机械专业实习周记四篇

篇一

第一周

进入航星自动化设备有限公司实习已经将近一个多星期了,也逐渐的适应了这里的工作环境。这是一间以生产染色机电脑为主的公司，染色机电脑，顾名思义，是染织厂在为布料染色采用的一种自动化控制设备，通常对布料进行加热，冷却，保温等。

这一个星期所作的工作主要有安装产品和焊接元器件。虽然所接触到的工作难度并不大，但是其中包含的技巧却非常多，各种需要注意的事项也很多。就拿焊接元器件来说，元器件的体积有大有小，而其中需要注意的地方是，要先焊接小的元器件，然后再去焊接大的元器件。焊点要做到光滑，不能虚焊，焊点的标准是要成圆锥形状，对于晶体二极管还要注意不能够焊接得太久，否则容易把二极管烧坏。

除了上述的这些，我还学习了数字万用表的使用，以及一些贴片式电阻的读数。例如一个贴片电阻的读数为1002，这是电阻上面的标值，而其实际的阻值却应该为10k,前三位为有效数字，最后一位为十的幂数。对于一些瓷介电容，也有了一些认识，如一只瓷介电容上面标有104，其电容容量为：100000pf,即0.1uf。

经过一个多星期的实习,让我感觉到了知识的重要性,我要不断的学习,来提高自己的专业水平。

第二周

这是工作的第二个星期了，与前一个星期相比，我的思想有了一些转变。因为看着身边工作的同事都是每天上班，然后下班，回到宿舍里看电视，玩玩游戏，就度过了一天。

这样的生活让我感到有些透不过气来，这不是我想要的生活，我不能和他们一样，我要努力的学习。为了将来，我绝不能放弃学习。

这一周认识了不少新的元器件，如：8位三态输出触发器74ls573，8双向3态缓冲电路74ls245，74ls245主要用在数据的双向缓冲，常见于51的数据电路，早期的电路中，扩展了很多的8255/8155/8251等芯片的时候，担心8031的数据驱动能力不足，所以就使用了一片74ls245作为数据缓冲电路，增强其驱动能力。

这一周所做的事情和上一周差不多，只不过做的工作多了就比上一周熟练多了。每天下班回来后我都会看书学习，对于我这种电子行业，必须要有很夯实的基础。模拟电子技术，数字电子技术，电机拖动与控制，单片机教程等，都是我要学习再加强的科目。

我也发觉到在学校里学到的东西拿到工作上，是根本不够用的，看来还要加强专业知识的学习才行。

第三周

时间很快就过了三个星期了，在这个星期里，我已经接触到了对产品的检测，已经能够自己独立的分析一些简单的电路原理。

对于公司的产品种类，我在这三个星期之中都是只接触到同一种型号，因为这种型号的产品比较畅销，所以这个星期我都是非常的忙，非常的累。尽管如此，下班后还是要写周记的，毕竟才一个星期一篇。

这一个星期我学会了检测产品，对产品的检测包括很多的方面，例如要检验电源是否正常，工作电压有没有达到标准，产品的绝缘性能是否达到标准等。

从安装到测试，我在一点点的进步，一个产品能否正常的使用，在出厂产质量是否过关，这都需要质量检测人员细心的检测。

有这个星期，最让我一件难忘的事情是：有一天，我在安装一块电源板的时候发觉有一颗螺丝和其它的不同，我认为它是无关大雅的,然而负责带我实习的一个同事却对我说,这个螺丝是不符合标准的,要重新换上去。我说，这不碍事吧?他对我说：别看这是一个小小的螺丝，可是它能对产品带来非常大的隐患，如果这螺丝掉了下来，随时都可能让线路板短路。

我听了觉得非常的惭愧，同时也暗下决心：以后做事一定要细心，绝不能抱有侥幸的心理。

第四周

来这间公司实习快一个月了，这一个星期又学习到了新的东西，我接触到了对产品的维修。

因为一个偶然的机会，负责管理生产的主管对我说，有一批坏的返修的机器，你去试一下维修吧。

接触了维修，才发觉这份看起来很专业的工作其实也并不是我想像中那么难，因为在我维修机器的过程中，发觉大部份的问题都是比较容易解决的，例如电源部分没有电压，那可能会是变压器坏了，或者是稳压三极管坏了等等。

时光匆匆，我的大学生活即将结束，在过去的两年中，我怀着梦想走进校园，从那时起我就下定决心好好学习，努力丰富自己的生活，努力去实现自己的梦想。 在大学第一期时，刚刚进入学校，新的学习，新的生活，在那时我克服困难，乐观向上，努力学习，不断进取，紧抓专业的学习，在那时我就向党递交了入党申请书，始终紧跟党的步伐，时时刻刻保持党员的先进性，奋发向上。学校为我们提供了专业、系统、全面的教育，学校的教室大多配备了多媒体，让我们对知识有了更快、更好、更直观的学习，学校的图书馆也为我们提供了很多的学习资料，以及学习环境，此外，学校还为我们系统配备了专业机房，专业实训室，让我们能够更好地掌握专业技能，在实训的期间，我学到了许多书本上学不到的知识，这无疑是给了我一笔财富，实训让我的手工技术有了很大的提升，我喜欢实训，我热爱我们这个专业。

在这两年，我成长了许多，刚开始，我不习惯大学老师那种快速的教学方式，老师一节课讲了十几页，要是上课不认真听讲，恐怕连页数都不知道，刚进学校，还没有脱离高中的教学模式，所以对老师的教学很不适应。为了适应老师的上课进度，我开始每次上课前预习，下课后复习，我明白了，大学的学习就是要靠自己自觉的学习，老师要按时完成教学任务，我们就得自己课后学习，渐渐地我的思考能力有所提升。

学校里不仅为我们提供学习，而且还给我们提供了许多社团，活动。现在的社会我们不仅要学习好，而且还需要德智体美的综合发展，在学校我参加过机械系学习部，在学习部的时光里，我努力帮助他人学习，还去策划一些活动，这不仅丰富了我的课余生活,还提升我的组织能力。我曾参加志愿者活动，学校组织的校运会，这些活动，让我们减轻学习的压力，这应该就是所谓的学得轻松吧! 学会做人，学会做事，学会学习，这是我人生的三件大事，不管是现在还是将来，不论我将走向何方，我都会努力地践行这三点。这次的获奖要感谢学校给我好的学习氛围，感谢老师对我的谆谆教导，我现在取得的所有成绩不仅仅是我一个人努力的结果，更多的是得益于领导、老师、同学的帮助、得益于学院的良好育人机制。而对于未来并不能说明什么，真正能代表自己的只有自身的行动,我衷心感谢我尊敬的老师、同学和朋友们，谢谢你们一直在我身边帮助我，国家奖学金将一直鼓励我直面人生、积极进取，掌声终究会过去,奋斗的脚步还要继续我会一直跟进前进的步伐!

My name is, 25 years, graduated from the Mudanjiang Normal Collegemajor in English and I have been got the eight professional certificate inEnglish (test for English majors) and senior English teacher qualificationcertificate. Perhaps my situation on this place is pretty unlikely, aftergraduation because of personal interests I am gone to the HeilongjiangUniversity graduate college major in history.

机械专业实习周记七篇

篇一：

来这间公司实习有一段时间了，学习到了很多的东西，我接触到了产品生产的很多方面。所以我决定开始每周把实习的情况记录下来。

因为一个偶然的机会，负责管理生产的主管对我说，有一批坏的返修的机器，你去试一下维修吧。

接触了维修，才发觉这份看起来很专业的工作其实也并不是我想像中那么难，因为在我维修机器的过程中，发觉大部份的问题都是比较容易解决的，例如电源部分没有电压，那可能会是变压器坏了，或者是稳压三极管坏了等等。

还有三天就可以拿到我出到社会的第一份薪水，虽然并不是很多，只有几百块，但这是我的劳动所得，是我用汗水换得的，我想那种感觉一定是非常的开心的。

篇二：

进入了实习的第五周，已经渐渐的习惯了这种工作的日子。

在这个星期里我所做的事情都是和以前的差不多，没有再接触到其它型号的产品，看来我有机会的话应该和负责人申请一下接触一下其它的产品才行。毕竟只懂一样是不够的。

在这个星期里唯一让我觉得有点收获的地方是，我对我所接手的产品的电路原理图有了大概的了解，能够弄清它的工作原理。

它是用pic单片机来进行控制继电器，然后以开关量输出控制外部设备，例如电动的正反转，加热，却冷，卸压等，测温电阻pt100外接，用来控制染缸的温度。还可以检测染缸，料缸的水位等。这种染色机电脑已经能够满足一般染厂的所需，而且价格也很便宜。

我所接触到的染色机电脑型号为kb30d/led ，是一种换代的产品，产品设计的思路很简单，外围电路也较简单，其主要的技术在于单片机的编程设计，看来单片机在工业的应用是非常的广泛的。

我已经确定了自己的毕业论文题目为用单片机来控制的一种电子产品，具体是控制什么，还需要根据周围的环境选择一下。

篇三：

这个星期非常的开心，因为主管已经答应了我让我学习另一种型号的产品，我终于可以学习多点别的方面知识了，这真是非常值得开心的一件事。

这一个星期我接触的一种产品是dt100，是一种测温的小仪表，虽然元件非常的简单，但是却非常的值得去学习。

这个产品的主要芯片是：ic7107双积分式模/数转换集成电路，op07运算放大器等。外接pt100测温电阻，可以即时的测量出染缸里的水的温度。其工作原是主要是运用一些基准电压的比较，然后通过7107来显示出数值。

我所做的工作就是调试好标准的测温值。当pt100的阻值为119.4欧姆的时候，仪表应该显示的温度为50摄氏度。当pt100的阻值为138.5欧姆的时候，仪表应该显示的温度为100摄氏度。

调节这个并不是很复杂，但是他的思路非常值得借鉴，它有一定的难度，看来我应该再加强一下我的模拟电子知识才行。

篇四：

实习的时间接近了一个半月了，我在这一个半月的时间里，学到了很多在学校里学不到的东西，例如与同事相处，如何给他人留下一个好的印象等。

在这个星期有一件事让我觉得非常的难过。

事情的经过是这样的：

公司决定让我去浙江那边工作，我一开始觉得很不错，因为可以到外省去见识一下是很不错的，起码会让我的人生观有一个很大的转变，所以我没再多想其他就答应了公司的领导。

可是当告知家人的时候，家人对我说，你现在还没有毕业，还有毕业论文要做，出到外省去服务，肯定会没有什么时间再去做设计了，不要取小舍大，要分清事情的轻重。

我仔细考虑了一下，觉得家人说得很对，我读了这三年书，为的不就是要顺利毕业吗?我不能因为这么一件事而耽误了自己的学业，毕竟自己现在也只是一个学生，如果等毕业后再去考虑的话，我想那应该会好一些的。

于是我向公司说明我的原因，公司也没有说什么。谁知道在一次全体员工会议上，经理在会上说，有些员工做事没有决策力，舍不得广东的温暖，怕吃苦，不肯出去，也许他也有他的原因，但是一个不敢果断做判断的员工是不会有什么大的前途的。

我一听，我就听出来说的是我，虽然他没有点名，我当时的心情真是非常的伤心，怎么能这样说我呢?我虽然是一时冲动说要去，但也没有必要在会上这样说我吧，我再怎么说也还是个学生，要以学业为重。

篇五：

这个星期的心情稍微好了一些，虽然经过了上个星期的那件事情让我难受，但都已经过去了，没有必要再放在心里让自己难受了。

这一个星期里，我又接触了另一种新的产品kb，这是一种液晶显示的染色机电脑，是一种刚开发出来的产品，所用的元器件多为贴片元件，功耗较低，可能是技术力量有限，这种产品的不足之处非常多，设计的缺陷也很多。

看来一个公司的技术力量太过小的话，其竞争能力也会小很多。

硬件电路的设计不难，关键的是软件的编程，看来要上网去找一些资料才行，毕竟在学校里学到的东西是不能够来应付的。

在毕业设计方面，我决定了做一个单片机时钟控制电路。最可怜是最近要经常的加班，一回到宿舍里都已经晚上九点多了，身体非常的疲倦，也没有什么心情再去搜集资料之类的。看来只能推迟到下个星期再搜集资料了。

夜深了，要早点休息了，否则明天没精打采的就不好了。

篇六：

已经是第九周了，毕业设计的资料搜集在进行中，同时也回学校的图书馆里找了一些资料书，设计的思路在头脑里也有了一个大概的轮廓。

在这个星期里，公司开始了对我们这些新员工的培训，非常的简单，就是让我们在看看培训的影碟。这种培训的方式并不好，因为是利用我们休息的时间来进行的，所以我们根本没有什么精力去观看影片了。

真是够累了，又要搞设计，工作上又要培训，还得加夜班，看来这是对我的一种磨炼，我得经受挑战才行。

有一天，我因为昨天晚上找资料找得挺晚，所以在中午培训的时候忍不住打瞌睡了，结果被公司领导找去，写了一份检讨，真是可怜。。。。。。

对于kb这种产品，因为还在设计中，所以安装调试暂停了。

星期三的上午，公司开了一个新产品发布会，会上展示了三种新设计的产品，可是我个人认为实际设计并不完善，看来还有得要改的。不管怎么说，我现在还是先把我的毕业设计搞好再说吧!

篇七：

实习进入了第十周，时间过得飞快，看来我要加快毕业设计方面的工作才行。

这个星期又接触到了一种新的产品型号为kb，这是一种单色液晶显示的染色机，输出的功能较为齐全，技术也算比较完善了，但是有一点不足的是，抗干扰能力不够，很容易受到外界的因素从而使显示受到影响。

还有一点最让我头痛的是这个型号的产品安装非常的麻烦!拆下来的螺丝有一大把，安装好一台机器差不多要四十多分钟，这真是设计上的不足，既耽误了安装，又增加了维修时的时间。

虽然生活很充实，但是也很累! 可惜的是没有什么时间再放在解决上面这些问题上了，毕业设计还需要非常多的时间，加上最近一段时间断断续续的培训，真是让人感觉到身心疲惫。
