Education background

In 1995 I entered the Nanjing University of Science &Technology (NUST) -- widely considered one of the China’s best engineering schools. During the following undergraduate study my academic records kept distinguished among the whole department. I was granted First Class Prize every semester and my overall GPA(89.5/100) ranked No.1 among 113 students. In 1999 I got the privilege to enter the graduate program waived of the admission test. I selected the Shanghai Jiao Tong University to continue my study for its best reputation on Combinatorial Optimization and Network Scheduling where my research interest lies.

At the period of my graduate study my overall GPA(3.77/4.0) ranked top 5% in the department. In the second semester I became teacher assistant that is given to talented and matured students only. This year I won the Acer Scholarship as the one and only candidate in my department which is the ultimate accolade for distinguished students endowed by my university. Presently I am preparing my graduation thesis and trying for the honor of Excellent Graduation Thesis.

Research experience and academic activity

When a sophomore I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. In 1997 I participated in simulation tool development for the scheduling system in Prof. Wang’s lab. With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. In 1998 I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis &dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

In 1999 I joined the distinguished Professor Yu-Geng Xis research group aiming at Network flow problem solving and Heuristic algorithm research. Soon I was engaged in the FuDan Gene Database Design. My duty was to pick up the useful information among different kinds of gene matching format. Through the comparison and analysis for many heuristic algorithms I introduced an improved evolutionary algorithm -- Multi-population Genetic Algorithm. By dividing a whole population into several sub-populations this improved algorithm can effectively prevent GA from local convergence and promote various evolutionary orientations. It proved more efficiently than SGA in experiments too. In the second semester I joined the workshop-scheduling research in Shanghai Heavy Duty Tyre plant. The scheduling was designed for the rubber-making process that covered not only discrete but also continuous circumstances. To make a balance point between optimization quality and time cost I proposed a Dynamic layered Scheduling method based on hybrid Petri Nets. The practical application showed that the average makespan was shortened by a large scale. I also publicized two papers in core journals with this idea. Recently I am doing research in the Composite Predict of the Electrical Power system assisted with the technology of Data Mining for Bao Steel. I try to combine the Decision Tree with Receding Optimization to provide a new solution for the Composite Predictive Problem. This project is now under construction.

Besides In July 20xx I got the opportunity to give a lecture in English in Asia Control Conference (ASCC) which is one of the top-level conferences among the world in the area of control and automation. In my senior year I met Prof. Xiao-Song Lin a visiting professor of mathematics from University of California-Riverside I learned graph theory from him for my network research. These experiences all rapidly expanded my knowledge of English and the understanding of western culture.

it is not a piece of news to implement the role-playing games into college students’ classroom any more, however, both chinese and foreign

researchers have studied this application for a long time via the perspective of culture or

the types and topics of tasks. all of them want to explore the important role of role-playing games in college students’ classroom. in this thesis, the author does not tend to

build up a new model of class interaction but aims to give abundant evidences to prove that

using role-playing games can change college students’ reticence indeed by promoting and enhancing

college english teaching and learning ,and adjusting ways of students’ and teacher’s

strategies. moreover, the author aims to present some implications along with tactics for

teachers to enhance classroom interaction, which makes for having a better understanding

of each other and making their teaching and learning more effective.

role-playing games, as it is, encourage students increasing their language store by listening to

real authentic linguistic material and the output of their partners in discussion, communicati

on or dialogue journals. in role-playing games, there is an interaction between student and student, student and teacher, which

up to now, many researchers and teachers from home and abroad have been attached importance to

the effects of role-playing games on changing college student’s reticence. many studies have been done in this

respect.

1. unfavorable effects of reticence on students’ english proficiency

the seminal study in this area is by wang xuehua (), who points out that many college

students of english regarding english as a second or foreign language have been diagnosed as

reticent learners in the recent esl/efl literature. they are unwilling to participate in

classroom activities and reluctant to give responses, even do not want to ask questions, which

pushes the atmosphere of class dead as a doornail. it is so universal to find that there are

so many reluctant speakers, and it is acceptable if active participation were not important in

language learning, however, it is in mainland china where english can not be used daily so that

language practice is the basic guarantee for the improvement of language competence. moreover,

either for personal needs or for environmental requirement the ability to communicate frequently in english comes to be the premise now.

drawing upon wang xuehua, luo yongqin()

takes the argument a step further and observes that the dominant role in class is mixed in the

traditional teaching of english. that is, excessive teacher domination and language structural

knowledge privileged leads to students’ lack of practicability. it is a limitation for

students to learn english feasibility, practicability and effectiveness. in luo’s opinion,

role-play activities, as an effective solution, along with much material in the textbook is

available to carry out the interaction, which makes for cultivating students’ interest in

learning and encouraging them to use english socially. however, there are also many limitations

and difficulties in putting role-

play teaching into classes, for example, the contradiction between linguistic competence and

communicative competence, misunderstanding of the dominant role between teacher and students

in class, the difficulty of implementing role-playing games with over 30 students in a class and so on. (zou yan, )they are remained to be solved.

somewhat in contrast to wang and luo, wu bian () agreed with the opinion that traditional

teaching method has some negative effects in english language teaching and learning, while he

emphasis to create a positive classroom atmosphere. it is vital to create an open and

democratic atmosphere where students are easy to express their thoughts and opinions during

discussion. as senior (1997) points out ‘an atmosphere of classroom cohesion was a necessary

precondition for the development of linguistic proficiency’. a comfortable atmosphere brings

out a familiarity for students to achieve affective objective of language learning. in addition,

it is a feasible way to minimize classroom anxiety. role-playing games combined with listening, speaking and body language encourage two or more partners

to perform humorously, freely and pleasurably.(van ments, 1983) it is stressed that efficient learning takes place in an atmosphere where

subjects have no ware of the threat to the self-image and external criticism is maintained to a minimum and self-evaluation is encouraged.

taking the argument in a new direction, yu jiaona proposed that role-playing teaching play an important role in students’ productive vocabulary

learning, referring

to swain’s output hypothesis and cooperative learning theory. as merrill swain proposed,

output activity promotes students internalizing what they say, and making themselves as a

main part of it. by developing their own independent cognitive thinking competence through

output activities can improve the effect of target output in english learning. (harmer, j,

)it is an invention to turn invisible knowledge into vivid act by changing the teaching method

from teacher-centered instruction to student-centered approach in a limited time. with a large body of statistics of experiment, it is

accurate point out that role-

play teaching is a more effective teaching approach for students’ productive vocabulary

learning than traditional teaching approach.

2. role-playing games

one important research study that demonstrates this is conducted by ma jie (), who

discovers that role-playing teaching makes for expanding the possibility of training students’ communicative

ability greatly. ‘interaction is the collaborative exchange of thoughts, feelings, or ideas

between two or more people resulting in a reciprocal effect on each others’ (brown, ).

role-play is designed according to students’ knowledge structure, for examining their relevant

knowledge reserve. to choose the topic which students are interest in and is divergent is

better for the curriculum activities and knowledge absorbing. while in the role-play games, the effect of teachers can not be neglected, they can encourage students to carry

on with other styles in english when students are trapped. but it is not wisdom to give

answers to students directly. (song xuejun, )

in a much different study that yields similar results, ji yan () put forward that there is

a discrepancy on english teachers’ roles between students’ expectations and teachers’

class-room behaviors. (zhou xing, zhou yun, )her research indicates that the new teaching model should be cultivated by transforming from

a teacher-centered pattern to a student-centered pattern, in which students are encouraged to build up the ability to use language and

to learn independently in addition to language knowledge and skills. (he cuiyu, )despite, the role of teacher can not be ignored as well, as they play more important roles in

fostering autonomic learning, which is the key to develop a comprehensive ability and quality

of learners. seeing from her research findings, we can obtain these information, 1) teachers

should have a better understanding of autonomous learning and lead students to form a correct

concept of autonomous learning; 2) teachers should pay more attention to self-

improvement so that transform the roles from teachers to students; 3) teachers should provide

abundant chances for students to have a better learning methods and strategies which fits

themselves.

from a similar perspective, johnson, k () argues that as suggested by the name, role-playing games are played face to face, asking members involved in the acting role. players are

asked to choose a character to put up and storytelling with rules, furthermore, students

should have a clear understanding to determine the objectives, define the contents and

progressions, and select the methods and techniques to be used and so on. he emphasis the

ability with ‘ a potential capacity to act in a given situation but not the actual behavior

of an individual is the essential factor concluded in the role-playing games.

the previous researches are almost convincing in the showing that there are more benefits role-play games can bring out for students’ language proficiency and it is necessary to pay more

attention

to change the way teachers teaches in the traditional way. but very few of them seem to have

realized that does role-playing teaching effect a permanent cure to change students’ reticence? this study will make

an attempt to explore the final result of this question and try to come up with more effective

implications for both teachers and students to be in better control of knowledge teaching and learning.

4. the contents and methodology:

in this thesis, the author wants to explore the important role of interaction in english teaching and

learning and analyze the role of teacher and student played in classroom interaction. after that,

the author would conclude the function of role-playing games in changing students’ reticence along with some implications for both students and

2020年7月商务英语专业大学生实习目的

一、毕业生基本情况

我系商务英语专业XX届毕业生共20人。全部学生至实习前已完成商务英语专业教学计划规定的大一至大三上学期共五个学期的全部理论课程(包括专业基础课和专业技能课)。

二、毕业实习的目的和要求

毕业实习是高等实现专业人才培养目标的重要环节，也是在校学习的继续、深化、补充和检验。实习的目的是让学生通过各类实习接触实际和了解社会，学习生产技术和管理知识，获取本专业的实际工作技能，巩固所学理论知识，培养初步的实际工作能力和专业技能。

商务英语专业学生做好毕业实习的工作，有助于培养学生综合运用所学英语语言、国际商务知识和技能分析问题、解决问题的能力;有助于学生更全面地了解社会、了解涉外商务活动，树立起理论联系实际、实事求是的工作作风和踏踏实实的工作态度;有助于检验学生所学理论知识在实际工作中的应用范围及适用程度，巩固和扩大所学专业知识;加强理论与实践结合，培养学生实际操作能力，使学生能较快地适应工作，顺利地走上工作岗位。

实习具体要求如下：

1、了解社会和实习场所的一般情况，增加对本学科专业领域的感性认识;

2、初步了解所学专业在国民经济建设中的地位、作用和发展趋势;

3、熟悉专业技术人员的工作职责和工作程序，获得组织和管理生产的初步知识;

4、实习过程中应做到“三勤”：即手勤、嘴勤、腿勤。做到不懂就问，不会就学;虚心向公司、企业或单位实习指导者学习，努力提高自己的业务水平，为正式上岗打下基础;

5、坚持撰写实习日志;

6、撰写实习报告，包括题目、实习单位介绍、实习内容、实习过程以及实习心得、体会等(不少于1500字，a4纸打印);

7、实习结束后，请实习单位根据实习学生实习表现填写鉴定表，并加盖公章。

三、毕业实习的基本内容

商务英语专业毕业实习的内容丰富，可包含以下几个方面：

1、到各英语培训、中小任英语教师

2、到公司、企业从事办公室文秘工作、办公室日常工作、客户接待、会议安排等;互联网信息查询;英文函电的草拟、发送;商务材料、函电、合同等翻译;外贸单证业务;产品介绍、推广等。

3、到商务局、经贸委从事办公室文秘、日常工作等。

4、到旅游局、旅行社从事办公室文秘、日常工作或导游工作(需持有导游资格证)。

四、毕业实习方式和时间分配

毕业实习将以统一联系校外实习单位为主;有意向单独实习的学生经教学系领导批准、教务处备案后可自行联系就业单位。

XX届商务英语专业学生自XX年3月1日至XX年5月1日进行毕业实习。XX年5月3日返校报道。XX年5月8日之前提交实习报告和实习鉴定表。

五、实习期间指导教师的职责

1、提前了解实习单位情况和学生实习要求，会同实习单位有关人员根据实际情况制定详细的实习安排，并做好实习相关准备。

前言：

很感谢荣幸有机会到浙江省义乌市掌坤电子有限公司实习。通过此次实践，我们初步认识了电子厂对一些简单零件的加工过程及装配工艺，了解了其市场营销环节及后勤人力资源管理方面的运作，同时也看到了它们发展中的一些问题，并思考了一些对策。此次活动意义重大，为我们进一步深化专业知识及业务流程打下基础。这次的实践时间虽然很短，但在这几个月的实习中学到了很多在课堂上根本就学不到的知识，受益非浅。

实习目的：通过企业认识实习，调查和了解企业产品、工艺、管理、工程布置、生存方式、营销方式等，培养感性认识，为学好专业课打好基础。

实习地点：浙江省义乌市国际商贸城，中国义乌国际商贸城是中国小商品城顺应市场国际化发展需要而建造的现代化批发市场。一期工程投资6亿多元，于 年9月28日建成并投入使用。该工程占地420亩、建筑面积34万平方米，设主体市场、生产企业直销中心、商品采购中心、仓储中心、餐饮中心五大经营区，共有9000多个商位1万多户经营户。

国际商贸城一期市场经营工艺品、饰品、玩具和花类四大行业商品，日客流量达4万多人次，商品销往140多个国家和地区，90%以上商位承接外贸业务，外贸出口占60%以上。

国际商贸城是浙江省旅游局指定的购物旅游定点单位，被省工商局授予为全省首个 五星级市场 称号。

实习内容：

一个偶然的机会我来到了浙江义乌有名的国际商贸城，应聘的工作跟我的实际专业并不对口，起初是对掌坤电子有限公司的基本情况进行了解，后来我从事的是电子商务，刚开始对业务都不熟悉，每天都是对着电脑跟客户聊天，让他们了解我们的产品，这时候就需要注意跟客户聊天时说话的语气，还考验了 做生意的头脑，很多时候还要做对账单，所以工作起来很吃力，但是在老板和同事的关心和教导下我慢慢开窍了 因为这是一个国际化的商贸城，所以时常会有外国客户光顾，有美国的、韩国的、日本的、阿富汗的、非洲的 不得不说，来到这里我的英语口语也得到了很大的提高。在大学的时候，我们几乎很少跟外教对话，因为没有信心，又加上畏惧心理，所以自己的口语就没有得到很大的提高，来到这里之后环境让你容不得胆怯，其实真正跟外国人对话也不是很困难，只要克服了自己的心理压力，一定不要紧张，那样的话就你能流利的跟老外交谈，同时又提升了在老板心中的地位，这一点让我感到很欣慰 在义乌有一个惯例，就是每年都会举行一次大型的 义乌小商品博览会 ，由于我是这里唯一一个学英语的，所以老板就把这个重任交给了我，义博会举行了5天，这5天中让我获益匪浅，跟老外交谈的过程中让我感觉到文化知识的可贵，也激发了我继续学习的动力 .几个月的实习活动，我们听取了有关电子产品的历史与发展、有关其市场营销、技术生产、人力资源管理等方面的介绍，还参观了各个生产车间，对生产过程产生了感性的认识。

感受与体会

通过此次实习，虽然时间不长，但是还是一定程度的达到了本次实习的目的，也使本次实习更加的有意义。我们对市场营销、企业管理方面有了一个感性的认识。时间虽然短暂，但这天里我们学到了很多课本上学不到的东西。在实践中，我们的认识能力与创造能力得到了提高，通过实践学习，我们丰富了视野，也进一步提高了自己的观察能力和思考能力，为我们今后的学习和生活带来了很大的帮助，同时，借此机会，我们也对浙江本土的企业有了一个较为深刻的认识，这对我们今后的就业也提供了一些指导与帮助。总之，在这次营销认识实践中，我们得到了很多，也成长了很多。

这次为期2周的生产见习是我们参与实践活动的很重要的一部分，在陈运玲，陈伟叙等老师的带领下我们见习了柳州工程机械厂、柳州东风汽车厂、柳州钢铁厂、柳州力风塑料成型机厂、上汽通用五菱等5个工厂。可以说我们在这2周的实习中学到了很多在课堂没学到的知识,受益匪浅：

1、实习目的：

生产实习是我们机自专业知识结构中不可缺少的组成部分，并作为一个独立的项目列入专业教学计划中的。其目的在于通过实习使学生获得基本生产的感性知识，理论联系实际，扩大知识面;同时专业实习又是锻炼和培养学生业务能力及素质的重要渠道，培养当代大学生具有吃苦耐劳的精神，也是学生接触社会、了解产业状况、了解国情的一个重要途径，逐步实现由学生到社会的转变，培养我们初步担任技术工作的能力、初步了解企业管理的基本方法和技能;体验企业工作的内容和方法。这些实际知识，对我们学习后面的课程乃至以后的工作，都是十分必要的基础。

柳州东风汽车厂简介

东风柳汽公司是东风汽车公司的控股子公司，也是东风汽车公司在南方重要的载货汽车和轻型乘用汽车生产基地，国家大型一档企业。它还是国内第一家生产中型柴油载重汽车的企业，赢得了“柴油东风，柳汽正宗”的美誉。

1991年，东风柳汽创出了“乘龙”品牌并迅速形成市场知名度，奠定了“一门双杰，东风乘龙”的产品格局。

自从1997年成为国内最早通过iso9000质量认证的汽车生产企业之后，东风柳汽的事业就上了一个台阶。x年，东风柳汽公司更是推出面向公务、商务和休闲旅游用车市场的新一代多功能轻型车-东风“风行”商旅车，吹响了进军国内高档轻型乘用车市场的号角。

目前，东风柳汽已形成年产“东风”和“乘龙”商用车60000辆、“风行”乘用车30000辆的生产能力。

柳州汽车厂六个发展历程

(1) 建厂期：上世纪50年代，主要以农用机械为主。

(2) 1969年：生产出2.5t载用柳江牌卡车。

(3) 1981年：生产出柴油翻斗车，同时加入了中国第二汽车制造厂，采用东风品牌。

(4) 1991年：柳汽生产出新品牌---乘龙(平头车)。

通过在柳汽公司车桥厂的实习，我们比较全面地了解机械加工及相关典型零件的生产技术过程。初步了解典型的机电一体化产品和设备的生产过程、培养我们收集资料的能力及提高分析问题的能力，使我们更好地学习、掌握机械工程专业知识。 机械加工工艺方面我们重点了解了左壳–锥齿轮差速器这一典型零件的机械加工工艺过程，听了有关技术人员对其的具体分析。并记下了该零件的工艺过程卡和工序卡等工艺文件。具体如下：(对应的工艺过程卡、工艺简图和工序卡见附录)

由于汽车转弯时，左右两边轮子的行程不同，所以转速不同，为防止转弯时出现滑动、滑拖现象，必须使用差速器调节两边轮子的转速。左壳–锥齿轮差速器是用来固定支承轴承，防止微尘和外来颗粒侵入到锥齿轮差速器里面和防止锥齿轮差速器里面的润滑油外泻。零件结构比较简单，在结构上成对称分布。生产纲领约为63000个，属于大批量生产。

毛胚的选择

零件一般是由毛胚加工而成。在现有的生产条件下，毛胚主要有铸件，锻件和冲压件等几个种类。铸件是把熔化的金属液浇注到预先制作的铸型腔中，待其冷却凝固后获得的零件毛胚。在一般机械中，铸件的重量大都占总机重量的50%以上，它是零件毛胚的最主要来源。铸件的突出优点是它可以是各种形状复杂的零件毛胚，特别是具有复杂内腔的零件毛胚，此外，铸件成本低廉。其缺点是在其生产过程中，工序多，铸件质量难以控制，铸件机械性能较差，锻件是利用冲击力或压力使用，加热后的金属胚料产生塑性变形，从而获得的零件毛胚。锻件的结构复杂程度往往不及铸件。但是，锻件具有良好的内部组织，从而具有良好的机械性能。所以用于做承受重载和冲击载荷的重要机器零件和工具的毛胚，冲压件是利用冲床和专用模具，使金属板料产生塑性变形或分离，从而获得的制体。冲压通常是在常温下进行，冲压件具有重量轻，刚性好，尺寸精度高等优点，在很多情况下冲压件可直接作为零件使用。选择毛胚还应该考虑的原因

(1)零件的力学性能要求 相同的的材料采用不同的毛胚制造的方法，其力学性能有所不同。铸铁的强度，离心浇注，压力浇注的铸体，金属型浇注的铸体，沙型浇注的铸体依次递减;钢质零件的锻造毛胚，其力学性能高于钢质棒料和铸钢体。

(2)零件的结构形状和外廓尺寸，直径相差不大的阶梯轴宜采用棒料。相差较大时宜采用锻件。形状复杂的毛胚不宜采用金属型铸造。尺寸较大的毛胚，不宜采用摸锻，压铸和精铸。多采用沙型铸造和自由锻造。外型复杂的小零件宜采用精密铸造的方法

(3)生产纲领和批量 生产纲领大时宜采用高精度与高生产率的毛胚制造方法，生产纲领小时，宜采用设备投资小的毛胚制造方法

(4)现场

生产条件和发展 应该经过技术经济分析和论证

零件的材料为qt450-10，根据零件结构简单和对称分布的特点，零件的生产纲领为大批量生产，

公司位于南疆龙城--柳州市。净资产3.89亿元，员工5900人，生产区占地面积67万平方米。主要名优产品有：引进美国卡特彼勒公司技术生产的zl60e、zl100b等zl系列轮式装载机、井下装载机和履带式液压挖掘机，已形成4000台年生产能力的规模。

该公司计划通过实施总投资约12亿元的技术改造和外引内联、科、工、贸相结合等措施，x年形成年产装载机、挖掘机和推土机等多种工程机械系列产品10000台的综合生产能力，实现年销售收入51.5亿元和利税12亿元。 本公司还将积极拓展房地产、商业贸易、服务旅游业及经批准的其它经营业务。

二.入厂前培训

1.数控机床的产生和发展

(1)1952年，在美国，计算机的应用使得数控技术的产生、发展得以有充分的条件。其最初用途为军工业的生产。

(2)20世纪60年代，晶体管的发明使得数控机床批量生产得以实现。

(3)20世纪70年代，苏联的数控机床产量超过美国，成为世界上数控机床产量第一的国家。

(4)20世纪80年代，日本的数控机床产量位居第一.其中尤以日本法拉克公司最为代表，其产量为全世界产量的30%,而德国的西门子产量也占15%。与此同时，在80年代初期我国也引进数控加工技术。

数控机床的分类

(1)经济型数控机床：一般由普通机床改装而成，精度和复杂程度较低，可实现两轴联动，可进行平面加工，价格较便宜。

(2)全能型数控机床：精度和复杂程度较高，一般可实现三至五轴联动，且有刀具库，可自动换刀。可进行平面和空间立体加工，价格一般较贵。

2.柳州工程机械厂数控机床的应用

(1)1978年，柳州工程机械厂引进了数控切割机和火焰切割机。其主要功能是用于分离机械元件、零件和x、y轴联动的直线、圆弧切割。

(2)1985年，柳州工程机械厂从上海气焊机厂引进了z80单板机，其主要硬件设施有cpu、ctc、pto、eprom、ram×2。

(3)1988年，柳州工程机械厂引进了一批价值600万美元的先进设备：

3.加工中心简介

加工中心是具有刀库的三轴联动数控镗铣床。其系统组成包括：数控系统c、驱动系统、测量及反馈系统i/o控制系统(plc).加工中心分为立式加工中心、卧式加工中心、五面体加工中心等。

4.装载机发展和发展趋势

(1)世界装载机发展史简介

① 20世纪初，美国出现第一台装载机，它是用马车和钢丝绳构成，兼有驱动与装载的功能。

② 20世纪40年代，第一次工业革命期间，装载机采用液压设备作动力，即先导式液压装置。

③20世纪 50年代，第二次工业革命期间，装载机的变速箱采用液力变矩器，其工作矩为100n.m--425n.m。到60年代时，第三次工业革命期间，装载机采用角接式刚性车架。

④到上世纪70-80年代，产品向细化发展更为突出，装载能力提高到0.2m—16m。其中最有影响力的几个公司为：美国cater pillar、瑞典volvo、日本小松公司等。

(2)柳工装载机发展史

①上世纪50年代，柳工从上海糖果机械厂首次引进装载机生产设备。

②到了60年代，天津某 研究所与厦门工程机械厂合作开发，仿制成功我国第一台z435型装载机。此项成果由柳工试验、鉴定合格。

③70年代，转载机装载能力有所提高，由z450提高到zl50了。

一.柳州钢铁厂 简介

广西柳州钢铁(集团)公司位于水陆交通方便的广西工业重镇柳州北郊，占地5.6平方公里。现有固定资产总值55亿元，资产净值42亿元，在册职工19043人，是以钢铁生产为主，实行的多元化经营的大型钢铁联合企业，从1987年起连年位列全国大型企业500强的特大型钢铁联合企业。

近几年来，柳钢坚持走科技创新改革兴企之路不断深化企业内部改革，建立现代企业制度，并调动一切积极因素加快技改步伐，先后完成了中板四辊轧机改造，650厂连续棒材轧机改造，转达炉扩容改造等十多项重点工程，并进行了一系列技术革新和工艺改造。目前，柳钢已拥有焦化、烧结、炼铁、炼钢、轧钢等12个主体生产厂和相应的辅助配套设施，可生产中厚板、中小型材、线材、棒材、薄板、无缝钢管等六大系列数百种规格产品。

1.炼钢厂

购买了1#100吨转炉一个，由重庆钢铁设计研究总院设计，创中国冶金史上设计周期最短，建设速度最快，达产时间最快等记录。其年产量为120万吨/年，每生产一炉钢需要38min，吹炼合格钢水110吨，技术水准已达到国内先进水平。它采用氮氩自动切换顶底复吹，副原料自动称量下料系统，全自动光谱分析仪，挡渣塞自动投放装置，在线吃氩喂丝等一系列先进的转炉生产工艺，大部分炼钢程序操作点击鼠标即可完成。

炼好一炉钢水后，为不影响下一炉钢水的质量，必须用燃烧进行烧尾工作。

2.中板厂

中板厂是柳钢的主体厂，是国家专用板定点生产厂之一。现有主要设备有：两座双排布料推钢式连续加热炉、一座90年代先进水平的2800四辊可逆式精轧机、一座11辊四重可逆式热矫直机，一套97年从意大利进口德国制造的中厚板精装线。

柳州市力风塑料成型机厂是国家机械局定点生产各类塑料机械的专业厂家，主要产品有力风牌塑料注射成型机，塑料中空成型机。工厂位于广西工业重镇——柳州，坐落在高新产业开发区，离市中心仅两公里。

为期两周的实习结束了，在这期间我们总共在五个单位进行参观实习，在老师和工厂技术人员的带领下看到了很多也学到了很多。让我对原先在课本上许多不很明白的东西在实践观察中有了新的领悟和认识。

在这个科技时代中，高技术产品品种类繁多，生产工艺、生产流程也各不相同，但不管何种产品，从原料加工到制成产品都是遵循一定的生产原理，通过一些主要设备及工艺流程来完成的。因此，在专业实习过程中，首先要了解其生产原理，弄清生产的工艺流程和主要设备的构造及操作。其次，在专业人员指导下，通过实习过程见习产品的设计、生产及开发等环节，初步培养我们得知识运用能力。概括起来有以下几方面：

1.了解了当代机械工业的发展概况，生产目的、生产程序及产品供求情况。

2.了解了机械产品生产方法和技术路线的选择，工艺条件的确定以及流程的编制原则。

3.了解了机械产品的质量标准、技术规格、包装和使用要求。

4.在企业员工的指导下，见习生产流程及技术设计环节，锻炼自己观察能力及知识运用能力。

5.社会工作能力得到了相应的提高,在实习过程中，我们不仅从企业职工身上学到了知识和技能，更使我们学会了企业中科学的管理方式和他们的敬业精神。感到了生活的充实和学习的快乐，以及获得知识的满足。真正的接触了社会，使我们消除了走向社会的恐惧心里，使我们对未来充满了信心，以良好的心态去面对社会。同时，也使我们体验到了工作的艰辛，了解了当前社会大学生所面临的严峻问题，促使自己努力学习更多的知识，为自己今后的工作奠定良好的基础。

6.增进了我们的师生感情，从这次生产实习的全过程来看，自始至终我们都服从老师的安排，严格要求自己，按时报到，注重安全。

本次实习使我第一次亲身感受了所学知识与实际的应用，理论与实际的相结合，让我们大开眼界，也算是对以前所学知识的一个初审吧!这次生产实习对于我们以后学习、找工作也真是受益菲浅。在短短的一个星期中，让我们初步让理性回到感性的重新认识，也让我们初步的认识了这个社会，对于以后做人所应把握的方向也有所启发!
