一、实习的目的及意义

1、实习目的

本次生产实习是大四专业课学习的一个要组成部分，其目的在于通过实习使我们获得基本生产的感性知识，理论联系实际，扩大知识面;同时专业实习又是锻炼和培养学生业务能力及素质的要渠道，培养我们吃苦耐劳的精神，也是我们接触社会、了解产业状况、了解国情的一个要途径，逐步实现由学生到社会的转变，培养我们初步担任技术工作的能力、初步了解企业管理的基本方法和技能;体验企业工作的内容和方法。这些实际知识，对我们学习后面的课程乃至以后的工作，都是十分必要的基础。

本次实习我们主要去三家企业，中国汽集团、机床集团和精工机械厂，在公司中采取了听讲座、到车间观摩学习等各种各样的形式学习机械制造，对机械制造有一个整体的认识。

中国汽集团简介：

公司现有员工160余人，中、高级专业技术50余人，技术力量雄厚、生产能力强，设备均为新购设备，设备投资共20xx余万元，设备有进口高精度、切削、大工作台面加工中心6台，三坐标测量仪1台，大型数控车床(sk50p/hk63)10台，及大批车床、铣床、磨床、钻床、等设备，并建有高标准的理化计量室，于20xx年5月通过iso9001：20xx质量管理体系认证。

精工是机械加工中小型企业的典范，在市场中很有活力，主要是承接外加工，是典型的机械加工企业，这对于我们的生产实习有着至关要的意义，非常接近于中国广大中小型企业的现实制造水平。主要加工箱体类零件和轴类零件，我们学习的主要是型汽车减速箱后壳的加工。
