机械专业顶岗实习个人总结范文

光阴似箭，日月如梭.转眼间， 愉快而又艰辛的实习工作快要结束了，在这二十多天里里，我们经历了从学生到教师的角色转换。在这二十多天的时间里，在教案的准备和书写上，在课堂的布置上，在课时的掌握上，都有了很大的提高。二十天的时间不长，但感受颇多。

现将在实习中的心得总结如下：

首先，实习是个人综合能力的检验。要想讲好课，除了英语基础知识功底深厚外，还需有一定的实践能力。作为一名教师，还要求有较强的表达能力，同时还要善于引导学生思考、调节课堂氛围等。这也要求了我们要改变传统而又枯燥的教学模式，大胆创新，不要老是束缚于老的教学方法中，在教学中要有自己独到之处，有新意。让学生在快乐的心情下上好每一节英语课，也方便于我毕业论文的研究。英语是语言。困此，除了课堂效果之外，还需要让学生多读，多讲，多练。为此，在早读时，口语操练时，我充分利用有效时间，发现问题及时纠正。课后发现学生作业问题也及时解决，及时讲清楚，让学生即时消化。另外，对部分不自觉的同学还采取强硬背诵等方式，提高他们的能力。

其次，此次实习，我深深体会到了积累知识的重要性。俗话说：要给学生一碗水，自己就得有一桶水。我对此话深有感触。这次实习虽有课本作参考，但学生常常问及课本以外的知识，有的还涉及到人文历史地理方面，确实够我折腾了的。晚自习下班辅导时，我们简直没有离开教室的机会，因为学生都一直问问题。而在这期间，我又与其他实习生进行交流，吸取经验弥补自己的不足。通过这次实习，我真正领会了以前一位学长送给我的一句话：“在学校要多看多学，到了社会总有用到的时候。”

人生难免会遇到挫折，没有经历过失败的人生不是完整的人生。在这个职位上，技术性的劳动并不多，大多是些琐碎重复的工作，因而秘书在工作中所会遇到的挫折主要可能发生在：与上司沟通不好;上司给的某份工作感觉吃力，难以胜任;对琐碎重复的工作感到怨烦;与上司发生争执;情感方面。

针对文员这个职位的特点，具体到挫折时，不妨从调整心态来舒解压力，面对挫折。遇到挫折时应进行冷静分析，从客观、主观、目标、环境、条件等方面，找出受挫的原因，采取有效的补救措施。树立一个辩证的挫折观，经常保持自信和乐观的态度，要认识到正是挫折和教训才使我们变得聪明和成熟，正是失败本身才最终造就了成功。学会自我宽慰，能容忍挫折，要心怀坦荡，情绪乐观，发奋图强。善于化压力为动力，改变内心的压抑状态，以求身心的轻松，重新争取成功，从而让目光面向未来。复印、传真、公文处理等文秘工作我都基本熟练。文秘管理要制发文件，处理文件和管理文件。在各种文件中，大部分具有不同程度的保密性，而且各级秘书人员经常接近领导，看一些重要文件，参加一些重要会议，所以，秘书人员在公共场合活动时要注意内外有别，把握分寸，对什么应该说什么不应该说要心中有数。准确，是对工作质量的要求。文秘管理的准确性是指正确体现政策，正确表达领导意图，正确地办文办事，言行有分寸，文字能达意。它在一定程度上保证领导工作的准备性。文秘管理的准确性，涉及的方面很多，简要地说，就是：办文要准，办事要稳，情况要实，主意要慎。而要做到这些，必须态度认真，作风过细，不能疏忽大意，不能马虎潦草。比如说办理公文，就要保证文件的质量，用词要准确，材料要真实，抄写要认真，校对要仔细，力求每一个环节都不发生差错。否则就会贻误工作，甚至酿成难以弥补的损失。

四、实习总结

我在实习的过程中，既有收获的喜悦，也有一些遗憾。也许是实习日子短和我并非文秘专业的关系，对文秘有些工作的认识仅仅停留在表面，只是在看人做，听人讲如何做，未能够亲身感受、具体处理一些工作，所以未能领会其精髓。但时通过实习，加深了我对文秘基本知识的理解，丰富了我的实际管理知识，使我对日常文秘管理工作有了一定的感性和理性认识。认识到要做好日常企业文秘管理工作，既要注重管理理论知识的学习，更重要的是要把实践与理论两者紧密相结合。通过在职的一个多月里，我深感自己的不足，我会在以后的工作学习中更加努力，取长补短，需心求教。相信自己会在以后的工作中更加得心应手，表现更加出色!不管是在什么地方任职，都会努力!
