一、在思想上，爱国爱党，进取上进。

我认为教师不能把教书育人降低到只传授知识的层面上。我经过学习不断地在思想上、政治上、文化上充实自我，努力提高自我的从教素质。以无私奉献的精神去感染学生，以渊博的知识去培育学生，以科学的方法去引导学生，以真诚的爱心去温暖学生，以高尚的师德去影响学生，用健全的人格塑造一切学生的完美心灵，真正成为一名优秀的人民教师。

二、在教育教学上，敬业爱岗，严谨治教。

把学生教好，让学生成功，是每位教师最大的心愿、最高的荣誉。作为一名普通的中学政治教师，最紧迫的任务是具有新的教学理念、刻苦钻研。如何把课上得生动而趣味，才能够抓住学生的兴趣，从而显现出独特的上课风格。教学质量是学校的生命线，异常是我此刻担任毕业班的教学工作，深感肩负职责之重大，虽工作繁杂，但不敢懈怠，唯恐有负家长和学生。为此，我从以下几个方面努力提高教学质量。课前，我认真仔细的进行备课，根据本班学生特点，对教案进行认真的修改，课后布置的作业力求少而精，努力做到既减轻学生的负担，又提高教学质量。其次，教学中培养学生良好的学习习惯。如教会学生预习的方法，坚持课前预习，让学生在预习中发现问题，带着问题上课，鼓励学生大胆质疑，在教学中营造民主平等的学习氛围等。鼓励学生主动学习，运用自主、探究、合作的学习方式。再次，在教学中渗透本班的德育课题教育，充分利用教材中的好的资料对学生进行思想品德等教育。如我班开展了“我是爱清洁、讲卫生的好学生”等主题班会，让学生们经过自我的努力，认真的收集资料，刻苦的排练，使主题班会开得很成功，这不仅仅锻炼了他们的本事，也使他们懂得了不少的卫生保健方面的知识。

当教师不仅仅能熟练地驾驭教材，还必须要有创新意识。教学不能总是一成不变、千人一面。教师最好能让枯燥、乏味的课业变得生动而趣味，让学生在不知不觉中体会到学习的乐趣。作业要少一些，多增加一些实践性、活动性的作业。使学生学习生活更加丰富多彩。“一节课就是一次挑战、一节课就是一次收获!”我并不觉得自我是在奉献，因为从中我不断品味着创新的欢乐、收获的喜悦。

多少个宁静的夜晚，我忍耐寂寞，为了备好一堂课，我认真钻研教材好几遍，我翻阅很多书籍。夜晚11点以前没睡过觉，有时，为了完成教育教学任务，我放弃休息时间加班加点。

应对困难，我曾灰心丧气，怨天尤人过，有时我真觉得自我快忍无可忍了，当一名教师并不像人们想象的那样完美。但我深知自我当教师的处境，我努力搞好教学，苦练教学基本功，业余时间没放弃过自学。时光荏苒，我每一天一如往日的穿梭于教室与办公室之间。“一分耕耘，一分收获，”我的心血没有白费，在五年中，每学年单位组织期末测评，我所教班级的成绩均名列前茅，受到了学校领导和教师及学生、家长的好评。

三、在课余时，努力自学，勇攀高峰。

几年来，我努力刻苦学习科学文化知识，教学工作中认真钻研新课标，做推进素质教育，实施新课标精神的带头人，严格按新课程标准的要求进行教学工作。具有了独立完成中学教学和处理教材的本事，文化知识水平明显胜任中学一级教师职务。严谨治教，刻苦钻研业务，不断学习新知识，探索教育教学规律，改善教育教学方法。

进取参加教育教研活动，计算机作为信息时代的主要载体，在素质教育中占据了极其重要的地位。如何挖掘学生潜能，提高学生素质，尤其是利用计算机解决实际问题的本事，显然和计算机有着直接的、密切的关系。所以，教师学习计算机成了当今教师的必修课程，也是形式所迫。为了能将多媒体运用自如，强化自我的基本功训练，我除在学校进取参加计算机培训以外。还自我购买了不下百余元的资料书，在家自学。如今已经能较好地制作幻灯片课件。并经常在各种“博客”中与网络上的各地教师交流教学计划、总结论文及教学设计等等教学经验。把生活和工作中感人和发人深思的点点滴滴记录下来，提高自身的修养。

四、在实践中思考，不断探索班主任工作新思路。

(一)、我认为班主任工作的首要职责是经过教育教学工作，要使学生受到热爱党、热爱人民的思想教育;受到孝敬父母、关心他人、助人为乐的教育;培养热爱科学、勇于实践和创新的精神;增强保护环境的意识和社会职责感，陶冶学生的爱美的情趣;还要使学生从学会观察问题和分析问题的正确思想方法。

(二)作为一名班主任，、要有敏锐的眼光，发现存在的问题。从一些媒体上，我发现人们的法律意识淡薄，侵害学生权利的事情时有发生。针对这一情景，我配合学校很多宣传与学生安全利益有关的法律法规，与学生共同讨论。从此，我成了学生们的知心朋友。

(四)、实行素质教育，创立一个良好的班团体，培育学生完整人格，这是班主任肩上责无旁贷的重任。我认为，班主任在有效地进行班级管理的过程中，不能仅靠一个或几个教师严格管理，关键是要教育和指导学生学会自我管理，使每个学生做到既是管理的对象，又是管理的主体，到达“管，是为了不管”的目的。所以，我们要设身处地的为学生研究，发现学生，解放学生。在活动中，人人争当主持人，争当主角，进取参与，每个学期下来，都有三分之二以上的学生作过了班会的主持人，增加了自信，培养了本事。班级工作中，建立良好的班团体，有时，我看到窗台上有灰尘，炉子不旺，或者炉子边没收拾好，我会默默地收拾好，而第二天，学生们会自觉地收拾，这个表率作用比大发雷霆要好得多。“身正为范”，由于我的言传身教，我们班的纪律是十分好的，基本上没有发生教师，家长和学生之间的纠纷，异常是学生之间能团结互助，和谐相处。
