三.实习过程

20xx年11月27日，我正式以一个新人的面孔朝气蓬勃的站在长春大成集团财务部主任的面前，开始了我为期2个多月的实习。在第一天的见面我表现得很好，表达流利自如，一一陈述了我的学校、班级、专业名称，实习目的以及在校期间取得过的一些小成绩，我相信我的谦虚与诚恳的态度一定能给主任留下不错的印象。果然主任顺利的同意了我的实习要求，并对我说：“在我们公司，你一定能够学到不少东西，好好干!”简短的一句话，给了原本对实际的工作还有些茫然的我很大鼓励。

第一天的实习，我有些拘谨。毕竟第一次坐在的办公室里，看到别人进进出出很忙碌的样子，我只能待在一边，一点也插不上手，心想我什么时候才能够融入进去呢。虽然知道实习生应该主动找工作干，要眼力有活，可是大家似乎并没有把我当作一个迫切需要学习的实习生看待，每个人都在忙着自己的工作。这样的处境让我有些尴尬，当即有些气馁的认为，难道我就这样呆坐到实习结束?难道大家都信奉那句教会小的饿死老的那句话?可是一想到目前大学生的实习情况似乎都是这样时，我马上开始平静自己的心情，告诉自己，不要急慢慢来。之前在家我在网上曾查了一些资料，我想应该会对我实习有帮助。

过一会主任拿来两本有关的书让我学习一下，并对我说公司出于经济原因，一大部分收入来源于工商注册，所以每个员工除了国贸工作外还要会公司注册。现在是月初，而国贸的大部分工作我还不能做，所以我现在的任务是先了解企业信息及业务流程，熟记下来。接下来的几天我一直在努力去学习贸易实务的知识，一有空就整理那厚厚的两本书，回家还查阅以前学过的《国际贸易实务》，上下班的车上也不停的背。其余的时间便是帮同事复印，收传真，跑银行等。这些工作听起来简单，可对我来说都是新鲜的，把每一次工作都当成是锻炼我的机会，认真地去完成每件事。每天很早到单位，沏茶倒水，拖地，擦桌子，我都做得井井有条，因为我想得到大家的认可。

实务的工作其实不难，只是较繁琐较细。没过几天我已经能够流利的回答令主任在午休间歇对我的快速问答。当然也有回答得模棱两可地方。主任对我说工作中的问题一定不能马虎大意，绝对不能讲“应该”“可能”，而是知道就是知道，不知道就是不知道，否则模棱两可的答案可能给客户带来巨大的损失。听了这番话，我很惭愧，想起平时自己在学习时的态度总是马马虎虎，对什么都一知半解，以为只要考试过了85分就对这门科目基本掌握了，其实差得太多了。我学的知识在工作中只能打60分而已。

几天下来，我对公司的各方面业务渐渐熟悉了，和同事间也有了了解和沟通。我的认真和好学终于得到了大家的认可。主任开始交给我新的工作，去外勤作报税申请等。虽然每天在路上的时间比在室内的时间长了很多，每天顶着烈日和桑那天穿梭于各办事窗口，可是我依然工作得很开心，毕竟我得到了么多经验：出现问题时如何与海关的工作人员沟通，如何独立完成第一次接触的工作。当然了，这些经验除了我自己亲身经历的外，更多的是公司了前辈给予我的指导，有了他们的帮助我才能更顺利更有信心的完成各种工作。其中给我印象最深的那次是我在代开信用证。跑了7次办事处。可是当我到了办事处领到申请表时，依然晕了。拿着表，看着单据，我一下子连购货方与销售方都分不出来了，销售单位应填写不含税单价也忘了，甚至是税率也搞不清了。当时心里急得要命，心想，填不出来就这样回去问他们的话也太丢脸了。我拿着文件袋一个人在大厅里问来问去，海关的工作人员态度很差把我推来推去的，最后也没问出答案。也许我的问题提得太小儿科了。没办法，我找了一个角落坐下来，拿着一堆表心平气和起来，反复仔细地看了看这些表，回忆了一下脑海里星星点点的知识点，再与这些表格上要填写的内容联系立起来，终于，又算又写又改把它们填好了。把填好的表格交上去，当看到工作人员阴转晴的表情和盖在上面的红章时，我的一颗心落地了。

快到月底时，公司的代理记帐业务开始繁忙。主任对我说，多学，多看，财务公司会接触不同类型企业的帐，如外资企业，高新企业，双软企业等。虽然我不能做真实务，但也会学到不少知识。我终于有机会看到真正的国贸实务了。我一有时间就泡在一个老国贸身边，把握机会要求给她帮忙，于是便有了自己动手的机会。开始的时候我帮忙钉凭证，这个工作不难，但要是定得漂亮整齐就得下一番功夫了。每次钉完一个凭证我就翻阅一下看看里面的凭证内容，和以前学的知识结合起来，又不懂的地方就问他们，他们不会一一告诉我，但我回家后就把以前的书出来查阅，这样既巩固了旧知识又学会了新知识。由于每天上下班我要做将近5个小时的车，为了不浪费这么多宝贵的时间，我每天都在包里装一本《国贸实务》，一上车就看书。一段时间下来，果然长进不少。其实国贸凭证的填制并不难，难的是分清哪些原始凭证，就是各种各样五花八门的单据。我除了公共汽车票外一个也不认识，什么机打单据，手写单据，商业，餐饮，更别说支票和银行进帐单了。连写着礼品的单据我也不知道怎么走账。想像平时我们学习的都是文字叙述的题，然后就写出分录，和实际工作有着天壤之别。大家都很忙，一天做几家帐，没有人有时间交我辨认，于是我就去图书馆找这方面的书，找到一本《单据知识问答》，看完以后，再区分那些票据，思路清晰多了，后来我自己也练习了登记帐凭证，做完后让前辈帮我订正，几天下来，我的业务熟练了许多。

学习完制作凭证，学习编制报表，实习单位全部使用的是国贸电算化，使用的是用友软件，于是在老国贸身边也学了不少国贸交易术语的内容。如如何建账，制凭证，审核，出报表等一系列流程。为了达到理论联系实践，我还在图书馆借了些鉴辨真假账，筹税，电算化的书，帮助我更容易地理解一些业务。很遗憾的是一个月的实习很快就结束了，好多东西我还没有学到，比如做所得税报表，填总分类帐等等，太多了。其实大学的结束，并不意味着学习的结束，相反，有更多的知识等待着我们去学习。实习结束后，我又有了大把的时间去看书，因为在实习的日子，每天下班回到家已经是8点多，已经疲惫的很难有时间和精力再去学习了。

是记录，计划，和总结错误。工作中坚决不犯同样的错误，对于工作要未雨绸缪，努力做到更好。

这一次的实习虽然时间短暂，虽然接触到的工作很浅，但是依然让我学到了许多知识和经验，这些都是书本上无法得来的。通过实习，我们能够更好的了解自己的不足，了解国贸工作的本质，了解这个社会的方方面面，能够让我更早的为自己做好职业规划，设定人生目标，向成功迈进一大步。

四.问题研究

下半年以来，美国经济大幅减速，欧洲经济20xx年走软，日本经济继续深陷泥沼。三大经济体增长同时放缓，这是20世纪90年代初期以来的首次，对世界经济的影响大大超过亚洲金融危机。世界经济减速导致外部需求增长放缓，势必也导致中国出口增长速度降低。

与美日欧经济相反的是，中国经济继续快速增长，成为全球经济主要亮点。在此反差的背景下，国际市场上竞争更加激烈，贸易摩擦不断发生，贸易中倾销与反倾销、贸易技术壁垒、反补贴、保障措施等更是频繁出现。中国出口面临的国际环境并不理想。

面对如此不理想的宏观国际环境，中国企业和其经营者有必要对自己出口营销策略进行重新认识和展望。

WTO和全球经济一体化让中国企业的经营空间变大了，可许多出口经营者的营销观念却一直停留在生产什么，出口什么的阶段;他们的眼睛只盯着自家门口，一心只与自己的同行竞争等等，这些中国企业在海外市场上大打价格战、低价竞销等恶性竞争极不利于企业成功开展海外营销。
