今天是周六，挑一个晴朗的早晨记下我第一周来的实习心得。实习，虽然不是真正的工作，但却是我工作生涯的一个起点，也是从学生过渡到工作人士的一个不可或缺的必经阶段。 这一个星期所作的工作主要有安装产品和焊接元器件。虽然所接触到的工作难度并不大，但是其中包含的技巧却非常多，各种需要注意的事项也很多。就拿焊接元器件来说，元器件的体积有大有小，而其中需要注意的地方是，要先焊接小的元器件，然后再去焊接大的元器件。焊点要做到光滑，不能虚焊，焊点的标准是要成圆锥形状，对于晶体二极管还要注意不能够焊接得太久，否则容易把二极管烧坏。除了上述的这些，我还学习了数字万用表的使用，以及一些贴片式电阻的读数。例如一个贴片电阻的读数为1002，这是电阻上面的标值，而其实际的阻值却应该为10k,前三位为有效数字，最后一位为十的幂数。对于一些瓷介电容，也有了一些认识，如一只瓷介电容上面标有104，其电容容量为：100000pf,即0.1uf。经过一个多星期的实习,让我感觉到了知识的重要性,我要不断的学习,来提高自己的专业水平。这些小的重要的技能水平我都记在了心里，因为这可能就是我将来要承担的职责。一周的时间很快就过去了，在这一周里，我尽量让自己更快地去适应环境，更快地融入这个大集体中，因为只有和上司、同事都处理好关系，才能有利于自己工作的展开。

这是工作的第二个星期了，与前一个星期相比，我的思想有了一些转变。因为看着身边工作的同事都是每天上班，然后下班，回到宿舍里会查资料，学知识把自己在工作中遇到的不明白之处解决掉这样的氛围让我有压力 又让我很有上进心，并且这周主管已经答应了我让我学习另一种型号的产品，我终于可以学习多点别的知识了，其中最重要的有：8位三态输出触发器74ls573，8双向3态缓冲电路74ls245，74ls245主要用在数据的双向缓冲，常见于51的数据电路，早期的电路中，扩展了很多的8255/8155/8251等芯片的时候，担心8031的数据驱动能力不足，所以就使用了一片74ls245作为数据缓冲电路，增强其驱动能力。另外，这一周所做的事情上大部分和上一周差不多，只不过做的工作多了就比上一周熟练多了。每天下班回来后我都会看书学习，对于我这种电子行业，必须要有很夯实的基础。模拟电子技术，数字电子技术，电机拖动与控制，单片机教程等，都是我要学习再加强的科目。我也发觉到在学校里学到的东西拿到工作上，是根本不够用的，看来还要加强专业知识的学习才行。

第三周

时间很快就过了三个星期了，在这个星期里，我已经接触到了对产品的检测，已经能够自己独立的分析一些简单的电路原理。对于公司的产品种类，我在这三个星期之中都是只接触到同一种型号，因为这种型号的产品比较畅销，所以这个星期我都是非常的忙，非常的累。尽管如此，下班后还是要写周记的，毕竟才一个星期一篇，这一个星期我学会了检测产品，对产品的检测包括很多的方面，例如要检验电源是否正常，工作电压有没有达到标准，产品的绝缘性能是否达到标准等。从安装到测试，我在一点点的进步，一个产品能否正常的使用，在出厂产质量是否过关，这都需要质量检测人员细心的检测。有这个星期，最让我一件难忘的事情是：有一天，我在安装一块电源板的时候发觉有一颗螺丝和其它的不同，我认为它是无关大雅的,然而负责带我实习的一个同事却对我说,这个螺丝是不符合标准的,要重新换上去。我说，这不碍事吧?他对我说：别看这是一个小小的螺丝，可是它能对产品带来非常大的隐患，如果这螺丝掉了下来，随时都可能让线路板短路。我听了觉得非常的惭愧，同时也暗下决心：以后做事一定要细心，绝不能抱有侥幸的心理。另外在态度上，我基本能保证提前到公司，在开始工作的前一段时间，把老师傅的桌子收拾一下，然后再拖一下办公室，让工人师傅们工作得更舒适，心情更愉快，也能多教我一些东西啊。工作中，我基本能保持认认真真的做好每一公分，把每一个零件的误差牢牢地控制在允许范围之内，认认真真的学习师傅的每一种技巧和手法，不能再技术上有任何的马虎，让我从开始就养成良好的工作习惯。

第四周

实习到这一周，基本的工作流程和作息时间都很适应了。而且更深入的了解一些公司的背景、产品、发展方向等。这一个星期又学习到了新的东西，我接触到了对产品的维修，一个偶然的机会，负责管理生产的主管对我说，这几天一直在制作一个开关电源，焊接好后却没有输出(连接没有问题，检查过多次)，开关电源的变压器输入端有320v左右的直流电，但是变压器的输出端和反馈段都没有电压，不知道问题出在哪儿?让我给解决一下

我一看首先敢肯定是你的某个元件坏了，在分析一下具体原因，变压器输入端有很高的直流电压，那说明电源的整流滤波部分完好，变压器的输出和反馈没有电压有如下可能，一，你的电路存在短路，比如说电路虚焊、电子元件烧毁或异常，第二你的参数设置有问题，从图来看那是个集成开关电路，主要从它开始检查，查看他的工作电压，开关集成电路的d、v端都有很高的电压，没有记错的话有100多v电压，就是c端没有丁点电压;如果输出端也没有短路c端没有电压那是反馈电压，一般都在0.7到2.5v左右，没有反馈电压你检查光藕是否有问题，高频变压器没问题。这检测还有点麻烦，我以前遇到过输出没有电压，是反馈电阻短路所致，你不妨也看看反馈电阻有无异常，慢慢的接触的维修多了，才发觉这份看起来很专业的工作其实也并不是我想像中那么难，因为在我维修机器的过程中，发觉大部份的问题都是比较容易解决的，例如电源部分没有电压，那可能会是变压器坏了，或者是稳压三极管坏了等等。

第五周

进入了实习的第五周，已经逐步的习惯了这种工作的日子。

在这个星期里我所做的事情都是和以前的差不多，没有再接触到其它型号的产品，看来我有机会的话应该和负责人申请一下接触一下其它的产品才行。毕竟只懂一样是不够的。在这个星期里唯一让我觉得有点收获的地方是，我对我所接手的产品的电路原理图有了大概的了解，能够弄清它的工作原理。它是用pic单片机来进行控制继电器，然后以开关量输出控制外部设备，例如电动的正反转，加热，却冷，卸压等，测温电阻pt100外接，用来控制染缸的温度。还可以检测染缸，料缸的水位等。这种打印机已经能够满足一般染厂的所需，而且价格也很便宜。

我所接触到的打印机型号为kb30d/led ，是一种换代的产品，产品设计的思路很简单，外围电路也较简单，其主要的技术在于单片机的编程设计，看来单片机在工业的应用是非常的广泛的。

我已经确定了自己的毕业设计题目为用单片机来控制的一种电子产品，具体是控制什么，还需要根据周围的环境选择一下。

得地方去问他。以前我操作的东西都是师傅调好的，零件固定好，坐标调定。我其实就像个马达，动手就行啦。没意思。真是有点期待下个星期……

这个星期给我的体会最深刻的就是学过的知识不记得，记忆力差，还是学得不够精。以后在工作中要注意积累知识，特别是老工人的工作经验和一些小技巧……

第六周

在这星期里我在铣床上学会了简单的打孔，和图纸上的m5或φ5的区别。m5是用φ4.3的转头打，而φ5是用φ5的转头打的。此外还有就是这一个星期我接触的一种产品是dt100，是一种测温的小仪表，虽然元件非常的简单，但是却非常的值得去学习。温度的测量是温度传感器实现的，如热电阻、热电偶等。对你的70-90度，可选用热电阻传感器。选用显示控制仪表时，首先确定仪表的输入类型，如热电阻输入。其次确定仪表的控制输出类型，有模拟量输出和开关量(继电器)输出等。按你说的上下限控制是开关量输出。最好选择带两个继电器输出功能的仪表。我接触的的主要芯片是：ic7107双积分式模/数转换集成电路，op07运算放大器等。外接pt100测温电阻，可以即时的测量出染缸里的水的温度。其工作原是主要是运用一些基准电压的比较，然后通过7107来显示出数值。我所做的工作就是调试好标准的测温值。当pt100的阻值为119.4欧姆的时候，仪表应该显示的温度为50摄氏度。当pt100的阻值为138.5欧姆的时候，仪表应该显示的温度为100摄氏度。调节这个并不是很难，但是它的元件电路非常值得我去学习，它有一定的难度，看来我应该再加强一下我的模拟电子知识才行。

第七周

这个星期里我接触了很多铣床的加工工艺范围，由于我在学校的车间学的只要是加工波峰焊和回流焊的零件，所以在工作的时候会了解到铣削加工是机械加工中最常用的加工方法之一，它主要包括平面铣削和轮廓铣削，铣削主要适合于下列几类零件的加工。

1.平面类零件：(这个星期我只要就是采取这种加工方法。这也是最简单的加工方法)平面类零件是指加工面平行或垂直于水平面，以及加工面与水平面的夹角为一定值的零件，这类加工面可展开为平面。

2.直纹曲面类零件：直纹曲面类零件是指由直线依某种规律移动产生的曲面类零件。直纹曲面类零件的加工面不能展开为平面。 3.立体曲面类零件：加工面为空间曲面的零件称为立体曲面类零件。这类零件的加工面不能展成平面，一般使用球头铣刀切削，加工面与铣刀始终为点接触，若采用其它刀具加工，易于产生干涉而铣伤邻近表面。加工立体曲面类零件一般使用三坐标铣床，采用以下两种加工方法。

(1)行切加工法采用三坐标铣床进行二轴半坐标控制加工，即行切加工法。球头铣刀沿平面的曲线进行直线插补加工，当一段曲线加工完后，再加工相邻的另一曲线，如此依次用平面曲线来逼近整个曲面。相邻两曲线间的距离应根据表面粗糙的要求及球头铣刀的半径选取。球头铣刀的球半径应尽可能选得大一些，以啬刀具刚度，提高散热性，降低表面粗糙度值。加工凹圆弧时的铣刀球头半径必须小于被加工曲面的最小曲率半径。(2)三坐标联动加工(这将会在以后的几个星期接触先简单介绍下) 采用三坐标铣床三轴联动加工，即进行空间直线插补。如半球形，可用行切加工法加工，也可用三坐标联动的方法加工。这时，铣床用x、y、z三坐标联动的空间直线插补，实现球面加工。

不知道为什么，这个周末来得特快，感觉还没什么，可能就是过的太充实了，让人没有一丝的感悟，如果有就是要没天都过得充实，不要浪费时间…… 忙碌的一个星期，在这星期里，我都快不记得自己到底做过了什么，不过可以肯定的就是我做了一大堆杂活，老板说这是应该的，工作嘛，哪那需要就去哪干。值得一提的就是还把铝零件的脚架给铣出来了，这活没多难，就是烦。

第八周

这周随着学习的不断深入我了解了许多铣铝材料的优点和需要注意的就是：

1.零件加工的适应性强、灵活性好，能加工轮廓形状特别复杂或难以控制尺寸的零件，如模具类零件、壳体类零件等。

2.能加工普通机床无法加工或很难加工的零件，如用数学模型描述的复杂曲线零件以及三维空间曲面类零件。

3.能加工一次装夹定位后，需进行多道工序加工的零件。 4.加工精度高、加工质量稳定可靠。

5.生产自动化程序高，可以减轻操作者的劳动强度。有利于生产管理自动化。

6.生产效率高。

7.从切削原理上讲，无论是端铣或是周铣都属于断续切削方式，而不像车削那样连续切削，因此对刀具的要求较高，具有良好的抗冲击性、韧性和耐磨性。在干性切削状况下，还要求有良好的硬性。

另外还涉及到两个特点是：

1.子程序调用功能，有些零件需要在不同的位臵上重复加工同样的轮廓形状，将这一轮廓形状的加工程序作为子程序，在需要的位臵上重复调用，就可以完成对该零件的加工。

2.宏程序功能，该功能可用一个总指令代表实现某一功能的一系列指令，并能对变量进行运算，使程序更具灵活性和方便性
