一、对听课、评课、议课、试讲及正式授课等讲授情况的概述

自三月六号起开端听课，先后听课约莫有一零零多节，而且作了听课记录。听课后，与指导老师、实习老师交流，将考试、高考并不与我们在大学里所学的讲授法对讲堂讲授的要求相抵牾。考试是形式，是一个让老师相识自己讲授效果的手段，也是一个让门生总结学习要领，促进门生学习的助推器。只是如今好多老师对这一手段、助推器的理解不对，应用的不是很好，以是因而导致了一些题目。如今的考试内容过于机械，频率过高，老师、门生，乃至领导、家长对考试的意义存有不妥的理解，以致对英语讲堂讲授孕育发生不良影响——上课以考试为目的。这恰好是舍本逐末。考试，重知识，轻技艺;重语法与词汇，轻情绪与计谋。从而误导老师上课也云云。以是我以为要做一个合格的老师，应该仔细研讨考纲、考点并把它机动的运用到讲堂上，而且擅长出考试题，出有质量的考试题，越发擅长让考试办事于讲堂讲授。当然做到这些需要学校领导的承认与支持。这些都是我当前的努力偏向。

实习时期和许多实习老师一样，我也觉得在大学所学的讲授法在这很难应用，是我们所学的讲授法有题目吗?是它太先辈而不能应用于这里的落伍现实吗?到底题目在哪?

二、对英语讲堂讲授与英语讲授法的思索

起首在这我自己得重新审视一下大学里所学的讲授法了，思索后对它有以下三点新的了解，觉得它在讲授中至少起到了“三条线”的作用。

第一条线，它是一个尺度，不论我们衡量一节课上的优劣，还是评价一个老师讲授水平的崎岖，我们都在有认识或无认识地用讲授法课上学到的知识去衡量。这远比只看考试结果要合理的多。既然是尺度那也就是偏向，也就是我们作为老师不停完善自己的参考尺度。要做一个合格的老师，做一个让门生喜好的老师，简单地说既要有学问魅力，又要有人格魅力;讲堂上讲授严谨又要不乏幽默，课下与门生打成一片，时刻进步自己。这些道理我们读懂，但详细怎样做才能有学问魅力，才能有人格魅力，这些我们就得参照讲授法课上所学，一点一滴的去慢慢学习、积累、探究了。

写教案从何动手，修正时应细致哪些题目;评课，议课应遵照什么样的准绳;与门生交流以及上课处置惩罚意外情况应该朝着哪个偏向;到了总结与反思的时候，那些是要改进的，哪些是要连续发扬的等等这些详细题目的办理我们都需要参照讲授法。

第二条线，它相称于一个脊梁、一副骨架支持起了讲堂讲授这副身躯;相称于葡萄枝，把一个个像葡萄一样既好吃又好看的独立运动连成一节课;相称于曲谱，只需放进歌词就可以成为完备动听的音乐。脊梁、葡萄枝、曲谱我们不常看见，也不大存眷，但他们的存在却不容轻忽，他们的作用也是不容轻忽的。

一些老师讲堂讲授也组织了不少运动，氛围很热闹，门生很活跃，但整节课似乎显得有点混乱，门生不知学到什么，讲授效果如何都难以测定，让人总觉得不知是多了点什么，还是少了点什么。觉得一节课就是用几个运动简单堆砌起来的。这样，几节课的重复与堆砌就是一个单元的讲授，几个单元讲授的重复与堆砌就是一学期的讲授。而讲授法不同，它让我们的堆砌有了章法，有了布局，可以堆出高楼大厦，也可以堆出艺术作品。总之，它让我们的讲堂活了起来，不必遵照什么死理，有了自己的生长偏向;让我们的讲授活了起来，可以四处走动。

第三条线，它相称于一个桥梁性的东西，让我们的讲授从应试教育陡峭的过渡到素质教育。

我们总是说应试教育害人不浅，对门生以“分”定能力崎岖;对老师以“分”定人为几多。这不光抹杀了门生的创造性，埋没了他们的潜力，乃至扭曲了他们的人格，形成门生逆反生理严重，高分低能等后果;同时糜费了老师的心血，乃至还要被家长唾骂，打击了老师改进讲授的信心，从而整体影响了国度的教育事业。因而不少人喊着要取消高考，取消考试才能实现素质教育，那可就大错特错了。从应试教育到素质教育过分，需要一个桥梁，至少在理论上需要讲授法这样一个桥梁。当然要实现素质教育还需要很多条件，比方高素质的老师是必不可少的，宽松的政策与相应的硬件办法也十分必要。但作为一名收费师范生，我们如今能做的就是按照讲授法上的要求去进步自己，去仔细准备好自己的每一节课，为国度教育事业尽自己一份力。
