一放假便匆匆踏上漫长的归乡旅程，应亲戚之邀，到一家宾馆培训一个月的英语。

这是一座海滨城市——港，有最大的港口之一，所以经常有外国商人来这里做生意，或是一些船员，也有外国游客。宾馆之前就接待过一些国外顾客，但是由于宾馆的服务员都不懂英语，无法给客人提供更好的帮助，所以宾馆经理没放假前就和我打招呼，放假到宾馆给他的员工培训英语。我欣然答应了，觉得这是一个很好的锻炼机会。

在亲戚家休息了几天，顺便整理所要教的内容，然后拿去复印，在宾馆有电脑打印机，整理起来很方便。以后每天的下午三点半到四点半开始上课，因为这个时间段员工们都没什么事忙，没有轮到值班的也要回宾馆学习。

开始上课第一天，面对二十个多个陌生的员工，还有两个老总，心里还是有点紧张的。但还是保持了平静，我用英语做了简单的自我介绍，然后提了一点要求。但是他们听了之后一脸的茫然，完全听不懂。之前我就清楚了他们的底子，只有几个懂得一点英语，其他一点基础都没有，有的员工已经有三四十岁了，现在让他们重新学习，而且是学习外语，的确不是一件容易的事情，我也感觉到压力不小。

因为时间只有一个月，我没有从语音教起，而是直接叫他们读句子，然后讲解句子里每个单词的意思和读单词。一节课下来，只教了简单的几句“早上好，中午好，下午好，我有什么可以帮你吗?”也让我更清楚的了解他们的底子，比我意料中的还要薄。

晚上我重新修改了材料，降低了难度，缩短了一些长句子，选出了重点的常用的，十八张的材料压缩为十张。然后根据总台和楼层的服务员所提供的服务不同，所说的话也不一样，把他们分开来教，也减轻了他们的负担。

之后每天教他们五个句子，熟读后再把我预先准备的情境对话让他们加强练习。每天所学的内容我都要求他们下班后回去后抽出一点时间背熟。有的员工还是很配合，接受能力很强，并主动背下来，但也遇到一些员工，学习态度不认真，很排斥。

面对这些长辈，我有点不知所措，但还是在课堂上给他们讲学好英语后不论对宾馆还是对自己都是很有益处的一件事，所以希望大家认真的用心的学。

或许是随着几天的学习，有的员工感觉越来越难，他们居然不来上课。经理知道后很生气，给他们了个下马威，如果学习完一个月后考试不通过的就辞退，考得好的有奖励。后来再也没有这种情况出现了。大家都很配合上课，也很用功，在没有事忙的时候，楼层工作间里都会有他们读英语的声音，我也感到很高兴，刚开始大家不熟悉的时候没什么话，但是经过几天的相处，彼此都认识了，我和他们也靠近了很多，他们有不懂的都主动问，而我也是一遍一遍的耐心教，还给一些因休假而没有上课的员工补课。虽然让他们直呼我的名字，但他们还是叫我“老师”，面对这个有点为时过早的称呼，心里终究有点接受不了，也体会到这个神圣的职业背后的酸甜苦辣，做一个老师真的不容易。

但是有一个员工的态度很顽固，她说很讨厌英语，看到就头疼，不想学，所以没有和我们一起学习。她已经知道经理的规定，但是还是对抗学习，我用尽办法想说服她，但还是无济于事。

员工们进入状态后，学起来也很快了。时间也很快就差不多过了一个月，后面的五天我没有上新的内容，而是和他们一起复习所有学过的内容，之前的学习我都是在课堂上让他们强化记忆，现在复习起来也不是很吃力，他们倒希望可以提前考。

大学机械专业顶岗实习周记

第一周实习周记

这个星期非常的开心，因为主管已经答应了我让我学习另一种型号的产品，我终于可以学习多点别的知识了，这真是非常值得开心的一件事。

这一个星期我接触的一种产品是dt100，是一种测温的小仪表，虽然元件非常的简单，但是却非常的值得去学习。

这个产品的主要芯片是：ic7107双积分式模/数转换集成电路，op07运算放大器等。外接pt100测温电阻，可以即时的测量出染缸里的水的温度。其工作原是主要是运用一些基准电压的比较，然后通过7107来显示出数值。

我所做的工作就是调试好标准的测温值。当pt100的阻值为119.4欧姆的时候，仪表应该显示的温度为50摄氏度。当pt100的阻值为138.5欧姆的时候，仪表应该显示的温度为100摄氏度。

调节这个并不是很难，但是它的元件电路非常值得我去学习，它有一定的难度，看来我应该再加强一下我的模拟电子知识才行。

第二周实习周记

实习的时间接近了一个半月了，我在这一个半月的时间里，学到了很多在学校里学不到的东西，例如与同事相处，如何给他人留下一个好的印象等。

在这个星期有一件事让我觉得非常的难过。

事情的经过是这样的：

公司决定让我去浙江那边工作，我一开始觉得很不错，因为可以到外省去见识一下是很不错的，起码会让我的人生观有一个很大的转变，所以我没再多想其他就答应了公司的领导。

可是当告知家人的时候，家人对我说，你现在还没有毕业，还有毕业设计要做，出到外省去服务，肯定会没有什么时间再去做设计了，不要取小舍大，要分清事情的轻重。

我仔细一想，家人说得很多，我读了这三年书，为的不就是要顺利毕业吗?我不能因为这么一件事而耽误了自己的学业，毕竟自己现在也是一个学生，如果等毕业后再去考虑的话，那应该会好一些的。

于是我向公司说明我的原因，公司也没有说什么。谁知道在一次全体员工会议上，经理在会上说，有些员工做事没有决策力，舍不得广东的温暖，怕吃苦，不肯出去，也许他也有他的原因，但是一个不敢果断做判断的员工是不会有什么大的前途的。

我一听，就听出来是在说我了，虽然他没有点名，我当时的心情真是非常的难过，怎么能这样说我呢?我虽然是一时冲动说要去，但也没有必要在会上这样说我吧，我再怎么说也还是个学生，要以学业为重。

第三周实习周记

这个星期的心情稍微好了一些，虽然经过了上个星期的那件事情让我难受，但都已经过去了，没有必要再放在心里让自己难受了。

这一个星期里，我又接触了另一种新的产品kb，这是一种液晶显示的染色机电脑，是一种刚开发出来的产品，所用的元器件多为贴片元件，功耗较低，可能是技术力量有限，这种产品的不足之处非常多，设计的缺陷也很多。

看来一个公司的技术力量太过小的话，其竞争能力也会小很多。

在毕业设计方面，我决定了做一个单片机时钟控制电路。最可怜是最近要经常的加班，一回到宿舍里都已经晚上九点多了，身体非常的疲倦，也没有什么心情再去搜集资料之类的。看来只能推迟到下个星期再搜集资料了。

硬件电路的设计不难，关键的是软件的编程，看来要上网去找一些资料才行，毕竟在学校里学到的东西是不能够来应付的。

夜深了，要早点休息了，否则明天没精打采的就不好了。

第四周实习周记

已经是第九周了，毕业设计的资料搜集在进行中，同时也回学校的图书馆里找了一些资料书，设计的思路在头脑里也有了一个大概的轮廓。

在这个星期里，公司开始了对我们这些新员工的培训，非常的简单，就是让我们在看看培训的影碟。这种培训的方式并不好，因为是利用我们休息的时间来进行的，所以我们根本没有什么精力去观看影片了。

有一天，我因为昨天晚上找资料找得挺晚，所以在中午培训的时候忍不住打瞌睡了，结果被公司领导找去，写了一份检讨，真是可怜。

真是够累了，又要搞设计，工作上又要培训，还得加夜班，看来这是对我的一种磨炼，我得经受挑战才行。

对于kb这种产品，因为还在设计中，所以安装调试暂停了。

星期三的上午，公司开了一个新产品发布会，会上展示了三种新设计的产品，可是我个人认为实际设计并不完善，看来还有得要改的。不管怎么说，我现在还是先把我的毕业设计搞好再说吧!

第五周实习周记

实习进入了第十周，时间过得飞快，看来我要加快毕业设计方面的工作才行。

这个星期又接触到了一种新的产品型号为kb，这是一种单色液晶显示的染色机，输出的功能较为齐全，技术也算比较完善了，但是有一点不足的是，抗干扰能力不够，很容易受到外界的因素从而使显示受到影响。

还有一点最让我头痛的是这个型号的产品安装非常的麻烦!拆下来的螺丝有一大把，安装好一台机器差不多要四十多分钟，这真是设计上的不足，既耽误了安装，又增加了维修时的时间。

可惜的是没有什么时间再放在解决上面这些问题上了，毕业设计还需要非常多的时间，加上最近一段时间断断续续的培训，真是让人感觉到身心疲惫。

虽然生活很充实，但是也很累!

这两周，我们还批改了学生们的作文。批改作业时，纠正学生的错误是非常重要，在纠正学生每个错误的时候，要写上激励的评语，让他们在改正自己错误的同时，不会对自己失去信心。在这个过程中，我还发现了大一学生在英语写作过程中普遍存在的一些问题。

大体情况可以分为三类：

第一类：存在严重的单词拼写问题，很多同学也分不清词性。

第二类：不注意标点的使用，随意乱点的现象很严重。

第三类：学生态度问题。这一类学生大多字迹潦草，不认真对待作业。

经过两周的听课，第三周，我们便开始准备教案，为讲课作准备。指导老师指导我们写教案，给我们建议。第四周的周一早上，我们进行了次试讲。虽然试讲并不正式，可是讲课的过程中依然会暴露很多缺点。结束之后，郑老师说我的构思很好，同时也给我提了很多宝贵的建议。我认真听着，积极总结，并及时予以修改。周二晚上，郑老师又抽出宝贵的时间，听我们又试讲了一次。这一次，老师又给我们提了意见，并让我周三正式上讲台。

于是，5月6日，周三下午，我次正式登上了讲台。上课前我感到非常紧张，紧张的介绍完自己，深呼吸了好几次，终于调整好了自己的情绪，开始讲起课来。我按照我的计划逐步进行着内容，同学们也很配合，他们的积极参与让课堂十分有趣。我便充分放松了自己，大胆的讲起课来。

最后，由于时间没有把握好，准备的内容并没有讲完。课后，郑老师评价说我讲的挺好，我的搭档也说挺好。这无疑是给了我极大的自信。他们也给了我很多建议。所以回来之后，我又对讲课内容进行改进。5月7日，周四下午，我又讲了两节课，正所谓，熟能生巧，这次，明显没有次那么紧张了，并且在时间的把握上，内容上，都有很大的进步。学生依旧很配合。从老师和我的搭档那里，我都获益匪浅。
