(10)车床未停稳，禁止在车头上取工件或测量工件。

今年1-3月份，我正式走进东莞市博森塑胶地面材料有限公司，开始了自己人生中的第一份实习工作。实习期间，我的工作职位是英语外贸业务员，工作的主要任务是进行海外客户的开发与维护。

实习期的工作内容，前期主要包括浏览本公司的网站，掌握和熟悉本公司产品的主要特性与应用。同时参考国内外同行业各相关公司的网站，对本行业与产品有一个更深刻、更全面的了解。中期的工作内容是集中进行海外客户的搜索与整理，挖掘一切相关的潜在客户的资料信息。并针对不同客户的需求与产品的不同功能，撰写多封客户开发信，然后进行分类与修改。后期便是利用公司分发的邮箱子帐号，耐心给客户一一发送开发邮件。如果客户对产品有兴趣，要及时跟客户进行沟通与交流，尽可能促成客户下订单。

通过实习，我对国内外橡胶地面材料行业的基本状况和发展前景有了大致的了解，对外贸的实际操作流程和外贸业务员应具备的基本素质和能力有了一定的掌握。也准备努力学习更多相关的理论知识，提高自己的专业水平，为正式工作做好更充分的准备。

这两个月的实习收获有很多。我不仅积累了一定的社会经验和工作经验，同时也了解到了更多的我外贸相关知识，为我以后的职业道路奠定了一定的基础。实习期间，我能将在学校学到的商务英语相关知识应用到实际工作中来，并发挥我作为一名英语专业毕业生在英语各方面的优势，努力学习和从事我自己一直喜欢和期望发展的外贸行业，是我实习期间最高兴也是我最值得欣慰的一件事情。工作中，我既锻炼了自己的耐心与毅力，同时又提高了自己的英语水平。另外，我选择了自己喜欢并有意在此长远发展的城市，还认识了一群优秀的同事和尊敬的上司，也是我实习期间宝贵的收获。

实习生活，感触是很深的，提高的方面很多，但对我来说最主要的是工作能力的进步。自走进博森开始，我本着积极肯干，虚心好学、工作认真负责的态度，让自己以最快的速度融入公司，发挥自己特长。实习单位的反馈情况表明，在实习期间反映出我具有较强的适应能力，具备了一定的学习能力和沟通能力，能很好的完成企业在实习期间给我布置的工作任务。
