如今，高职教育迎来了高速发展的空前大好时机。为了更好地发展高职教育，越来越多的教育工作者开始致力于高职教学改革工作，并取得了令人瞩目的成绩。但与此同时，笔者也发现有些课程的改革方面依然有些滞后，需要引起更多更广泛的关注，高职商务英语翻译实训课程便位列其中。

一、翻译实训课的重要性实训课作为实践性课程的重要组成部分，对高职教育来说自然非常重要。与普通高等教育相比，高职教育更加重视培养实用型、应用型的人才。实训课程即为实现这一培养目标的重要途径之一。杨国祥，丁钢总结了高职课程建设的基本原则，其中即有突出实践教学的原则。同时，高职教育较普通高等教育而言更强调培养学生的动手实践能力，有人也称高职教育为就业教育。因此，尽快缩短学生进入工作角色的周期就成为高职教育的一个重要目标。设置一些实践性的课程，比如实训课，就有助于实现这一目标。翻译课本身即是实践性非常强的课程，如果没有大量的实际操练和训练，就容易偏于理论而失去其应有的实践性意义。相反，只有通过大量的笔译和口译实操，在训练的过程中发现并帮助解决学生存在的问题，同时补充一些做好翻译所必需的方法、技巧，如笔译中长句的断句技巧、主动语态与被动语态的互变、增词译法、减词译法，口译中的顺译技巧、焊接技巧、拆句技巧、合句技巧、耽搁翻译、预判技巧等，才能让高职商务英语专业的学生更快地掌握翻译技巧和方法，提高翻译能力，从而增强其就业竞争力。

二、高职商务英语翻译实训课现状尽管翻译实训课非常重要，但是高职商务英语翻译实训课目前却表现出发展极其不均衡的状况。

1.就重视程度而言，一些院校非常重视，不仅开设翻译实训课，有些还专门建立了翻译实训室。然而，很多高职院校的商务英语专业不重视或不够重视翻译实训课的建设，只是在翻译课中加一些练习。究其原因，一方面可能是财力、物力等方面有所局限;另一方面，则可能是主观上不够重视，有些院校则根本不设置翻译课和翻译实训课。

2.在开设了翻译实训课的院校中，也存在着各种各样的问题。(1)师资问题教授翻译实训课的教师必须要有翻译知识背景，要了解基本的翻译理论、技巧、方法等，同时最好有商务实践背景。现实情况却是，有些院校的商务翻译实训课是由纯语言学背景但无翻译背景的教师来教授的，有些则由有实践经验但缺乏必需的翻译理论、方法、技巧的教师任教。结果自然都无法令人满意。(2)翻译实训课的课时不足有些院校也开设翻译实训课，但课时却严重不足，导致的结果是教师的讲授和学生的练习均无法达到令人满意的效果。(3)缺乏好的翻译实训课教材教材对教学活动的重要性不言而喻。实训教材包括实训教学大纲、实训指导书、实训教学文字材料、实训教学软件、实训教学音像材料等。市面上缺乏此类翻译实训课教材，因此在教授翻译实训课时只能选择一些翻译教程为教材。如此一来，教学效果肯定会受到很大影响。(4)实训室和实训基地缺乏或数量不足实训室和实训基地对于实训教学的重要性不言而喻，商务英语翻译实训亦是如此。但现实情况却是很多院校根本没有商务英语翻译实训室和实训基地。(5)校企联合、产学研开展不够在实训教学中，校企联合、产学研等都起着举足轻重的作用。据笔者较为详尽的调查，这一块的现状总体也无法令人满意。

三、高职商务英语翻译实训课的改革翻译作为语言的五大基本技能之一，对高职商务英语教学而言，其作用显而易见。商务英语翻译实训课更是商务英语教学中的核心课程之一。据笔者较为详实的调查，广州番禺职业技术学院应用外语系近几年的毕业生有55%左右从事翻译工作或与翻译密切相关的工作。笔者这几年也一直跟踪该系毕业生的情况，给相当多的毕业生修改过翻译任务，归纳了他们所面临的最主要的困难和问题：广告的翻译、商务信函的翻译、合同的翻译、产品说明书的翻译、公司简介的翻译等。这些都为笔者进行的商务翻译实训课程的改革提供了资料和数据支持。以下，将探讨高职商务英语翻译实训课的改革问题。1.重视商务英语翻译实训课的核心地位和作用翻译能力为语言的基本五大技能之一，实训课又是高职教育的特点和亮点，因此高职商务英语翻译实训课的核心地位和作用勿庸置疑。我院应用外语系已将其列为专业必修课。在总结为期一周的商务英语翻译实训课的时候，很多同学都认为通过这一周的实训课，所学的知识几乎超越一学期的翻译课。这其中当然有夸张的成分，并且我们的实训课是在翻译课上完以后开始的，自然离不开翻译课上所学的知识和技巧、方法，但也在一定程度上说明了实训课的重要作用。

2.认真制定实训教学文件，开发实训教材教学文件和教材对于教学活动而言非常重要，我们一定要重视其制定和开发。笔者认为，应当重视专业指导委员会的重要作用，让委员成员们参与到教学文件的制定和实训教材的开发中来。同时，还应当邀请其他的从事翻译工作的企业人士参与其中。只有这样，制定出的教学文件和开发出的教材才能在培养优秀的翻译人才过程中发挥重要作用。

五、实习内容在公司实习期间，我的主要工作是整理词条，同时也做过排版。

整理词条就是将翻译老师做好的翻译文本与原文一一对应起来，然后做成表格，做好之后就将其导入公司的翻译库中，为翻译老师以后的工作提供便利，提高工作效率。这是一件细小而又马虎不得的工作，在整理的过程中，必须认真仔细，同时还要记得检查。因为就算你再仔细也不可能完全保证不会出错。

再说一下我的另一项工作排版。其实在我刚接触这项任务时我就清楚它的意义在哪里。所以我知道应该怎么去做最好。在经过同事的一番指导之后我开始自己完成这项工作，这对我来说是一个非常大的挑战，因为你需要将新的文件与以前的文件一句一句的对应，少的要添上，多的要减去。包括图片、格式、版面、页码，都需要整理的一点不差。在刚开始的时候我做得很慢，因为有很多不清楚的技巧方法，但是，在渐渐地整理当中，我越来越熟练，也掌握了很多的工作技巧。最后结束时，我又从头到尾检查了一遍，将文件做到最完美，当看到自己的劳动成果，感觉自己又学到了很多。细节决定成败，也许你所做的工作并不是很复杂很难做的事情，但是却能显现一个人的工作素质和责任心，也能体现一个人的综合素质，如果连一点小事都做不好，如何有资本去干大事。

六、实习心得

转眼之间，为期一个月的实习已经结束了，虽然工作的时间很短暂，但对于我来说，在天和的每一天都是非常有意义的，在这里我学到了很多在学校里学不到的东西，也认识到了自己还有很多的不足，受益匪浅。感觉这一个月让自己成长了许多。

三坊七巷，以她近三百座的明清民居古建筑物闻名于世。古老的街巷，完整的坊里，配以古河道、古桥梁、古榕树，形成了古朴而富有特色的传统风貌，引起了国内外许多文物考古专家的广泛兴趣，成为游客前来福州的必到之处。可以说，她是“全国少见，江南仅有”。而老家在福州的海外游子，三坊七巷是他们魂牵梦绕、难以忘怀的故园乡土。

“三坊七巷”的路，绝对是小路，也许几百年来就是这样小，小得只能并排走两顶轿子吧!然而“山不在高，有仙则灵!”路不在大，有人则名。就是从这样的小巷里，历代走出了多少风流人物，多少英雄豪杰?他们走出幽深的坊巷，走向八闽大地，走向五湖四海，成就了一番大事业。他们为“三坊七巷”增光，“三坊七巷”也为有他们而骄傲。

三坊七巷的古建筑风貌主要表现在：石板深巷，青瓦粉墙，各式精雕细刻的门罩，风火墙式的多进院落，从高处府视犹如海上层层波浪，那此起彼落的万倾波涛既无比壮观又震撼人心。

三坊七巷不仅以她的古建筑闻名于世，她还代表了福州人重教育，好读书的优良传统，科举之盛，在全国也属罕见。南宋著名学者，被称为与朱熹、张轼齐名的东南三贤之一的吕祖谦，在福州写下了一首脍炙人口的诗篇：“路逢十客九青矜，半是同袍旧弟兄。最忆市桥灯火静，巷南巷北读书声。”这首诗也是三坊七巷的生动写照，说明了福州读书人之多，以及深夜苦读的生动景象。

“三坊七巷”是福州历史的的见证;“三坊七巷”是闽江流域人民智慧的结晶;“三坊七巷”更是福州人文荟萃的缩影。它记录了唐末五代时闽王王审知立国的史实，记录了宋末端宗南明隆武皇帝在福州称帝的经历。它吹洒着辛亥革命的风雨，传播着北京“五四”运动在福州的影响。这些坊巷内曾经居住过上百名高官显贵、学者名流，唐著名学者黄璞，宋理学家陈襄、晚唐诗人陈烈、状元郑性之、明抗倭名将张经、清巡抚沈葆桢、近代启蒙思想家严复等等都曾在三坊七巷居住过，还有黄花岗著名烈士林觉民。

贵阳古城有"九门四阁"，这文昌阁就是老东门上的一阁。随着社会的发展，古城垣一段段被高楼大厦吞没，惟有这一段城墙，保留着古老的记忆。文昌阁不但是贵阳的，而且是中国的，是中国古建筑的瑰宝。顾名思义，文昌阁供奉的是文昌君，也就是天上的魁星。像这样的宫观阁楼，在贵阳，在贵州，在其他各地都很平常，但贵阳文昌阁却是"平中见奇"，在建筑结构上独具匠心，颇有"点石成金"的奇妙之处。

文昌阁已有400多年的历史了，它始建于明朝万历二十四年(1596)，虽然几经磨难，几次重修，但基本框架始终未改，不失它的原貌。据史书记载，在清代嘉庆年间，贵阳发生了一次较强烈的地震，不少房屋被毁，就连构筑坚固的城墙也在地震中崩塌。文昌阁经受了严峻的考验，仅仅是"阁顶挫斜"，晃动了几下，依然安稳地立在城垣上。人们开始注意文昌阁，探寻它"大难不毁"的奥秘。

文昌阁从外观看以乎看不出什么新奇之处，无非是一座三层三檐的阁楼。再仔细一看，它的底层呈正方形，而第二层和第三层却变成了9个角。把圆周分为9等份倒也不是什么困难的事。可是，这9个角的度数是不等同的，前面3个角的角度仅为30度，其余6个角均为45度。这9角是怎样划分的呢?原来，它是将圆周先作4等分，然后将正面的这一段弧平分3段，又将其余3段弧一分为二，这样便成了不等边九角形。古建筑学专家告诉我们，这种不等边九角攒尖顶阁楼，在国内堪称一绝，不知是鲁班的哪位高足得了莫传才修建成的。

文昌阁高耸在古城墙上，背后是一带远山，栖雷岭巍峨、苍翠。正是："浓翠万重当槛出，清光一片抱城来。"文昌阁侧的古城墙下，最近新辟了一片绿地，为贵阳城增添了几分春色，是人们休息、乘凉的好地方。

另外，阁楼柱架用材数都是“九”或是“九”的倍数。尾顶九角，樓楞木二、三层各用九根。梁八十一根，柱五十四根，均是九的倍数。这不是偶然巧合，而是匠心巧运。因为在封建社会，“九”表示最高权力，最高等级的象征。看来，这幢建筑还含有浓厚的政治色彩。

甲乙双方就上述作品的翻译达成如下协议：

这次实习主要针对商务合同的翻译进行重点突破，花了整整几天的时间才磕磕绊绊的翻译一个合同，感觉到了前所未有的压力，也突出了自己眼高手低的缺点，平时课堂上老师讲的用的寥寥无几，更多的是靠自己查资料来获取准确的信息。其中有些既晦涩又在网上很难查的一般都给不了，这些都给刚开始翻译的我造成了各种各样的阻碍，往往会遇到原文看不懂或者觉得语法别扭不对的情况，这时候需要更大的耐心和毅力，需要坚持，对商务合同中的一些专业术语进行重点突破，查阅各种资料，在网上搜索各种专业术语，一点一滴的翻译，练得多了，慢慢就变的更加熟悉了，速度和质量慢慢的有所改善，当然和真正意义的笔译质量还是有相当的差距的。

工欲善其事，必先利其器。商务英语笔译也同样如此，它需要通过大量的网上资料和翻译软件来进行协助翻译，因此在掌握商务英语基础的同时，电脑成为了我们读取翻译资料的利器。在实习的过程中我们不难发现，其实很多相当一部分的专业术语需要我们通过电脑来进行翻译，来完成，基于此我们也有必要掌握一些简单的电脑知识和电脑软件，例如word文档等等。看来要作为一名合格的笔译工作者，电脑知识也是其必要的一个方面。

在实习的过程中常常出现翻译质量不合格的问题，这些对我们初步介入笔译领域的初学者是司空见惯的，没必要害怕，但同时是必须要引起我们的重视的，所谓熟能生巧，这个工作就更要求我们不断的进行练习，不断的进行知识积累。这次实习对我们来说就是一个十分难得的机会，辅导老师给我们的作用也是希望我们能有更多的机会去接触并练习商务英语笔译，这些都有助于我们提高翻译水平和翻译质量。

众所周知，商务英语笔译是很枯燥无味的工作，大部分的时间我们都是花在了凳子上，但是这同时也是对我们的一种挑战，能锻炼人的毅力。短短的两周实习时间，虽然短暂，但是对我们来说是尤为重要的，要好好的利用这次机会，认真的完成辅导老师给我们的练习和作业，不断的对我们的翻译能力和思维进行锻炼，严格要求自己，正所谓”不积硅步无以至千里“。对于合同翻译中的问题要弄个彻彻底底的明白，对于翻译的质量要精益求精，努力克服自己的不足，尽最大的努力积累经验，为以后的毕业工作打下坚实的基矗
