(一)坎坷求职，接受培训

我已经回家一个月了，和家人一起过了欢乐祥和的鼠年，如今，三月即到，所有的中小学及大学都逐渐忙碌起来，新的学习开了，他们都在为自己新的学习任务定下了强有力的计划，都不愿意落后于别人。而我呢，也不例外，我是一名将要大学毕业的学生，已经顺利的完成了在校的所有任务，接下来就是要在校外的顶岗实习——毕业之前的最后一次校外考核。

我当然不想虚度这三个月，由于我在学校所签的船厂要求我们7月报到，所以在这之前我决定去找个机械厂完成顶岗实习。我不想出门太远，所以联系在当地的一家知名企业里完成最后的考核，要去这个企业实习的确有点困难，因为他们基本不需要实习生，我向他们如实说明了具体情况，希望他们能够帮助我和协同学校共同完成这个任务，为我们学生创造基本的工作需求。

我原以为可能会进不了这个机械公司，因为他们对技工类员工要求相当严格，何况我还是个实习生。我在家里敬盼佳音，很焦急也很彷徨，就这样过了一段时间，终于在最后我接到他们的电话，他们同意帮我完成这个实习科目，并希望我能尽快上岗，我很兴奋的答应他们22号上岗 。

(二)熟悉企业，从小做起

我所进入的这个企业核心品牌产品是各类挤砖设备，销售全国各地，并远销周边多国，所以我就要熟悉产品的生产流程。在安全培训期间，我详细地请教张师傅一些关于砖机生产的不解之问，大致对整个砖机设备的生产过程有了初步的了解，其中部分设备生产车间的工艺方法有了较大的改善，初步实现了光控自动化生产方式，这大大改善了工人的劳动强度，同时提高了企业的生产效益，但我也看到大多数生产车间依然保留着传统的生产方式，这与企业目前的发展状况有关，实现完全自动化还要很长的路要走。陕西皇城建材机械(集团)有限公司(以下简称“陕皇”)是国家及地方重点企业，有着很强的创新和研制砖机的能力，其生产环节大致分为：研发设计环节，冶炼环节，生产加工环节以及组装环节。

张师傅对我说，即使你很清楚这些砖机生产过程，也会在实际中遇到复杂的问题。任何员工要能自己解决所面临的困难，从实际中的基础做起是关键，逐渐积累和丰富自己的工作经验。我也深知这一点，所以在以后安排工作上，我不能有任何挑剔。我可能被张师傅会安排在环境较差的一线去工作，这个我也会欣然接受，不管做什么事情都要一步一步、踏踏实实的干，从点滴出发，这也对我以后人生道路有很大的磨砺，我很高兴，这也能使我能熟练和掌握最基本的操作技能，加强锻炼自己的实践能力。我看到很多生产车间日夜兼程地无休止的工作，其中的艰辛疲惫只有他们能感受到，我也做好了充分的心理准备，以饱满的精神状态迎战这次难得的实习机会。

(三)安排工作，服从管理

这个周一早上我像往常按时上班，突然接到张师傅的电话，他急促的说尽快去他的办公室，给我安排岗位，这周双休日取消。我一头雾水，什么事这么急，还取消双休日，但还是硬着头皮以最快的步伐赶往张师傅的办公室，想问明白出了什么情况。后来我才知道，原来陕皇最近接到一大批订单，要在规定的时间内完成硕大的任务，势必要增加工人的劳动强度和劳动时间，本周双休日取消，我也不例外的和他们一起工作。刚开始，我有点不情愿，毕竟我的顶岗实习刚刚步入正轨，张师傅就让我去加班，让我很难接受事实。

我可能习惯学校有规律，比较自由的生活。即将毕业之前，我第一次真实的接触人流不息、错综复杂的社会，所见所想与理想形成强烈的反差，这让我深深的领悟到自己对社会广泛了解的严重不足，缺乏工作和生活阅历。我想了很久，还是按张师傅的要求去做吧，双休日就不休了，初到陕皇，必须要有良好的员工素质，服从管理分配，还有就是这对我自己也不是没有好处，趁早学会基本的操作技能和严谨的科学方法，对以后的发展垫下扎实的基础。

通过对陕皇多半个月的学习和了解，我基本上清楚陕皇的核心产品和重要的工艺流程，同时也给其他老员帮过微不足道的小忙。张师傅终于给我安排了具体工作，把我安排在组装车间。在组装车间干了一周，感觉很累，但是让我看到工人灵活的手法和精湛的技术，顿时无比高兴，同几名老员工负责组装设备的一个构件，最后由多个工人通过起吊架把许多构件吊装成一个完整的设备。我只能在其中为他们拿些专业的安装工具协助工作，对于组装中遇到一些不解的技术问题只能保留，在空闲的时间去请教这些老师傅们。虽然在组装车间我只能算上小小的技术工，但是我坚信每个熟练的员工的第一步都同我一样从最基层、最基本的岗位做起，一步一步走向成功。

很高兴贵酒店能给我这次应聘的宝贵机会，之所以决定来参加这个岗位的应聘是因为我有以下几方面的有利条件：

一是我有较为丰富的客房、餐厅工作经验和相关知识。熟悉酒店客房经营管理的各个环节和操作规程。

二是有较强的工作能力。我在日常生活和工作中注意不断地加强个人修养和业务能力，以“认认真真履行职责，扎扎实实搞好工作”为信条，言行与酒店保持高度一致，踏实肯干，诚实待人。经过多年学习和锻炼，自己的工作能力、组织协调能力、判断分析能力、处理应变能力都有了很大提高。我认为我完全能够胜任客房主管工作。
