded in the role-playing games.

the previous researches are almost convincing in the showing that there are more benefits role-play games can bring out for students’ language proficiency and it is necessary to pay more

attention

to change the way teachers teaches in the traditional way. but very few of them seem to have

realized that does role-playing teaching effect a permanent cure to change students’ reticence? this study will make

4. the contents and methodology:

in this thesis, the author wants to explore the important role of interaction in english teaching and

learning and analyze the role of teacher and student played in classroom interaction. after that,

the author would conclude the function of role-playing games in changing students’ reticence along with some implications for both students and

teachers, such as strategies for implementing college english classroom interaction.

research methods used in this thesis includes investigation, comparison, contrast, analysis,

illustration and summary. the document retrieval will provide enough information and give a

clear review of the history of the study on schema. the comparison and contrast between the

information will show that schema plays its special pragmatic functions on english reading

reticence in order to have a better understanding of the overall english learner’s

proficiency. in allusion to the analysis, the author would present some implications for

国内外研究的现状

many scholars have studied o.henry’s works from different perspectives, such as the theme, the characteristics and also the personal background. by analyzing the theme of o.henry’s fiction, i.e., “smile with tears” and “tears with smile”, zhao shuying gave us a unique impression of o.henry’s works. what’s more, ruan wenlin thinks highly of the humanity after commenting on o.henry’s works. as forthe gift of the magi, liu wencui carefully analyzed the characters of this short story. wei rongcheng studied the numbers, the allusion of the holy bible and also the theme of his works. what’s more, many over-sea scholars have also done some research on o.henry’s works. for example, in 1986, trueman e.o’quinn and jenny linder porter published an article on the eakin magazine press, entitled “how william sydney porter became o.henry”.

时光匆匆,为期一个月的实习已经圆满的落下帷幕。回顾其中的点点滴滴,有成功后的欣喜和激动,也有挫败后的失落和无奈。在领导的谆谆教导和同事的悉心帮助下,我在收获业务技能的同时,内心也经历着微妙的成长。

虽然倍加小心，但是工作不像考试，考试只需要短时间的精力集中，而工作却是长期的。这样下来，也难免会出错，比如老外在一封有关交付款的邮件里提到参照ccp15530，我在电脑上查到ccp由中国共产党的意思，就写成了要交付15530元人民币。最后还是领导觉得数目不对，向我指出了这个问题。当得知ccp15530只是文件标号时，我为自己的自作聪明感到十分羞愧。好在问题发现的及时，避免了合作双方的误会，这也提醒我在遇到不懂的问题时一定要虚心求教。

学校的翻译课时短，有时一周两节，一节课也才两个小时，而且老师一般只要求我们翻译一些短的文章，可是由于工作要求，单位与英方的有些邮件就会很长的篇幅而且时间要求很近，而且由于自己不熟悉机械方面的相关知识，这时候为了保证质量，我就主动把工作带回家去做。为了避免延误工作，我决定努力接触公司产品的生产流程，记住零部件的名称和各种加工工艺的表达方式。除了现在每天都在做的邮件翻译以及文件整理工作，单位还要求我口语上要过关以应付出国和接待老外来访的需求，这就要求我更加努力的增强自身的知识水平，在做好日常工作的同时更要不断的提升自己。虽然在学校接受过口译的教程，也大体了解一些要求与规则，但是练习也只限于同学之间。而且因为工作环境的问题，平日里很少接触英语的听说，这就要求我必须保持清醒的认识，不能贪图安逸混日子，还要创造机会进一步学习。路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索。相信经过一定的锻炼与不懈的学习，我一定能尽快胜任翻译一职。

最令我没有想到的是，我在大二学的国际贸易实务，国际金融以及电子商务课程的知识竟然在我阅读合同等文件时帮了我很大的忙，也节省了我不少时间。那些时常出现的诸如fob、cif之类的贸易术语都是我们课上最主要的内容。在学习的时候只是单纯的背过，并没有真正了解它们的含义。例如合同，它是履行的依据，是成立的条件，品质、品名、数量、包装、价格、保险等条款缺一不可。因为涉及双方的利益，而商家又以追求最大利润为目标，所以划分的越详细，责任也就越明确，也就可以避免一些不必要的纠纷。可见做生意来不得半点马虎。

在单位，除了工作上的进步，我还学到了许多生活上的细节。单位里最让我敬佩的就是吴副总和赵主任。吴总经常出差，每次回来的时候应该都很劳累了，可是如果他看到哪里卫生做得不好，就会亲力亲为的去整理打扫。在工作前经常听到学姐学长们抱怨，说什么签了工作却没施展才华，还要扫地倒水像个打杂的，但是如果像我一样看到领导都不拘身份搞好卫生，应该大家都能像我一样备受鼓舞了。还记得有一次回宿舍没有零钱坐公交了，赵主任知道了就主动给了我一元钱，在寒冷的xx街头，让我倍觉温暖，有的时候因为学校或者是生活中的困难必须请假处理，请假时赵主任总是很体谅我的难处，每一次在心里都是深深的感激。以前坐班车的时候，师傅们常问我冷不冷，穿的单薄吗，在还习惯吗，是同事们一句句殷勤的问候语关爱的话语冲淡了我独在异乡的漂泊与恐惧。还有好多好多我难忘的同事，给我留下了很深的印象，比如张主任的勤劳，姚主任的忙碌，沈主任的细心帮助等等。

general introduction of the research on this title at home and abroad

a number of linguists have been working on the study of conversations and made their achievements. as tv talk show is recently-developing, it has attracted many scholars’ attentions and studies at home and abroad. based on the turn-taking system proposed by sacks、schegloff and jefferson, the cooperative principle by herbert paul grice、 principle by leech and the relevance theory by dan sperber and deirdre wilson, these scholars have all made amazing studies and discoveries. however, there is still potential and vast space for the study of conversational characteristics of tv talk shows, especially a contrast between chinese and american tv talk shows.

main ideas of my thesis

the thesis aims to show the common and different conversational characteristics between chinese and american tv talk shows through the contrastive analysis under the viewpoints of conversational principles and cultural value system, which fatherly can be productive to gain better understanding of english and direct our communication. thereafter, the thesis is intended to provide some conversational strategies that may help us enhance conversational ability.

breakthrough points of my thesis

the comprehensive contrastive analysis including macro and micro analysis based on conversational principles and the conversational strategies provided in the last are the creative points of my thesis.

significance of my research

1. tv talk show is gaining everlasting popularity and welcome. its language is sure to has exerted huge influences on our life and society. this thesis is intended to give a comprehensive contrastive analysis of the conversational characteristics between chinese and american tv talk shows.

2. with rapid integration of the world, the understanding and flexible usage of language have taken significant place in our communication. the thesis can be productive to gain better

understanding of english and direct our communication.

3. conversations are very important in our communication. however, a number of people are not quite good at conversation skills. the thesis will provide some conversational strategies to help get these problems solved.

feasibility or the foundation of my research

as english major, the author has always been interested in the language study and communication. during her study of the course of language in use, the author realized that the analysis of the language in context and its application are where she’d like to devote her attention to.

with her learning of linguistic knowledge from linguistic course, the author have acquired some conversational principles, such as relevance theory by dan sperber and deirdre wilson、politeness principle by leech and the cooperative principle by herbert paul grice, upon which the author is able to construct the theoretical framework of my thesis. in order to get a deeper understanding of the conversational characteristics of tv talk show, the author has also searched the internet for much more information about tv talk show from which the author gained more confidence and interest in the study.

at the same time, the author also constantly went to the beijing national library and read many relevant books and the author learned the turn-taking system proposed by sacks、schegloff and jefferson, which added my theoretical basis and valuable means for the study. the author has watched many tv talk shows at home and abroad and she also collected the conversations of some typical ones of them as the corpus that can help me to fulfill her thesis.

我叫，是机电学院的学生，经过半年的学习与实践，我正式开始了在机电中心弱电部的工作。逐渐熟悉之后，工作中可能缺失了一些新鲜感，但仍有大量的技术知识、为人处世以及生活的态度、哲理需要不断学习。以下是我对这一年的工作所做的一个自我鉴定。

业务技术方面，这一年里收获最多的莫过于对机场的网络结构以及管理和恢复有了相当的了解和学习。基本上一些常见的问题、故障能够及时的发现并熟练处理。诸如对arp病毒的防范、发现、处理，对新增网络端口的开设等等。其间，协助罗问陶对机场现有生产网络进行了改造，将原本混杂于生产网中的部分上网用端口重新单独划分。以此有效的防范了病毒的入侵与传播，很好的保证了生产网的正常运行。此外，在离港、航显、中央系统等方面也已经能够较好的处理相应的故障。

其实工作的内容可能每年都大同小异，但今年的不平凡缺注定给我的人生观、价值观有着很大的影响，也是我今年工作的最大收获。 5月12日，当我照常巡视于候机楼内c指廊，未曾经历过的地震发生了。初时的慌乱之后我意识到了自己的职责，开始协助疏散楼内的旅客。现在想来，虽然那时有些可笑的感到自己可能命不久矣，但全身心的希望自己能够死前多做一点有用的事、多尽一份职责，还是感到相当骄傲的。待出港指廊内已再无旅客，我也退到了一楼进港大厅外。无意间我看到了迎接旅客的人们不断涌向两块led航班显示大屏，对自己的亲朋好友是否安全到达焦急万分。此刻我知道前来的所有航班肯定已经备降或返航，但留在这里的人们无疑是不安全的，所以需要立即关掉led大屏以利于疏散人群、避免误导。但惭愧的是当时对led大屏的操作不熟练也不清楚其电源位于主机房内，致使无效操作，最终只有帮忙劝阻人群。可以说这一天的工作将铭记一生，因为它教会了我什么是责任，给了我一次面对死亡、挑战恐惧的机会，是我这一年，这一辈子最大的收获之一。

百年的奥运梦也于今年实现，期间，有带给我们惊喜、骄傲、自豪，还有为了保障其安全召开的极大压力。其实之前的工作中也经历过一些突发事件，感到很紧张，但带给我的压力却都不及此番。当奥运圆满落下帷幕时，即使自己为其的贡献尚不及海水一滴，我也为自己又一次成长、多一分成熟而满足。

在过去，有些事情处置欠妥，也有遇到一些不顺心不如意之事，但嘴上笑着抱怨的工作却不断历练着我成长。在今后，我将以更成熟的心态去面对，从技术熟练程度到管理理念，完成一个质的飞跃，为创造一个辉煌的明天。
