一、实习过程

这次实习我主要负责的是办公室文秘的工作。第一次走进办公室，一切都是那么陌生，所有的工作人员都各自忙着，仿佛没有人注意到我，这让我本来激动的心情多了一些慌乱。这个时候我想起了在学校时老师对我我们说的一句话，人的适应能力是无穷的。于是我深深的吸了一口气准备迎接接下来的一个个挑战。

说是文秘，其实我主要负责的就是打打文件，接接电话。多亏以前的练习，我的打字技术和质量足以应付领导交给我的任务。虽然只是坐了一天，但我还是感觉挺累的，再加上宿舍的简陋条件，生活真是给我上了意义非凡的一课，以前家长跟我们说一千遍挣钱多不容易，不如我亲身经历一天的感悟。

刚开始的几天就这么不咸不淡的过去了。在学校学到的东西并没用到多少，同事们也因为彼此工作没有交集依然十分陌生。只是见面打招呼的交情。看着他们整天忙碌着，闲暇之余彼此开开玩笑，觉得他们真的是一个集体，而我却像个局外人般悠闲。我想我不能再这样下去，于是，在办公室，有闲的时候就会看一些计算机方面的书，虽然自己所学的专业在此时没有派上什么用场，但我觉得应该多学点，以丰富自己的能力。

但这样下去也不是办法，复印、传真、等文秘工作我都还没有掌握。终于有一天我鼓起勇气向一名看起来很面善的年轻女同事请教了这方面的内容。没想到她不仅告诉了我发传真的方法还跟我说理很多文秘需要注意的事项。她告诉我文秘必须态度认真，细心，不能疏忽大意，不能马虎潦草。比如说办理公文，就要保证文件的质量，用词要准确，材料要真实，抄写要认真，校对要仔细，力求每一个环节都不发生差错。否则就会耽误工作，甚至酿成难以弥补的损失。最后为了让我掌握发传真的方法她又交给我一份需要发的传真让我练习。回到自己的座位上我一边体会着同事跟我说的话，一边发传真，当听到传真发送成功后的“嘟嘟”声，我便又小小地得意一番，虽然很傻，但至少又学会了一项办公器材的用法。

在这里我要特别感谢这位前辈，她不仅教给了我很多有用的东西，还把我介绍给其它的同事认识，以帮助我提高工作方面的能力。慢慢的我也不在只是闷着头做，遇到疑难的问题就请教这些前辈们，我觉得自己开始融入这个集体了。

在做打字发传真等枯燥工作的时候，我不止一次的幻想着公司忽然有英文的文件需要翻译，在大家焦头烂额，手足无措的时候，我镇定的走出来然后利用在学校学到的知识解决这个棘手的问题。但当幻想成为现实的时候，我却慌了阵脚。因为文件涉及的化学产品，金属元素等专有名词我连读都有困难更不用说翻译了。我只有达开电脑利用金山词霸一个个的查。即使这样还经常是单词的意思查到了却连不成句。仅仅四页纸我翻译了一天半。

最令我没有想到的是，我在大二学的国际贸易实务的通选课竟然在我阅读合同等文件时帮了我很大的忙，也节省了我不少时间。那些时常出现的诸如fob、cif之类的贸易术语都是我们课上最主要的内容。在学习的时候只是单纯的背过，并没有真正了解它们的含义。例如合同，它是履行的依据，是成立的条件，品质、品名、数量、包装、价格、保险等条款缺一不可。因为涉及双方的利益，而商家又以追求最大利润为目标，所以划分的越详细，责任也就越明确，也就可以避免一些不必要的纠纷。可见做生意来不得半点马虎。

实习的另一个关键是学习对人怎么说话、态度及其处事。以前老听哥哥姐姐们念叨还是在学校好，当时还特幼稚的想，学校有老师管着有什么好的啊!现在才看请其实到那里都有人管。在学校可以没心没肺的开玩笑，但走上工作岗位之后，说话做事都要谨慎，要有技巧。像我这样毫无社会经验的黄毛丫头，说话做事毫无技术含量，所以最好还是少说多做。

个人见解：通过阅读国内外学者关于商务英语广告语言修辞的论文，书籍等资料，本人认识到商务英语语言广告修辞可从多个角度去分析。修辞对于广告语言而言就如鱼之于水，极为重要。研究广告修辞，使广告语言赋予活力美感，有利于增强广告效果。在研究商务英语广告语言修辞上，应该尽可能系统而全面地做出分析。基本上可以从语义、语音、和结构上对修辞进行归类。修辞的美感功能也体现在它的内涵、语音、结构上。要结合广告文体的特征及广告的目的来选取适当的修辞，使广告达到最佳效果。

二、研究内容

以商务英语广告的语言特征及广告所想取得的目标为依据，来说明修辞手法的运用对商务英语广告的必要性;将商务英语广告语言中的常见修辞进行系统归类，通过大量广告实例来介绍说明语义修辞、语音修辞、结构修辞这三类修辞;分析这三类修辞的美感功能，分别赋予了广告语言内涵美、音乐美、及结构上的视觉美。

本文将广告英语中的修辞分为三大类，分别介绍了这三类修辞下较具有代表性的几种修辞手法。研究了各种修辞手法的定义及表达效果，并通过典型的商务英语广告进行实例分析。在进行本课题研究时，收集典型英文广告是一大难题;在描绘修辞手法的特色、功能时，很难在英文中找到与汉语相对应的形容词，如栩栩如生、朗朗上口等。虽然学者们在修辞分类方面做了不少研究，众说纷纭，不同的角度得出不同的结果，但很少有学者将不同类修辞给广告语言带来的美感功能进行系统分类。很多研究者只是简单地谈下常见几种广告修辞的定义，然后添加几个广告实例稍作分析。本文在三类基本修辞的基础上，研究了这三类修辞对应的美感功能，强调修辞在商务英语广告中的重要性。同时，对应的美感功能也进一步补充说明这三类修辞分类方法是有依据的。本文基本结构如下：

第一部分，引言。简要介绍国内外商务英语广告修辞研究动态，论述修辞对商务英语广告语言的重要性，及广告语言特点，大体介绍正文框架。

第二部分，主体。分别从语义修辞、语音修辞、结构修辞三方面来解说广告中的语言修辞。语义修辞例举了6种，如明喻，暗喻，双关，拟人，夸张等;语音修辞重点介绍押韵和拟声词;结构修辞举出了重复、排比、对仗、反问。正文第二节从内涵、音韵、结构上的美感来分析修辞在商务英语广告中的功能。

第三部分，结论。总结全文，得出结论：商务英语广告语言中的修辞手法有效地加强了语言表达效果。修辞使广告语言富有活力，充满趣味，更容易吸引读者注意力、激发兴趣，增强广告的可信性。同时提出建议：要重视广告修辞的运用，方能取得更好语言效果，从而达到广告语言的目的。

三、研究方法、技术路线、实验方案及可行性分析

1. 研究方法：

文献分析法，充分利用学校图书馆阅览室及资料库中国知网的相关资料，对文献进行分析，删选与总结;个案分析法，通过对具体广告实例分析，说明修辞的作用;咨询法，对于模糊的概念及相关疑问，采取咨询老师或上网找权威答案等方式解决问题。

researchers have studied this application for a long time via the perspective of culture or

the types and topics of tasks. all of them want to explore the important role of role-playing games in college students’ classroom. in this thesis, the author does not tend to

build up a new model of class interaction but aims to give abundant evidences to prove that

using role-playing games can change college students’ reticence indeed by promoting and enhancing

college english teaching and learning ,and adjusting ways of students’ and teacher’s

strategies. moreover, the author aims to present some implications along with tactics for

teachers to enhance classroom interaction, which makes for having a better understanding

of each other and making their teaching and learning more effective.

1. unfavorable effects of reticence on students’ english proficiency

the seminal study in this area is by wang xuehua (), who points out that many college

students of english regarding english as a second or foreign language have been diagnosed as

reticent learners in the recent esl/efl literature. they are unwilling to participate in

classroom activities and reluctant to give responses, even do not want to ask questions, which

pushes the atmosphere of class dead as a doornail. it is so universal to find that there are

so many reluctant speakers, and it is acceptable if active participation were not important in

language learning, however, it is in mainland china where english can not be used daily so that

language practice is the basic guarantee for the improvement of language competence. moreover,

either for personal needs or for environmental requirement the ability to communicate frequently in english comes to be the premise now.

drawing upon wang xuehua, luo yongqin()

takes the argument a step further and observes that the dominant role in class is mixed in the

traditional teaching of english. that is, excessive teacher domination and language structural

knowledge privileged leads to students’ lack of practicability. it is a limitation for

students to learn english feasibility, practicability and effectiveness. in luo’s opinion,

role-play activities, as an effective solution, along with much material in the textbook is

available to carry out the interaction, which makes for cultivating students’ interest in

learning and encouraging them to use english socially. however, there are also many limitations

and difficulties in putting role-

play teaching into classes, for example, the contradiction between linguistic competence and

somewhat in contrast to wang and luo, wu bian () agreed with the opinion that traditional

teaching method has some negative effects in english language teaching and learning, while he

emphasis to create a positive classroom atmosphere. it is vital to create an open and

democratic atmosphere where students are easy to express their thoughts and opinions during

discussion. as senior (1997) points out ‘an atmosphere of classroom cohesion was a necessary

precondition for the development of linguistic proficiency’. a comfortable atmosphere brings

out a familiarity for students to achieve affective objective of language learning. in addition,

it is a feasible way to minimize classroom anxiety. role-playing games combined with listening, speaking and body language encourage two or more partners

to perform humorously, freely and pleasurably.(van ments, 1983) it is stressed that efficient learning takes place in an atmosphere where

subjects have no ware of the threat to the self-image and external criticism is maintained to a minimum and self-evaluation is encouraged.

taking the argument in a new direction, yu jiaona proposed that role-playing teaching play an important role in students’ productive vocabulary

to swain’s output hypothesis and cooperative learning theory. as merrill swain proposed,

output activity promotes students internalizing what they say, and making themselves as a

main part of it. by developing their own independent cognitive thinking competence through

output activities can improve the effect of target output in english learning. (harmer, j,

)it is an invention to turn invisible knowledge into vivid act by changing the teaching method

from teacher-centered instruction to student-centered approach in a limited time. with a large body of statistics of experiment, it is

play teaching is a more effective teaching approach for students’ productive vocabulary

one important research study that demonstrates this is conducted by ma jie (), who

discovers that role-playing teaching makes for expanding the possibility of training students’ communicative

between two or more people resulting in a reciprocal effect on each others’ (brown, ).

role-play is designed according to students’ knowledge structure, for examining their relevant

better for the curriculum activities and knowledge absorbing. while in the role-play games, the effect of teachers can not be neglected, they can encourage students to carry

on with other styles in english when students are trapped. but it is not wisdom to give

answers to students directly. (song xuejun, )

in a much different study that yields similar results, ji yan () put forward that there is

a discrepancy on english teachers’ roles between students’ expectations and teachers’

class-room behaviors. (zhou xing, zhou yun, )her research indicates that the new teaching model should be cultivated by transforming from

a teacher-centered pattern to a student-centered pattern, in which students are encouraged to build up the ability to use language and

to learn independently in addition to language knowledge and skills. (he cuiyu, )despite, the role of teacher can not be ignored as well, as they play more important roles in

fostering autonomic learning, which is the key to develop a comprehensive ability and quality

of learners. seeing from her research findings, we can obtain these information, 1) teachers

should have a better understanding of autonomous learning and lead students to form a correct

concept of autonomous learning; 2) teachers should pay more attention to self-

improvement so that transform the roles from teachers to students; 3) teachers should provide

abundant chances for students to have a better learning methods and strategies which fits

themselves.

from a similar perspective, johnson, k () argues that as suggested by the name, role-playing games are played face to face, asking members involved in the acting role. players are

asked to choose a character to put up and storytelling with rules, furthermore, students

should have a clear understanding to determine the objectives, define the contents and

progressions, and select the methods and techniques to be used and so on. he emphasis the

ability with ‘ a potential capacity to act in a given situation but not the actual behavior

of an individual is the essential factor concluded in the role-playing games.

the previous researches are almost convincing in the showing that there are more benefits role-play games can bring out for students’ language proficiency and it is necessary to pay more

attention

to change the way teachers teaches in the traditional way. but very few of them seem to have

realized that does role-playing teaching effect a permanent cure to change students’ reticence? this study will make

an attempt to explore the final result of this question and try to come up with more effective

in this thesis, the author wants to explore the important role of interaction in english teaching and

learning and analyze the role of teacher and student played in classroom interaction. after that,

各位老师、同学，大家好，我叫，1988年6月6日出生，20岁，来自山东，齐鲁大地给了我直爽的性格，但又不失稳重，之后不远千里来到南京这个城市求学。

来到大学学习的事实和我的理想有很大的出入，难免有些郁闷，但在一段时光后，我认清了事实，很看互联网专业。"21世纪是网联网的世纪。"这句话一点都不假，随着互联网的展，它为21世纪插上了腾飞的翅膀。之后在不断的培养兴趣过程中，我开始对互联网产生兴趣，今后的四年，我将在不断的学习进步中度过的。

“十年磨砺锋利出，宝剑只待君来识”。再苦再累，我都愿意一试，“吃得苦中苦，方为人上人”，在以后的学习生活中，我必须会是一位尽自我的努力、过一个充实而又好处的大专生活。

一、实习目的

毕业实习是每个大学生必须拥有的一段经历，它使我们在实践中了解社会，让我们学到了很多在课堂上根本就学不到的知识，受益匪浅，也打开了视野，增长了见识，为我们以后进一步走向社会打下坚实的基础。

二、实习内容

由于我所在的公司是一家私企，所以我刚开始的工作并不忙，没有感觉到很累。只是每天都要守在电话和传真机旁。很耗时间，第一天就因为坐了一天腰酸背痛的。但是过了几天就稍有点习惯了，每天向我同一个办公室的女孩学习一些办公知识。刚步入工作岗位，才发现自己有很多都不懂的。现在在办公室，有闲的时候就会看一些会计方面的书，虽然自己所学的专业在此时没有派上什么用场，但我觉得应该多学点，有几个技能在以后找工作也可以给自己我几个选择。在这短短一个月中，曾有几次想过不干了。也许我是刚开始工作，有时受不了经理给的“气”，自己心里很不舒服，就想辞职再重新换个工作得了。但静下心来仔细想想，再换个工作也是的，在别人手底下工作不都是这样么?刚开始就应该踏踏实实的干好自己的工作，毕竟又没有工作经验，现在有机会了就要从各方面锻炼自己。不然，想念以后干什么都会干不好的。我现在的工作，相比其他人来说待遇挺不错的了，也不是和其他人比，工作也不是很难，很容易进入工作，关键是学习对人怎么说话、态度及其处事。由于经验少，我现在这方面还有欠缺。现在才明白，在校做一名学生，是多么的好啊!早晚要工作，早晚要步入社会，早晚要面对这些避免不了的事。所以，现在我很珍惜学习的机会，多学一点总比没有学的好，花同样的时间，还不如多学，对以后择业会有很大的帮助。

再说回来，在工作中，互相谅解使我很感激他们。有时同事有事要晚来一点，就要我一个人在办公室办公，偶尔我也会的，大家相处的很好，没有什么隔合。有几次要回学校办点事，去向经理请几小时的假，经理也都很体谅，直接就给批假了。这个时候心里很开心;遇到一个如此好说话的经理。所以，感觉现在的工作还是挺不错的，最重要的事就是周围的同事都很不错的。心里上没有什么额外的，不必要的压力，可以好好工作，学习。先就业，后择业。我现在要好好锻炼自己，再好好学习，之后相信自己通过努力一定会找个好工作来回报父母及其所有的老师的。别的没有什么奢求的，现在当然是把磨练自己放在第一位，更何况现在的待遇还不错。在这一个多月中，我学到了一些在学校学不到的东西，即使都明白的事，可是刚开始有时还做不好。现在做事，不仅要持有需心求教的态度，还要懂得取长补短，最重要的一点就是“忍”了也就是坚持不懈。现在，我工作的时间虽然不久，可是我发现自己真的变了点，会比以前为人处事了。

三、实习体会

人生难免会遇到挫折，没有经历过失败的人生不是完整的人生。在这个职位上，技术性的劳动并不多，大多是些琐碎重复的工作，因而秘书在工作中所会遇到的挫折主要可能发生在：与上司沟通不好;上司给的某份工作感觉吃力，难以胜任;对琐碎重复的工作感到怨烦;与上司发生争执;情感方面。

针对文员这个职位的特点，具体到挫折时，不妨从调整心态来舒解压力，面对挫折。遇到挫折时应进行冷静分析，从客观、主观、目标、环境、条件等方面，找出受挫的原因，采取有效的补救措施。树立一个辩证的挫折观，经常保持自信和乐观的态度，要认识到正是挫折和教训才使我们变得聪明和成熟，正是失败本身才最终造就了成功。学会自我宽慰，能容忍挫折，要心怀坦荡，情绪乐观，发奋图强。善于化压力为动力，改变内心的压抑状态，以求身心的轻松，重新争取成功，从而让目光面向未来。复印、传真、公文处理等文秘工作我都基本熟练。文秘管理要制发文件，处理文件和管理文件。在各种文件中，大部分具有不同程度的保密性，而且各级秘书人员经常接近领导，看一些重要文件，参加一些重要会议，所以，秘书人员在公共场合活动时要注意内外有别，把握分寸，对什么应该说什么不应该说要心中有数。准确，是对工作质量的要求。文秘管理的准确性是指正确体现政策，正确表达领导意图，正确地办文办事，言行有分寸，文字能达意。它在一定程度上保证领导工作的准备性。文秘管理的准确性，涉及的方面很多，简要地说，就是：办文要准，办事要稳，情况要实，主意要慎。而要做到这些，必须态度认真，作风过细，不能疏忽大意，不能马虎潦草。比如说办理公文，就要保证文件的质量，用词要准确，材料要真实，抄写要认真，校对要仔细，力求每一个环节都不发生差错。否则就会贻误工作，甚至酿成难以弥补的损失。

四、实习总结

我在实习的过程中，既有收获的喜悦，也有一些遗憾。也许是实习日子短和我并非文秘专业的关系，对文秘有些工作的认识仅仅停留在表面，只是在看人做，听人讲如何做，未能够亲身感受、具体处理一些工作，所以未能领会其精髓。但时通过实习，加深了我对文秘基本知识的理解，丰富了我的实际管理知识，使我对日常文秘管理工作有了一定的感性和理性认识。认识到要做好日常企业文秘管理工作，既要注重管理理论知识的学习，更重要的是要把实践与理论两者紧密相结合。通过在职的一个多月里，我深感自己的不足，我会在以后的工作学习中更加努力，取长补短，需心求教。相信自己会在以后的工作中更加得心应手，表现更加出色!不管是在什么地方任职，都会努力!

实践内容：风机相关的简单内容

与以往的师兄师姐们相比，我的这次暑期社会实践可以说幸运得多。在风机厂里我受到了不少照顾而不是像许多师兄师姐所说的那样到工厂里只是搬了一个月的砖头或者其他各样的体力活却没有学到什么更实际的东西。说起来，我想我的实践与其说起来是“实习”，更不如说是“学习”，因为我在学校所学到的知识无论是纯理论还是金工实习的操作在这里都几乎没有用处。前五天我的实践内容大多都是坐在工厂里的办公室里进行的，我相信，不会有哪个同学通过实践学到的东西会比我的更理论。

当然，这样的实践也并不轻松，经过了一个月不洗澡不理发每天在自习室里学习14个小时以上的期末复习的煎熬之后在暑假实践，也同样相信，所有人都宁愿去底下搬砖头。而之后的内容则是到车间里练习装配和平衡调试等工作，虽然都只是拧螺丝之类的打下手的工作(技术工作我也根本作不了)，但凡是其所遇到的相关问题几位师傅都会详细地给我讲解，理论在实际中的应用得到了更透彻的理解，之前在办公室里学到的东西也都起到了很大作用。而且和工人师傅们在一起很开心。

通过这次实践，我所认识到的最重要的是：我在学校里学到的东西在工厂里究竟有什么样的用处。在实践刚刚开始的时候，机械原理和材料力学考试才刚刚结束。本来以为这些东西都会给我的实习带来很多帮助，但实际上，它们几乎一点用处都没有(只有机械原理关于动静平衡的知识点在给叶轮做平衡时有助于我的理解和操作)。在工厂里，我们不需要通过复杂的计算去选择用料，起码在我参加实践的工厂里，常用的材料只有q235,16mn,ht250,zg45等几种，钢材常用的也只有槽钢角钢和带钢，带钢在学校的相关课程里还没有学习过。工字钢和t型钢在建筑中可能用的会多一些但是风机这里基本不用，而且槽钢的用处大多是用作支架，不用像材料力学中计算扭转时那样麻烦。而对于钢的热处理，也不会要求到组织转换那么细致，只需要知道通过怎样的工艺多长的时间能得到要求的强度刚度就可以了。

对每个部件都进行强度和刚度的校核然后对应地选取最好的用料，这是没有效率的也是没有必要的。很多部件的铸造已经有了对应的标准或者手册里有对应的经验公式，而设计中对相应的工件也都保守地达到了安全。以前不理解为什么工程力学毕业的学生不好找工作，现在明白了，没人会花钱去雇用一个掌握着自己跟本用不到的本领的大学生。虽然这样说，我并不是说在学校里学习没有必要，相反，在我发现学校里学到的东西没有太多用处的同时我竟矛盾地感觉学习这样的东西都有着十分重要的意义，学校里的学习提高的不是我们的技术，而是我们的能力，而如果没有这样的能力，到了工厂里我们将一无是处。

开始的几天通过看y4-73-11no20f的图纸(锅炉用离心引风机，压力系数乘以5后取整为4比转速73设计序号11机号20即叶轮直径mm联轴器传动叶轮安装在两轴承之间，好不容易学的东西实践报告里拿出来得瑟得瑟)，对风机的一般工作原理有了一个大概的了解。当然，更细节的东西不是通过几天就可以学会的，我也就放弃了更细致的研究，而之后在车间实习的时候这些细节竟也都弄懂了。在工厂里学习的好处得到了现：在看图无法理解的时候可以到楼下车间里找到对应的零件观察，比如说叶轮和调节门等相对比较复杂的零件，依然有疑问的话可以询问身边的设计者，比如说止推轴承和支撑轴承的区别。

这个型号的风机进口用的是马蹄性状的特殊式样，设计和制作都十分困难，很少应用，在车间里我没有找到对应的部件，只能想象它的样子。工程力学系的工程图学和机械原理学的都是b(似乎08的课程是a)，所以对这样的方面我感觉自己没能更深入的了解更多的只是停留在表层上。当然，拿过一套风机图纸，我已经能完全看懂了。至于实际加工，没学过也没有充足的时间去学，毕竟我读的是吉大而不是“技大”，想学到工人的手艺，师傅们告诉我：“没两年时间下不来。”

实习第六周

时间飞逝而过，转眼间已经实习一个月了。回首过去的几个星期，学到了很多，虽然中间有些小小的抱怨，但是功夫不负有心人，总算是没有白白浪费过去的光阴。这要感谢在我最困难的时候同事和师傅给予的鼓励和帮助，让我克服了开始操作时的恐惧。在他们的帮助下，我学到了很多课本上所没有知识，相信这会是我今后生活工作中的一块宝藏。

有了这一个多月的对机器的接触，感觉在拿起工具来也比较上手了，也比较容易调整好心态了。根据每个月的工作任务，开始给自己制定周计划，开始按章执行，对于自己的每一步都做出了一个明确的规划。看似简单的工作计划，却涵盖了很多内容，一个工作计划必须是可实施的，每一个工作目标不是空话，必须是可实现的，这不仅仅是做给上级看的，更是做给自己看的，只有在实现了一个个目标之后，工作才会更有动力。

实习第七周

经过一个多月的锻炼，发现自己进步还挺快的，这一周仍然做车工的事情。偶尔也对其他工作做一些了解。

由于自己向来比较马虎的缘故，首次首次做出来的成品工件也不大顺利，不过有了一次经历之后，进步了不少，再加上师傅和同事的鼓励，自己尝试大胆的去应付，慢慢的好了许多。不再会在对操作怯场了。

人往往都是这样，没有经历过的话，永远都不知道事情到底是怎么一个样子，是真的那么难，还是并非如此，所以，不管怎么样，即使是自己完全陌生的事情，只要有机会，都一定要去尝试，努力去做好。因为没有经验，那么就需要做更多的准备工作。另外就是不要害怕失败，只要用心去做就可以了。等到熟练了，那么成功将是水到渠成的事情。比如我的第一次的实际操作，虽然我做得不够好，或者可以说失败了，但通过这次的尝试，却令我获益匪浅，对我之后的几次任务的成功都起到了极大的推动作用。自己也通过不断的经历和尝试检验了自身的水平和适应能力。只有通过不断的努力，不断的尝试，不断的积累经验，才能够发现自己的不足，然后在弥补不足的时候，我们便实实在在的提高了自己。所以，不管怎样，努力去做吧，告诉自己，只要用心，就能做得更好！
