六、违约责任

1、甲、乙双方违反本合同任一条款均视为违约。

2、由于乙方绿化物护理工作不达标或造成甲方经济损失的，甲方有权要求乙方限期整改或提前终止合同。

七、本合同一式两份，甲方一份，乙方一份，双方签字后生效。

八、本合同未尽事宜，甲、乙双方可以在协商一致的情况下签订补充协议，在未签订补充协议之前按原合同执行。

八月三日，我和爸爸妈妈及妈妈的朋友一行人一起到香港的太平山顶游览。香港的太平山顶，据说是香港的一大游览景点，是每个去香港玩的人必去之地。

登上山顶，我们就直接去参观“杜莎夫人蜡像馆”。蜡像馆位于太平山顶的凌霄阁，是专门展览名人蜡像的博物馆。馆内展示了一百多名人的栩栩如生的蜡像。我一进去就看见了成龙大叔，我赶紧和他拍了照。再往前走，我又看见了一个漂亮的人，爸爸说那是梅艳芳，爸爸又让我和她拍照留念。接着我们还看到了：刘德华、周杰伦、李小龙……

接着我们来到了二楼，那里有毛爷爷、胡爷爷、还有美国总统奥巴马的蜡像。最后我们来到了体育名人区，那里有姚明、贝克汉姆等体育名人的蜡像。

参观完了“杜莎夫人蜡像馆”，我们又来到了太平山顶。

据说夜晚站在山顶能俯瞰香港全城。可以看到维多利亚及九龙半岛，可以将两岸的景色一览无余。还听说这里的夜景被称为“世界四大夜景”之一。我们站在山顶上，欣赏到了叹为观止的维多利亚港被夕阳染红的美丽景色。入夜之后，维港两岸的摩天大楼更会亮起五彩缤纷的灯光，难怪来港的游人都要到太平山顶来哟!

我站在观景台，看到香港的一栋栋高楼大厦矗立在山脚下，还看见了我们入住的宾馆呢。正当我在找出口时，我看见了一个摩天轮，我真希望能去坐坐。因为我出生至今还没有看到过这么大的摩天轮。我们一家人看那看那，大家不住地发出赞叹，直到爸爸说，很晚了，我们得回宾馆了。

“自三峡七百里中，两岸连山，略无阙处……”相信这段话大家再熟悉不过了。没错，这是郦道元在《水经注》中所描写的三峡。首先我们先了解一下三峡，三峡顾名思义，自然有三个峡。这三个峡分别是瞿塘峡，巫峡和西陵峡。其中，巫峡是三峡之中最长的，第二个是西陵峡，巫峡虽然很短，却地势险峻，最为有趣。

三峡的山，高耸入云，险峻壮美，蹬上山顶，像远处眺望，仿佛一切景物都被踩在脚下，云层都围绕着你一般，颇有一股“一览众山小”的气势。如若你在夏季来参观，令你惊叹的并不是连绵不断的群上，而是又急又猛的水。夏季的水都冲上了山岭，连航道都被水冲断了，如果你乘船旅行，定要选个有经验的船夫，不然你的船就会像气球一般随波逐流，你的旅行，就会变为一场刺激的漂流了。相比之下，春冬之时的水可安静多了，白色的急流，碧绿的深潭，回旋的清波，无不让人感到放松和向往。水中倒映着山村的影子，再看仔细点，你甚至都能看清游鱼和细石呢!瀑布从山涧奔流下来，真有点“长江之水天上来”的意境。到了秋天，好处的猿猴时常鸣叫，使人感到杯中凉之情。

三峡，是瞿塘峡，巫峡，西陵峡的总称，位于长江上游，重庆和湖北宜昌之间。全长约1200里。

三峡两岸崇山峻岭，悬崖绝壁，风光奇绝；其间江水汹涌奔腾，惊涛拍岸，百折不回，可谓险中生美，令人心驰神往。旅途中，你定会惊叹于三峡神奇秀丽的景色。

一阵激烈的战争重现后，我们又到了“石门水库”，它因水库位于石门沟而得名。1973年为解决辉县市西北地区干旱缺水状况，在原上八里乡的一座小型水库基础上，辉县人们用了一年半的时间，修起了库容3000万立方米的中型水库，该水库坝高90米，基宽80米，坝顶宽5.5米，坝长291米。就地取材，红石浆砌，蔚为壮观。丰水季节，水面达10余里，碧水微波，千尺深泓，堪称高峡平糊。

让我们现在来到水库西侧的丹壁崖下看个究竟吧!这里便是“三龛”，内凹30余丈成龛形的洞天福地，远看三龛，实有五龛，龛龛相连。简称一龛井二龛塔，三龛里面住菩萨，四龛娘娘楼，五龛老雕窝。说的是一龛内有一庙，旁有一方圣井，水清见底，旱不涸，涝不溢。二龛有一明代砖塔，塔高10米有余，造型别致，巧夺天工，现塔毁，基存。三龛更为深括俊秀，山门上题有“云峰寺”三个大字，创建于宋，兴废不知何时。明嘉靖年间重修时，基址拓宽，先后建殿堂楼阁十几座，房舍30余家，原名云峰庵，后改名云峰寺，屡有重建。北岸有一悬泉，注入殿前池中，犹如苍龙吐珠，十分壮观。四龛内有一巨石铺地，如姑娘之秀楼。五龛内有一可两人合抱的老雕窝，相传几百年前形成，悬立与绝壁半腰，常见苍鹰盘旋，乌鸦成群，别有一番情趣。

现在，我们再来认识一下黑老潭，它位于松树坪村南二里许的石门水库内，潭长14余里，宽5-6米，深不可测，水呈黛色，故叫黑老潭。听说常有一黑婆婆出入水面，故又叫黑老婆潭。

啊!那边的猕猴欢蹦乱跳地来了!你一定不禁会问：“这可能是到了猕猴自然保护区吧!”的确，这位于石门沟西部的便是猕猴自然保护区。自然保护区东西长16华里，沟内丛林密布，景色清幽，南峰北岭，山势峻峭，林木茂密，溪流潺潺，常有成群的猕猴出没其间，据说有七、八群，每群几十只到百只不等，各有势力范围，外敌不得侵犯。一群猴的活动范围几十公里，冬春多在岭头，夏秋多在溪边避暑、抢食。为保护猕猴，划分猕猴自然保护区，目前这里的猕猴是地球上纬度最北端的猕猴。

经过了美丽风景的侵染，一阵长途跋涉，现在我们又到了抱犊桥。抱犊桥位于松树坪西二里许。有一桥横跨河水之上，桥名抱犊桥，河为抱犊河。相传西汉末年，此地有一个名叫马武的牧童，每天要赶着牛过河到对面山坡上放牧，怕牛犊太小被水淹死，便抱在怀里过河。小牛渐渐长成了大牛，马武仍天天抱着牛过河，不知不觉之间力气大增，成为方圆百里闻名的大力士。忘莽夺取政权后，马武便追随刘秀与王莽作战，成为刘秀手下一员得力战将。马武做官后，常记起从前抱犊过河不易，就出钱命人在河上建起了一座小桥，方便群众过往，后人就把他抱牛经过的着条河叫做抱犊河，称此桥为抱犊桥。

现在请大家和我一起下山，一同去领略八里沟大瀑布这一胜景!八里沟大瀑布，因位于八里沟而得名，又因瀑布的豁口如龙口，又称龙口瀑布。瀑布落差157米，雨季宽20米左右，平时有5米左右，一年四季水流不断。一挂飞瀑，凌虚而下，咆哮奔腾，山鸣谷应，飞珠溅玉，异彩纷呈，磅礴多姿，气势恢弘，被誉为“华北第一瀑”。远望素帛飘渺，节节下泻;近看明珠闪烁，白帐飘落，身临瀑下凉气袭人，使人有“赤日行空午不识，炎热酷暑汗自收”之感。该瀑布还有一个最大奇观。若天气晴朗，阳光直射(上午8点-下午2点)可以看到10余米高的彩虹，七彩俱全，十分壮观。正如清代大学士孙诠所说：“访其侧下悬崖坐，贪看飞泉不肯行。”而瀑布下方的青龙潭因瀑布落入潭中，泛起波涛，似青龙出入水面而得名。

这就双龙洞的外壁，很宽敞吧，面积有1200平方米，可容纳上千人聚集，就像到了个大会堂。这里常年洞温为15℃左右，冬暖夏凉。夏天来这里纳凉是个不错的选择，比起天然空调，则有过之而无不及，古人形容这是：“上山汗如雨，入洞一身凉”。大家看到这边的“双龙洞”三个字，可是唐人手迹哦。这边的“洞天”二字，是宋代书法家吴琳的墨宝；那边“三十六洞天”五个大字，则为元老、近代杰出书法家于右任的手笔。如果说双龙的内洞是“龙宫”的话，那么外洞就是“龙厅”，双龙洞的名字也由此而来。大家说是不是很形象？

现在我们就去找寻一路上溪流的源头吧？请认真找找，找不到？还是听我说吧！大家往左下方看，泉水就是从这孔隙流出来的。这个孔隙应该比你们想象的要大一些，可以让一只小船进出。但是，这只小船只能坐两个人，而且规定要并排仰卧。为了安全起见，请大家听从工作人员的指挥，两人两人依次排好队坐船入洞。外洞到内洞的行程有八九米，在行船期间注意千万不要抬起头，哪怕是一点点也不行，以免碰破额角或鼻子。

游客们，内洞到了，这里光线很暗，请大家注意安全。内洞面积约3500平方米，景点很多，大家不要着急，随着前面的汽油灯参观。这里有很多石钟乳和石笋，看这个，像不像个“寿”字。看，蜿蜒在洞顶的黄龙和青龙，多么神气！这些石钟乳和石笋形态各异，五颜六

色，非常美丽。此外、还有景点五彩图、避水金针、小桥流水，大家可以自由参观。“洞中有洞洞中泉，欲觅泉源卧小船”，正是这里的真实写照。
