八、活动流程：

(一)报名：以班为单位，于__月17号前报上一个参赛名单(男生十人，女生五人比赛期间不可换人，若发现有不是参赛队员的，此队直接取消参赛资格。

(二)比赛规则：

1、拔河道为水泥地上画3条直线，间隔为200CM，拔河绳中间系一红布条，布条上挂一小重物垂直于中线。居中的线为中线，两边的线为河界。除参赛队领队、工作人员、选手以外，其他人员一律不得进入比赛场地。

2、以各班为单位参赛，共若干支队。每支参赛队由领队1人，参赛选手15人组成，在当场比赛中不得更换比赛选手。

3、每场比赛会派2个比赛监督员，清点对方人数是否正确，监督是否有违反现象，如发现有违反现象立即取消比赛资格。

4、比赛抽签决定，第一次抽出若干参赛队伍，分别进行比赛，比赛使用淘汰制，最后的三只队伍分别进行冠亚季军的争夺。

(三)比赛方式：

1、每场比赛都采用三局两胜的方式来进行比赛，比赛双方由各自抽签决定，并且每队选出一个领队负责本队的通知工作(由于参赛队伍为奇数所以将抽签出一个队伍直接晋级。

2、比赛开始前，各队按照每15人一个纵队以站立的姿势准备好，比赛开始后，两边的运动员同时发力，将对方拉过赛场规定的河界线为赢。

3、每局比赛期间不算时间，直到裁判分出胜负为止。每一局胜负判定，当中心标志被拉到一方的白色线时比赛结束。

九、比赛注意事项：

1、各参赛队必须提前十分钟到达比赛现场进行热身运动，比赛开始10分钟参赛队未到达现场或参赛人数不够15人，则当作自动弃权处理。其对应的参赛队伍将会自动进入下一轮比赛。

2、获胜队伍完成一轮比赛后不得离开比赛现场，必须在比赛现场旁边等候工作人员作出下一轮的比赛安排。

3、各队啦啦队必须服从裁判和工作人的员指挥，站在规定的赛道外。比赛时不得有冒名顶替，拉拉队不可上场帮忙、一经发现立即取消比赛资格、

4、为保证比赛的安全，参赛队员一律不得穿钉鞋或赤脚参加比赛;不准带手套;裁判未判胜负前，手不能松开绳子。

5、比赛应本着“友谊第一，比赛第二”的精神，重在参与，注意安全，量力而行。比赛时由于双方都是用力拉，所以拔完后一场后不可立即松绳，以免造成对方队员受伤，各领队谨记，转告给各队参赛者。

6、比赛过程中对裁判判定有异议时，只有领队有权提出抗 议申请。

(一)骑车赏花:组织参与活动人员，骑单人或多人单车或漫步在公园内绿道上，享受闲暇的时光。在大夫山森林公园内的路边、山上、密林中赏花畅玩，山杜鹃开出了紫红的花，形成一道美丽的风景。

(二)午餐联谊同庆:我们将组织参与活动人员在毗邻广州塔附近餐馆享用午餐，在轻松愉悦的环境下安排大家为4月生日的员工庆生，附上蛋糕。

(三)户外拓展活动:

分为4个训练小队，每队取队名、口号。

1、热身项目——桃花朵朵开:

游戏规则:一行人围成一圈，双手搭在所能够着的前方同伴的肩上，大家紧密相连，听音乐跑动起来。听到桃花几朵开，则队员就几人抱成团。多出的人，奖励其做蛙跳3个。

2、松鼠钻洞:

游戏规则:一行人围成一圈，1至3报数，报到1和2的人为松树，两人面对面站立，双手手掌相抵，平放在胸前，报到3的人为松鼠，站在两人中间，蹲下。音乐起，双手搭在所能够着的前方同伴的肩上，大家紧密相连，跑动起来，主持人说:“着火了”——此时树和松鼠都要跑动起来;说“猎人来了”——此时松树不动，松鼠动;说“地震了”——此时树动，松鼠不动。奖励做错的人:做3个俯卧撑。

3、齐心协力:

游戏规则:每队队员之间脚互相捆绑站成一排，裁判员发令后，向终点跑，用时最少的队获胜。途中，松绑或摔倒，返回起点重新开始。首先要根据身高安排，是选的男生之间，女生之间身高比较平均的，这样跑起来脚步相差不会很大。男女穿插起排列，高的在中间。女生手放男生腰上，男生手放女生肩上。男女生的脚一定要绑紧，要不然跑起来会拉的很痛。自己的两脚之间有一定的距离，15cm左右，便于跑动。绳子一定要是宽些的，长些的，软的。细绳不好，是长布条一类的。多绑几转，绑紧，要不然跑起来会很痛。(这一点我很有体会，我们是15人16足，跑完了，脚踝都青了一转，主要是我们的绳子不好)一些技巧，跑的时候要有人喊口号(就是1212，便于协调速度)，注意控制整体的速度，跑的时候要注意排面，切忌有快有慢最容易摔倒。胜利一对将获得精美礼品一份!

4、拔河比赛:

(1)共分4队。每支参赛队由领队1人，负责集合及统筹本队的参赛事宜。各队选出参赛选手，最多16人组成(其中1名男选手抵2名女选手)

(2)第一轮通过抽签决定对手，进行第1轮预赛;第2轮，2胜出队进行决赛(_比赛时不可以有加人、借力及换人行为)。

(3)比赛采取3局2胜制，如2分钟内不能决出胜负者本局比赛结束。重新开始下一局。

(4)拔河道为水泥地上画3条直线，居中的线为中线，两边的线为河界。拔河绳中线过本队河界，则本队胜出。胜出一队将享有优秀团队荣誉以及锦旗一面。

七、活动注意事项:

(一)心理准备:

1、积极的心态面对活动中出现的任何困难。

2、活动风雨无阻，爱护自然环境，遵守活动规定。

(二)健康状况:

参加队员无不适激烈运动的病史(如心脏病、高血压、哮喘等)。若您对自己的身体有疑问，应该在活动前请教专业医生或活动领队，以确保安全。活动中备有创口贴，纱布等常用药品，队员特殊药品需自备。

第三，对工作程序掌握不充分，对自身业务熟悉不全面，缺少前瞻性，至使自己在工作会遇到手忙脚乱的情况，甚至会出现一些不该出现的错误，以至于给领导和同事带来不必要的麻烦。第四，办事不够细心谨慎。文秘是一项相对简单但又繁多的工作，要求文秘人员具备良好的专业素质，办事细心，思路缜密。在这方面我做的远远不够，时有粗心大意、做事草率的情况。最后，对于办公室礼仪和社交礼仪的执行度不够，在服务礼仪方面仍有欠缺，往往会造成没有礼貌、不懂规矩的反面影响。

走过了201X，我们即将迎来崭新的201X年，在总结了自己的不足之后，更重要的是不断的提高自己的职业技能和岗位意识，因此我为自己制定了一些要求：

1、注意多向领导、同事虚心学习工作方法和工作形式，多与大家进行工作中的协调、沟通，保证整体工作不出现纰漏。从大趋势、大格局中去思考、去谋划、博采众长，提高自身的工作水平。

2、要提高工作质量，还要具备强烈的事业心、高度的责任感。每一件事情做完以后，要进行思考、总结工作，真正使本职工作有计划、有落实。尤其是要找出工作中的不足，善于自我反省。

3、爱岗敬业，勤劳奉献，不能为工作而工作，日常工作要主动出击而不是被动应付，要积极主动开展工作，摈弃浮躁、等待的心态，善谋实干，肯干事，敢干事，能干事，会干事。

4、平时多注意锻炼自己的听知能力。在日常工作、会议、领导讲话等场合，做到有集中的注意力、灵敏的反应力、深刻的理解力、牢固的记忆力、机智的综合力和准确的判断力;在办事过程中，做到没有根据的话不说，没有把握的事不做。由于秘书岗位的特殊性，因此必须严格遵守保密原则，平时采取措施保证文件、资料的安全，让领导放心;迅速，工作要及时、高效，保证效率有序运行。

5、注意培养自己的综合素质，把政治理论学习和业务学习结合起来，提高自身的政治素质和业务能力，以便为中心的明天奉献自己的力量，为本职事业做出更大的贡献。

最后，我相信，只要我专心工作，用心办事，不断提高自己的工作能力和技术水平，一定会成为一个合格文秘工作人员。
