旅游英语专业实习报告

11年我很有幸来到南邮吴江学院，在院校期间我学的时间旅游英语专业。很感谢院领导和老师们的细心指导和教育。三年学习期间，我顺利的通过了学校的专业考试，为以后的就业打好基础。

匆匆时光转眼间就来到了11年。这是我们即将实习的一年，在学校的精心安排下，我们在离校的前几个月期间，除了认真完成院校学习任务外，还多次组织我们参加校内的招聘活动。

离校后，我返回了家乡，回到家中，我也在为我以后工作伤透脑筋。在经过一段彷徨与思考后，我决定留在家乡，我要将自己在学校所学的知识与实际运用相结合，为自己家乡的繁荣贡献自己小小的一份力，也为自己以后的工作打下基础。

在经过一段应聘后，我很高兴成为扬中市中远有机硅有限公司的一名职员。我们公司是扬中市一家私营企业，我主要的工作是前台接待。

工作收获及体会

（一）、在实践中学习，努力适应工作。这是我毕业之后的第一份工作，作为一个新人，刚加入公司时，我对公司的运作模式和工作流程都很生疏，多亏了领导和同事的耐心指导和帮助，让我在较短的时间内熟悉了前台的工作内容还有公司各个部门的职能所在。也让我很快完成了从学生到职员的转变。

都说前台是公司对外形象的窗口，短短的三个月也让我对这句话有了新的认识和体会。接待公司来访的客人要以礼相迎，接听和转接电话要态度和蔼，处理办公楼的日常事务要认真仔细，对待同事要虚心真诚……点点滴滴都让我在工作中学习，在学习中进步，受益匪浅。

（二）、学习公司企业文化，提升自我。加入到神州长城这个大集体，才真正体会了“勤奋，专业，自信，活力，创新”这十个字的内涵，我从领导和同事的敬业中感受到了这种文化，在这样好的工作氛围中，我也会以这十个字为准则来要求自己，以积极乐观的工作态度投入到工作中，踏踏实实地做好本职工作，及时发现工作中的不足，及时地和部门沟通，认真听取领导及同事的意见，争取把工作做好，做一个合格，称职的员工。这也一直是今后工作努力的目标和方向。

（三）、拓展自己的知识面，不断完善自己。三个月的工作也让我产生了危机意识，工作中会接到一些资料和客户打来比较专业的咨询电话，所以单靠我现在掌握的知识和对公司的了解是不够的，我想以后的工作中也要不断给自己充电，拓宽自己的知识，减少工作中的空白和失误。初入职场，难免出现一些小差小错需领导指正；但前事之鉴，后事之师，这些经历也让我不断成熟，在处理各种问题时考虑得更全面，杜绝类似失误的发生。

时间过得很快，转眼已经大三了，然而大多数人对本专业的认识还是不够，学校为了使我们更多了解机电产品、设备，提高对机电工程制造技术的认识，加深机电在工业各领域应用的感性认识，开阔视野，了解相关设备及技术资料，熟悉典型零件的加工工艺，特意要求了我们到一家拥有较多类型的机电一体化设备，生产技术较先进的工厂进行参观实习。为期半个月的生产实习，我和张青去了宝鸡市陈仓区天王镇星光机械加工工厂。了解工厂的生产情况，与本专业有关的各种知识，各厂工人的工作情况等等。亲身感受了所学知识与实际的应用，电子技术在机械制造工业的应用了，精密机械制造在机器制造的应用了，等等理论与实际结合。

机械制造的发展趋势可以归结为“四个化”：柔性化、灵捷化、智能化、信息化。

接下来我到了精密机床车间，顾名思义，精密机床厂是生产一些加工精度较高，技术要求高的机床设备的大型车间，主要加工的是机床内部的一些精度等级较高的小部件或者一些高精度的机床，如m级，mm级平面磨床。由于加工要求较高，所以机器也比较精密，所以有些也要在恒温这个环境下伺候它们呢。这样才能保证机床的工作性能，进而保证加工零件的加工精度要求。

在听了工人师傅的讲解后，明白了一般零件的加工过程如下：

胚料---划线---刨床(工艺上留加工余量)--粗车--热处理，调质--车床半精加工--磨--齿轮加工--淬火(齿面)--磨面

齿轮零件加工工艺：

粗车--热处理--精车--磨内孔--磨芯，轴端面--磨另一端面--滚齿--钳齿--剃齿--铡键槽--钳工--完工

精机车间有三个用于加工磨头体的加工中心和几台数控机床，数控机床的体积小，价格相对比较便宜，加工比较方便，加工中心有一个刀床和多个工作台同时对多个工作面进行加工，不仅避免了由于基准不重合产生的误差，提高了加工精度，而且也大大提高了加工效率，但是加工中心体积大，价格昂贵，而且对环境要求较高，这就提高了产品的成本，一般选择加工经济性较高的零件或者精度要求高的关键零件。

在精机车间的实习中，极大地丰富了自己关于零件加工工艺的知识，拓展了自己的知识面。在这次实习中，感触最深的是了解了数控机床在机械制造业中的重要性，它是电子信息技术和传统机械加工技术结合的产物，它集现代精密机械、计算机、通信、液压气动、光电等多学科技术为一体，具有高效率、高精度、高自动化和高柔性等特点，是尖端工业所不可缺少的生产设备。目前我国绝大部分数控机床都是出自国外先进制造商，无论在数量上，精度，性能指标上，中国制造业都远远落后于发达国家，需要我们奋起直追。

实习期间，通过学习车工.我作出了自己设计得工艺品，铣工、车工、刨工得实习每人都能按照图纸要求作出1个工件;最辛苦得要数车工和钳工，车工得危险性，再1天中我先要把握开车床得要领，然后按照图纸要求车出锤子柄.1个下午下来虽然浑身酸痛，可是看到自己平生第1次再工厂中作出得成品，我喜不自禁，感到很有成就感.本次实习给我得体会是：

一、通过本次实习我明白了现代机械制造工业得生产方式和工艺经过.熟悉工程材料主要成形办法和主要机械加工办法及其所用主要设备得工作原理和典型结构、工夹量具得使用以及安全操作技术.明白机械制造工艺知识和新工艺、新技术、新设备再机械制造中得应用.

二、再工程材料主要成形加工办法和主要机械加工办法上，具有初步得独立操作技能.

三、再明白、熟悉和把握一定得工程基础知识和操作技能经过中，培养、增加和加强了我门得工程实践能力、创新意识和创新能力.

四、培养和锻炼了劳动观点、质量和经济观念，强化遵守劳动纪律、遵守安全技术规则和爱护国家财产得自觉性，增加了我门得整体综合素质.

五、再整个实习经过中，对我得纪律要求非常严格，制订了实习安全规则，同时加强对实习日记、清理机床场地、遵守各工种得安全操作规程等要求，对我得综合工程素质培养起到了较好得促进作用.

总结：历时将近半个月的实习结束，该次实习，真正到达机械制造业的第一前线，了解了我国目前制造业的发展状况也粗步了解了机械制造也的发展趋势。在新的世纪里，科学技术必将以更快的速度发展，更快更紧密得融合到各个领域中，而这一切都将大大拓宽机械制造业的发展方向。

它的发展趋势可以归结为“四个化”：柔性化、灵捷化、智能化、信息化。即使工艺装备与工艺路线能适用于生产各种产品的需要，能适用于迅速更换工艺、更换产品的需要，使其与环境协调的柔性，使生产推向市场的时间最短且使得企业生产制造灵活多变的灵捷化，还有使制造过程物耗，人耗大大降低，高自动化生产，追求人的智能于机器只能高度结合的智能化以及主要使信息借助于物质和能量的力量生产出价值的信息化。

当然机械制造业的四个发展趋势不是单独的，它们是有机的结合在一起的，是相互依赖，相互促进的。同时由于科学技术的不断进步，也将会使它出现新的发展方向。前面我们看到的是机械制造行业其自身线上的发展。然而，作为社会发展的一个部分，它也将和其它的行业更广泛的结合。21世纪机械制造业的重要性表现在它的全球化、网络化、虚拟化、智能化以及环保协调的绿色制造等。它将使人类不仅要摆脱繁重的体力劳动，而且要从繁琐的计算、分析等脑力劳动中解放出来，以便有更多的精力从事高层次的创造性劳动，智能化促进柔性化，它使生产系统具有更完善的判断与适应能力。当然这一切还需要我们大家进一步的努力。

江苏星光发电设备有限公司六个发展历程

在创易金属制品公司车桥厂的实习，地机械加工及典型零件的生产技术过程。典型的机电一体化产品和设备的生产过程、培养收集资料的能力及分析问题的能力，使地学习、机械工程专业知识。机械加工工艺了左壳–锥齿轮差速器典型零件的机械加工 工艺过程，听了技术人员对其的分析。并记下了该零件的工艺过程卡和工序卡等工艺文件。如下：（对应的工艺过程卡、工艺简图和工序卡见附录）

汽车转弯时，左右 两边轮子的行程不同，转速不同，为防止转弯时滑动、滑拖，使用差速器调节两边轮子的转速。左壳–锥齿轮差速器是用来固定支承轴承，防止微尘和外来颗粒侵入到锥齿轮差速器里面和防止锥齿轮差速器里面的润滑油外泻。零件结构简单，在结构上成对称分布。生产纲领约为63000个，属于大批量生产。

毛胚的选择

零件是由毛胚加工而成。在现生产条件下，毛胚主要有铸件，锻件和冲压件等几个种类。铸件是把熔化的金属液浇注到预先制作的铸型腔中，待其冷却凝固后的零件毛胚。在机械中，铸件的重量大都占总机重量的50%，它是零件毛胚的最主要来源。铸件的优点是它可以是形状的零件毛胚，是内腔的零件毛胚，此外，铸件成本低廉。其缺点是在其生产过程中，工序多，铸件质量难以控制，铸件机械性能较差，锻件是冲击力或使用，加热后的金属胚料产生塑性变形，从而的零件毛胚。锻件的结构程度往往不及铸件。，锻件的内部组织，从而的机械性能。用于做承受重载和冲击载 荷的机器零件和工具的毛胚，冲压件是冲床和专用模具，使金属板料产生塑性变形或分离，从而的制体。冲压通常是在常温下，冲压件重量轻，刚性好，尺寸精度高等优点，在情况下冲 压件可直接零件使用。选择毛胚还应该考虑的原因

（1）零件的力学性 能要求 相同的的材料采用不同的毛胚制造的方法，其力学性能不同。铸铁的强度，离心浇注，浇注的铸体，金属型浇注的铸体，沙型浇注的铸体依次递减；钢质零件的锻造毛胚，其力学性能高于钢质棒料和铸钢体。

（2）零件的结构形状和外廓尺寸，直径相差不大的阶梯轴宜采用棒料。相差时宜采用锻件。形状的毛胚不宜采用金属型铸造。尺寸的毛胚，不宜采用摸锻，压铸和精铸。多采用沙型铸造和自由锻造。外型的小零件宜采用精密铸造的方法
