这一个星期我接触的一种产品是dt100，是一种测温的小仪表，虽然元件非常的简单，但是却非常的值得去学习。

这个产品的主要芯片是：ic7107双积分式模/数转换集成电路，op07运算放大器等。外接pt100测温电阻，可以即时的测量出染缸里的水的温度。其工作原是主要是运用一些基准电压的比较，然后通过7107来显示出数值。

我所做的工作就是调试好标准的测温值。当pt100的阻值为119.4欧姆的时候，仪表应该显示的温度为50摄氏度。当pt100的阻值为138.5欧姆的时候，仪表应该显示的温度为100摄氏度。

调节这个并不是很复杂，但是他的思路非常值得借鉴，它有一定的难度，看来我应该再加强一下我的模拟电子知识才行。

在开始实习之前，我多少有些心虚。因为我的许多朋友都有过假期打工的经历。而作为一名英语专业的大二学生，这次的实习却是我的第一次工作经历。我很担心自己会在工作的过程中出现差错。但现在回想这实习的两个星期在工作和生活上出现的困难，其实都不算什么。就像著名主持人鲁豫曾经说过的话，如果一个困难没有将你，你一定会变的比以前更坚强。我相信如果再有一次实习的机会，我一定会比这次做的更好。

一、实习过程

这次实习我主要负责的是办公室文秘的工作。第一次走进办公室，一切都是那么陌生，所有的工作人员都各自忙着，仿佛没有人注意到我，这让我本来激动的心情多了一些慌乱。这个时候我想起了在学校时老师对我我们说的一句话，人的适应能力是无穷的。于是我深深的吸了一口气准备迎接接下来的一个个挑战。

说是文秘，其实我主要负责的就是打打文件，接接电话。多亏以前的练习，我的打字技术和质量足以应付领导交给我的任务。虽然只是坐了一天，但我还是感觉挺累的，再加上宿舍的简陋条件，生活真是给我上了意义非凡的一课，以前家长跟我们说一千遍挣钱多不容易，不如我亲身经历一天的感悟。

刚开始的几天就这么不咸不淡的过去了。在学校学到的东西并没用到多少，同事们也因为彼此工作没有交集依然十分陌生。只是见面打招呼的交情。看着他们整天忙碌着，闲暇之余彼此开开玩笑，觉得他们真的是一个集体，而我却像个局外人般悠闲。我想我不能再这样下去，于是，在办公室，有闲的时候就会看一些计算机方面的书，虽然自己所学的专业在此时没有派上什么用场，但我觉得应该多学点，以丰富自己的能力。

但这样下去也不是办法，复印、传真、等文秘工作我都还没有掌握。终于有一天我鼓起勇气向一名看起来很面善的年轻女同事请教了这方面的内容。没想到她不仅告诉了我发传真的方法还跟我说理很多文秘需要注意的事项。她告诉我文秘必须态度认真，细心，不能疏忽大意，不能马虎潦草。比如说办理公文，就要保证文件的质量，用词要准确，材料要真实，抄写要认真，校对要仔细，力求每一个环节都不发生差错。否则就会耽误工作，甚至酿成难以弥补的损失。最后为了让我掌握发传真的方法她又交给我一份需要发的传真让我练习。回到自己的座位上我一边体会着同事跟我说的话，一边发传真，当听到传真发送成功后的“嘟嘟”声，我便又小小地得意一番，虽然很傻，但至少又学会了一项办公器材的用法。

在这里我要特别感谢这位前辈，她不仅教给了我很多有用的东西，还把我介绍给其它的同事认识，以帮助我提高工作方面的能力。慢慢的我也不在只是闷着头做，遇到疑难的问题就请教这些前辈们，我觉得自己开始融入这个集体了。

在做打字发传真等枯燥工作的时候，我不止一次的幻想着公司忽然有英文的文件需要翻译，在大家焦头烂额，手足无措的时候，我镇定的走出来然后利用在学校学到的知识解决这个棘手的问题。但当幻想成为现实的时候，我却慌了阵脚。因为文件涉及的化学产品，金属元素等专有名词我连读都有困难更不用说翻译了。我只有达开电脑利用金山词霸一个个的查。即使这样还经常是单词的意思查到了却连不成句。仅仅四页纸我翻译了一天半。

2015英语专业毕业生实习报告格式

刚放假，觉得真轻松，随即过了8天的老师隐，挺辛苦的，但同时也取得很大的收获。

实习的经历虽已经过去，可我还会回头去看一下我在那里留下的脚印，我相信那不会是我旅途的归宿，而是我充满挑战和希望的开始!

回顾这8天的时间我是专心的，但专心不一定等于成功，我究竟是一名实习生，在知识的构建上还存在着许多断章，还缺乏教学经验，甚至因为读错了某个英语单词或某个字后，学生把错误指出来而无地自容。

每当站在讲台上，被一双双纯净的眼睛聚精会神地望着时，作为一名教师的价值感和成就感就油然而生了。这此实习的时间里，我并没有做到一名好老师，也不可能让所有的学生都喜欢我，但只要有一名学生记住我，那么我的第一次实习就不遗憾了。记得那是第四天，一个学生递来一张字条：老师，我喜欢你的微笑，当你微笑着走近我时，使我感到了从来没有过的亲切，我很喜欢你。这是我在实习里收到的最好的，最值得珍藏的礼物。我想，其实走近学生的第一步只须微笑就够。

初为人师，总是有些紧张。我带着羞涩与忐忑抱着课本和教案走上讲台时，尽管我做了很多预备，但当我真正面对那么多双眼睛时，我还是紧张了。

一堂准备充分的课，会令学生和老师都获益不浅。例如我在教unit3的时候，这课的主题是“如何询问和回答时间”，教学难度比较大。如果照本宣科地讲授，学生会感到困难和沉闷。为了上好这堂课，我认真研究了课文，找出了重点，难点，准备有针对性地讲。为了令课堂生动，活跃，不沉闷，我还为此准备了大量的教具，授课时就胸有成竹了。当讲到“half”的时候，我拿出准备好的圆卡纸，把它剪成一半，告诉学生这是圆的一半，也就是half。讲到“quarter”时，又把半圆剪成一半，那么剩下来的就是圆的四分之一，也就是“quarter”了。这样学生就形象地明白了这两个单词。而讲到如何表达时间时，我用了一个用红卡纸做的大钟，同学们一开始就被它吸引住了，显得颇有积极性。用实物让学生练习“what’s the time? it’s…”的句型，学生特别用功，教学效果十分理想。相反，如果我没有认真备课的，那课堂将会气氛沉闷，教学效果不好，与此相比可见，认真备课对教学十分重要。特别是对英语这门学生不甚熟悉并感到困难的外语来说至关重要。

一个老师告诉我：备课充分，能调动学生的积极性，上课效果就好。但同时又要有驾驭课堂的能力，因为学生在课堂上的一举一动都会直接影响课堂教学。因此上课一定要设法令学生投入，不让其分心，这就很讲究方法了。上课内容丰富，现实;教态自然，讲课生动，难易适中照顾全部，就自然能够吸引住学生。所以，老师每天都要有充足的精神，让学生感受到一种自然气氛。英语是一门外语，对学生而言，既生疏又困难，在这样一种大环境之下，要教好英语，就要让学生喜爱英语，让他们对英语产生兴趣。否则学生对这门学科产生畏难情绪，不愿学也无法学下去。

以上就是我的工作总结。由于经验颇浅，许多地方存在不足。

总之，我觉得教育是一个互动的过程，不单老师要认真投入教学，还需要学生的积极配合，才能达到做老师的目的—把知识真正传给学生。这种过程是很开心的，也是辛苦的，但要做个知识的传播者—人民教师，我要努力学习，将来当一个出色的老师。

与以往的师兄师姐们相比，我的这次暑期社会实践可以说幸运得多。在风机厂里我受到了不少照顾而不是像许多师兄师姐所说的那样到工厂里只是搬了一个月的砖头或者其他各样的体力活却没有学到什么更实际的东西。说起来，我想我的实践与其说起来是“实习”，更不如说是“学习”，因为我在学校所学到的知识无论是纯理论还是

金工实习的操作在这里都几乎没有用处。前五天我的实践内容大多都是坐在工厂里的办公室里进行的，我相信，不会有哪个同学通过实践学到的东西会比我的更理论。当然，这样的实践也并不轻松，经过了一个月不洗澡不理发每天在自习室里学习14个小时以上的期末复习的煎熬之后在暑假实践，我也同样相信，所有人都宁愿去底下搬砖头。而之后的内容则是到车间里练习装配和平衡调试等工作，虽然都只是拧螺丝之类的打下手的工作（技术工作我也根本作不了），但凡是其中所遇到的相关问题几位师傅都会详细地给我讲解，理论在实际中的应用得到了更透彻的理解，之前在办公室里学到的东西也都起到了很大作用。而且和工人师傅们在一起很开心。

通过这次实践，我所认识到的最重要的是：我在学校里学到的东西在工厂里究竟有什么样的用处。在实践刚刚开始的时候，机械原理和材料力学考试才刚刚结束。本来以为这些东西都会给我的实习带来很多帮助，但实际上，它们几乎一点用处都没有（只有机械原理关于动静平衡的知识点在给叶轮做平衡时有助于我的理解和操作）。在工厂里，我们不需要通过复杂的计算去选择用料，起码在我参加实践的工厂里，常用的材料只有q235,16mn,ht250,zg45等几种，钢材常用的也只有槽钢角钢和带钢，带钢在学校的相关课程里还没有学习过。工字钢和t型钢在建筑中可能用的会多一些但是风机这里基本不用，而且槽钢的用处大多是用作支架，不用像材料力学中计算扭转时那样麻烦。而对于钢的热处理，也不会要求到组织转换那么细致，只需要知道通过怎样的工艺多长的时间能得到要求的强度刚度就可以了。对每个部件都进行强度和刚度的校核然后对应地选取最好的用料，这是没有效率的也是没有必要的。很多部件的铸造已经有了对应的标准或者手册里有对应的经验公式，而设计中对相应的工件也都保守地达到了安全。以前不理解为什么工程力学毕业的学生不好找工作，现在明白了，没人会花钱去雇用一个掌握着自己跟本用不到的本领的大学生。虽然这样说，我并不是说在学校里学习没有必要，相反，在我发现学校里学到的东西没有太多用处的同时我竟矛盾地感觉学习这样的东西都有着十分重要的意义，学校里的学习提高的不是我们的技术，而是我们的能力，而如果没有这样的能力，到了工厂里我们将一无是处。

开始的几天通过看y4-73-11no 20f的图纸（锅炉用离心引风机，压力系数乘以5后取整为4比转速73设计序号11机号20即叶轮直径mm联轴器传动叶轮安装在两轴承之间，好不容易学的东西实践报告里拿出来得瑟得瑟），对风机的一般工作原理有了一个大概的了解。当然，更细节的东西不是通过几天就可以学会的，我也就放弃了更细致的研究，而之后在车间实习的时候这些细节竟也都弄懂了。在工厂里学习的好处得到了体现：在看图无法理解的时候可以到楼下车间里找到对应的零件观察，比如说叶轮和调节门等相对比较复杂的零件，依然有疑问的话可以询问身边的设计者，比如说止推轴承和支撑轴承的区别。这个型号的风机进风口用的是马蹄性状的特殊式样，设计和制作都十分困难，很少应用，在车间里我没有找到对应的部件，只能想象它的样子。工程力学系的工程图学和机械原理学的都是b（似乎08级的课程是a），所以对这样的方面我感觉自己没能更深入的了解更多的只是停留在表层上。当然，拿过一套风机图纸，我已经能完全看懂了。至于实际加工，没学过也没有充足的时间去学，毕竟我读的是吉大而不是“技大”，想学到工人的手艺，师傅们告诉我：“没两年时间下不来。”

对《通风机选型实用手册》（孙研主编）的学习，我没能进行得太久，只和之前的图纸对应着看了不到200页，因为里面的东西实在是太过于专业让我短时间内无法理解（说是手册，实际厚度达到了1129页）。在学校学习的时候，我们都觉得教材里的理论部分比公式部分更好理解，而看过专业书籍之后我的感觉正好相反：通过在学校里的学习和训练，我觉得这种书里的公式都不是很难，而对专业叙述说明的部分则实在是看不懂。在学习微积分概率复变函数数学物理方程等课程的时候我们都在抱怨：这样的课学来有什么用，实际上，我在看手册的时候感觉到，这些课程对我们是一种思维上的锻炼，让我们有了一个进行数字分析的能力，否则看到那么多抽象的符号图形和公式，我一定会疯掉。当然，如果现在让我计算全压静压风速，虽然觉得比较简单，但我还真没有那个本事。

as english major, the author has always been interested in the language study and communication. during her study of the course of language in use, the author realized that the analysis of the language in context and its application are where she’d like to devote her attention to.

with her learning of linguistic knowledge from linguistic course, the author have acquired some conversational principles, such as relevance theory by dan sperber and deirdre wilson、politeness principle by leech and the cooperative principle by herbert paul grice, upon which the author is able to construct the theoretical framework of my thesis. in order to get a deeper understanding of the conversational characteristics of tv talk show, the author has also searched the internet for much more information about tv talk show from which the author gained more confidence and interest in the study.

at the same time, the author also constantly went to the beijing national library and read many relevant books and the author learned the turn-taking system proposed by sacks、schegloff and jefferson, which added my theoretical basis and valuable means for the study. the author has watched many tv talk shows at home and abroad and she also collected the conversations of some typical ones of them as the corpus that can help me to fulfill her thesis.
