8.2.在合同有效期内，双方对合同产品的任何改进和创新，都免费将改进或创新的技术资料提供给对方。

8.3.改进或创新的技术所有权属于改进或创新一方，另一方不得对其申请专利或将其转让给第三者。

第九条 保证和索赔

9.1.乙方保证所提供的技术资料是乙方经过实际使用的最新技术资料，并保证向甲方及时提供任何改进和发明的技术资料。

三、活动主题：本次比赛以激扬的青春为主题为全校研究生提供一个展现自己的平台，记录美好青春的难忘瞬间。

五、活动流程:

(一)、活动时间：20xx年4月1日--20xx年5月5日

参加对象：**大学全体研究生

(二)、前期安排：

1、张贴宣传海报

2、依托研究生网进行宣传

3、各系研究生宣传部长协助宣传

4、照片征集

(三)、比赛规则与内容：

1.参赛者交一张或者一组以激扬的青春为主题的照片，照片题目自拟。要求参赛作品积极健康，高雅文明。人物、风景照等均可。

2.投稿作品要注明作品的标题，拍摄时间，拍摄的地点，真实姓名，联系方式，对自己的作品用简单的文字(不超5字)叙述一下文字叙述word版本与电子版照片齐交至邮箱：

3.使用像素很高的相机拍摄，照片不得有修改，装饰、水纹、签名等，要求原作，否则视为弃权所有参赛作品不能改变原始影像仅可做色彩、色调、亮度适当调整，不收创意电脑合成照片。

4.要求作品由自己拍摄，不得使用、不得剽窃、借助他人作品，冒名顶替。

六、宣传报道

整个活动宣传素材的收集整理由宣传部负责，包括活动通知的下发、现场照片的采集以及活动后新闻稿件的撰写与报送。通过各种渠道扩大影响力。

3.)三等奖：3名

4.)参与奖：若干
