一、毕业生基本情况

②通过零件草图，装配图和零件工作的绘制，培养自己实际动手能力和零部件测绘能力。使自己能恰当选择表达方案、合理布图，正确绘图，并在老师指导下完成尺寸标注及各项技术要求注写；

③了解简单机器的装配工艺。通过全面、系统的零部件测绘训练，培养自身初步的工程设计能力。

四、实训过程

1、在测绘之前，对部件进行全面的分析研究，通过观察、研究、分析该部件的结构和工作情况进行了解。

2、学会各个测量工具的使用，进行合理的分析和测量，运用各个尺寸计算公式来绘制图形。

3、对不懂得地方我都经过请教同学老师进行学习和画图，确保零件图的正确性。

4、参考书本进行尺寸的标注，以及对国家标准结合实际绘图进行实践。考虑并画出标注零件尺寸的全部尺寸界线和尺寸线。标注尺寸时，可再次检查零件结构形状是否表达完整、清晰。

5、测量时应尽量从基准出发减少测量误差，尽量避免尺寸换算以减少错误，有配合关系的尺寸(配合孔轴)只测量它的基本尺寸，其配合性质和相应公差值，进行查阅。

五、设计小结

在为期两周的测绘实训中，我每天按时到实训室进行实践操作，每天完成计划任务后才给自己放学。在测绘中自己做到了独立，认真，仔细地进行操作。在遇到问题时和同组同学互相讨论，请教其他懂得的同学。通过对安全阀的测绘，是我掌握了零件测绘的方法和步骤，学会了一些常用工具的使用方法，能够根据测量数据准确画出零件图形，让我进一步复习巩固了《机械制图》课中的有关知识，让我的制图技能有了较大提高，能够在图纸上更加正确，合理的表达出零件图形。在测绘安全阀过程中我了解懂得了一些零部件的作用和各零件之间的装配联结关系。

我在绘图过程中发现自己画图技巧不够灵活。有时主视图复杂难以表达而俯视图或左视图较为简单些时，由于习惯我还先绘制主视图，因而给绘图带来麻烦，导致效率低。通过这次实训让我复习巩固了三视图基本画法，知道先画简单视图再利用三视图基本画法一一完成其他视图。在测绘图形过程中发现自己对剖视图的知识不够清楚，例如，有的图形在画剖视图是有的线是否要画出连接起来自己不是很清楚。通过这一周的实训我知道了自己的很多不足，对《机械制图》课中的一些细节只是不够了解，课本知识还需要进一步学习，专研，同时也要及时复习巩固已学知识。

转眼间,近六个月(包括一个暑期)的实习就结束了。经过这几个月的实习,让我真正体会到了工作和在学校生活的区别:在学校里面特别是在大学里面,我们是很自由的,而且有很多是假期。我们可以自由的安排自己的时间，但是工作了就不一样了，我们必须按照公司的规定做事，而且每年也只有很短假期了。所以说从学校到社会是一个大环境的转变，身边接触的人也完全换了角色，老师变成老板、同学变成同事，相处之道完全不同。在这巨大的转变中，我们可能彷徨、迷茫、无法马上适应新的环境。我们也许看不惯企业之间残酷的竞争，亦无法忍受同事之间漠不关心的眼神和言语。很多时候觉得自己没有受到领导重用，所干的只是一些无关重要的杂活，自己的提议或工作不能得到老板的肯定。做不出成绩时，会有来自各方面的压力，老板的眼色同事的嘲讽。而在学校，有同学老师的关心和支持，每日只是上上课，很轻松。常言道：工作一两年胜过十多年的读书。实习时间虽然不长，但是我从中学到了很多知识，关于做人，做事，做学问。“在大学里教给你的不是具体的知识，而是教会你使用正确的思维方式和发现、分析并解决问题的能力”。参加工作后才能深刻体会这句话的含义。

我是201x年3月2日来到新溢眼镜制造有限公司的，由于我选择了自主择企的所以在没有校方引存的情况下就只能独自找企业方应娉面试。实战应聘，在实践中学习面试的经验技巧，这也是我所以选择自主择企的目的之一。负责接待我的工作人员面带微笑的问我学历，我回答她说本科生。然后她引领我到一个培训室去。主考官微笑着示意我坐下后问了同样的问题，并且要求出示相关学历证件。我如实回答了我的情况以及我实习意愿。结果考官婉言拒绝了我。出师未捷心中不免会沮丧、落寞，但更多的声音则是“我不怕输，更不服输!”就这样汲取了前日之教，第二天我随着大批次的应聘者通过了普工的面试。期间当然也向主考官表明了我的入职岗位意愿。最后我被安排在脾形三部实习。

脾形三部主要是负责胶架眼镜各种胶脾、脾套成形加工方面的工作。我也主要是为了学习这些机械操控方面的知识和相关的工作经验。刚来的时候，我毕竟没有什么经验，只能跟着师傅学习，在对公司机器调试及维护过程中，自己认真观察各种机器，最直接的就是工艺。对我们即将毕业的人来说，这方面还是很好办的。后面，由于对机器有了了解，我能对产品加工中特定的工艺动作怎么实现的进行思考。这样能加速学习理解和知识的积累。因为我要常在车间操作各种机械，所以多车间的生产状况也都有一个大概的了解。脾形三部主要由打脾车间、花式车间、锣脾车间、刨脾车间、庄头车间和手工车间，这其中给我印象最深刻的是我所在的花式车间，主要是因为这个车间的设备最容易出现故障，可能是因为它里面的设备比较陈旧吧。当然其他车间有些机械设备也是要时常要更换、调试的，比如像打脾车间的顶针，它是用来打脾时推送金针的，当停机一段时间不工作它就可能走位，亦或是换做下一个生产单的不同型号的脾料时，对顶针推入的高度、深度等数据要求也就随之而变了，这时就得技术人员去根据图纸、生产单的数据要求对顶针加以调试了。有时候一天都需要更换、调试几个顶针，那样我们的工作就会很辛苦。现在来说说为什么花式车间让我印象最深刻吧。花式车间主要是进行脾料成形加工过程的一个车间，在这个过程中要用到车床、钻床等等。正因为如此，所以车床和钻床经常出现问题，这时就需要我们去换刀以及调刀，并且还要考虑不同质地的物料对刀具材质的要求。换刀可能换锥形刀、螺旋刀、平底刀或圆刀等。相对来说，换圆刀和平底刀更为容易，因为它的调刀过程很简单，而调锥形刀的要求就很高，既要求很好的车掉多余的物料，又要求在车过的车削面很平整、光滑，没有毛边、极位、坑位、无爆裂痕等。这几个月里，我跟着师傅在车间调刀，每次用时都在20min以上，其中有两次在老师的帮助下还是分别用了2.5h和接近4h，所以感觉这个调刀过程是很困难的。它需要我有足够多的耐心和经验。不能因为久久不能调好它而放弃，这是不负责任的表现，而且调好它也是我应做的工作，所以我要坚持，要慢慢积累经验，才能更好、更快的完成它。

这是第一次正式与社会接轨踏上工作岗位，开始与以往完全不一样的生活。每天在规定的时间上下班，上班期间要认真准时地完成自己的工作任务，不能草率敷衍了事。凡事得谨慎小心，否则随时可能要为一个小小的错误承担严重的后果付出巨大的代价，再也不是一句对不起和一纸道歉书所能解决。

工作中我发现做任何事不能单蛮干，应合理应用各种常识来解决问题，同时也要注意团队合作。任何一个厂都有一套严格紧密的生产体系，在体系中每个环节都是紧紧相扣，每个环节的工作人员都应该严格遵守规章制度。"天将降大任于斯人也，必先苦其心志，劳其筋骨，饿其体肤，空乏其身，行拂乱其所为，所以动心忍性，增益其所不能"年轻不是用来挥霍的，而是我们拼搏的资本。我不想碌碌无为终了此生。我想有个幸福的家庭和人生，所以我会一直朝着我的目标坚持不懈的一步步迈进。保持一颗乐观豁达，积极进取的心，对生活充满希望，相信“科学有险阻，苦战能成功!”。

我是学机械设计的，在书本上学过很多理论知识，似乎通俗易懂，然而以前仅仅是在纸上谈兵从未付诸实践过，到工作中真正需要用时，才会体会到把理论付注实践难度有多大;我们在老师那里借来的书本上看到过很多精彩的东西，似乎轻而易举，也只有亲临其境或亲自上阵才能意识到自己知识的欠缺和经验的匮乏。在实习期间，我拓宽了视野，增长了见识，体验到社会竞争的残酷，而更多的是希望自己在工作中积累各方面的经验，为将来自己走创业之路做准备。作为我在踏出社会之前的为数不多的几次社会实践中，这次的实践的确给予了我很多。今后，我将继续保持认真负责的工作态度，高尚的思想觉悟，进一步完善和充实自己，争取在以后的学习中更好的完善自己，在以后的实践中更好的运用自己的理论知识，做一名合格的大学生，将来做一名对社会有用的人。

hello,everyone. My name is giffer and Im 12-year-old .I am Very pleased to be admitted to the Xicheng Foreign Language School. My favourite subject is Chinese and English. My hobby is blown flute and reading. There is also a very good Orchestra here. The school orchestra and this will allow me to learn a lot of knowledge in this three years. I want to study well.
